Not my first book by this author and definitely not my last. Storm, Marcus and Barrington have been friends since childhood. Now that they are all grown up things have changed. Their friendship has developed into so much more, I would say an Irresistible Bond even. The bond of friendship changes when Storm leaves. While she is away Marcus and Barrington build a life Storm can come home to. But when she is finally able to come home, she is a bit beat up. Her life has changed but not her feelings for Marcus and Barrington.
I love the way this story reads. The development of the characters and their life lessons makes for this an irresistible story. Even though this is book 5, it can be read as a standalone. Looking forward to more from this author!
