Hmmm..I really enjoyed the heck out of this story. I guess I just wanted completion of it. It seems to have ended kinda up in the air. I enjoyed meeting Hamersveld and Fen. Very interesting and intriguing idea from them. I want to know more! Do all dragons have a little friend or just water dragons?
Overall this is a short, quick high emotion read. I really liked it and it makes me wonder about others from this author.

Such a great story! I always love vampire stories and this one is no exception. The story moves along at a quick pace and easily drew me into the lives of these characters. Salvatore is strong character who had drive. I enjoyed Lucianna and her powers. She has an independent nature that makes her zesty and full of fire. The chemistry between these two is palpable.
Secondary characters are a lot of fun. They added some lively times to the story. I think Embry is my favorite. She has some sauciness about her and she stands up for Luce then makes her smile. Just what a friend should do!
Overall this is an enjoyable read. It took me on an adventure of the best kind.

Fury of Conviction (dragonfly Short Story Collection #2) by Coreene Callahan was the first book by this Author that I have read and I really enjoyed it from start to finish. I truly wished there was more…that’s the sign of a good book isn’t it?
Hamersveld has a big decision to make, does he stand by the Razorbacks and their crazy idea or does he follow his own desires and seemly uncontrollable attraction to Natalie, one of the beautiful young women that they are currently holding captive. At the same time that Sveld is battling with his decision, Natalie herself is very focused on escaping and getting back to her life but when an opportunity arises can she take it and leave the gorgeous Sveld behind for good.
I can’t wait to read the next story to see if we find out not only more about Sveld and Natalie, but also the rest of the Razorbacks.

Hawke is book one in the Men of Syn series by Anise Storm. A new author to me, Anise Storm’s writing quickly became a very interesting addition to my ever expanding library. A creative and imaginative author capable of sinning a sinister and mysterious tale full of intrigue, passion and seriously hot characters. Appealing to my love for the alpha male and dominant men, Hawke ticked all the boxes and sent every single sense tingling.
The story grasped my attention instantly and had me gasping. Each character was complex, especially Hawke. Each scene well executed and thought out. Each sexy moment meant to create shortness of breath and spine tingling bliss. Not ever quite knowing what the next turn of the page would bring, this story was engaging, captivating and unforgettable. Hawke and Charlotte had history, worked their way past it and created memories and paved a new path to HEA. A thrilling read that satisfied and mesmirised. 5 stars.

Greek gods in digsue what a great idea I was hooked from the start. Cole aka hades. Hermes and the gang are all here in earth and in a MC club. Kathryn well I can’t say much without ruining the story she’s a right spite fire and has a great spark to her character. Hermes and Katherine what can I say. This is a must read book 5/5 I highly recommend.
This book was amazing and held so much depth. JD Spero touched upon multiple subjects that many can relate to( ie: mental illness, trauma, teenage angst, family dysfunction, etc. ) . This is a first for me by this author and I am eagerly awaiting the next novel. 7 year old Hen witness’s a brutal attack on his neighbor/babysitter Sally, and soon after his brother is arrested as the accused. As the events begin to truly spiral we view a family torn apart, innocence destroyed, and hidden secrets unearthed. Multiple POV were used and each character gave you piece to the puzzle. So many emotions were brought out in this wonderfully told story, and it became a friendly reminder about how little one can know about what goes on behind closed doors.

This book is a different kind that grabbed my attention because I’ve been through a lot just like Ripley but I wanted to see how she would overcome her suicide attempt. I even related to how she has bigger dreams but I was enthralled with how she could overcome so much. Hazel Storm has done it again! This story is hot, full of steamy romance, adventure, humor, and loveable characters. The way she describes the Underworld is fantastic and is so different than what I have read before. The things that Vanessa sees, the people she meets, and the creatures she finds in the Underworld all combine to set the stage for a fantastic novel. This series is so light hearted and fun! This story was a great continuation in the series, and I can’t wait to read what happens next!

Ripley Luna has decided it’s time to end her life. She suffered through unspeakable childhood trauma, which led to her never reaching her goal of becoming an astronaut. Told through diary entries and the view of her psychologist, Drifting, Falling–Diary of a Call Girl Suicide is a book that gives the reader pause. Ripley is a likeable enough character, and the author does a great job of portraying her thoughts and feelings as if you are reading a real diary. The way the novel is written, there is a lot of history and facts interspersed throughout. This was a neat aspect of the story because it made Ripley, and her musings in her diary, seem more real. This is not a happy story, where everything is wrapped up in a neat little bow at the end. I finished it a few hours ago and am still thinking on it. It’s one that I will remember for a long time.

Oh my gosh! This novel is a 5/5 stars. I wish I could rate it higher. The character building is great, Janey is a likeable protagonist, and the story flows really well. The ending was mind blowing–completely unexpected twists and turns! Just when you think everything has been revealed, there’s more! A+ writing. I am so excited to read the other books in the Secrets of Redemption series! This book is a must read for any psychological thriller fans!

I LOVED this book so much. Fantastic read from beginning to end. If you love a enemies to lovers cozy rom com please read this book. Elle is an owner of a bakery that was her mother’s. Big shot Zane Masters owns Got Cake! and tries to buy off Elle and her bakery. Strange things start happening to Elle’s bakery like deliveries of dead fish, feeling like Zane is suspect #1 to try and run her out and Elle cannot be bought. Zane makes Elle realize he is not trying to sabotage her business and proves that to her. Elle’s long time friend, whom is more like a grandmother, then falls ill. You will learn how selfless Elle truly is. My heart on how determined she is to take care of Joyce just truly tugged at my heartstrings. This book is truly fantastic, I loved every piece of this book.

The God (Her Three Immortals Book Two) is the second book in Hazel Storm’s Immortals is just as good as the first. These books should be read in order. Storm has again swept us up and away into her own little world, or in this case, underworld. With a great cast of characters, you will not go wrong picking this series.
We pick up where we left off with Vanessa Maan and her three gods. Vanessa has given her soul to the Grey, the Don of the Underworld, in exchange for her brother, Piper’s, life. Now she is living in Grey’s apartment in the Underworld. No one knows why the Judges placed her here, but she has made it her mission to find out.
This book was just as fun, quick, and easy to read as the first. It again ends on a cliffhanger, which is not my favorite, but hopefully we will not have to wait too long until we receive the third.

I can’t believe we are already six books in on this series. I started this series looking for something different than my normal book and boy am I glad I did.
I have enjoyed each one of these books for different reasons. In this one was how Maddie and Mike fed off one another. They like many couples can almost read each other’s minds and definitely read the others body language.
There was so much to keep up with since there were two different cases but once again they figure out what’s going on in each one though they were working them simultaneously. I try and figure out the twists and responsible party but I was surprised by conclusion of each case.
I’m so glad to see there will be another book coming in the future.

Remember His Name is book 2 in the series by Laurencia Hoffman. Her Characters and story are extremely well written. Yes this book ties into her first book Remember My Name, but I don’t feel you have to read that book as well though you SHOULD, to enjoy this one. This story does contain potential trigger warnings early on, but it’s not a theme throughout the entire book.
The book specifically focuses on Wren as an 8 year old boy to the present day, who lives the life of an empath. (Side note: For anyone who doesn’t know what an empath is, it’s someone that feeds off of other people’s energy. Which is something that could be absolutely rewarding but also weigh very heavily on them.) We follow Wren through his emotional turmoil after his husband is murdered.
When he stumbles upon Adam his life changes, and he starts to live life again, despite knowing his fate. Adam helps him in his quest to find out who murdered his husband, before the murderer gets to them.
Does Wren find the guy who murdered his husband? Does he get the opportunity to clear his name and prove he’s a good person? All those answers and more will be found throughout your book journey with Wren. Again it’s another well written book by author Laurencia Hoffman and I encourage each and everyone of you to give it a chance. You will not be disappointed!

Chatroom with a View is quick read that draws you in from the beginning and keeps you on the edge of your seat till the end. This is a psychological suspense thriller with the central character, Troy, who comes from an abusive home but has his own dark side that you have to wonder – was it as a result of the abuse or something more.
Every character has a dark side that they have not dealt with – the chat rooms allow us to see inside these individuals and to understand how disturbed they all are…which leads to what happens when Troy deals with his past and present situation.

If you had of told me that I would be a huge fan of love triangle love stories, I would have called you crazy. The idea that one could love more than one person in the way that a woman loves a man, or vice versa, has always confused me. To be honest, I sat down, and finished Vanessa and Grey’s story in one day. The supporting characters have left me wanting more, and more. I have been looking forward to reading more of Hazel Storms work, and as soon as this novel popped up on my radar, I snatched it up. The way that this author grabs you and throws you right back into her characters, and this world, is astonishing! I found myself transported into the Underworld, walking around this bleak, and grey world, feeling her angst and loss when it came to those that she left behind at the end of the first novel, and couldn’t stop reading. I find that I was able to connect to the plot, and absolutely adore the way that you read from all the different characters points of view, and in turn, have a greater understanding as to how they all are pulled together. Vanessa is a very strong female character and has lost and loved more than most would her age, and I couldn’t be more vested in her story. She brings so much colour to their love story, and so much more. Bring on The Bow, I will be walking on eggshells until I get to read this next installment! The God by Hazel Storm is the second book in Her Three Immortals series. For me this book does need to be read in order as it follows on from book one in the series and reading them both would definitely enhance your reading experience. This book was even better than the first one. I was pulled straight back into the story and the characters without an issue and I just had to find out what was going to happen to them now. This author has done an amazing job a creating an exciting and thrilling story, both with this book and the first. Her writing style completely fits with this type of story and she knows how to get the best out of what she is writing. I really enjoyed this book and I am excited for what is next.

An Enduring Love by Wareeze Woodson is another fantastic book by an author I am really taking to. With each book I read I think I have found the one that will be my favourite. And then I read another book of hers. I loved the story in this book. I thought it was such a well written book and I really felt like I connected with it. I was hooked on the story from page one and it lasted the whole way through. This is still a relatively new author to me and I am really enjoyed her writing style. I get a thrill every time I start a new book of hers and I always look forward to more. I would highly recommend not only this book but also the author to any fan of this genre.

Journeys Through SpaceTime is the first book in the Journeys Through series by James Talisman.
I didn’t know what to expect when I started reading this book. The book is set in a ‘multiverse’ that consists of different worlds and spans across different times. What unites the chosen characters is the voice. Sounds confusing, but it soon makes sense. I love the concept of this story and for me, it more than lives up to my expectations. The characters, like the book itself, are full of layers and personality. It is the kind of book where you need to pay attention. There are a lot of characters and events to keep track of, but it is definitely worth the investment of your time.
It is hard to believe that this is the author’s debut novel, his writing is engaging and experienced. It is obviously an idea that was a long time coming, it is so well developed. I can’t wait to read the next installment!

I really enjoy Ferguson’s writing style and attention to detail. And I’m finding him to be a very versatile author that is very astute in writing appropriately for the genre. This book starts with immediate action, pulling the reader in and setting the stage for quite a bit of action. I immediately wanted to know more from the very first chapter and loved how the story progressed. Strong female lead, lots of action, just a well paced fantasy that kept me engaged from beginning to end. Loved it.

This is book 2 in the Masters of the Consulate series. I really love these books. With their mixture of romance, danger, and supernatural beings it makes for a gripping read.
In this story we follow Christian and Delilah. After Delilah’s traumatic kidnapping she is set out for revenge against the person responsible. What happens next is a series of events which means that to save Delilah’s life Christian has to turn her into a vampire.
With the rest of the Masters of the Consulate not being happy with their relationship this added twist makes it even harder for them to be accepted by them.
Add to this upheaval the danger of not only the person responsible for Delilah’s kidnapping being on the loose but also the Syndicate that is out to destroy the peace between supernatural and humans.
Why is the Syndicate trying to destroy Lazareth when they were working in partnership? What does Lazareth know? Can Delilah prove to everyone that she is trustworthy and that she will remain by Christians side? And will their relationship even survive all this upheaval and danger?

This isn’t the first book I’ve read by Jacks. Each book seems to get better. The more I read the more I fall in love with the author. I highly recommend you read any of her books.
Jody has gotten fired from another job. Now her sister is mad at her because she can’t keep a job. Her grandmother is now hurt and her sister can’t make it down to help. Going down herself might be what’s best for everyone. The quote I chose for Jody is: “Don’t call me that, you’re not my mother. I was on a trial. The probation period has come to an end which means I’m free to go. I didn’t do anything.”
Adam has always kept his head down when it comes to new people in town. But when Mrs. Evans needs help, he’s there to help out. He keeps calling Hannah hoping to get her to come down, but he wasn’t expecting Jody to be the one to show up. The quote I chose for Adam is: “I need to get a move on if I want to finish my round before teatime. I’ll check in with you tomorrow morning unless you need anything else.”
Highly recommended for Contemporary Romance lovers.

An incredible read for Sci-Fi fans! Journeys Through Space Time is intriguing and filled with mystery. The book is comprised of multiple main characters and complex story lines. From the voice in their heads to the mysterious characters they meet along the way, you’ll enjoy reading about each of their journeys and even find yourself loving some of the MCs. James Talisman provides excellent details in this book that make you feel like you’re there right along with them.

I can not put into words to express what I had just read. This book had everything I could have wanted, it gipped me, held me tight, even if I wanted to put it down. I couldn’t have been able to with a strong need and desire to keep reading to find out what happens next. This book was such a page turner, it kept me on my toes the whole untired time while I was reading. I want expecting the way the book was going to end up the way it did. I’m a big crime junkie and this book just feed into this, with the way the story line was developing I was totally lost into this book and just couldn’t put it down. This heart pounding, suspense, page turner was just the best and quickest read I could ask for to fill my day. With a boy that makes a ghastly discovery of his past and not wanting to go in that direction, trying to make everything right, but with a crazy girl friend everything isn’t what it seems. Oh my! This is one of the hottest vampire romances I’ve read this year. This author has just knocked overtaken the top spot on my favorites list for vampire romance. Well done on the characters. They are even written hot, steamy and with lots of personality. I love it when a book feels like I am making my own show up in my head. I can just picture all of this.. The action is constant. The drama is great. Location is perfect. Las Vegas is the perfect spot to have full of vampires. The plot is such that you just can’t set your Kindle down. I had to go back and forth between my phone and Kindle so that I could keep reading wherever I was. You just have to read this book. I can’t give enough praise to this. And, c’mon, if you like book boyfriends, Sylvia always gives good. Highly recommended.

The God is the second addictive book in Her Three Immortals series by Hazel Storm. OMG- I am really loving this series!!! I really liked the first book, and after the way Book #1 ended, I was really excited to get my hands on this book. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed! This book continues on from where we left off in Book One- so if you haven’t read ‘The Don’ yet, I highly recommend that you do so before starting on this story. Book One lays the foundations of the series, with character introductions and other important information that will really enhance your enjoyment of this book. This story really ups the ante, adding more mystery and suspense into the mix. As with the first book, this is a very sexy paranormal reverse-harem romance… a wonderful fantasy with lots of originality, Greek Gods, mythology, intriguing developments, drama, passion, chemistry, sizzle, complex characters, twists, danger, and so much more- making for a very addictive read! I have been debating whether to outline some of the story to give you a taste of what to expect, but I really don’t want to spoil anything for you- especially if you haven’t read the first book yet. But I will say that this story takes us to the Underworld- which adds even more interest to this captivating story/series. Hazel Storm’s world building is really masterful- her detailed descriptions made everything come to life and I was easily able to picture everything, so vividly. I loved every minute of this book and am well and truly hooked- I NEED my next fix STAT!!! Like yesterday lol…. especially after the way we ended on a bit of a cliffhanger, again lol. CAN. NOT. WAIT. for book #3!!! Fantastic!

So this is a new to me author, and I was very excited to start this book, loving vampires and dark books lately so I was there. I really enjoyed the plot. Descallia is the overlord of the consorte and they are being framed for the disappearance of women in the city. As he’s trying to deal with that he has a problem in form of Luicanna but there is something different about her and he’s struggling to concentrate and not get distracted.

This is the first book i have read by this author and i really enjoyed it. This is a Mafia Romance about forbidden love and its a story that will keep on on the rollercoaster of emotions from beginning to end.
Theo is a cop. He is the only cop that the Mafia families can’t buy. His main goal in life is to bring down both the Rossi family and their rivals the Mancinis. However all his best laid plans go wrong when he falls for the daughter of the Rossi Family.
Aria is the daughter of the Rossi Family. After being told by her father she is going to be in an arranged marriage Aria is devastated as she wants to marry for love. When she meets a man and falls for him she starts to believe things could be different until she realises he is a cop. And the cop who wants to destroy her family.
They both know their attraction and love is wrong however they keep getting drawn to each other despite the risk. Will they take the risks and be together or will their risk be for nothing.
