First read by author Stacy-Deanne, however it won’t be my last! Super quick read—finished in less than 2hrs. Romance at its best! The characters were endearing and affable, while sizzling with sexual tension and desire. I loved their love-hate relationship, and was thoroughly rooting for them to end up together, showing us that happily ever after really does exist.
Zenni returned to Everwood County from Chicago after her grandparents home was destroyed to sift through the rubble and attempt to try to stop local billionaire, Colton Sage, from tearing down the plantation that had meant so much to her and her family. Coming off a bad break up and no real ties to the Windy City, aside from her BFF, Vanessa, Zenni thought the change of pace would do her well. Sparks fly between Zenni and Colton from the very first encounter, however both are so bull headed that neither on will back down from their stance on the future of the the plantation. Could the two of them really set aside their differences and give love a chance? Colton has never met any one like Zenni and he is willing to do anything to give their live a shot—except give in about the future of the plantation.

This story is a very quick read and it draws you in from the first chapter. You will understand each of Colton and Zenni’s reasons for wanting the plantation. The love that they try to deny throughout the book is super cute. It’s the rich guy that wants to tear it down and the girl that feels it’s the last memories she has of her family. This book does touch on slavery and shows you two completely different views on it. One is pain and suffering, the other is trying to preserve the history. The angst that the characters feel for each other is felt throughout the book. It is such a sweet burn romance. The book has you constantly asking who will prevail and if so will they be able to love each other. Can they put their differences aside and make the best of the situation and have a happily ever after? These questions are what kept me turning the page. It will be a fast, interesting, slow burn romance read that you didn’t know you needed until you finish it.

This is a fast paced action packed steamy romance. It’s one of those stories that you pick up and can’t put down. The author does an amazing job with the characters. Both are dominant and powerful people however they complement each other perfectly. The story is easy to follow and really enjoyable.
Vandana is a successful business woman, partner in her own PR firm, with a stunning husband and wanting for nothing. To the outside everything in her life is perfect until a secret her husband has been keeping blows her life apart. When Vandana is offered the job to join the company that Morgan owns, to do PR at the events for his company Vandana jumps at the chance to escape her bleak reality.. What she doesn’t anticipate is the amazingly stunning Morgan and as well as her job she now had to stop herself falling for his charms.
Morgan is a successful business. He cam have anything he wants in the world, expensive cars, designer goods, finest champagne and any woman who takes his eye. But when he meets Vandana he only has eyes for her but her reluctance to succumb to his charms only makes him want her even more. Is Morgan changes his ways and wanting just one woman? Can Vandana trust herself to get close enough to another man so soon? And what affect will their attraction have on both their business?

This author knocks it out of the park every time. This series can definitely be read as stand-alone without any confusion but I do highly recommend all these amazing books. The characters pulled me into their world with ease and I loved getting lost with them. They definitely have a chemistry that jumps off the pages and has you feeling everything they are. This author does a wonderful job of of hitting even the smallest details. It’s a well written story that’s paced nicely never feeling rushed or lacking anything. I found myself up later than planned because I simply couldn’t put it down. I’m giving this story a five star review and highly recommend it. Can’t wait to see where this author takes readers next.

I devoured this book in one sitting. Vandana’s (what a beautiful name) life just blew about the time she was advised by her business partner that she was meeting with a hot shot yacht designer. Morgan, is a playboy, that’s his reputation. Everywhere he goes he has women hanging all over him. Vandana goes to Monaco to handle all of this PR concern, hoping for it to be a distraction from her own personal life. There were so many things I enjoyed about this book, the scenes from Italy and Monaco were written very well, Vandana’s friends I wanted more of, the steam between Morgan and Vandana! I will never look at mango the same way again! Highly suggest.

I loved this book with a passion. To say it was freaking dark good would seriously be an understatement! I was swept away truly in the author’s writing, the characters, and the story! I was truly indulged!
Vandana and Morgan really brought a lot to the table I found. Likeable characters in different ways, but at the same time, they had their differences and you could detect what you liked and not so much liked about them. Their chemistry was seriously off the charts. And their chemistry alone truly contributed to making this book an addictive read for me. The time they were put together for, who knew what would happen. I was on my seat’s edge with a strong anticipation and wanting more. The build was perfect, really enjoyed how the author did the story and the build up! Kept you in anticipation! Loved this book!
Seriously, this is by far a must read! The author knew exactly what they were doing with keeping the reader interested, and involved in the story! Highly recommend this must read book! Loved it!

This book is a fast paced romance with lots of flirting and spice. Morgan has a reputation for being a ladies man. He leaves a trail of broken hearts everywhere…until he met Vandana. Morgan is a famous yacht designer and he’s looking for the best PR person, Vandanna. She is the best in what she does. Her life is falling apart. She learns her husband is playing for the other team. The director who wants to blackball him is her first boyfriend. He ties to watch over her, but they will never work. And her business partner, I can’t even explain him. She is just lost. She agrees to meet Morgan and do PR for him but little do they know, there are forces against them. Can they get through this and face the attraction that has been building? Can they get through the bad PR that pops up? I recommend you read this to find out. I loved this book. The story is strong, fast, full of action and romance. You also get a little tour of Monaco and some other areas and Morgan’s family. The characters are so well-defined. Olivier, Morgan’s manager, is a jerk and you can just tell. A few others are defined that well also. You can feel the emotion and chemistry between Van and Morgan. It is just so palpable. The book is so good, yet I can’t share anymore because it will give away key things. I can tell you that you’ll love it. Well-written, well-done! My favorite scene was the whole interaction around Van and Prince Khaled. A definite 5 in my book.

It was a cute millionaire contemporary romance. It is a quick and steamy read that is set in the playground of the rich, Monaco and the beautiful Italy. With lots of sizzling chemistry the characters are interesting but their stories felt a little lacking and some of the story felt a little out of place but overall, it didn’t fully stop me from enjoying the storyline. This is my first time reading a book by Rowan and it is fun and had me laughing at times with the banter and a little sugar and spice.
A notorious playboy and yacht designer Morgan de Rohan-Chabot needs her help and that is where the fun begins.

So, how much is a trip to Monaco? After this book, I MUST go! The MANGO’S seem like they are to die for!
Sexy, drama filled, and filled with sinful delight! Vandana definitely took on more then she thought. After needing a getaway to cope with life, she stepped into the unknown. Being a successful CEO of a PR firm, she may need to enlist in one for herself. Secrets have a way of coming out from those you lease expect.
Morgan can bring out the wild in people. Born on the open waters and growing to sail them when he wants turns out as an advantage. Is Monaco’s Most eligible bachelor able to turn things around? Or will business get in the way.
Rowan Rossler has a talent for setting the mood! This book is for mature readers as it’s very sexually stimulating. And ladies, Morgan is to DIE for! Rowan was able to articulate in a way that I was able to see everything as if I were watching a movie play out in front of my own eyes. I would recommend this to my fellow readers looking for an escape from the real world for a little while!

I would give this more than 5 stars if I could! From the first word to the very last it is a very well written story with a totally captivating, thoughtfully plotted storyline and amazing characters. This author has such a wonderful descriptive writing style that you are not only so cleverly drawn into the characters lives but also their beautiful surroundings, so much so that you really feel as if you are there right along with them. I definitely am now a huge fan and can’t wait to read more from this fabulous author.

I am glad I picked up this book to read, it was so good!!! When we first meet both Zenni and Colton, I was intrigued how this story would play out. I loved Zenni’s character and how strong and determined she was, and trying to fight for what was right in her mind and for her family. Zenni meets Colton and tries to put up a fight to not destroy a plantation that her ancestors were part of……but Colton has reasons…..and the more you read into this story the author really sheds a light on both characters on to keeping a piece of history to remain standing that was not a good part of our history, but yet learn from or destroy the plantation because of the bad that was part of it. Can Colton and Zenni’s love for each other the more they get to know each other overcome their differences in what to do about the plantation?
The author told a great story on two different people whom come together and have different perspectives over a historical plantation … this story was so good!
This was definitely a quick, easy read. The characters are depicted beautifully as is the scene descriptions, especially those of the plantation. While I did enjoy this book I craved more conflict, more tension, and more passion.
We meet Zenni first who returns to her family’s hometown to assess and repair the damage done to her grandparents house from a previous hurricane. While there she catches wind of Colton Sage’s plans to tear down the Everwood Plantation which is a personal part of Zenni’s family history. As the fighting continues putting them into close proximity it seems the feelings they share are not only deep but meaningful and intimate. Can Zenni and Colton get over their own selfish ways to find their happily ever after? Or will they let the past ruin any type of future they might have?
A very quick read, with a simple to follow storyline. If you like romance novels this is a fairly good read and you would most likely enjoy this novel. I know I enjoyed it, I would just like a little more depth to the situations Zenni and Colton faced, both together and separate!

Short but descriptive This was a quick read enemies to lovers romance with passion, fire and chemistry. Zenni and Colton have their fair share of emotional hang ups that they needed to deal with. The start had me frustrated as the couple worked through their differences but from the second half the story had me thoroughly engaged. A great afternoon escape.

This was such a good read! It was quick and light. Colton and Zenni each have such a passion for the same plantation. Even though that passion is completely opposite than the other, that’s what brings them together. Watching them fall in love and learning in the end that it didn’t even matter, brought the whole story together!

This is the second book that I have read from this author and just like the first one, this one did not disappoint either. The author did a great job at keeping me hooked page after page. I like the fact that it was a shorter story that I was able to read in one afternoon. Can’t wait to read more from this author!! Zenni has to leave her life in Chicago for a while to fight for the plantation her ancestors lived in and dies as slaves. She also has to try to rebuild her grandparent’s house too. There are two things in her way and stopping her progress… government grants and Colton Sage. Although Zenni and Colton have an instant physical attraction, Zenni refuses to fall for his advances because in her eyes he is the enemy trying to erase her history. Colton may be the richest man of his time but that is all he has in his life at the moment. He wants to tear down the plantation and put up condos. Falling for Zenni was never what he had planned.
I wish this book was longer or maybe even some more added to the current chapters. I feel like there’s so much more to know of Zenni and Colton’s story!
At first I didn’t care for Colton. He seemed like your typical rich boy, cocky and arrogant. Then he turned out to be a total different person, guess love, true love, will do that to ya!
Zenni showed how passionate she was about her family history, her story. Even when her and Colton were at the Plantation talking even with all the sadness that had happened on the property she was showing how passionate she was in keeping some of her family’s stories alive.
This story was short but I quickly fell in love with Zenni and her story and then Colton and his story. You felt the passion from both of them from the start and I love how the author let their flirting play out simple and then kicked it up.

Zenni is fighting with Colton. While fighting they fall in love. While there romance blooms there conflict is unresolved and threatening their relationship. With Sandy’s medical emergency it reunites Sandy and Colton.
“I can’t believe this.” Twenty-nine-year-old Zenni Parker paced in the living room of her short-term rental, screaming to her best friend Vanessa Thompson over the phone. “Colton Sage is going to tear down the Everwood Plantation! He wants to demolish it and build townhouses or something.” “Good.” Vanessa chewed on something and Zenni guessed it was orange slices, since she loved eating them for breakfast. “I hope he blows it to smithereens and people forget it ever existed.” “No.” Zenni rubbed her forehead as she walked over her ivory carpet on bare feet. “V, this isn’t a good thing.” “Tell me how the hell it’s not! This is a damn plantation. Where slaves, your own family ancestors, by the way, were held in captivity and treated like animals. Colton wants to destroy it. How can that not be a good thing?” “Because it’s still history.” Zenni plopped down on the suede couch. “Of course, slavery was ugly but it’s still an important part of our lives. As a black woman, keeping that history alive is important.” “Well as a black woman, I’d burn the damn thing down myself. I couldn’t even stand to drive past the place without becoming enraged so I don’t see how you can defend it.” “It’s a part of my family history. My entire family, all dead now, shall I remind you, came from Everwood County. Came from that plantation and despite the horrible things that happened there, it’s a part of this town. It’s a part of me. I can’t let Colton just tear it down so he can throw up condos for his rich-ass friends, no.” “How you gonna stop him?” Vanessa chewed. “Colton Sage is one of the richest men in the world. He comes from a long line of wealth, old money. He’s Georgia royalty and from what I’ve heard, doesn’t he practically own Everwood County?” “That plantation belongs to the town, not Colton Sage.” Zenni sat back, chewing her lip. “He thinks because he has money he can do whatever the hell he wants. Well he can’t here. I’m the only one who can stand up for that plantation and I will.”
Everwood County Plantation: BWWM Enemies to Lovers Billionaire Romance by Stacy-Deanne. If the title and cover don’t give you enough of an idea about the story, then the excerpt above certainly should paint the picture for you. This is an enemies to lovers romance, with BWWM, chemistry, passion, steam, secrets, challenges, conflict, banter, flirting, and finding love unexpectedly. Colton wants to tear down an old plantation and develop it into modern condos. Zenni’s history is tied to the historical landmark and she will do everything she can to prevent it from being destroyed. A clash of wills ensues. Sparks fly. And passion is unleashed. Who wins this battle of wills? What happens when everything is said and done? Will the plantation survive the battle ahead? What happens when love complicates matters further? You will need to read the book if you want to find out how everything plays out in the end. This is a short story, which made for a very quick and easy read. But, I would liked to have read a longer version of this story as I think more detail, depth, and development would have allowed me to connect with the characters more easily and also allowed me the time to settle into their story, which would have given me more of an opportunity to invest in the characters and their story. I really wanted to like this story a lot more than I did, as I have read other books by Stacy-Deanne and loved them- but I found it too hard to connect with this story and these characters- especially in the beginning with all the quarrelling that ensued. But, having said that, I am looking forward to seeing what Stacy-Deanne does next.
What an amazingly sweet story. The characters are imperfect when we meet them, and they are imperfect when we leave them, but, oh!- what an amazing journey of personal growth they embark on. I especially liked how the two main characters each learned to view situations from the other’s perspective, and ultimately each decided to do what was best for the other. Readers are treated to historical backdrops. Characters wrestle with some of today’s hot-button issues.
Overall I enjoyed the story, it was a short read but the author didn’t really make it feel rushed nor did it lack any attention to detail. The main characters Zenni and Colton were interesting to read about. I really liked Colton, he was quite relatable and I have to admit at the beginning of the story I wasn’t too sure I would like him but I definitely grew to love him as the story progressed. Zenni was an intriguing character for me because she was actually nothing like I anticipated she would be, I imagined shed be all for the tearing down of something that represented pain and suffering to so many people in history but I could also understand her point of view in wanting it to remain. I could definitely feel the sexual tension between the two of the characters, that was for sure! I did enjoy the story, I really do love this authors work so I look forward to more from them in the future.

This book, by Stacey-Deanne, first drew my attention due to the factors of race and ethnicity. I love learning more about cultures I will never completely understand. I wanted to understand why the billionaire wanted to get rid of the plantation, while understanding why the woman wanted to keep it. It was hot and steamy. I loved that it was a quick read. Totally perfect for a quick sit down read.
Reading Everwood Plantation by Stacy-Deanne made me feel like I was living a movie in my mind while reading. This is a love story like no other, fighting over a plantation where one believes it should stay and the other want to tear it down. Who will win? Zenni Parker, originally from Everwood County, Georgia, returns home after a hurricane destroyed her deceased grandparent’s home. Zenni is there to try to help clean up and figure out what happens next with the property, or what’s left of it. While Zenni is back home taking care of business she learns that someone has bought the old slavery plantation that her ancestors used to be slaves on and that its going to be destroyed for new condos to go in. Zenni is not OK with this and sets out on a mission to stop it, but can she stop the filthy rich and handsome Colton? Colton Sage is a billionaire who has come to Everwood County to put money back into the town and tear down the old slavery plantation and build new condos. Colton, from Atlanta, has came to Everwood in hopes of being closer to his birth mother’s family but what he finds in Everwood is more than he anticipated with Zenni. Colton, a player who breaks women’s hearts has no idea how to handle Zenni or his growing feelings.
Colgrove’s novel was such a beautiful touch to a coming-of-age love story. Until There Was You depicts the story of Regan and Jeremy and their particular lives bring them together unexpectedly and even though their lives are significantly different, they decide to carry on in a way only love can move. Centered around the urban area of Boston, Regan was born and raised as a “Southie” with a barely existent mother figure and her older brother, Shane. Basically raising themselves, Regan builds on a tough exterior to handle whatever hurt and pain life has brought to her thus far. Things start to change the evening after her high school graduation.
Along comes Jeremy, an up and coming in the real estate industry and a fresh face from Harvard Grad, he starts lining up and preparing to hopefully one day take over his father’s company. Even though he calls Los Angeles home, he has temporarily been placed in Boston to settle some projects to help better build the community. Things start changing when he ends up having a work lunch at the diner Regan works at.
The love story between Regan and Jeremy has its challenges along the way but the one thing that remains strong but it is tested left and right. They must learn on their own terms if their love is strong enough to keep each other together.

This story was really enjoyable. The back and forth with Colton and Zenni was fun and sometimes really meaningful. Each one of them has strong reasons for want they want and neither one is afraid to give their all. It’s a shorter read but in no way did that take away from the overall storyline or the ability to connect with both story and characters. I read it in one sitting and enjoyed my time in this author’s story. It’s well written with strong and relatable characters. I could easily read this one over and over, still enjoying it. Five big stars and highly recommended!
This is a standalone novel that I read in a few hours as it captured my attention! I have not read any books by this author, and I LOVED this book!! Zenni and Colton first meet as Zenni is trying to save the plantation that her family used to work with as it is the only connection to her family that she has anymore. Colton is a rich man who has bought the plantation in hopes of turning it into a homing development to make the small town great again and make money. The lengths they go to throughout this book to sabotage each other made me laugh so much while reading this book. If you are looking for a great contemporary romance novel to read this is the book for you! I cannot wait to buy more books by this author!

I found this to be a very interesting story of a policewoman trying to hide who she is. Born with magic, Ezri doesn’t want to use or she just uses enough to help her get promotions. The book was original. The story was intriguing. Ezri really needed to come to terms with who she is . Trying to find her mom’s killer, she would need that magic. The characters were unique and quite interesting because you had a mix of the mundane and the magical. That made for a fascinating mix in the story. I could have used a little more excitement in the story but I am an adventure junkie (I admit it). This is a good story overall that I think fans of urban fantasy are going to love and want to read.
