Book three in the Broderick Coven is an amazing tale of good verses evil, curses verses blessings. Or blessings amid curses rather! Emotionalpalooza, this book will have you laugh, cry, cover your mouth so you don’t scream out loud. (A warning … this book contains content that may trigger some people who have dealt with abusive situations) however the author dealt with it in a very classy way. While book two remains my favorite so far in this series I absolutely cannot wait for the fourth installment! AJ Renee is definitely on my list of favored authors!

Wow I loved this continuation into the Broderick Coven Series! This book can be triggering so please check trigger warnings. But I absolutely loved following Max Broderick and Claudia and her daughter Katia. There were so many tender moments of healing and it felt therapeutic just to read in my opinion. I love AJ Renee’s world building and these stories surrounding the Broderick clan and this book only continued and added to my awe. Highly recommend this book!

This book is the third in this series. This time, we follow Maxwell of the Broderick family, which continues the theme of following one sibling per book. This story might be my favorite so far (which makes sense because I also love animals) and as always, is a continuation of the series that could also be read stand-alone if you really wanted to. I love that this book finally had a werewolf as a love interest instead of only witches. Like the other books, I highly recommend this one for fantasy lovers!

The more I read, the more I fall in love with the Broderick siblings. We’ve come to Max’s story, Cursed Whispers by AJ Renee. I like this book the best so far! Continuing into the world the author created, that I love, I will always want more. Max, whose gift is talking to animals, comes across a severely injured werewolf in the woods behind his family home. Claudia, severely injured, finally had a chance for her and her daughter to run. Held captive for the last 8 years she’s been beaten, battered and unfortunately raped. Little do they know that they are each other’s destiny, their soulmates. How they navigate that as a witch and werewolf is unheard of. This is their story. I can’t wait to find out who book 4 is about!

This is book #3 in the Broderick Coven series and I adored it! This book took me all over the place emotionally. There were many parts I could not stop smiling, and then there were others that I wanted to break down and cry. Max and Claudia’s story was beautiful and bittersweet at the same time. Max was a witch and Claudia was a werewolf. To be mates was being outside of the same species was a rarity, but a gift all in itself. Claudia was on the run with her daughter from her abusive captor. She was bruised and broken mentally and physically and felt she could never be a mate to anyone. The damage was intensive and she did not believe she would ever successfully move forward until she was brought into the Alumbra Wolf pack. There she found a true family and Max. Max was patient, kind, and was willing to wait an eternity for Claudia if he had to. It was a great story and truly emphasized that when you find your mate nothing and no one will stop fate, and no matter what they have endured that love and time can help heal wounds.

A new story focusing on another brother from the Broderick family of witches! In each book the author changes point of view to a different brother and the magic that they are learning to use. Max can speak to animals which is a fun way to see into the minds of the animals he treats and the werewolf he finds in the woods. This one was interesting with the werewolves so involved in the story and learning more about the pack life. I like the large family dinners and how they are so protective of each other. I can’t wait to read the next book!

Cursed Whispers by AJ Renee is the third book in the Broderick Coven book series. This can be read as a standalone or as part of the series. The story focuses on a vet who finds an injured wolf who is actually a beautiful werewolf. Will he be able to keep her safe and nurse her back to health? I enjoy this series because where the stories could go into super obvious tropes the author throws nice twists to the story. I really liked the werewolf aspect of the story. The characters are great and I like how they interact with each other. I look forward to reading more in this series soon and reading more from this author.

Very frequently when you reach book three in a series the story line can become tired. AJ Renee does a great job of spicing up this third instalment and taking the reader into the most turbulent story so far!
When Max Broderick, a witch veterinarian who can speak to his clients, feels the pull to the woods to attend to an animal in need he doesn’t expect to meet his mate. Claudia, a werewolf, has lived in a world with nothing but violence and mistreatment for the last eight years. Max’s patience and affection for Claudia and her daughter Katia slowly wear down the last of her reserves to become full mates.
I very much enjoyed this book and look forward to the next.

Cursed Whispers by AJ Renee is the third book in the Broderick Coven series. This series is centered around the Broderick family. The siblings have discovered that they come from a family of witches and that they all have powers. Each book centers around a sibling as that sibling learns more about their powers. This book is about Max Broderick. He has the gift of hearing animals’ thoughts and talking to them in their head. This comes in handy when he meets an injured werewolf. I have really enjoyed this series and enjoyed this book as well. But an important note – there is a trigger warning for anyone affected by rape or sex trafficking. This book was also pretty graphic in the sex scenes. I still enjoyed watching Claudia overcome all that she had been through as well as meeting her adorable daughter Katia. Fantastic series with relatable characters!

I am in LOVE with this series. I loved the book before this but so far this one is my favorite.
Be warned there is a trigger warning for abuse and sexual abuse.
We follow Max Broderick, one of our beloved Broderick brothers. And very quickly his powers of talking with animals is a wonderful benefit to him. As he meets Claudia.
This book was also so hard for me to put down. It was filled with adventure, true emotions and the overwhelming feeling of love.
I truly can’t wait to read the next in the series.
In the 3rd installment of the Broderick Coven we get to hear the story of Max and Claudia and if you’re wondering how we can hit a 3rd book and it still be good… It is. No question. Still amazing. I’m over the moon with this author and how well she spins the tale. She has truly created an alternate universe for those of us who love the Paranormal and I hope she never quits! I could read them all over and over again. If you’re into Paranormal romance and action look no further than this book and the whole series!

Cursed Whispers by AJ Renee is the third book in the Broderick Coven Series. Because each of the stories follows different people, you can definitely read them each as standalones. However, you will want to read them all anyhow, so just plan on it!
After being held captive for 8 years, Claudia is on the run. Badly wounded in her wolf form, she’s rescued by a veterinarian who just so happens to be able to speak to animals. (Only fitting, right?) Claudia isn’t looking for love, she’s looking for her daughter and for safety. Max feels the connection, but can’t seem to get Claudia to open up.
A great love story that leaves you rooting for true love, and on the edge of your seat for justice!

“Cursed Whispers” is a multifaceted book. It touches on various issues that are personal to a large part of the population. This book took my feelings on a rollercoaster ride. Max is a vet with magical communication skills. Claudia has been to hell and back, and needs to return again. The story focuses on two very different families who have been through so much, but still drop everything to help one another. Read this book if you like drama, support, strength, and love. I promise it will be worth it.

I enjoyed this book by A.J. Renee. Cursed Whispers is a really good book. The world created by A.J. Renee is vibrant and interspersed with interesting intense characters. I really enjoyed the flow of the story and how the characters were developed. When I initially chose this book to read, I did not realize that it was the third in a series. Max can talk to animals. Yeah, you’re probably thinking it’s because he’s a get. But he can literally talk to animals. When he goes to his sister’s baby shower he gets a feeling. The feeling led him to his mate. The quote I chose for Max is: “When I heard your cry of pain, I decided right then to do everything I could for you. Learning you’re a werewolf hasn’t changed a thing. I can tell you don’t trust easily and probably for a good reason. Please trust me—us—when we say we will fight alongside you.”
Claudia is a werewolf. You know the kind that can phase between wolf form and human. She was taken, abused, and raped. Bringing along her daughter when she escapes. Now she has lost her daughter and needs Max’s help to find her. The quote I chose for Claudia is: “I, Claudia Lupita, mother of Katia, pledge my allegiance to the Alumbra pack. Max Broderick is one of seven children and they are all witches, but they only found out a year ago, they each have a different magical gift and Max’s happens to be the ability to talk to animals, with a little bit of emotion triggered telekinesis thrown in for good measure. On this particular day, he is heading to his sisters house for her baby shower with one of his other brothers, he thinks he hears something coming from the woods, however puts it out of his mind and goes into the house and see his sister, but as soon as he does, he feels a pull to go out onto her patio hears a whimper of pain and sets off running in it’s direction. As he searches the woods for the animal in need, he doesn’t even contemplate whether his brother is following him because the pull he is feeling is too strong to ignore and when he finds the injured wolf which is in such a desperate condition he immediately talks to it and tries to reassure it that it is safe and in good hands, btu when he picks it up and it passes out, he realises just how bad its condition is.
As the wolf is drifting in and out of consciousness, she hears smatterings of conversations in the background but cannot focus long enough to understand their meaning and as soon as she surfaces, she is dragged back down into the darkness of memories and regrets. When she next wakes up she feels the presence of a pack alpha and is terrified of him, but the other voices around her realise this and tell him off, it is then that she realises that the door to the cage she is in is open and considers running, however, the kind voice nearby tells her it would be no use in the condition she is currently in, but that she is also free to leave whenever she wants to. She responds to his questions as best she can and introduces herself as Claudia Lupita, but she is overtaken by the need to shift and the excruciating pain which this causes makes unusual things happen in the room although she doesn’t understand why yet. Meanwhile Max is taken aback by the sudden and fierce need to protect this werewolf and loses control of his telekinesis when his brother tries to approach Claudia to heal her now she is back in her human form and as he apologises for throwing them around the room and allows him near to her to help heal her, all the while feeling her pain within him and not comprehending why.
After the others leave the surgery Max tries to engage with Claudia while giving her space and time to adjust to the new environment around her all the while constantly reassuring her that she is safe with him. Claudia decides to use the facility shower to clean up a bit and rests while she can after eating while thinking about the hell she has escaped and the things she still needs to do and when Max’s sister comes back the next morning with supplies and a kitten who chooses to be called Stormy, Claudia starts to talk about how she arrived there and who is still in the woods waiting for her. It is at this point that a Broderick family meeting is called so that Claudia doesn’t have to repeat what she has to tell them more than once and when she explains the abusive pack she escaped from with her daughter they all decide there and then that they will do everything they can to find her daughter and then help her get revenge on the pack which she escaped from.
Claudia is overwhelmed with the offer of help from the most unlikely of allies, another werewolf pack and a coven of witches and guardedly accepts their help, but her feelings towards Max are confusing her as much as they are confusing him, when they are told that they are fated mates, but will Max be able to help Claudia to overcome the events of her past, or is she too damaged to acknowledge her mate and all that it entails? Will they be able to work together to find Claudia’s daughter and the pack she escaped from and what will happen if they do? This is a romance filled with family, friends, love and some despair which will drag you along on the journey within its pages to the final destination and the highs and lows which go along with it.

This is book 3 in the Broderick Coven series and I loved this as much as the first 2.
In this book we follow Max. Max is a witch in the Broderick coven and his gift is being able to hear and talk to animals. At his sisters babyshower he feels the pull of an animal in danger and pain so he goes to investigate. Little does he know it will change his life forever.
The animal is finds isn’t just an animal. Its a were shifter called Claudia. Claudia has escaped an abusive prison but has been left injured and scared. Max takes care of her and they soon realise their feelings are more than just an attraction.
However with danger looking for Claudia, a missing daughter to find and Claudia learning to trust men again can they succeed and build on their connection? How far would Max be prepared to go to protect Claudia and her daughter?

Supernatural books are like a second home to me. It is a world I love reading about, exploring and reliving over and over again. So finding this book, I had really high hopes and I wasn’t disappointed. For me, this book is more than just about two different supernatural beings coming together. It is also a struggle about rebuilding and self discovery after a traumatic event. Sad as that part is in the book it felt needed. For this isn’t just a love story but more. Reading what the character went through.. it really added that extra element in not only grabbing your attention but watching some serious character growth. Over all, I really loved this book and I can’t wait to read the next one!

Cursed Whispers (Broderick Coven Book 3) by AJ Renee was a great read! Be warned though, while this is a paranormal (and obvious fiction) book, there are some scenes and content that could be triggering for other. This book is an emotional read, and it made me laugh, cry, and hang off the edge of my seat waiting to see what happens next. I thought the second book in this series was great but this one I think was even better. I can’t wait to read the installment and see what happens to the Broderick coven next!

Cursed Whispers (Broderick Coven Book 3) by AJ Renee is a paranormal romance story. As with the other books in this series it is captivating and engaging. AJ is the consummate paranormal storyteller and I have not read one of her books that I have not been ensnared by. AJ’s world building and writing style makes it easy to get lost in the story. With shifters and witches, magic and mystery and fated mates this is a story that will keep you engrossed.

Wow! I am not typically a fan of paranormal stories but this book had me hooked from the start. I did not read the first two books in the series but after falling in love with Max and Claudia I will be revisiting the first two books. Watching Max and Claudia’s relationship, which is not a “normal” pairing, no pun intended but truly magical. Witches, werewolves, magic and love, this book will definitely have you hooked until the end.

This book and series has been addictive to say the least. I really enjoy the author’s writing style and the way the story is woven together. Just the right balance of paranormal greatness, suspense, and romantic chemistry. A hard book to walk away from, I had to finish it in one sitting. Loved it.

Cursed whispers is a really good book about witches and werewolves. This is the 1st book i’ve read in the series but I didn’t feel lost because it filled in the background pretty well. I will definitely have to go back and read the 1st two books in the series. The witches in this story all have unique powers like Max being able to speak to animals. The love Max shows for Claudia and her daughter right after meeting them is really sweet. The book was entertaining and had a lot of details that made the characters more realistic.

Cursed Whispers by A.J. Renee is the third book in the Broderick Coven series. This is a series that seems to just go from strength to strength to strength. So far this book is definitely my favourite of the series. Claudia and Max have such an undeniable chemistry, you can literally feel it on every single page! I was hooked on their story instantly and just had to find out if they would make things work. I also really enjoyed that fact that the book featured a male witch. More often than not I find authors tend to fall into the habit of witches being female and the male being warlocks or wizards. It was refreshing to read a book the decided not to follow this norm. The story itself was great. It was well thought out and developed just right. The author knew just what to do to keep the story moving at the perfect pace. This is a fantastic book that I would highly recommend – the whole series is definitely with your time!

I absolutely loved this paranormal read! Right from the get go I was captivated and I ended up reading this book in one sitting as I couldn’t bring myself to stop reading. I was so intrigued by these characters and felt so invested in their story and couldn’t wait to find out how everything was going to play out, and I was not disappointed!
I would highly suggest reading this series in order, this story will be better enjoyed having the full backstory of other characters. Just like the other books in this series, Cursed Whispers, is entertaining, unexpected, intense, heart wrenching and basically amazing.
I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone looking for their next paranormal read!

This series is just as exciting and fun to read as the covers suggest they are! I have such a difficult time deciding with each one which is my favorite but I really think this one has taken the cake for me. I was instantly connected to the characters and completely rooting for them to have the happiest of endings possible. Cursed Whispers is the third book in AJ Renee’s Broderick Coven Series so I would recommend reading them in order to get a feel and understanding for what to expect. This story brings us the adventure of Max and Claudia, and they do not disappoint one bit! I cannot wait to see what the next book will bring us! I can only hope the wait is not too long!

This paranormal story is the third in the Broderick Coven series. I highly recommend reading the previous books. She does an amazing job writing about shifting and romance. She is able to intertwine the two worlds. I love the romance between characters as well. In this story, a veterinarian rescued a wolf, but he did not realize who he really rescued. He is able to talk to animals which is when he realizes the beauty underneath the wolf. The problem is that the wolf has some rough past. Will he take the challenge of her past or will it be too much for him? I could not put this book down until I was done with it. I highly recommend this book and series for entertainment to escape the world for a while.

Cursed Whispers by AJ Renee is the 3rd book in the Broderick Coven Series and was such a good paranormal romance. The story brought me in and the characters made me stay! They’re were great. Max is a vet who is also a witch with magical powers. Those powers help him speak to animals and that’s the perfect ability for a vet! Claudia is a werewolf Shifter on the run from the people who kept her captive for a few years! She finds max and he helps her! And the attraction between then is explosive and they’re drawn to each other. But there is alot to overcome and just because she escaped does mean that Claudia is safe. I would definitely recommend this to a friend! Happy Reading!
