This dark suspense romance kept me hooked from beginning to the end! I have read this author before and I have loved every book by her! This one is no different. Her writing is amazing and her attention to details is great! I loved all of the main characters and the chemistry was off the charts. Night Justice (A Chicago Vigilantes Novel Book 1) by India Kells was a good 4 star read. I was pulled in right from the beginning. We get a glimpse into how the vigilante got his start and then we jump ahead five years later to Orla, a strong and determined reporter for the Chicago Tribune.
Orla is looking into a way to stop a new dangerous drug from hitting the streets of Chicago. Her other interest is unmasking the vigilante. When the vigilante gets wind that Orla is also searching for the drug in a twist these two end up joining forces to find them together. The more they work together the closer they become.
Will they succeed and can they keep their hearts out of it?
Overall I really enjoyed this read. I loved Orla’s strength and determination, she wasn’t afraid to back down from a fight. All of the secondary characters added a great element to the story. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was coming next. If you are looking for a great thrilling read this is the one for you. Night Justice (A Chicago Vigilantes Novel Book 1) by India Kells. This author always brings her A+ game to all books and this one is no different. From page one I knew I’d be reading in one sitting. The characters are complex and relatable, they bring readers right into their world and as for me I didn’t want to leave. I love books with strong female main characters and this one definitely delivers just that, a head strong fierce character who doesn’t back down and the Vigilante who she teams with makes for an amazing story. It’s well written and paced nicely never feeling rushed or lacking anything. I’m so excited and impatiently waiting for more. Five stars all the way and highly recommended!

I could not stop reading this book as the story progressed. It was addictive, intriguing, thrilling, and entertaining. I loved it! I loved the characters and the scenery. This author never ceases to amaze me with her writing and her stories. This was such a wonderful read. I highly recommend it!

I have read a few books from this author and she still continues to blow my mind. I absolutely love a good criminal romance but this author exceeded all my expectations. This is the first book of the Chicago Vigilantes series and wow what a great start to an awesome series. You can’t help but to fall in love with these characters. I can’t wait to see what this author will write next.
Orla Karlsen is a Chicago reporter that has been everywhere. She is hearing a rumor that a new deadly drug is coming into town. Orla wants this to stop and she will do anything to stop it. Night Justice is the fantastic first book in the Chicago Vigilantes Series by India Kells. I have been a fan of India Kells’ writing for the last couple of years and was excited that she has brought out a new series. As expected I absolutely loved Night Justice. She has certainly got this new series off with an absolute bang! Orla is an investigative journalist whose latest assignment is to find out about a new drug called Phantom that’s about to sweep across Chicago. At the same time she’s trying to find out information about the vigilante that’s been operating in the area. Little did she know that the 2 investigations would merge into 1 very dangerous assignment for her. Sam is a vigilante working for Noctem Consulting who is trying to stop the introduction of the drug. After a chance meeting with Orla, when he was meant to be following her, the 2 work together to bring down the team bringing Phantom to their city. This is a very fact paced romantic thriller that will keep you gripped from beginning to end. I love how India Kells writes a fantastic thriller but also adds some very hot and steamy scenes that will have you needing to fan your face. I’ve never read an India Kells book that I haven’t loved and I can’t wait to read more from this series. It has all the markings of being another cracker! Night Justice is a MUST read.

Night Justice by India Kells is the first installment of A Chicago Vigilantes series which is a dark romance with suspense. I was so excited to read this series when I saw it, between the synopsis and that cover. This is the first book I have read by this author but again won’t be the last, I love finding new authors that I fall in love with their work. This is a easy read that keeps you hook from the first page, there is so much adventure, action, mystery and then you add in the romance. Orla Karlsen is a reporter in Chicago who is determined to stop a new drug from spreading through the city but also to figure out who the masked Vigilante is giving his own justice to those who deserve it. Her and the Vigilante have such hot chemistry its off the charts. Highly recommend this book.

Night Justice by India Kells a five-star read that will bring justice to the story. This is number one in the Chicago Vigilantes novels and if you have read the women of Purgatory series you will see come characters pop up, but I will be clear and say that you don’t need to have read that series, its just an added extra like seeing an old friend in passing not your bestie after missing each other for 10 weeks, a nice bonus but not a major working part. Orla Karlsen is a very determined character and that can sometimes be a little bit of a flaw for her, when you throw in amazing chemistry and a Vigilante in the form of an Angel, well you have a winning story. It is very quick paced and will keep your adrenalin pumping and your heart a racing, if you like a dark suspenseful romance then you won’t go wrong with this story or this author.

Oh this series is one that I will be waiting impatiently for the next book to release. I have been a fan of Ms. Kells for a while now and now I’m a bigger fan because of this book. She nailed the darker suspense perfectly.
Orla has no fear and I love that about her. She has seen so much as an investigation journalist, including war so the streets of Chicago should be easy. Should be, but aren’t though the Vigilante is doing his part in making them safer.
We get to know the members of the this group and I’m so excited about this series.

I think I am yet to read a book by this author that I haven’t loved. Her writing is as captivating as always and I was hooked from beginning to end. There was plenty of action from the very start. The characters in the story were great. I really liked Orla, she was strong, determined and wasn’t going to back down. I really enjoyed reading about her. I loved that there was a little romance in the story too. When Orla and The Vigilante meet their connection and chemistry was undeniable! Night Justice is a fantastic 5 star read, it has some darker romance elements to it which I loved! I am really excited to read the next book in the series!

What a kick off to a new series this book is! Orla is a top journalist that’s trying to keep a new drug off the street and also to dig into who/what this new vigilante is and if they’re good or bad. I was hooked from page one and I enjoyed every amazing minute of this story. I cant wait to see where this series goes from here. I’m a big fan of India Kells’s books. She writes such gripping novels that will hook you from the very beginning and not let you up until the very end!
Night Justice is the first book in her Chicago Vigilantes series and I’m completely enthralled with it. In this book we follow Orla who is a reporter who is set on her mission on stopping the drug trade that is running rampant through Chicago as well as the Vigilante who has his own version to justice served. Miss Kells has a way of writing such deep and meaningful story that hands you many twists and turns to the plot that keep you on the edge of your seat guessing what will happen next. I cannot wait for the next installment!

I must admit that I have not found anything I have read by India that I have not liked. Be warned before you start that it is so engrossing it is hard to put down. Night Justice is the opening act of India Kells’ new series of Chicago Vigilantes series. I absolutely adore India Kells and the universe that she has created with her Women of Purgatory and Dark Sparrow series and with her crossover series with Maddie Wade, and now she is adding to it, fantastic! I love how the characters from different series cross paths so be prepared, that is also the case with Night Justice and the new series! When you pick up a story by India Kells, you know that hours filled with enthralling story are waiting for you and be forewarned, plan enough time to get through the story with one sitting as stopping is not an option, trust me … I tried and it didn’t work, my brain could not shut down so I had to get up and just continue … Night Justice will give us Vigilante justice, in the windy city of Chicago where we are taken along on a ride that a reporter, Orla Karlsen, is on with the Vigilante. A race to take down the suppliers who are bringing a new drug into the market that has no mercy on its users. A simple ‘going undercover’ for a story turns into something more and in the end both need to decide what matters most! Every time I finish a book in one of India’s series I cannot wait for the next one and I truly hope she is not making us to wait too long and we can go back to the Noctem and Chicago!

Night Justice is the first book in the Chicago Vigilantes series. It leaves things in a bit of a cliffhanger so be prepared for that.
I liked this book a lot. The characters are well written. I appreciated the female lead, Orla. Her character is strong, yet feminine, very well balanced. I also loved that the male lead is an anti-hero. The fact that he is attracted to Orla because she’s strong and not because she needs to be “saved” is a plus too.
This story has romance, of course, but it is also full of intrigue and danger as Orla and her masked vigilante try to keep the city safe from a new drug. Overall, a great read.

With India Kells being a favourite author of mine already, I jumped at the chance to read this book, and I wasn’t disappointed. This book had me hooked from the very beginning right until the end. This author has an incredible way with words, she makes her read captivating and entrancing with how mentally visual it is, it makes you believe you are there alongside the characters. I absolutely loved these characters she created, I connected to them immediately and couldn’t wait to follow their journey. I was on the edge of my seat numerous time through this read but it makes it that much better! I can’t wait to read what happens next, but until then, I highly recommend this book!

I loved this story. Its exciting and keeps you gripped. The characters are well written and the passion and connection between them jumps off the page.
Sam is a vilgilante protecting Chicago from all the criminals that the law doesnt stop. He works for a group who identity is unknown. That is until Orla comes onto the scene.
Orla is a journalist who has been asked by the police to work on investigating a new drug on the market call Phantom. While investigating this her path crosses with Sam’s and the attraction between them is to hard to resist. This is the moment she could find out the true identity of the Vigilante thats been seen around Chicago and break another big story.
They both have the same goal of stopping Phantom from hitting the street so can they trust each other and work together to stop it or will Sam’s secrets and Orla’s need for the truth about who he is ruin the mission and allow the drug to be released.

Holy Smokes! This is another thrilling ride told perfectly by India Kells! There is friendship and camaraderie. Action, Suspense and some hot sexy scenes. I loved it all! I couldn’t put this down always wondering how it would end and would they ever really know each other. Orla is exactly what she portrays herself as. A hot shot journalist. The way she pieces things together…she is a great puzzler. She is strong mentally and isn’t afraid to always take that next step toward her success. Crazy steps at times but she still takes them.
I love this introduction to the Noctem group. It’s a break away from Purgatory, if you have read previous books by this author. This is a wonderful crew. Bad and yet good all at the same time. There is great interaction between them all. I almost like the hacker the best so far but the thief is no slouch. He is so stoic but yet seems to have a charming side.
This is an action filled start to a new series. I can’t wait to learn more about this crew and the men and women who will take them down a notch. I look forward to the next!

Night Justice is the first instalment in a stellar new series by India Kells. Ms Kells is one of my favourite authors, and I can always count on her to deliver an enthralling read. The premise of this story grabbed me right from the get-go. The whole vigilante justice angle mixed with plenty of action, an investigative reporter, danger, the underworld, and a new deadly drug- what’s not to love. Right? This book/series is a bit of spin-off from the Purgatory series- with characters, and references to events from Women of Purgatory. You don’t need to have read that series to enjoy this book- but I highly recommend reading them anyway- because not only are they fantastic stories- I think knowing what happens there will give you a much better understanding of the background events that propelled the whole “vigilante’ angle- and I think that would really elevate this reading experience for you. At the very least I think you should read “Breaking Point” (Woman of Purgatory Book #4- Novella). As expected, Ms. Kells weaves palpable suspense, tension, intrigue, and drama- holding my attention throughout this engrossing story. Really looking forward to the rest of the series!

I loved this unique storyline. India Kells is a favorite of mine already, and this start to a new series had me hooked from the first chapter.
Orla is a noted Investigative reporter, she is trying to get to the bottom of a suspected Vigilante in her city. Another story falls on her desk and she decides to put the Vigilante on the back burner while she tries to figure out how to stop the distribution of a new drug in her city that has been known to kill people.
I love how the author merged Orla’s two stories together and watching these unfold had a lot of edge of your seat reading.
Although it did not end on a huge throw your kindle kind of cliff hanger, the story will continue and I can not wait to see how this all plays out.
This was a quick read which I was able to devour in one sitting and I highly recommend grabbing it.

This is a dark, romantic suspense about a reporter named Orla who is defending her city from being overtaken by a new illicit drug, and in doing so, encounters the Vigilante, who is essentially a criminal trying to bring about justice. The character development and the relationships were fleshed out and complex, and I really enjoyed all the drama. There was plenty of action, lots of romance, and this was definitely a page-turner.

I have yet to come across a India Kells novel that I didn’t absolutely adore and devour and this one, Night Justice, is no exception to the rule. I do enjoy the way that India Kells can weave a deep and emotional, yet gripping story that has a clear and loud plot mixed in with the passion she writes so well. I sincerely love the suspense novels that she does and this one would have to be on the top of that list of favs.
In Night Justice, A Chicago Vigilantes Novel, we get to follow Orla, a determined reporter with a mission. She must find a way to stop the distribution of a new drug that is terrorizing Chicago while also searching for a Vigilante with his own ideas of justice at play in the city. These will develop a team that will be unstoppable if they can get over their feelings and insecurities. Will she be able to do all of this and find love in the process? This book will take you on a crazy ride through Chicago and bend your mind as you try to figure out all pieces of the puzzle and where they fit! I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book in this series and any others that India Kells will grace us with soon!

Night Justice is the first book in A Chicago Vigilante series by India Kells. India Kells is one of my go to authors and this book is my new favorite. This book had me reading long into the night and I couldn’t put it down until I read the last page. It was well worth my lost sleep. This dark thriller is full of action, adventure, mystery, and romance. The characters were well defined and very relatable. Orla Karlsen is a reporter who goes undercover to save the city from a new drug that could destroy it. The Vigilante is a dark savior who is catching bad guys, when the two meet sparks fly. Both have issues with trust, which can lead to death or glory. I can’t wait to get my hands on the second book in this series.

Night Justice by India Kells was a great story! I was caught immediately in the story right at the beginning, and it held me until the end. I loved the suspense, the mystery, the steamy romance, all of it was incredible! The story line was great, the characters were awesome, and it definitely left me wanting more! This is the first novel I’ve read by Kells, and I can’t wait to read more in the future!

Night Justice (A Chicago Vigilantes Novel Book 1) by India Kells. I love India Kells and this book was no different. I started reading thinking I would read a few chapters and go to sleep, think again, I stayed up until 2am and the book was finished! Its soo good. Its the story of Orla Karlsen a Chicago Reporter who has found out about a new drug that is about to take their city by storm and not in a good way. She decides to go underground to investigate and meets a Vigilante who is trying to fight to protect the city whatever it takes. Meaning if its illegal they will still do it to save the right people. He is working to take down the people trying to bring this drug into the city and he’s following her to see if she can help him. Once they meet they decide to work together and during that time there is an electricity between them. Once they give in to it they can’t stay away from each other. Orla develops feelings for the Vigilante and she is trying to find out who he is. Will she decide to trust her heart or play it safe. Will the Vigilante stop the people bringing the drug in or will he die trying? The Vigilante and Orla’s chemistry is off the charts and I’m rooting for them to make it. Can’t wait for the next book!

Night Justice by India Kells is an amazing 5 star read! I was hooked from the very first page, and couldn’t help but binge the whole thing in one sitting! I adored the character relationships in this book, and just overall loved the way it was written! I recommend this for anyone who is a fan of dark romance, and suspense! This is my first book by India Kells, and i can’t want to find more!

This was a book full of drama, action, suspense and romance, it also has a sassy heroine and a strong hero who’s chemistry sizzled off the page and led to plenty of steamy scenes. I was hooked from page one, reporter Orla Karlsen is determined to track down and prevent the distribution of a new drug in Chicago. She is even prepared to enter the underworld of Chicago, however she’s not alone as the ‘Vigilante’ has also sworn to protect the city. Their common quest sees the reporter and the masked man working closely together and sparks start to fly but when they both enter dangerous territory will they fight together or apart. No spoilers, this was an exciting read and I thoroughly recommend this first novel in India Kells new series.

Night Justice by India Kells is the first book in the Chicago Vigilante Series. This book is dark and suspenseful and so exciting. It had me on the edge of my seat so many times, quickly turning pages, desperate to find out what was going to happen. The story is so well developed, and I loved the fact it gave me a “Batman” type feel to it. I was gripped by this book the whole way through and really didn’t want it to end. I am excited to see what else is to come from this series!
