Age of Secrets (The Druid’s Brooch Series Book 8) by Christy Nicholas – Review by Jonell Collins

Age of Secrets (Druid's Brooch: #8)Age of Secrets by Christy Nicholas
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Age of Secrets: Druid’s Brooch Series: #8 by Christy Nicholas, is a delightful book. Reading this book was pure enjoyment. It’s a slowed motion kind of book and you really get to know Fingin. It’s like he becomes a really good friend because you know about his past and you know how he’s living now. The story develops at a slow pace so that you become familiar with all the other characters and their places of importance in Fingin’s life. A story so well-written you feel like you’re right there with him on his journey. Through his quest he finds purpose in life and I especially like this quote from the book…”Friends who make one forget self-loathing are treasures beyond that of gold or silver.” If you need a breath of fresh air this is a book you’re really going to love…
