This is an entertaining book! I was hooked right away by the humor and the witty playful banter between the two characters. Tenley and Teagen have very opposite opinions when it comes to love. They both have podcasts on the subject. When Teagen inadvertently invites Tenley on a romantic retreat in Hawaii, things don’t go as planned for either one of them. Their story is fun and entertaining, and the author tells a wonderful story. While the story is centered around the Christmas holiday, I recommend it for anytime of the year!

I enjoyed reading this second chance romance story. This is an author that I have enjoyed reading from the first book I picked up by her. I enjoy her writing skills and her attention to details that make her characters pop. This book is no different. This is the first book in this new series for this author and what a great start it is. This is a well written story that has characters that don’t give up on each other and have pasts that need to be overcome. I enjoyed how the characters pulled me into the story from the start. They are engaging and I found them to be relatable. They brought life to the story and had me coming back for more. Their chemistry is great and made the story easy to read. I also enjoyed the growth of them and the plot throughout the story. This is a great story that filled my snowy afternoon with warmth. I highly recommend this book and this author.

Austin is lost now; he is heartbroken that the woman he loved has chosen and is ready to marry his brother in the process. Feeling like his heart can’t recover from this devastation he leans on the most unlikely person, Mavis’s ex-roommate Casey. Casey is the person who seems to want to help him through this and as they become friends more feelings start stirring for both.
Seeing how close Casey is getting to Austin and when she battles against Mavis, Mavis starts to question Casey’s loyalty and issues damns to stay away from him. Although Mavis is happy and ready to get marry, she is still it seems hung up on her fiancée’s twin brother. But can Casey and Austin push through there heartbreaks and find love with each other.
This is a great pick up from the first book, as I felt heart broken for Austin at the end of the first book, but as this story goes along you get to see the relationship blossom between Casey and Austin. This like the first book was well written and the characters were wonderful to follow and read, although I have to say my fondness waivered a little for Mavis as I found her character to be extremely selfish and that she wanted both sides of the coin which left Austin in a weird holding path.
I loved getting to see the development and growth of the Austin and Casey’s characters and hope in the last book we see more into the relationships of all the characters. I’m ready and waiting line up the third book to see how this lovely trilogy will end.

Josh is recently divorced but something his ex-wife said is rumbling around his brain. Was Mavis the love of his life and why did she runaway all those years ago. Josh had loved her and would have done anything for her but one night when they were seventeen, she upped and left in the middle of the night, his family have always swayed him away from finding her but what ifs are too strong.
Mavis left in under the cloak of darkness all those years ago with a secret, but over the years the pain has subsided but never truly gone away. She wonders what life would have been like with Josh but never let’s herself dwell to long, but over the years life has become more complicated.
Austin has known where Mavis has been, not able to tell his twin brother due to his loyalty to Mavis but he also has a secret which could destroy his family and his friendship with his brother.
Oh, how I loved this story, the twists and secrets added to the depth of the book. In my heart I was championing for Austin and hoping forbidden love would win through, but you will have to read to find out who Mavis chooses.
The story was well written and flowed beautiful through the past and present with all the characters involved. I loved the character of Mavis so strong but showing her vulnerability and heart break just made me love her even more. The ending just opens for the next but in this trilogy and I can’t wait to pick up the story within the next book in this series.

I have read a few books from this author and she always blows my mind with her writing style. This is the second book in the Trading Heartbeats trilogy. This bill could be read as a stand alone but there are some previous characters in this story as well. I was so excited when I got this book I stopped everything and started reading it right away. I fell in love with the characters right from the beginning and I could stop reading this amazing story. It only took me a few hours to finish this book. I can’t wait to see what she will write next.
Austin Templeton fell in love with one girl but unfortunately that girl belongs to his twin brother now. He is heartbroken so he moves far away to Chicago so he can get over her. This is the second book of this amazing series. In the first book, you get to read and learn a lot about the characters in this book. The author did amazing with transitioning into this book. Looking forward to the third book.
This book follows the story of Casey and Austin. Casey is a bartender in Chicago that is trying to figure out what her next move in life should be. Austin is a successful lawyer in California but is in need of a major change of scenery. When these two meet by chance, it starts a whole chain reaction. Can a broke girl show a successful man how to enjoy life?

This one took a bit fir me to get into. I read book one and felt it would take Austin a while to get over Mavis. So I was surprised in here how over the course of a few week/month he was mostly over her. He had previously spent ten yrs of his life…yes 10 pining and wanting Mavis. That is the one thing that bothered me about this story. I wish time was moved forward and Casey/Austin met then met again to make it more believable.
Otherwise the story is ok. I enjoyed seeing the previous characters and where they are now in their relationships. Casey is an adorable girl who lives in reality but lets her dreams come true too. Austin is a top notch lawyer with no plans to forget Mavis until he meets Casey. She changes his everything.

I really enjoyed this book. Connor our motocross champion and Sienna the downhill skiing Golden Girl. The paralympics are coming soon and both are training their hearts out at the same closed resort. Kurt the coach has kept it on the down low that Connor is there training as well. Sienna’s mom would lose her cool if she knew.
Sienna has had every move she makes planned and monitored during her entire skiing career, she is now starting to wonder what else is out there for her to enjoy and explore.
Connor lost his leg just below the knee in a motocross accident. He is missing the speed and is looking at downhill skiing to fill that void.
Will these two put animosities aside or will it come between their dreams.

What a fun contemporary romance read that I so enjoyed and I already highly recommend this book!
Tenley and Teagan….Teagan and Tenley…..can I saw these too were truly a match and the banter back and forth….oh my goodness. Tenley is a sharpshooter, pod cast for giving advise on “practical” relationships and really does not believe in love. Teagan is classified as the “love guru” and truly believe is love so whole hardheartedly….challenges Tenley to spend just one week at a beautiful Hawaiian resort of Kamana Wanalaya….the catch..its couples week..and Tenley only finds out upon arrival….and then getting with other couples at a dinner table…oh my gosh!! The fun, angst, banter…and that is just getting started.
I loved this story so much. It has fantastic characters and their development over the storyline, the hot sizzle between Teagan and Tenley and just overall fun. This author is new to me and I so excited to see what I can read next from this talented author!!

I absolutely adored this story and finished it in one sitting because I couldn’t put it down! I loved that our female protagonist Tenley is the practical one in regards to love and Teagan our male protagonist is the Love Guru, who advocates for love. My favorite part of this story is that while also being hilarious, it is such a sweet tale. I loved the characters growth and development. I also enjoyed that we got to see view points from not only our main characters, but from the other characters in the story. I haven’t read the author’s other works, but I definitely am going to have to, so I can get to know the secondary characters better! This is definitely a fantastic book for lovers of romantic comedies.

This is the second book of The Trading Heartbeats Series. This book can be read as a standalone but I personally recommend you read the books in order to get a fuller understand of where and why we find Austin and Casey on the position we do. The author does a fantastic job of bring the characters to life and the writing is so emotive that as a reader you feel every tear, heartache, sorrow, discomfort and eventually happiness and love.
Austin is still trying to get over the love of his life Marvis choosing his brother over him. Now alone and heartbroken he knows that being around Mavis won’t help him move on. So when the chance of a job away from home comes up he jumps at the chance and when Casey, Marvis best friend offers for him to stay with her it made the move even more easier.
The sparks and attraction between Casey and Austin are instant however both of them are wary of their growing feelings for one another. So this romance isnt straight forwards Austin doesn’t know if he will ever get over Mavis and Casey needs to be sure if Austins feelings for her are real and not just a rebound to the heartache of losing Mavis. When a further complication gets thrown into the mix Austin has a decision to make which will make or break this growing romance.
The way the couple compliment each other is beautiful. Each picks the other person up and makes them shine. They compliment each other in a way only people in love can. The author’s portrayal of that in this story is beautiful and I can’t wait to read more.

There is a scary twist and my emotions were all over the place. The author does a great job of pulling you in with her writing. All of the characters added a great element to the story. I look forward to reading more from this author and series. 1-click and get started today.

The Mastermind is a brother’s best friend, billionaire boss, and a suspenseful contemporary romance. It is Book One in the WaterFyre Rising series but can be read as a standalone. I love getting to read new authors and let me tell you Nadia Han did not disappoint with this book. Her characters come alive drawing you into the story as if you were their friend.
We start by getting a flashback scene of the past where we find out what WaterFyre is. This scene also draws us into our main Hero’s life as he grew up. I loved that we got to see how his past kind of shaped his future and shaped him.
Remi and Audri know each other as she is his best friend’s little sister, though it takes them growing up and seeing each other again after years to realize they have a connection and a lot of things in common. Can they both overcome their past to make a future together? Is a romance worth jeopardizing his friendship? Will she even be okay in the dark world that his past has made his life go in? Find out all this and more as you read this book that has passion, romance, friendship, danger, and suspense all.

I love the strong heroine, Michelle who has made it on her own despite everything. Pair that with Royce, a sexy, nerdy, adventure seeker and you have one amazing story. This is a fake dating story, but that doesn’t last long as they start to break down each other’s walls and help heal each other’s hearts and past.
This is the second book in this amazing series and I must admit I can’t wait to read the next one. I love Nadia Han’s writing style and the way she makes her characters come alive, making me feel like I’m right there with them. You should definitely check out this series if you like strong characters, great character building, and feeling like you are in the story.

This author continues to impress me with The WaterFyre Rising Series. I enjoyed The Daredevil more than book 1. And I can’t wait for it to continue, knowing there’s 5 guys who have been friends and creating a video game since they were teens. The best part is so far both books work extremely well as standalone novels, but why after reading one would you jot want to read the others? Book 2 is a friends to lovers romance. Royce and Michelle are part of the same group of friends. Royce being one of the guys and Michelle being really good friends with Audri(Remi’s girl and Grayson’s sister) brought her into the group. Michelle is continuously fighting the demands of her past. Eating disorders and body dysmorphia that she developed as a child growing up in the pageant world, where everyone has to be perfect. These things about her are not accepted easily in past relationships, she’s viewed as tainted. It wasn’t till some guy saved her life that she decided to fight back against her demons. Royce doesn’t believe in love. In his eyes all it leads to is broken hearts and abandonment. Since that’s the life he lived. His dad left and his mom suffered, despite his aunt showing him all the love in the world. It wasn’t till he saved a girl’s life on his property that he decided to change his path and just keep a distance. These two are broken souls and the author does a phenomenal job showing the growth and healing they experience. These two characters were written to need each other, more than they realize. And it turned out beautifully.

Michelle, a Successful Travel blogger finds herself on a job headed to Iceland! In another country surrounded by strangers she runs into none other than Royce, from a extended group of friends from home. Fake dating turns into sizzle and not so fake dating after a very short time as the sparks fly, but the past comes a knocking for Royce and mysterious deaths and accidents start to happen in his business. Things hit close to home and Royce will stop at nothing to protect Michelle and they are both about to find out who is involved that is a blast from teenage years past Another suspenseful Thriller with passion and romance by this author. Though Book one Is not necessary for this story, it does give you more background which makes the story depth better and I’d recommend it!

Remi, a self made billionaire after witnessing something he shouldn’t have at 15 years old consumes companies and reorganizes them ruthlessly. His past has made him cold, and uninterested in relationships and always looking over his shoulder.
Doesn’t he come across Audri, a blast from the past and sister of one or his partners who he admits to himself he’s always had a thing for.
She’s in a bad way with a piece of crap boss when Remi takes over the very company she works for. The sparks between them are intense and dark broody Remi doesn’t want to destroy bright and hopeful Audri but the passion between them is completely undeniable. This is my first book with this author and I enjoyed it immensely! On to Book 2!

This is the second book in the WaterFyre series, and it was JUST AS AMAZING as the first book! The way that this author writes the story makes it feel as though you are immersed in the story and not just reading it. It was interesting to me that the characters knew each other from living in the same area but did not start dating until they met again out of the states. Both of the characters were drawn to one another, and their story was so stinking cute. I cannot wait to read more stories by this author and reread this wonderful book over and over again.

Royce is a Billionaire, business man and innovator who is interested in the power of Volcano’s. While in Iceland he meets a woman who at first infuriates him but as they spend more time together he starts to see the attraction to this powerful woman.
Michelle is a travel blogger and when her travel’s take her to Iceland she did not expect to met Royce in the middle of the trip. The privilege billionaire who thinks he is god but as she gets to know the real person see feels the chemistry building but can her past be put back there or will all the insecurities come through.
This is the second book in the WaterFyre series and I loved the first book and this one does not disappoint at all. I loved the way the relationship started rocky but as you read through the book you slow start to see the characters inside and the chemistry which works its way through to shine at the end.
I loved the free spirit nature of Michelle’s character and that she was could be herself with no repercussions and able to showed a brilliant side to her. Royce’s character was full of charm, but I loved that he was so clever but so clueless to the attraction was a redeeming quality.
I can’t wait to read the next book in this great series and the see who the next billionaire will be.

The Daredevil is available now in Paperback and eBook. ⭐️⭐️⭐⭐ Book Review
Meet the Author: Nadia Han is a dreamer, a visionary, and a believer in karma and kindness. She lives in New England with her family and spends most of her time crafting stories. When she is not writing, she practices yoga, reads, explores nature, and eats all kinds of foods.
Reader’s Thoughts: Royce, the owner of Excursions for you endured many negative events as a child that haunted him, keeping him from loving another being. Michelle, a travel blogger, enjoys traveling the world allowing her to see the beauty in the world, making her forget the ugliness in her life.
This friends to lover romance is the second installment in the WaterFyre Rising series but can easily be read as a standalone. I thoroughly enjoyed how Han put the reader on an emotional roller coaster ride, allowing the reader to feel as if they are right there along for the ride with each character. The fake dating that quickly led to a relationship was a great addition to the story line. This one was a little slow to start for me but once it picked up I couldn’t put it down. This would not deter me from recommending The Daredevil to a friend. The mysterious twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat wanting more. And the spice, OH MY! I am excited to see what installment three has in store for Han’s readers.
Favorite Quote: “I dare myself to survive – to play pretend that everything is alright.”
Caution: This book contains sexual content, profanity, violence, mentions of suicide, and eating disorders. The Daredevil is recommended for readers age 18+

Absolutely loving this series so far. I cannot wait to see what this author has in store for us with the rest of the characters. This book is about Royce and Michelle. It may be one of my favorites because finally, there’s a character with my name!!! Royce and Michelle are friends from the same group so they have seen eachother and hung out as a group before but never had any time alone until, Michelle is on her way to the place she will be staying while out of the country and the car see ice breaks down. Royce is there to the rescue and takes her to her home away from home for a few weeks. They both have had an insane attraction to eachother but Michelle is the average girl and Royce is millionaire who couldn’t possibly be interested in her. Royce and Michelle spend plenty of time together. Getting to know one another one on one. Both have baggage and could be a recipe for disaster but they help eachother navigate things in their lives. They become close. Royce has come to Michelle’s rescue more than once during the book and he’s just the total package. Someone is after Michelle for a 20 year vendetta they have against her and they go to far. Royce will stop at nothing to get to the bottom of it. Royce also has someone out there who is looking to destroy him too. This book is like an emotional rollercoaster with so many unexpected things happening and it was great from beginning to end. Cannot wait to see what other books this author will release!

If you are looking for a friends-to-lovers, billionaire, forced-proximity, steamy, romantic read then look no further…this is the book for you. I absolutely loved this read. This is the second book in the series, but it can definitely be read as a standalone. The chemistry between Royce and Michelle is sizzling and the spice level is *chef’s kiss*. This was a quick read for me and I was hooked from the first chapter. I’m looking forward to the third installment in this series.

This was a fast-paced, romantic, holiday novel. Connor and Sienna are Paralympians training for an upcoming race. Each are dealing with their own complexities in life, but are determined to train. They each only know each other from stories they’ve read in the press. When they take the time to talk, Connor and Sienna realize there is more to each other than meets the eye. Their relationship blossoms in the short time they are together bonding over Christmas cookies, hot cocoa and holiday movies. This was a very entertaining read, and I was hooked from beginning to the end!
