  • Hole in the Rock is a fairly quick pace fun adventure aimed for middle school aged children 8-12 but I think younger may enjoy it as well but may not understand the message as well as an older kid . In this fun story we follow along with a girl named Lizzy as she learns a few lessons about how our actions may have certain consequences, making the right choices, importance of family and friends, having to take full responsibility for ourselves and our actions. Lizzy’s father is a taxidermist and she’s a animal lover who doesn’t like his job. When he decides to move his family to a cave. Everything is fixing to change. One thing that children and even adults will learn from this story is that everyone makes mistakes and not everyone will agree and our actions may have certain consequences but we learn from them . I highly recommend reading this book and I look forward to reading more from this Author.

This is a Historical Mystery that is packed with adventure, drama, action, mystery and so much more. This author has knocked it out of the park once again. I could vividly picture Paris in 1889 and everything else as well. This one we find Emma and Jeremy along with Tim and Dora going to the Paris Exposition where they find themselves not only working one mystery but two. We follow them along the way as they do their thing. You’ll find yourself lost in the pages as you turn them to find out what happens next. A Match Made In Montana is the second book in The Millers of Marietta series and is a wonderfully written Second Chance Romance/Contemporary romance that I loved reading. I was hooked from the very beginning and had a hard time putting it down. This is a fairly new author to me but I enjoy her style of writing and attention to detail. She wanted a freshstart so she bought and renovated a house she would turn into a B and B. Craig works for a marketing firm and is in town early to help with wedding stuff or that’s what he thought. Kimber is empathic she senses people’s pain and emotions. She also has visions . These abilities aren’t normally found in vampires. Kimber has been held captive by her very selfish leaders. Fabian is shaman and watches over the world and magic. He’s very different from others as he genuinely cares for others. These two together can they join forces together and keep all evil away?
