I’m at a loss of words for this book. This romantic fantasy was perfectly balanced. From the summary alone I was looking forward to reading the latest from Lewandowski. And I was most definitely not disappointed. Beautiful imagery, riveting characters, and perfectly paced. It was set up beautifully to embark on a series adventure that I hope to put my eager eyes on soon. Loved it.

This book is horrible and amazing all at the same time. My heart breaks that any of this could possibly be anything more than fiction. The author handles a heartbreaking and difficult reality and puts to page a riveting tale that convicts and moves. Beautifully tragic and excellently told. If you have a heart for your furry friends, keep the tissues handy.

Quite simply, once you’ve picked up one you will want to read them all. Cannot wait to see what Ms. Valkyrie brings us next!

The author continues the Silverglen adventure in another epic fantasy tome. The world building was substantial and I really enjoyed getting to know Roana and Iniko through this storyline. The scale to which this story transcends is one I believe that will appeal to readers of most genres, even if fantasy might not be a reader’s first pick. Beautiful detail, complete character development, good pacing, just extremely well written. Loved every page and hope to continue reading more from this author and of this series.

Holmes continues to beautifully blend story with history and make an ancient culture come to life, jumping off the pages. As a history buff, I truly appreciate the detail Holmes includes and certainly this book was no exception. I was immediately transported to a time very different from present and still was able to immediately connect to the main character. The raw emotion that was present from page one just jumped into my heart. I loved this book and cannot recommend it highly enough.

I was certainly not disappointed. I love a well written second chance romance. And this was just a truly beautiful story. From beginning to end I was completely captivated. Loved every page.

Faida and Robert were a riveting pair to follow for me and I appreciated the struggles they both had to overcome before the book ended. Just a very enjoyable book and one I look forward to reading again.

I’m not sure what rock I’ve been living under that I haven’t discovered this author before now. But after devouring this book you can be assured that I am already adding the rest of this author’s works to my library. This book – I cannot put into words how much I enjoyed it. It was the perfect addition to my holiday list. A good clean romance with the perfect balance of sass. All of the characters blended perfectly and I loved the underlying theme of a strong family unit. 5++++ stars!

The first book in the series had me running the course of all possible emotions more than once. The second – good grief. I wasn’t prepared for the emotional onslaught – and I mean that in the best possible way. The best appreciate the character development it is best to read these books in series order. Truthfully once you start you will want them both. Regardless, Jordan’s Justice was a beautifully broken, wonderfully heartbreaking story that I’m so thankful the author wrote. I left the first book wanting more but had no idea what that would look like. These pages gave me everything I wanted and more. Loved it!

This author is new to me and one that I look forward to reading more from. This particular work was a very interesting YA dystopian/apocalyptic work that was set in Australia. I appreciated the social awareness that immediately was present and felt that this story was very timely and relatable to our present day condition. I was invested into the storyline quickly and had difficulty putting it down before it was finished. I look forward to seeing how the author continues the series.

Run and get this one for your preteen and then steal it when they aren’t looking. Everyone will love this!

And now I will have to add that if you love to listen to contemporary romance, you have to listen to anything written and performed by her as well.

I had the pleasure of previously reading this hard copy book and was thrilled to get the audio recording in my hands. Narrated works always take the story to a whole new level when done correctly. And I felt as though the two narrators of this work certainly added a layer of emotion with their interpretation of the author’s words. The storyline was compelling and I found myself entranced while listening to the story unfold. A great story that I will continue to recommend in both written and audio formats.

Why can’t I give this more than five stars?!?! Lynne Russell has done it again. PJ Santini is a heroine with such sass – can I call her my spirit animal? This series is set in my childhood backyard with family members highlighted that feel like she has interviewed my own family. For me this book and series is amazingly relatable, strong, intriguing, and pure fun. It is magically put together with the perfect balance of whodunit, romantic tension, designer labels, and sarcastic wit. I LOVED this book and LOVE this series and need more now. Please? Pretty please?

All that out of the way – the author does a brilliant job weaving this story realistically and respectfully. I was consumed by this story, by these characters. I get almost to a painful degree the scars on full display in these pages. I cannot say enough by how moving this story was. Just completely overwhelming and heartbreaking and amazing.

I always enjoy books from this author and enjoyed the different turn Kay took with these pages. It is most definitely not a stereotypical paranormal vampire trope but I loved it. The paranormal meets romantic suspense combined with Kay’s flair with her pen – dynamite! I couldn’t put this one down – highly enjoyable and very much recommended!
