Love. Love. Love. The author put together a fast-paced engrossing story with wonderful characters. I couldn’t put this one down and devoured it in just a couple of sittings. The writing is seamless and the author really builds up the story on the foundation of amazingly written characters. The main character, Sabrina, is just great. Her character development and personality largely made the story for me—there are many qualities of her that are relatable for adult female readers. She has a couple of alternate personas she takes on in the story, first the seductive emcee Nightshade, as well as a dull secretary. When she finds herself in the midst of danger both personally and at work, she and her boss, Brent, are caught in the middle…. with feelings brewing and hidden identities, this story just delivers! Can’t wait for the next one!
