Mountains Climbed (Mountains Series Book 2)

by Phoebe Alexander

Wow this book took me on an emotional rollercoaster.  After reading the first book there were so many things that I wanted to happen for James and Sarah, and it took me awhile to get over the fact that James got engaged to Maggie. In this book we got to get more about how James is feeling and boy is he going through a lot.  My heart goes out to him. Let’s not forget all the feelings that jump off the pages from what Sarah is experiencing. We also get to meet Garrett in this story and that to say the least is very interesting. There is so much more that goes on in this story than what I have mentioned but I don’t want to give anything away so I’m just going to say this is a must read and I need the next book now!!! I highly recommend this book, I also recommend reading the first book before this one.

This book had me hooked from the beginning!! Even though this is a shorter read it still has everything from, romance, suspense, twists and turns, and let’s not forget the wonderful characters. When Cade was in a car accident one night and was saved by Nadia he couldn’t get her out of his head. Nadia felt the connection between them as well and she risked everything by saving him. Nadia has a secret from her past that might jeopardize a chance at a relationship these two might be able to pursue after running into each other years later. This is a must read if you want to find out what happens between these two. This author is an exceptional writer and I always look forward to reading anything and everything she puts out. I can’t wait to read the next book. I highly recommend this book.

This story was such a sweet, heartwarming, romantic story that I wanted to read in one night. Holly is going home for the holidays and with that comes a lot of unresolved issues with her family, her sister, and Levi. Holly also has something important about her health to tell her family. I loved the characters and the different dynamics they bring to the story with their different personalities. Holly and Levi had a one night stand but neither have forgotten about that night. This book is about forgiveness, healing and family being there for each other. I love the way this author weaves a story that touches my heart. I highly recommend this book and I look forward to reading more from this author.

This is was a great read. It took me on an emotional journey. This book was so well written and I found myself completely enthralled by the story. I loved Noah  and I could feel how hurt he was when Hugo broke up with him. There are other great characters in this book that are supportive of what Noah’s going through. I have read all the books in this series,  they captured my heart and I became invested in what was going to happen to the characters. This is a must read to find out how this ends for Noah. I highly recommend this book.

I really loved this, I think I even liked it more than the first one which is saying a lot because I loved the first. Micah and Neve are such strong and wonderful characters that you can’t help but fall in love with. In this book there are some mental issues dealt with that was written so well. There are other great supporting characters as well in this dystopian fantasy book. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this story except to say that this series is a must read and I cannot wait to read the next book!!! I really love this author as a whole and I have loved everything I have ever read of hers and this one is no different. This has all the great feels I look for in a good romance. There are definitely room temperature rising moments and plenty of them. There are also wonderful characters. I love how confident Sarah is in her sexuality, she is also an intelligent woman and a good mother. She thinks she is just looking for a new friends with benefits type relationship but then she finds herself having feelings that are unexpected. I love how realistic the feelings and actions in this story are, I found myself saying I understand what she’s feeling I have felt that way too. I don’t want to give anything away so I’m just going to say that this was an awesome read and I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. I highly recommend this book you won’t be sorry.

As soon as I started reading this story I couldn’t put it down. I was intrigued from the start. I needed to see where Xenobia’s choices in taking care of her best friend Maggie and the other women in her houses going to take her and the women. Xenobia has left her past in hopes of a new beginning and has found herself in a whole different situation that she wasn’t expecting. There are also many other wonderful and interesting characters in this story that you will love to meet. This book is written in multiple perspectives and I found that to be quite enjoyable. This story is full of twists and turns, originality, action, emotion, supernatural, and so much more. I loved reading this book and can’t wait to read more from this author. This story kept me captivated with wonderful characters and an original plot. We are introduced to different kinds of fae and things they can do. There are different dynamics going on in this book and it keeps this story intriguing and kept me reading. The more I read the more I found myself liking Brigit and her bondmates. I think there is more to Logan than meets the eye and I hope to learn more about all these characters in the next book in this series. I cannot wait to read what’s in store for us in the next book. This was a very well written, original and magical read. I recommend this book, it is a great start to the series.

This is the third book in this series and wow it took me through the ringer emotionally. It is my suggestion that you read these books in order for the best experience. This story is full of mystery, intrigue, romance, and amazing characters. Evie who I have loved since the first book is a wonderful character who uses her empathic gift to help billionaire men heal. She also takes care of her mom and sister. Her boyfriend wants to move their relationship to the next level for the wrong reasons. Her first love is now part of her life, and she has a stalker after her. This author has grabbed me from the beginning and kept me entertained and wanting more everytime I finish one of her books. This is the last book in this series and in my opinion the best one. I loved all three books but I feel as if the author saved the best for last. Although this book can be read as a standalone it’s my suggestion that you read all three in order for a better understanding and experience. We get to experience all the turmoil and triumphs that Naomi experiences throughout this series and it has been a very entertaining, exciting, and emotional one. In this book we get to meet Lillie and we were taken on a journey of danger, mystery, sadness, hope, and love. I loved this book and the entire series and I’m sad to see it end. I can’t wait to see what this author has in store for me next. I highly recommend this book.

This book is full of romance, mystery, danger, and so much more. I read this book in one sitting because I just couldn’t put it down, I needed to know what was going to happen next. I also love how the author brings in the character from the other books so we still get to read about all the characters we love while also meeting new ones. Ink thought the single life is what he would want forever until he met Beth. Beth has some insecurities about her height but she is a strong woman in other ways, and she finds herself drawn to Ink. I was rooting for their HEA throughout the entire book. I highly recommend this book I absolutely loved this story!!

Naomi has found herself in a wonderful relationship and after helping Maggie she thought she would be able to concentrate on her life now, but it doesn’t seem to work out this way. Just when you think you figured out what’s going on there’s a twist that takes you by surprise. This book had me hooked from start and kept me on the edge of my seat throughout. Maggie (Maggie Trilogy Book 1)
by Mya O’Malley

I couldn’t put this book down once I started reading. There were twists and turns, and as soon as you thought you knew what was going on there was a twist, it kept me on the edge of my seat throughout. It was interesting and entertaining to see how Zelda (the cat) reacted to Maggie. Naomi was very open minded to the ghost in her house. Although Naomi could be very naive at times she did have a big heart and truly wanted to help. Even though Naomi just got out of a bad relationship she was still willing to let her friend set her up, which turned out to be a very bad date. If it wouldn’t have been for that bad date she wouldn’t have met Ryan who happen to be at the bar when she was on her bad date. Ryan was very attractive and there seemed to be a connection right away. Bryce and Holly, Naomi’s attractive new neighbor and his daughter are two refreshing characters in this story. I don’t want to give anything away but I loved this book, there is romance, suspense, and some wonderful characters and I highly recommend reading it.

This story had me hooked with romance, suspense, danger, and wonderful characters. This book can be read as a standalone without any problem, but it is my suggestion that you read the series because it is amazing. There are twists and turns in this story that keep you on the edge of your seat not knowing what’s going to happen next. There are room temperature rising moments in this story as well, so you get a little of everything you want from a good book. This is definitely an adult only book. Karina and Mike aren’t exactly seeing eye to eye these days, so when Karina finds herself in a bind, will she call Mike? Will she be able to get herself and her sister out of danger? Friend : A College Romance (What Happens on Campus Book 3) by M L Sparrow

This was a wonderful book, it pulled me right in. Terri, who we met in a previous book in this series, is a very independent, smart, reliable, and strong woman. She has went through a traumatic experience and it’s hard for her to navigate how to deal with it and how to ask for help when she needs it because it’s not something she is comfortable doing. Her best friend Jet has always been there for her but she has secretly had a crush on him for the last three years. He wants to be there for her and help her he just isn’t sure what’s the best way to go about doing that, but that doesn’t stop him from trying. These two are so adorable and I found myself wanting the best for them. There are characters from the previous books in this book and I love that. This is a must read if you want to know if these two find love together.

I love Claire and her vulnerability, but also her strength. She has been put through so much in a short amount of time and I found her character to be very relatable. Let’s not forget all sexy guys in this story. I was a little weary of Exos at first but my opinion changed as read on and Titus I liked from the start. I hope I get to know Vox more in the next book.
