They both were taken for a night out for different reasons, but with fate, their mate bonds were met. Macy had an engagement forced on her by her Dad to the next Alpha. Brandon was leaving for war the next morning and contracted for 5 years. After those five years, they finally meet unexpectedly and with surprises left and right. The pack they live in is amazing! I didn’t know there were two other books, but I’m definitely going to go read them after this awesome book!

For starters, Lily is overall a complete badass of a woman when she wants to be. She’s a human slave at this pack’s castle serving for the royal family. She gets bullied a lot and nothing is done about it. Well, when a worse bully comes in and does something that should not be done, she ends up getting the attention of Prince Jason of the Wolf Hollow pack. Prince Jason just got back to the castle with his family and detected a scent that smelled amazing to him. After a couple scenes, he ends up finding Lily. It takes a lot of paths and challenges, but the read is worth finding out! I’m ready to read the second book! 🙂

Van seriously is an amazing character! The author has done a brilliant job on this series. Now we are in your seventeenth year of life, and she has a lot more to conquer. With the games as part of her senior exams, there is a lot of pressure! Of course she has typical school drama like her best friend and ex. Other than that, when she enters Balish territory, that is where all heck breaks loose and you are on the edge of your seat, nose in the book. I truly loved this series! 🙂

Onto the next book! Vanessa thought this time summer would go well. Well apparently it was going to be monster filled instead. After her Dad, she had a necklace left by him, but she has not been able to find it. To add to all the drama, her stepmother ends up having a boyfriend. She’s got a lot on her plate in this book, but she faces it all with courage and faith. There is a lot more drama to endure, but it is all worth the read! Now to the third book! 🙂

Her dad is usually off island on big trips for his work, but it’s actually another reason to be seen when read. When she gets a wake up call and is to report to the reservation area, she knows something is up. A lot of adventure is ahead of her, and it’s up to her to figure it all out. This book has been an exciting read and I went straight to the second book for more!

So imagine you being able to touch a piece of old clothing and all of a sudden having visions of that clothing and the owner and their past at that time. How awesome is that? Tessa ended up owning her own vintage store full of old clothing that she has seen visions of. What she didn’t expect was to go to a runway show of vintage clothing and the dress she wears is of their family past murder that us different than told. Trey on the other hand is not sure how to understand, but if it helps understand what happens, then he will help. What happens between them and understanding the scenario of what truly happened in the past is such a fun mystery read.

This is a sexy read and worth every page! Leslie is a firefighter woman who is being bullied by the men in the firehouse. Trevor is a football player who usually only focuses on his game, but it was fate. They met at a Bob Ross paint event, and the love fell in the air with happy trees. There is a lot of love, sex, drama, and so much more combined. I could not stop reading this, but once again, worth it! 🙂

This book was seriously so good and I could not put it down till I was done. Gina is a badass woman who has been through hell and back through childhood all the way to the military. She came out alive but with scars that made her self conscious about herself. Now living in the same town as most of her band of sisters, she meets a man name Bryce. Once he came in, he never wanted to leave. Their romance is so sweet, serious, and passionate. Definitely a book to leave a smile on your face.

Con Quest was a great beginners guide on how to sell at cons. While the book focuses on selling books the principles mentioned in this book would work for any item you’re selling at a con. The book also mentions the networking involved that happens before, during, and after cons. If I ever decide to open a venture that would have me running a booth and making sales at a con you can bet that this book will be tagging along to help me with its tips and tricks on the trade. For instance she mentions the benefits of your booth neighbors and even some of the benefits of being friendly to security and staff.

It’s been a moment since I’ve read a historical book with a twist. Maggie is definitely a great character for this series. She’s finishing a semester in college, and ends up going back to her dad’s historical time. How crazy is that?! She meets a man she’s seen in a book her dad told stories of over and over and all the adventures begin. It was intriguing and picked up the next book! 🙂

If I didn’t think this series would get any better, it did and with such emotion at the end! Maggie and Will are planned to marry. We’re all happy about that! BUT then of course more drama happens to prevent it for now. Dylan HAD to go back to twentieth-century! When you read what happens though, you’ll be happy and sad and great and all emotions! Thank you for this series!

Lydia is a badass. I’m just going to start with that. She comes home to find a man telling her that they have Cam, her boyfriend, and in order to get him back, she has to get Theodore’s ring. Of course with my first sentence, she’ll do anything for her man, even going into a dangerous jungle with her ex-boyfriend. They have drama during all this drama. They meet a group of guys who end up being part of the scheme and forced to finish the expedition with. Many more events happen which will keep you glued. What all you do for your love is in this book!

This book took me under and kept me hook. Lexi is such a great main character that brings a lot to the table. It can a bit dark with the past, but man does it keep you wanting more. Xavier is also a piece of work with a lot of package, but once again, worth the read. Great job to the author indeed!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I truly love this author! This one focuses on Master Trentino and Angels story. Angel has connections to the dead spirits and helps out others like her Gramma did before she passed. Trentino is helping with the drama that occurred in book two. They meet while he’s checking for any bad characters and ends up in her house. The next time they meet, he saves her life by making her one of him. Ever since, they have a bumpy road ahead with all drama ahead, but that’s where you read and find out! This series is so worth it!

Austin is a celeb food taster who travels around. He’s getting bored with the ones he’s trying now till he hears about a certain café. From then, mystery and more blooms. Anna is certainly an interesting person. She reads her grandfathers journal from back in WW2 Era and while we’re reading this, she also travels in present time unraveling so much more. This book consists of a lot of mystery as well as being pulled left and right and yourself debating the choices. It definitely kept me for a loop and kept me interested till the end. Drummer’s Beat (Satan’s Devils MC #2) AUDIO BOOK by Manda Mellett – Review by Ashley Hasting

I want to say kudos to both narrators for the telling of this story. Drummer is the leader and president of his motorcycle gang and one day comes upon a woman who claims one of his members is her dad. Ever since he let her in, she has been a beat to her his drum and him to hers. They have a lot of drama on the gang, family, and relationships as well as other groups that take them on a long journey that will not be forgotten. I truly enjoyed this book and will complete the series!
