All I have to say to this series is OMG! I absolutely loved it! McNamee has a way of captivating her readers from the beginning to the very end. Each of the 6 book series involve themes of steamy romance, family relationships and connections, the Italian Mob, suspense and much more. In the past, I’ve shied away from books dealing with mob or mafia but after reading this book and enjoying McNamee’s stories has really changed my perspective. For those readers intrigued or curious about this series, there are some great revelations throughout that keep the readers glued to the book till the end.

The Hawke Family complete collection by Gwyn McNamee is a six book series all wrapped into one. I was really excited to read this series as I had heard such good things and it did not disappoint. Overall, I am completely blown away at how great these books are. There are so many surprises and so much action and the perfect amount of spicy moments. I cannot wait to read more from this author. Savage Collision – Being book one in this series was truly an awesome book. The story follows Savage and Danika and their crazy whirlwind romance. The pair do not get off on the right foot but neither can deny the underlying attraction between them. Savage Hawke is the owner of several bars, restaurants and also, a gentleman’s club. Danika finds out her baby sister is now working there and comes to give him you know what for employing her sweet little sis. Each of them have their own secrets and it’s possible the will wreck what they’ve both come to work for. I really liked Savage, Dani made me angry a few times but overall this was a solid start to the series! Tortured Skye – Book two follows Skye and Gabe. I have to admit, I was so extremely happy to see Gabe and get the know the hardened man. The bonus member of the Hawke family thanks to his best friend, Savage, Gabe has been crushing on Skye for quite some time. But because of her being his best friends sister, he has stayed away from her. He’s not trying to risk the only family that’s ever cared for him. Throughout the years, Gabe has been someone Skye can lean on. Someone who’s given her advice and understood her. But after sharing a steamy moment, she cannot get him out of her head. Each of them have been through more pain and suffering than one should have to go through and have been handling it in their own way. Will they be the thing that the other needs most? Stone Sober – Book three in this series follows Stone and Nora. We first meet Nora in book one as she is Danika’s sister. Which means she works for Stones brother as a dancer in the club. Nora is just trying to figure out what she truly wants in life. After leaving medical school, she found a job at the club and though she is a spicy dancer, she is one of the most innocent people ever. Stone on the other hand is pretty much the bad boy that you’ve been warned about. Though incredibly handsome, this lawyer is mixed up in some stuff. Phew the amount of action and suspense in this book was crazy. It was so steamy that I was reading it so fast. This book was definitely one that caught me off guard with the emotions I felt. Building Storm – Book four follows the relationship between Storm and Landon. Storm is broken, she has lost everything and has to navigate her life with her daughter. If it weren’t for her family she would have nothing. Landon has dealt with his own troubles. He isn’t quite sure what healing he needs to do but with Storm, it just happens. This book is full of so much pain and so many tears, it just breaks your heart. But it’s also full of so much strength, love and growth. It is incredibly how two people can heal one another and find the inner peace that they each need. Tainted Saint – Saint and Caroline are coming in to play in book five. This is a fast read but still a great read. As the bouncer for the Hawkeye club, Saint comes off as one scary dude. He just wants to protect Caroline when she starts some sort of dangerous investigation. This novella was a great addition to the Hawke family. The pair were incredibly hot together. They had some amazing spicy moments. My only complaint is that I wish it were longer. Steele Resolve – Byron and Luca’s story brings the Hawke family series to an end. Another novella in the series, it brings so many of the other stories together. The passion between the two of them was so beautiful. The only problem is that they are supposed to be enemies. Luca’s family has tried to destroy the Hawkes but the two of them cannot stay apart. What a great wrap to the series.

The Hawke Family Collection is amazing! Every story has different characters that are each dealing with their own issues and have to figure out how to resolve them. This author knows exactly how to reel you in with the perfect amount of steamy hot sexy scenes, fun banter between the character an emotional connections. These are definitely a must read!

First off wow! This series is such a page turner I cannot rave about it enough. Gwyn has become a new favorite author. Each book in the series focuses on different people. So you get a different point of view with each one. There is plenty of steam, excitement, romance and drama to keep you reading. I highly recommend this series.
Savage collision features Savage Hawke and Danika Eriksson. The good girl and the bad boy. Their chemistry is on fire from their first encounter.
Tortured Skye features Skye Hawke and Gabe Anderson all I will say is the phrase “forbidden love”
******** Stone Sober features Stone Hawke and Nora Eriksson although Nora works at the club, she’s still has such an innocent take on the world.
Building Storm is my favorite installment. This one features Storm Hawke and Landon McCabe. It’s full of grief, healing, romance, steam, and the unexpected.
*******
Tainted Saint is interesting because it’s the first story where a Hawke isn’t the center of it. Instead we focus on Solomon Clarke aka Saint a bouncer that works at the Hawkeye Club, and Caroline Brooks. This one is probably my second favorite!
Steele Resolve is the last installment in this series. It features Luca “Steele” Abello and Byron Harris. They shouldn’t be together but they cannot help themselves. If the others find out about it it can cost them their lives and hurt their loved ones.

Oh, what can I tell you about Savage Collision which is book 1 in this collection?! I can tell you that there are secrets and information being withheld for the purest of reasons. I can tell you this story will break your heart just a little and very nicely put it back together again. I can tell you this author can write a really good story! This story had me laughing, crying, and even panting! These two are super-hot together, but as with all good things, this too will end, right? With the secrets they each hide and the danger lurking around, can Danika and Savage really be it for each other? I, for one, have always said communication is the key to everything, this author has proven me wrong with this story. Some things really are on a need-to-know basis. I love being wrong, this time.
Book 2 in this collection is Tortured Skye and is about Savage’s little sister Skye, and Savage’s best friend Gabe. And even though Skye is all grown up, Savage is still an overprotective big brother. Gabe is Savage’s best friend, actually raised more like brothers. Skye and Gabe should be off limits to each other but you really can’t help who you lust after…or is it really love? Skye is determined to have Gabe. She’s loved him for as long as she can remember, even when he only thought of her as a little sister. Gabe is determined to hide his feelings for Skye. He feels like he will just drag her down with his war time nightmares, crazy father and with her being like a little sister to him. But hang on to your hats, there’s a hurricane a-coming! Not only the hurricane of feelings but the actual weather system itself. When things seem to go wrong what can make it right again? How about a little sex?!? The sex between these two is super-hot, which seems to be the way with the Hawke family. But they also ground each other, making everything feel right. And then there’s a little more unexpected crazy thrown in and maybe being together isn’t so bad. But then there’s Savage. His name is Savage for a reason!
Book one is Savage Collision. Book two is Tortured Skye. Book 3 is Stone Sober. This is my favorite story line so far but I am still #TeamSavage! I really loved this story and I still love the Hawke family! This book was easy to read with lines and thoughts as simple as: “Maybe in another world, another life, another time, things could be different.” Sounds like the same old story but this author is able to kick it up more than just a notch, she kicks it in high gear. This story is hot! Exciting! And oh my! those “large black lacquered wardrobes” and all the things they held inside! No wonder Nora was feeling a little confused.
Then comes Building Storm which is book 4. Storm is Savage’s other sister. And this is her story. Storm is suffering one of the biggest losses a person can suffer. How can she continue being a mom, a sister, even alive at all. What could possibly make breathing easier? Is mindless sex really the answer? Well, it couldn’t hurt to try. Enter Landon. At a sex party no less. Their eyes meet across a crowded room…well yeah that happened. But this connection is so much more. They both feel it but the timing is all wrong. Can these two overcome their pasts to enjoy their present and build a future, either alone or together? Another story by this author that is oh so hot, not safe for work and must be read in order.
This author’s stories never fail when it comes to making the characters ache and yearn for each other. Her stories never fail at making the reader sigh or want to continue reading. I love how these main characters, Caroline and Saint, have been watching each other, both thinking the other is out of their league and unattainable. I love when they finally realize their feelings. But of course, their story isn’t just as simple as that. There has to be a “bad guy” who tries to mess everything up.
The last story in this series is Steele Resolve. This story, in fact I think this whole series, proves my point of you can’t help who you love and I love that. In the stories that I read and in real life. Byron is part of the Hawke family, they trust him, they love him. Luca aka Steele not so much. When these two get together the pages sizzle and burn!! Wow! Trust and love are two key elements for happiness. But throw in a little bad blood and some misunderstandings and you have yourself a pretty good story!
The Hawke Family collection is one collection you do not want to miss! And to think there is a second generation on its way!!
I love finding a great boxset of books and I could not put these books down! I was drawn in by the writing and was intrigued by the synopsis on the books. I found myself wanting to just sit and seclude myself in a room away from everyone wanting to read the books. It had everything that I wanted in a book, including action, romance, a great story line! I loved it all and I cannot wait to read more books by this author! I cannot wait to tell my friends about these books so that they can read them as well and we can all tallk about our favorite parts together!

This series I can say wothout a doubt, will instantly pull you in. It follows the Hawke family (and a few individuals close to them) as they navigate their oftentimes, complicated life. Although each book can be read separately, they build on each other and help significantly by starting from book one; which I highly recommend. The character development continues to grow with the series and each book brings on a new emotion.
Book One The books follows Savage and Danika and their unlikely romance. They find each other in the most unlikely of places and although neither was expecting to find love, they are perfect for each other. Dani is the perfect amount of spice that Savage needs and Savage is the calm that Dani needs. The action is just starting in this book.
Book Two Gabe and Skye should not work. They’ve known eachother since they were kids. Everyone sees them as family but the two have had feelings that they’re having a hard time denying. Only time will tell if this can work. You can definitely feel how each other souls are tortured but looking for that someone.
Book Three Stone has been strange until it’s revealed he’s been helping Uncle Dom. Nora is sweet with a hint of spice. Stone doesn’t think he’s good enough for Nora and Nora thinks Stone is a pig, and yet, they can’t seem to stay away from each other. Another book with hope, love, and heartache. This book has by far the most action so far in the series and makes you wanting more.
Book Four Storm has not had it easy and heartache has her trapped in her own head. Landon is desperately trying to escape his past. It the most unexpected ways they cross each other’s paths. This is by far the most emotional and heart wrenching book so far in the series. There could be several triggering moments but it is dealt with in a caring and heartfelt manner. This may be my favorite book so far.
Book Five Such a sweet short story of finding love where you least expect it. I love seeing stories of the background characters that played a role in the Hawke family. Caroline and Saint, although not major characters in the first four books, are very important to the family. Lot of detail packed in a small package.
Book Six This book brought the series full circle with a surprising ending. I really enjoyed the final conclusion being about Luca and Byron. Their relationship, i feel, was really important. There were hints of this conclusion in the last few books and you’ll find yourself saying “Oh, that makes sense now”. Great series.
This collection of novels encompasses all of the novels in Gwyn Mcnamee’s first generation of the Hawke family series. All six books Savage Collison, Tainted Sky, Stone Sober, Building Storm, Tainted Saint, and Steele Resolve are all wonderful, well written books that will suck you in from the start and not let go. I wanted to devour all six books at once, but you know, life, so I had to pace myself but they are something you will want to spend a lot of time devouring because they are incredibly addicting, full of action, and lots of steamy romance from story to story. I have added this author to my auto buy list, I am looking forward to her next series concerning the second generation of the Hawke family series, and checking out her back log of books that have already been released.

Book 3 follows Stone, the younger brother and lawyer in the family. He’s smart, he’s handsome and he’s very arrogant. Nora should be off – limits but can they stay away from one another? Both have secrets and Stone is mixed up with some dangerous people. Another great read in this series

This was a really good series. It follows the Hawke family siblings and their friends. Set in New Orleans, you get clubs, murder, mob, hurricanes and lots of family drama! Some very streamy scenes as well. Well written and you get to really know the characters as they develop.

Skye is his best friend, his brother (no in blood) little sister. Gabe knows she’s off limits but he can’t help to regret walking away that night, that kiss Skye has been in love with Gabe since she was 16.
Another steamy read by this author. Second in a series. I did read the first but you could probably get away with reading as a stand alone

Danika walks into Savages office to give a piece of her mind in regard to her baby sister. She doesn’t expect the instant reaction she has to him. Savage is completely caught off guard by his immediate desire for Dani, but he has some lingering secrets. Despite the heat between them, will those secrets keep them apart? Very steamy read.
I thoroughly enjoyed each book in this series, and ‘binge read’ this collection having been hooked from page one. Each story is about a different member of the Hawke family, and should be read in order, so as to fully understand and enjoy the storylines. I liked how the main characters were recurring throughout the series, and enjoyed ‘catching up’ with those who’s story had already been told. The wonderfully detailed descriptive narrative brought both the characters and the setting vividly to life, making me feel fully immersed in the Hawke family’s world. The storyline and plot twists and turns have kept me happily turning the pages, completely gripped. I was desperate to read the next book in the series as soon as I had finished the previous one! I remained captivated by the Hawke family and their world throughout all six books. Each book had amazing world building, atmospheric settings, wonderful main characters and supporting ones, plenty of drama and suspense, and of course romance. The romance did lead to some steamy scenes, and the chemistry between each couple sizzled off the page. Each main character was very well defined and their relationships developed in each book. This collection is an entertaining and engaging read, and I am sad to be leaving the Hawke family behind. However, I am glad that I have read it and definitely recommend reading all six books.

I am absolutely floored by the sheer genius of how this author flawlessly delivers this collection. I read quite a bit, and this is by far the best collection I have read in SUCH a long time. I picked it up by chance but I could not be happier about my choice. I was completely and utterly absorbed in these stories from page one until the very last word. Gwyn McNamee seamlessly blends each story together with plenty of steamy scenes, suspenseful action, and romance.
Savage Collision started the collection off and gave me a glimpse of what I was getting into (hint: it was amazing) After reading about Savage and Dani, I dove straight into Tortured Skye without any hesitation at all. I loved the beautifully written damaged hero and their forbidden romance.
I feel like the author picks up and continues the Hawke family stories so well with the third and fourth books in the series, Stone Sober, and Building Storm. As with the previous two, there are plenty of steamy scenes and drama abound, so buckle up! Stone Sober took me a minute to warm up to because the sibling drama threw me for a bit, but once I got further into the story, I fell in love again (no surprise). Gwyn does such an exquisite job creating not just a story to read but characters whose lives you feel part of while you’re reading. Building Storm is an incredible second-chance romance that will give you all the hope, but of course has all the drama that this author builds so well!
These shorter but equally astounding reads bring the Hawke Family Collection to an end. While I’m sad to end such an incredibly wonderful series, I am beyond happy to have found this author and the Hawke Family. I will definitely be following Gwyn McNamee in the future to see what other magical journey she has for us. Tainted Saint brings more pieces to the puzzle and though it is a quicker read, you’ll still love to see what drama and heat happens here! Steele Resolve brings everything to the close where you’ll get a resolution whether you like it or not. I loved every little bit of these books. Pick up the entire collection and save yourself the time of thinking on it, you will fall head over heels for all of them!
Sometimes you stumble upon a series and you wonder where it has been your whole life. You can’t read it fast enough and yet you also do not want it to end. The Hawke Family is that series. Each book gets better than the last. These characters have so much depth to them and there is so much drama that it keeps the pages turning. Plus they are so very steamy. They are so good, I definitely recommend them, especially if you are looking for a new series that won’t disappoint!

This is the entire saga of the Hawke family and everything that is entailed behind the scenes. The emotions of this family from start to finish is amazing. This author absolutely nailed it with this! I will absolutely be reaching for more by her. As always check trigger and content warnings. The final novella was my absolute favorite and she never let me down. She absolutely makes you feel every raw emotion and feeling.
These books definitely didn’t disappoint one bit! Gwyn put as much into these books as she did in Night Hawke. I seriously found myself reading these books every chance I had…these books were 100%-page turners! I found myself lost in not only the steamy parts of the book, but the mystery and back story as well. Gwyn has a talent for creating in-depth story plotlines and characters with intriguing skill! And yes, there is a lot of steamy scenes, but what I really enjoyed is that it is not purely sex-filled romance, but there was plenty of action and suspense, which really created deeper stories.
Savage Collision: Savage….what a name…and what a man! Gwyn has a way of describing a beautiful character with a kind soul, but of course is described to be as hot as a man can be! But with every kind soul, there’s a past lingering its ugly face in the background…and Savage has to deal with that and more!
Savage is introduced to a woman named Dani…has Savage met his match when it comes to Dani? Is Dani falling for Savage…will their relationship work out beyond “friends”…there’s only one way to find out and that is to read the book yourself! I promise you…this is a page turner that you will not want to put down!
Tortured Skye:
The second book in the Hawke Family Series, and it was as good as the first book! Gwyn may honestly be one of my new favorite authors! This book was well written and didn’t lack in anything! Skye and Gabe are the two main characters in the second book, and there were times when the author had me wondering how these two were ever going to connect! But like the other books I have read by Gwyn…she magically found a way to bring everything together! She writes with such detail and has this way of creating world’s that you can easily find yourself lost in!
I really enjoyed Gabe and his story, his journey was a unique one, and Skye just adds to the plot! There’s emotion, attraction, passion, and so much more! I hope that you find yourself as lost in the books as what I was!
Wow!!!!…. really, I mean wow! Once again, Gwyn has not disappointed one bit! In a way I think that the series has gotten even better in these two installments. The author has upped her game even more by providing intriguing, page-turning storylines. Like any good family dirt…there are secrets that run deep in the first two books, and more secrets are revealed in these next two books, which really helped suspense and the world building!
Stone Sober: This one was interesting and had a darker vibe than the others. Stone is introduced to a woman named Nora, and the two of them find that they are drawn to each other, but there’s one problem…they are not at all alike. There are plenty of secrets, darkness and just the overall unknown that creates tension that keeps you turning the page to find out more and to try to learn more about Stone and Nora!
Building Storm:
Storm finds herself in a unexpected situation and is trying to piece her life back together after what can only be described as losing it all. She has to try to be strong because she has her daughter to look after and is trying her best to live life through all of the pain that she has endured! She isn’t looking for love but lo and behold, apparently love has found her! And the hardest thing for Storm is that she has been through so much, that she doesn’t even realize that love has found her! Landon McCabe is looking for a fresh start after being a man on the run. He figures why not start fresh in New Orleans…nothing can go wrong there…right?! Well let’s just say that Landon and Storm find themselves both coming from broken situations and have no idea that the healing compound is each other! You must read in order to find out what else goes on between Storm and Landon!
Like all things…. the series has come to an end with these last 2 books, I’m sad to see this series come to an end, but it was definitely entertaining while it lasted! Gwyn built a wonderful world, with amazing characters that all had unique characteristics and backstories that truly captivates the reader. Gwyn didn’t disappoint with these last 2 books and gave it the proper ending without leaving you thinking what if or that’s it!
Tainted Saint: This book was a shorter read than the previous 4 books but was still satisfying and entertaining. It was nice that Gwyn made sure that all of the characters from the previous stories continued to find their way into each book….and this book was no different! There were familiar characters, romance, steaminess, mystery and secrets!
Caroline is introduced in this book, and she has found out that she has an eye for Saint, a bouncer of one of the clubs. Does Caroline also catch Saint’s eye or is she in for a rude awakening? Gwyn didn’t go as in depth with this story, but she still continues to provide the reader with a story that has plenty of twists and turns!
Steele Resolve:
When I say I didn’t expect an ending like that…I mean it was truly unexpected, but still a satisfying ending to an amazing series! We met Byron in the first book of the series and wonder what happened to him? Well Gwyn waited until the last book to bring Byron back as a main character, and it was worth the wait! He has been featured as an amazing loyal and enjoyable supporting character, but I was glad to see that he got his own story in the series!
This book would be considered another quick read, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t full of emotion and suspense! Steele…is she good for Byron, is she bad for Byron? Does poor Byron even know which way he needs to go…will his heart win or will it be his family that gets the last laugh? This story takes us on an adventure with Byron and his journey of who he is.
I’m sad that the series is over, but I can’t complain with how Gwyn ended it. It was well thought out and very entertaining! All I can say is Happy Reading!

The Hawke Family books each focus on a different member of the Hawke family and their romantic interest – this can sometimes put me off a series if the underlying story suffers as a result, but I can assure you that this is not the case with this collection. I really enjoyed how the ongoing story continued throughout the books and was written in a way that made the books flow well as a series whilst ensuring that it didn’t detract from the romances (and vice versa!). I was initially concerned that the stories would end up being very similar and blur into one, but they were certainly unique, and each kept me gripped to the end! The characters each had differing motivations, ways in which they overcame challenges and interactions with others, and this left me falling in love with all of them as their stories unraveled. They were well written, and it was great to witness events from both sides lending a greater understanding to their building relationships and actions. These easy and enjoyable reads are considered romance novels but there is also danger throughout which go well together and flow nicely. I would recommend this collection to anyone who loves a steamy romance but also enjoys elements of action and suspense. I read these back-to-back unwilling to put them down so I can’t wait for the second-generation books to all be released so I can dive into those but in the meantime, I will be reading other books by this author!
Boy oh boy! Such a GREAT romantic suspense set!! Okay ,so there are SIX books total in this set (Savage Collision, Tortured Skye, Stone Sober, Building Storm, Tainted Saint, and Steele Resolve). YES, you CAN read them alone, BUT you SHOULDN’T!! Just don’t do it! You will want them all! TRUST ME!! They are all so, so good!!! They build on each other so well!! They will mention things in the others and you won’t quite know what they are referring to, but you will get the overall point in most cases. BUT you NEED to read them all! Seriously! I loved them all so much. The Hawke family lives in New Orleans and just like the town, there is always something going on with them! Lets see…. The mob? Check!… Family issues? Of course. Check!… Workplace Drama? Unfortunately always with clubs. So, check and double check! AND Hurricanes!!!!!?? Oh geesh! Check!! What fires will this family need to deal with in this collection of contemporary suspense romance books?? Read them ALL to find out!!!!!
Savage Collision- Savage is a damaged billionaire who owns and runs a couple of upscale clubs. When a dancer’s sister comes barreling into his office he doesn’t know it yet, but his life will never be the same. He has secrets, but weather he likes it or not, he can’t keep it from coming out, or the consequences afterwards.
Tortured Skye- Skye is Savage’s sister (from book one). She works on the office side of the local hospital and although the family drives her crazy and she’s a bit snippy sometimes, she has a decent life. She likes her work, she’s been “seeing” a guy from HR, and she’s handling life and family. Unfortunately one encounter, at a Hawke Family event no less, has her life flipped upside down. She’s really being tortured at this point!
Stone Sober- Stone is the younger brother of Savage and Skye (from book one and two). He is a lawyer at an older firm but he still has ties to his home town and unfortunately some dangerous people there. Coming home and setting up shop for himself is looking better and better. But, he’s a control freak who can’t control his life right now! Between the mob and an off limits employee of the family, his world is spinning. He can’t control himself and he finds himself rushing into things unprepared. Hard as stone but a sweet cupcake can make it all burn to the ground!
Building Storm- Storm is another Hawke sister (from the previous books). She hasn’t really been living. At all. Going through the motions on auto pilot isn’t truly living. Everyone sees it. Even her daughter. She’s failing. The Hawke family means well, but they’re driving her insane trying to control everything. She can’t rely on anyone. She has to take care of her life and her daughter. She can do it alone and she has to. Storms are crashing around in her brain and stomach as she tries to navigate what her new life should be like. The guilt, hurt, and anger are so much. The inferno that ruined her life, flashes like a deja vu, and losing everything has her fighting for her breath and her life!
Tainted Saint- Saint is a bouncer at one of the Hawkeye Clubs. He’s an ex ball player which gives him the perfect build to put anyone in their place if they even try to step out of line and break any of the club rules. Working for the Hawke family has been anything but boring though! There is ALWAYS something going on in one of the clubs, bars, restaurants, or businesses. Trouble is just attracted to them! Between lovers, one night stands, family drama, and the Italian Mob…. who knows what will happen to this family next! Unfortunately for him, he failed them when keeping an eye on a family member, so his life is a bit up in the air since the fire. Caroline is a reporter and a friend of the Hawke family. She’s reporting on a masquerade party and she’s excited for some of the fun. Being anonymous gives her the courage to step outside her normal box. With secrets everywhere things are about to change for this family, again.!! And of course Saint and Caroline are being scooped right into the story with them all.
Steele Resolve- Steele (aka Luca Abello) is a mob boss. Taking over for his father was never in his plans. He wanted nothing to do with him or anything that he did. His father sent him and his mother away because the truth of what he is. He isn’t to be trusted. His father was bad enough, but now that Luca is in town the Hawke family is on edge. Not knowing what Luca is up to is keeping them and their businesses on their toes. Knowing it all, Byron has a hard time staying away. Yes, at first he didn’t know who he was, but now they are both risking it all because they can’t seem to stay away from each other. Secrets and guilt are ripping the poor Hawke family apart. And this rift could ruin a lot along the way. The Hawke’s are the only people Luca has ever cared about and now they are on opposite sides.
What an ending!! Talk about coming full circle. I loved this set!!!! I can’t wait to read the prequel that just came out!! Sad to see this story end, but I am excited to read some of Gwyn’s other books!!!! Think I found another favorite author!! You HAVE TO READ THIS SET!!!!!
One family with completely different personalities will draw you in and keep you captivated throughout the entire collection. Love, mobs, drama, murder…this complete series has something for everyone and is so hard to put down!

Can you say addiction! This was such a great read and if i didn’t have the opportunity to read all six books in the collection, back-to-back – there would have been tears!
There is never a dull moment when your spending time with the Hawke family! The Hawke Family Collection is a fantastic series including six stories: Book #1 – Savage Collision Savage and Danika Book #2- Tortured Skye Skye and Gabe Book #3- Stone Sober Stone and Nora Book #4 – Building Storm Storm and Landon Book #5 – Tainted Saint Saint and Caroline Book #6 – Steele Resolve Byron and Luca
Gwynn McNamee has written this collection with such passion and spice. Each book had me feeling all the heightened emotions from anger to empathy and unconditional love. I could not put this down after I fell in love with the characters of the Hawke family and friends.
Definitely recommend the collection! You will not want to wait to dive straight into the next book!
Gwyn McNamee gives us a heart throb thrilling series with six books in total. Things start with a bang when Danika faces off with Savage Hawke in book number 1 titled Savage Collision. Sparks fly and you can definitely cut the tension with a knife! After answers about her sister, Danika doesn’t expect to develop the feels and Savage is pleasantly surprised. This book was a rollercoaster that put me in a state of determination to see what came next and what more the author had to offer.
In book 2 titled Tortured Skye we see a female member of the Hawke family burning the pages with another sultry tale of angst and heavy chemistry. Cue Gabe. The best thing aside from keeping me on my toes was the face we were previously introduced to Skye and I am a sucker for seeing a character grow and develop throughout the series! Book two held its weight as a great addition to the growing series.
Stone Sober or book 3 was one I read from beginning to end in one sitting. There was enough build up that I needed to consume it wholly. At this point Gwynn has me hook line and sinker and Stone and Nora took home the cake here. The dynamic between them was so out of left field in the most perfect way and his gruff, straight sex appeal versus her school girl saint naivety had a duo that just had me right up in my feels. by far my favourite *so far* of the series. I honestly think that if you are reading this review and wanting to start the series on book three…DONT DO IT. I don’t know that the effect would be the same if you didn’t have the full story to build on the world these characters are living in and the rules they play by. As always Gywn gave us a solid read that left us fantasizing about our own Stone.
Book 4 called building storm left a storm in my heart. Total goals was the character Storm showcased and I think the reason the book was so addicting was the fact that at some level angst, pain and difficulty are all relatable. This duo had me sobbing and I really didn’t want it to end!
Book 5 was Tainted Saint and it was a definite tale of don’t judge a book by its cover. Saint and Carolines dynamic was fire. They both project whether willingly or not, different people than who they are deep down and I wasn’t sure this duo would survive to the end. Gwyn has a way of entwining us into these peoples lives where you feel as if you are experiencing their emotions and rooting them the whole way through! Another book in the series I couldn’t have put down even if I wanted to!!
All good things come to an end and for this blazing box set Steel Resolve brought it home. The risks were high, my fingers cramped from gripping the edge of my seat and this was a real curveball. I enjoyed the deviation as it kept the series fresh. Left opportunity. Luca is SOMETHING ELSE and man, I was sweating more than once. A true nail biter with this balanced beautifully with the glimpses into the softer side of the hardest people.

This collection was absolutely amazing, that I couldn’t put them down I read all of them in a row. The depth this author wrote the story, and the characters was just phenomenal that I thought I was right there in the story and know the characters on a personal level. All these books were compelling and intriguing, filled with suspense, steamy romance and action-packed not only is there friendship, love and the way the family comes together when needed. Highly recommend these, you might not sleep until you’ve read them all, but its worth it.

My Oh My! This collection is fantastic! I did not expect this book to have so many twists and turns! There is so much character development throughout the book you would have never expected! I loved the relationships in this book and how it gives you a different perspective on love, trauma and personal development. This collection is one of a kind, it was very exciting, intriguing and it kept you on the edge of your seat! I would definitely recommend this collection to anyone who enjoys romance, strong female characters and an unlikely couple!

This book is the prequel to the series. I could not put this book down and can’t wait to read more of the series. I don’t often read novellas because I feel like it ends just as I get into it but I’m glad I made an exception!
One night, no names. Should be an easy agreement, until it’s not. This book did not disappoint with the hotness. The characters are well written, it’s steamy, what more could you want. I am really looking forward to reading more.

This story kind of kind of felt like a modern Cinderella. We had the wicked stepmother and not only 1 prince, but 3. Stella is just trying to make her life work. It falls apart but she does falls into a dreamy situation. I found this to be an okay story. It’s very steamy. The story was good. I do love it when bad boys get their comeuppance and the good girl wins her dreams. Her struggle is real and the story does a wonderful job of showing it. It’s a good romance for those that love reverse harem romances.

The only thing that kept this from getting five solid stars was the fact that it ended way too soon. There is a LOT of steamy hot sex in this book, but I was definitely drawn to the internal monologue that was being had by both of the Main Characters. I am truly intrigued as to WHO “Jack” really is. The things divulged in this Novella are both intriguing and leave you wanting to know oh so much more. I cannot wait for this spinoff from McNamee’s original series.

The best thing about this is that it was the complete collection of the Hawke family so you could delve into it and immerse yourself in the world for a while. The characters are complex, distinct, and well developed. I didn’t want the series to end! Perfect for some winter break reading while by the fire. You will not want to put it down! Gwyn’s writing style is CAPTIVATING!!
5 Stars The Hawke Family Complete Collection by Gwyn McNamee
The Hawke Family Complete Collection is a collection of six books that make up The Hawke Family series. My first book by this author was Savage Collison and the rest is pretty much history. I never hesitate to read whatever she writes. Her style of writing along with her creative characters make for one heck of a story. Each one is about a different family member and we get glimpses of other characters. Her stories have just the right amount of steamy scenes that will have you turning the pages to see what is going to happen next. Her characters are real, relatable and fully developed which makes it easy to fall in love with them that much easier. I highly recommend reading this Complete Collection by this amazing author. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

I absolutely loved this collection. The collection includes all 6 books of the Hawke Family. The author gives just enough detail about each character that gives you the feeling that you are a close personal friend but not so much in depth that you get bored with the words. There is a lot of heat and spice throughout the entire series but also each book has an in-depth plot.
Savage Collision: This is the first book in the collection and focuses on the eldest son of the Hawke family, Savage. We are also introduced to the entire family in this book and get a good glimpse at different character personalities. I absolutely love Savages character development throughout this book, it is shown through each chapter how much he has grown. The romance is between Savage and his employee’s older sister Danika. Savage owns not only clubs, and restaurants but also a gentleman’s club, which makes Dani call him a “pussy peddler”. Dani is a journalist and is working on a big story that deals with the Mob and Mayor. Savage is a control freak who has lost a good bit of control in his life, which makes him even harder to deal with. Dani is also hardheaded and is definitely not looking for love. Will these two be able to even stand in the same room without going completely insane? This book is full of steam, suspense, and action, in addition to the romance.
Tortured Skye: This is the second book in the collection and focuses on Skye, the youngest daughter of the Hawke family. The romance with Skye also involves her brother’s best friend, Gabe. I absolutely loved Skye in the first book, and I fell in love with her even more in this book. While Skye is a little bitchy and hot headed, I feel she is really more misunderstood than anything. She lost her twin sister and that alone would give anyone major issues. Both of the fight their love and attraction for the longest time, but once they give in, the flood gates are open, and it gets hot and heavy quickly. Gabe is still quite reluctant to be in a relationship given it is a semi betrayal to his best friend Savage. The author shows us in this book that there is always something more going on with a person that what is shown on the outside. The journey Skye and Gabe take is a long winding road.
Stone Sober: This is the third book in the collection and focuses on Stone, the youngest Hawke in the family. This what absolutely nothing I expected it to be, but it was much better. This is my favorite story of the entire collection. There is a ton of twists and turns in this book that will have your heart racing and fist clenching. The storyline is a little darker than the others which I loved. Stone has just returned home and is on edge, he has a secret that he has been keeping that only one other person knows about. This secret could set him completely down the wrong path, moreso than it already has done. Nora, is an amazing smart young woman who is also an employee of his brother Savage’s gentlemen’s club. Absolutely no one knows her reasoning for giving up her doctor career to become a stripper, besides that it is more freeing. This story is hot, dark and full of secrets.
Building Storm: This is the fourth book in the collection and follows the oldest sister, Storm. I ended up so wrapped up in this story that I read it completely in one sitting. In this story, you will definitely feel every emotion possible. The author has written it perfectly for you to feel all of the sorrow, the anger and the lust. There were parts where I felt like my heart actually broke from the way Storm was feeling. From the other books we know that Storm has a daughter and was married, but now we get to see how Storm is putting her life back together. She definitely wasn’t looking for love, but it found her anyway. Landon is from Chicago and ends up in New Orleans after trying to run from his problems. They are both broken, but in different ways and they hope to heal each other. Do you think Storm is ready for a happy ending, or are they both two broken to be fixed?
Tainted Saint: This is the fifth book in the collection and focuses on Caroline and Saint. Caroline, we met back in book one, she is Danika’s best friend, and a friend of the Hawke women. She is fun, feisty, and adventurous. She has her eyes set on a new bouncer of one of the clubs, Saint. This story is smoking hot with so many different twists. One of my favorite aspects of this book is that Caroline is not the type of woman that takes orders very well, like Saint is used to. I felt there was not a lot of the same depth in this story but loved it, nonetheless.
Steele Resolve This is book six in the collection and is a M/M romance that follows Byron and Steele. We met Byron in the first book, he is the manager of the gentlemen’s club that Savage Hawke owns. This is a forbidden romance, and enemies to lover’s trope. You can’t help but to love Byron, he is sweet, funny, and loyal. This book is full of high-strung emotion. Steele is Mr. Right but also oh so wrong for Byron. Steele is the enemy, and how is Byron going to choose between his heart and his family?
