Rapunzel sets him free and he finds out her and Red will be journeying into the forest and joins them. They hear word of a lost princess and Lycus is forced to hunt and kill the beast. But he is captured by the beast and now must make a choice.

This is the 2nd book in The Untold Stories series. This is a Young Adult novel and is 220 pages. This story follows Red as she hunts her father’s killer. Her father was the only one brave enough to enter Blakx Forest. The wolves took him out and now Red is going after them. Enter Captain Hook. He is in search of a rare burning ash but must go through the forest to get it. Together, they make the journey into the forest. This is a great series that intertwines all the well-known fairy tales, but with a twist!

This is the 6th book in the Spicetopia series. This is a Contemporary Romance novel and is 212 pages. This story follows Calvin and Paisley. These two have been married for three years and are expecting their first baby. Calvin expresses interest in bringing others to their bedroom and Paisley is excited at the thought. They head off to the Bahamas to an adult only theme park, Spicetopia, where Paisley soon finds something is really wrong. I also enjoyed seeing some of the past characters come back in for a little bit too.

But when she gets home, she is accused of treason and goes on the run. Tyler is the only one that can help and he will do whatever it takes to keep her safe and clear her name. Both have secrets from Vegas, but will they be able to move past that?

This is a Dark Romance and is 278 pages. This story follows Jordan, an escort who uses alcohol and drugs to get through the days, and her shadow, Hunter. Jordan was raped when she was younger and that is why she is who she is now. So yes, there may be some triggers in here for somebody. This is an emotionally gripping book, one that I just could not put down. This literally pulls out all the feels while you are reading. What an epic read!

But she did not realize what a hottie he turned out to be.

Annie’s great grandmother, Charlotte, tested planes and flew them to the bases. Her fiancé flew the planes in the war. When a plane crashed, a note was discovered and is traced to the surviving family members. Something does not seem right. Annie and her mother decide to go digging in the attic for answers. They find love letters written to Charlotte’s fiancé and there appears to be a code within these letters. My son loved reading this adventure story.

His mother is the Superior of the Nunnery and the Orphanage. He tries to counsel the children at the orphanage and when Gabriel discovers children come up missing with no explanation, he starts asking questions that his mother does not like. His wife pushes him to discover these children are being sacrificed. This ritual is done to make Mother Superior and her nuns immortal. Then the unthinkable happens. Dear mother has kidnapped their four-year-old son. This is most definitely one of those books that will have you on the edge of your seat.

I loved that the book is focused on “if we had the opportunity to start over, would we?” And “is our society destined to make the same mistakes?” This book really makes you think about what it would be like to start over and if given the chance, would you make the same choices.

This is a Romantic Suspense novel and has around 350 pages. This story follows Kendyll, a writer of romance. She has been searching for her own HEA but her relationship with her fiancé Vance seems more “comfortable” than anything. So, in an attempt to rekindle the flames, they move to another city and buy an old, rundown mansion. When she first saw the house, it spoke to her – in more ways than one. Wes is hired to fix it back up, but there is also a connection between Wes and Kendyll. I really enjoyed the trip back to read about the historical happenings of this place.

She meets Keith, gets married, and feels like her life is finally turning around. She starts having dreams of a visitor and this visitor is persistent. Her husband is not who he says he is. The dam breaks and family secrets come tumbling out. This was THE most incredible read!

This story shows the ups and downs of relationships and what happens when you try your hardest to balance everything out.

This story follows Ben, Clint, and Claire as they grow up together. They were all supposed to grow up and become something. But one fateful night proves to change their lives forever. I felt this was a great coming of age story and the choices younger ones must make and the possible impacts of their future.

This is a romantic comedy and comes in just under 100 pages. This story follows Ace, a comedian, and Ella, a bank teller. Ace makes a bet with Ella, but her friends warn her off and now she is curious if he really is the a hole they tell her he is. But can he prove her friends wrong? This is definitely a book you can read in one sitting. The characters were great, and I found this book quite entertaining.
