This was a super short story. I read, no devoured it all in one sitting. That’s not to say that it was lacking. This author knows how to pack a lot into a small amount. It did however, leave me wanting more. I likely would have said that if it were 500 pages long. Sinister Styx has a way of telling a story that always leaves you begging for more. Read the trigger warnings, as this can definitely be a triggering story. If you aren’t bothered by those triggers, I highly recommend reading it. There is so much emotion captured in such a short novel. A great read for sure.
