The Big Easy – check. Mystery – check. Romance – check. A heart stopping, must read adventure – check! This book kept me glued to my chair and engrossed in its pages from beginning to end. Pulkinen does a fantastic job weaving this tale with just the right amount of fantasy, mystery, suspense, and romance. I was immediately fascinated and drawn to the main characters and found myself deeply invested as to how the story would ultimately unfold. Absolutely recommended! So good!

Addie: To Wager on Her Future (Other Pens, Mansfield Park #5)Addie: To Wager on Her Future by Leenie Brown
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This regency romance pulled me in straight away. I love historical romance, the regency era, and all things Austen. This felt very much in the same vein with great connection to the audience, relatable characters, and a well paced storyline. This author is new to me and I am very glad I found her. Well written and recommended!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I was unprepared for the level of detail, world building, and character development I found in these pages. Charalambides does a fantastic job not falling into the latest trend of catering to the YA crowd with another vampire tale. This was mature, engaging, and riveting. From beginning to end, I simply was hooked. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Revive (Rewind Book 3) by Rowan Shaw – Review by Heather Lovelace

Revive (Rewind #3)Revive by Rowan Shaw
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Shaw doesn’t shy away from this latest book. Readers should take the summary and caution at face value. This will not appeal to all readers except to say that the characters are beautifully written. They are thorough and thoughtful and complete and absolutely relatable. This story stands alone well but the characters are even more greatly appreciated when read in the context of the whole series.
