Its the story of Scott who is the CEO of Waratah River Hospital and he has just hired Franceen Lewis as the new Obstetrician. Franceen has moved to the area to get away from a bad marriage and a tragic loss. A loss so great it has changed her life. Franceen is a great addition to the hospital except for the fact that Scott is so attracted to her. Sparks fly when they meet and the feeling’s don’t seem to get better as time goes by. Scott knows is not a good thing for him to get involved with a fellow Dr but he is seriously attracted to her. As they work together and get to know each other better the feelings continue to grow for both of them. Will they give in realize that love is worth the chance? Read this great romance to find out!

So Right, was so right in so many ways! This author is starting to become a favorite of mine. Though I think I need to go back and reread all in this series as a refresher. Petro & Amara, what is there to say?!? Amara wanted nothing to do with this fake fiancé assignment. Petro looked at it as a potential opportunity. Did everything work out for them? These 2 characters are written with so much pain in their past, it makes one feel for them. Are they able to move past it, or does it hold them back? Part of a series but very much a standalone novel in its own right. It’s a sweet romance! If that’s your thing? Take a chance, and as you read you will understand why.

A sweet romance set in the Australian outback. This is the third book in this small-town romance series. You can’t help but fall in love with the wonderful characters. It is an enjoyable read where there is heartbreak, loss, pain, but there is also laughter, fun and family. Dr. Scott Carruthers is the third sibling in this series, and he gets his story told in this book. When a new obstetrician comes to town there is instant attraction but a real slow burn as they work through their own painful pasts. This book is an romance that will touch your heart. Touching on a sensitive topic or two, this author writes in a way that speaks to your both your emotions and your heart. The two main characters are both dealing with rough times in their pasts. The question is can they move past those to be together? Or can they work together to heal? It looks good for them but you must read to find out. This author is one of my favorites because her plots feel realistic. They are made from things that people have gone through which makes everything pretty relatable. I have never been to Australia but her descriptions in the book make you feel like you are in the story. She is a wonderful author and I look forward to reading more from her. I would definitely give it more than a 5 if I could. Highly recommend. You should read the whole Outback series.

This is the 3rd book in the Welcome to Bunya Junction series. I have loved all of these stories. The author does and amazing job with her characters so that you feel every emotion that they go through from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows, you feel every emotion along the way. This story is is about Franceen and Scott. Both are doctors. Both work hard and love their patients. But they can’t deny the strong chemistry between them. This story is so strong, emotional and heartbreaking at times as we leave of their pasts and how it effects them in the present.
However both have been hurt in the past and this past pains keep popping up between the couple. Things aren’t helped when Franceen sees pregnant women and babies everyday knowing that is the one thing she wants but can’t have. Scott is a huge family man and his connection with his twin sister is so special and unique. Can this special couple work through all the pain they have suffered in their pasts so they can have a future or will they be too scares by past pains to allow themselves to fall again.

What a sweet romance this book is. I always.enhoy stories written by this author and this one is no different. I thought this was a quick and easy read that draws you into the characters bit by bit. Although the characters had an instant connection I loved that it felt like it developed over the course of the book. It had quite an easy writing style about it. The story was paced well and written just right. This was a great book that I thoroughly enjoyed.

This is a lovely sweet contemporary romance novel. I felt a connection between the characters.l especially Scott. Franceen is a great lady and I love the way she is portrayed. Past failures make them a bit very wary of relationships neither wanting to be hurt. Scott is very dedicated to his work and doesn’t have much of a personal life when Franceen walks into his life. Great job in the build-up of this relationship.

I thoroughly enjoyed So Right and the characters of Petro and Amara. These co-workers are brought together by their boss who sends them to scope out a California inn that he wants to purchase. Their mission has them pretending to be engaged and looking at possible wedding venues. During their week together, their relationship changes into intimacy and the pair begin healing from their past traumas and histories. This is a sweet story showing us that age is just a number and that love has no limits. The characters are all wonderful, supportive and amazing. This is the first I’ve read from this author but I hope to read more.

This is the fifth book in this series. It is just as great as the previous books which I highly suggest reading the previous books to help your enhancement of this author’s writing skills. This is an author that I have enjoyed reading from the first book I picked up by her. I never hesitate to pick up one of her books. I know that I am in for a great romance story. This is a well written story that takes romance to another level. The characters are relatable and give the story life. They are strong, supportive characters that made the story easy and entertaining to read. I enjoyed their chemistry as well as their growth throughout the story. Amara and Petro are both trying to prove that they deserve the promotion at work. How far are they willing to go for this promotion? What will fate have in store for these two? This is a great story with great plot growth. I highly recommend this book and this author.

I was drawn into this beautiful story from the very beginning. Scott and Franceen have both had their share of hurt in the past and it’s made them afraid to ever get close to anyone again. Even though they have these walls built and try to keep their distance, they both feel drawn to each other. They take a chance and grow closer as they both realize the depth of their feelings for each other. They have so many demons to face and roadblocks that try to stand in the way of their happily ever after. This book tugs at all the heartstrings and is an absolutely beautiful romance that you won’t want to miss.

This is the third book in this series which I enjoyed. I have enjoyed this author’s books from the first one I picked up. This is a series that can be read as a standalone but I highly suggest reading the two previous books to help your enhancement of this author’s writing style. This is a well written romance story that has characters that pop off the pages. They are connectable and truly made the story for me. I enjoyed the chemistry between Scott and Franceen. They are great characters that are strong and looking for a second chance at love. Their growth throughout the story made the story easy and entertaining to read. The author’s use of details gave the story a realistic feel. What happens between these two I highly recommend reading this book to find out if overcoming the past is in the plans. This is a great pick up for sure.

So Right is a sweet reverse age gap romance story. I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Amara and Petro. These two are so oblivious at first but it is wonderful reading about them coming together and seeing they are what the other needs. I laughed at how on the money their thoughts of each other were. It was wonderful reading about a protagonist in my age range that I could easily relate to. I am so happy that these two found each other. This was a nice, easy romantic read.

This is one where I was falling in love over and over again. I was so happy just reading it. It brought on moments that made me smile, cry and all that jazz. The story was well made together. And everything fell into place as I read, really loved this one!
Personally, I loved the connection that was between Franceen and Scott. They both had similarities, but also differences in different ways. They both were doctors, and I found the book did a wonderful insight into what the world of doctors are and their heavy schedules, and how it truly affects their relationships. What I really loved, was what was and became between Franceen and Scott. Two souls who had a past, especially Franceen. They were afraid of that leap of finding true happiness because life is well, scary.. As said, the story was a nice flow and gave you time to know and love the characters. Loved it!
I always read all books by their amazing author. I can never get enough of their work. I highly recommend reading the Outback series if you have not read any before this. They are standalones, but really beautiful stories. Thank you once again to an amazing author for a wonderful story. Highly recommend!

Once again I thought this author was able to portray the heartache of reality built together with the ideas of love, hope, and perseverance. In the first book, it leaves you off in a place of fight – fighting to be alive, fighting the will to want to live, and fighting the emotions that come with struggles of cancer. At the beginning of this book, Will has chosen to fight to live, with Tori by his side. This will not be an easy journey and while both of them have their doubts about success, they decide to fight to win a life lived together. Without giving too much away, Will does make it home after extreme chemo and a stem cell transplant. While he does make it home, it doesn’t mean that survival is guaranteed. The story walks you through how Tori, along with others that love him, takes care of Will, both physically and mentally. We see the realistic and sometimes negative effects of recuperation such as low self-esteem, guilt, caregiver burden, and many other weaknesses. However, through these weaknesses, Tori finds ways to provide him dignity and ways of still feeling like a man. And day by day, you can see the shift in Tori as a caregiver, to becoming a full, equal partner in a loving relationship.
One thing I love most about this duet is the realistic nature of the story. In my previous review of the first book I mentioned that I have a daughter with Cystic Fibrosis and have been her caretaker for 10 years. As I read, I understood all of the feelings that were being portrayed, for both characters. I believe that having a healthy relationship between reality, optimism, and hope – it provides the best combination for fighting and resilience. Do we falter along the way, of course, but if you have a foundation to work from you can always find your way back to success. Will at the beginning didn’t have this foundation, but with Tori’s help ended up finding it in the end. The book portrays this balance very well and could provide a foundation for someone going through a difficult time but hasn’t found that balance yet.
Lastly, what I was most surprised by was the romance aspect throughout the book. Even in these situations I found them not only to be very steamy, but honest. Again the author has a skill for blending insecurities and reality, but still making me blush. The descriptions of these scenes had me picturing everything so clearly in my imagination – this is how I know I love a writer and a book. The characters just possessed and showed so much true love between the two of them that nothing was off limits, limitations could be erotic, and there are just some things that are worth the wait. I really love that I have found this duet series and look forward to reading other things the author has put out.

This isn’t the first book I’ve read by the author. The author knows how to keep readers entertained. Doctor D’s Orderly Affair is the first book in a brand new series. Doctors of Eastport General is amazing so far.
Desmond is a pediatrician and his nephew’s life is on the line. The other doctors invite him out for a night out and he takes them up on their offer. He meets a woman who he doesn’t expect to fall in love with. The quote I chose for Desmond is: “After the funeral, I was lost. I took a leave of absence, spent some time wallowing, and fell into a deep depression. When I started piecing my life together again, you were already gone and I didn’t know where to. I had no idea we’d meet up like this, but I’m glad we did. It gives me a second chance to make things right. Can we start over again?”
Emily is a nurse who is finishing up school. She doesn’t have time for dating or a life outside of work and school. The nurses finally talk her into joining them and one thing leads to another. Power Play is a second chance love AND a sports romance. Two of my favorites in one!! I can’t tell you how much I loved this book, this writing style, the characters. I love it all so much. The story is about Levi and Brynn (Mac). Ten years previously they walked away from each other, walked away from their love and went down different paths. Now, a chance encounter has brought them together again and at first they don’t even recognize each other. Levi is still in love with her and never got over her. Brynn still has feelings from before but she is only a few months divorced from her ex husband. Brynn is very reluctant to pick back up where they left off so many years ago, and Levi doesn’t understand her apprehension. The ending is just perfect! This was such a fulfilling, easy, read. I give it 5 stars and will definitely read again. I always reread my favorites. I LOVE so many of the other characters…Tia and Bridger specifically. I can’t wait for their book. Hopefully we will get an update on Levi and Brynn in it.

This book gave me all the feels! Sweet and sassy Gina Fisher “Fish” meets Bryce Cambridge and sparks fly! When they first meet, Gina thinks he is married so when he shows interest and starts flirting she treats him horribly. When that gets cleared up is when it really gets good! He is gorgeous and he has his sights set on her. Gina was a Sergeant in the Army and she has a secret… after a heroic act overseas she was burned over a big portion of her body. She hides her scars very well, but is very self conscious about them. Will her insecurities hold her back from what could be an amazing relationship? This book touched me in very different ways and I was very impressed by the writer. I can’t wait to read the next one! Definitely recommend!

I love stories like these where life and love collide in the most beautiful of ways. This book is no different in the way it uniquely ties it altogether. Love always prevails in the sense of imperfections, embracing love, and finding the strength to do it all again with love like these two have found. I found the story romantic, sweet, and charming.

Hot Hot Hot!!! I love second chance romances, probably because I have my own HEA due to a second chance. Brynn and Levi couldn’t be more perfect for each other!! This story gives you all the feels and was a great way to break into a new series!! The characters are well developed and the author brings the story about in such a way that you really care for them. I am very much looking forward to the next book in line!

Gina was injured while serving in the army. While she has physically healed, She has closed in on herself. She has learned to proactively protect herself to avoid the stings of rejection. While at a craft fair she meets Bryce, who asks her out but she turns him down. After running into each other again Bryce is still interested and asks again. She turns him down. After some misunderstandings are cleared up the two begin spending time together. They each have their own issues that they must work through. Will Gina and Bryce be able to overcome their issues and find their happily ever after?
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. While it is the third in the series, it can be read as a stand alone. I loved that the characters had depth and felt like someone you might know in your own life. The relationships between the sisters is amazing to see. While this is the first book in the series I have read I can’t wait to go back and read the previous while I wait to see what comes next. Totally worth the read!

I really enjoyed this story of Gina and Bryce. They way they initially meet totally made me chuckle especially over a misunderstanding. My heart really ached at times for Gina, what she had to endure and the walls that she had around her heart and rightfully so. Bryce is hardworking arson investigator and I loved his banter trying to get to know Gina. There are sparks, sizzle, secrets but also moments that just capture you….Bryce trying to break Gina’s walls down and the trauma. Overall I really loved Gina and Bryce’s story and I highly recommend this book!
This story was such a sweet, cute, empowering romance read. I really, really loved it! The instant attraction between Gina and Bryce was nothing short of amazing! The first chapter had me hooked, I couldn’t set the book aside until I read ALL of their story. It was that great honest! The awkward misunderstanding of what Gina first thought of Bryce, priceless. LOL….Definitely one of my top fave reads of the year!!
This book captured a piece of my heart and I’ll remember Gina and Bryce for a lone time. I read this without reading the previous books with no problems whatsoever. I will say the characters from previous books definitely play a major role still so I’ll definitely be going back and reading the others. This story just got me in all the feels, Gina was a character that was so easy to connect with, and she may just be my favorite female character so far this year. The chemistry her and Bryce have is so easy to see they truly bring you into their world. It’s a story that hit close to home for me and I loved everything about it. Five huge stars and highly recommended! Excited to read the rest!
I am a sucker for second chance for romance stories. I really liked Levi’s character and who he was. Bryn took a bit for me to connect with and understand.. Part of that could’ve been her mothers influence. Levi, however, he was a success in the story as well as how it was written. I look forward to reading others in the series.
