This is an engaging and uplifting story, focusing on a character a later in her years than most stories. It was great to watch the character develop as she discovered more about who she is now. I think this book caught my attention more for having kids. This future is the one that many women will face and to see someone face it with such vigor is great, even if it is just a character.
This author is still relatively new to me but I like the writing style that applies across her books. Just like with this one, they are enjoyable yet easy to read, the kind of book you can easily while away an afternoon with. This was a great story with a brilliant character. I would definitely recommend this book.
