Love in the Lowcountry: A Winter Holiday Collection was a great 5 star read.
We get a great mix of14 winter themed stories from several great authors, paranormal, 2nd chance romance and so much more.

Hoodwinked for the Holidays
This was an interesting read. Sarah runs ghost tours and she has a couple of ghosts working for her, but is it really a good idea? One evening her ghost’s cause some issues for her and she is worried that Saxon, her competition will find out. The other problem for Sarah is sparks fly whenever they see each other. When he shows up to take Sarah’s ghost tour things get interesting.

Mistletoe and Mayhem –
We start with Penelope (Penny) trying to get a job at the magic shop. She meets Jamison while talking to Minerva about the job. I had lol moments at Penny’s thoughts. When Jamison sees her, he seems interested in her ring. There is something about him that sends shivers up Penny’s spine, is it good or bad?

Poinsettias for Carly was one of my favorites.
I was pulled in from the beginning with this short story. This is Carly and Mason’s story that involves past and present. Carly returns home to help pack up her mom’s home, while packing she relives some of her memories. Mason left town after an accident that involved Carly’s brother. Now that they are both back can they rekindle their lost love? My emotions were all over the place. Do they get a HEA?

There are several other great stories in this collection. I enjoy reading these collections because it gives me an opportunity to read authors I have never read before. There is something for everyone in this collection. Each story was just the right length. My emotions were all over the place. If you’re looking for some great reading for an even better price, 1-click and get started today on this collection. I look forward to reading more from several of these authors.

If ever there was a book I could ask to be written it would be this one because not only is it co-written by one of my favourite authors but it is also a holiday time story – my all-time favourite time of year! I was so excited to get my hands on this story and I wasn’t disappointed at all! I loved every second of it! Ok so maybe the story was a little predictable but I didn’t care at all!!! I loved the setting for the story and I loved the characters. In my opinion this is the perfect Christmas read that gives you all the feels! The writing as I expected was brilliant and it was hard to tell that it was written by two authors, their writing styles blended together seamlessly.
I 100% recommend the Holiday Terminal was a wonderful romantic and heart-warming read for this holiday season!

Love in the Lowcountry (A Winter Holiday Collection Book 1) is a varied and exciting collection of books by some fantastic authors. This collection definitely has something for everyone and Ioved how from story to story you got something entirely different.
I started out reading this anthology mainly for Michele Sims. This is an author that I had read previous works of and have always enjoyed. However, once I got the book I couldn’t stop myself from delving into the rest of the work and I can definitely say that I am pleased I did. Not only did I discover books that were well written, engaging and well paced, I also discovered some new authors that I hadn’t heard off before.
Even if you aren’t interested in all the books I would recommend buying this anthology as I am sure you will find more to like than initially expected.

5 +++++++ Stars

Holy Buckets I loved this book! I did not want it to end. Gwyn Mcnamee is an automatic for me and is already on my favorites list. This is my first time reading Christy Anderson and I’ve already pulled her books up so I can read more. These two wrote this story in a way you have no idea who wrote what because it all flows together so perfectly.

This was a different story for a few reasons, one being that most of the story took place in one night and in one place and in my opinion this could be a Christmas Movie on that channel that does the countdown to Christmas every year. I felt like I was right there and could see the beauty outside the windows and actually hear the vending machines dropping the treats. It had my emotions all over the place and Max won my heart right from the start.

The misunderstandings that caused years of loneliness and secrets for both Art and Pen had me wanting to shake both of them but the way this story was told and unfolded made it perfect and I truly want more… I can not wait for the next in this series, while I was reading all I could think of was I hope Archie gets his own story and book I get to the end and find out he is next, so now I’ll hope that just maybe we will get to know Athena as well!

Loved this and can’t recommend it enough. These two authors make an awesome team and I hope we get much more from them in the future!

Its a story so full of emotion and love that you will zip through it so fast. Its a feel good Christmas story so get you a cup of cocoa and a blanket and settle down for the sweet love story.

Holy holly berries! This book is amazeballs! Yes I said amazeballs, because really that is the only word my brain can produce after the way this book left me in my feels and reeling with the need for more. First of all we have Gwyn McNamee and Christy Anderson teaming up and honestly I need more of this in my life! These two are explosive authors on their own, so seeing them team up is one heck of an explosion that I will never get enough of, bring on more! Follow that up with the perfect amount of holiday cheer, romance, and angst, and you have the makings of a fabulous holiday read that you will devour over and over again this holiday season. I am seriously sincere folks, this book should be made into a movie, more along the speed of Lifetime than Hallmark but a movie nonetheless.

Imagine being stranded in the middle of nowhere with a blizzard raging around you and the company you have to keep is your ex that you just can’t seem to figure out how to communicate with. This book brings you just that. Art and Pen are thrust together with all their chaos and mess and forced to face the cold hard facts. They have a sizzle that will set you hair on end and your feels on fire. I absolutely adored these two was cheering for them to find that happily ever after with the magic of Christmas cheering them on. I know there are a few moments where I also wanted to reach through my kindle screen and strangle them but it made sitting on the edge of my seat that much more desirable. I can’t wait to find out what the next novel will bring but I sure know I will be pre-ordering that sucker as fast as my finger can click. I hope this book brings you as much magic and joy this holiday season as it has for me! Happy reading!

I absolutely LOVED this story. I thought it a bit predictable but that didn’t stop me from loving these two characters! They each brought heart and soul to this book. I felt each emotion right along with characters. The storyline was about lost love and the big Why. Each felt they were wronged and didn’t know why. Now six years later they have a second chance or is it the chance to say a proper goodbye…

There were secondary characters that I enjoyed immensely. They added the love, dislike and laughter to this story. We see a family and their struggle for perfection vs not fitting the required family mold. Max was a wonderful add but I also want to mention Jolynn. She is supportive to the nth degree. Who would love someone like that in their life?

I enjoyed this book and It is a sweet story filled with emotional upheaval. The writing flows and the characters are well done. I see a second will be coming about Arties brother. I look forward to reading that.

I love these authors separately. Together they are fantastic! Don’t we all dream of the one that got away? The one we gave our heart to and they still hold it even though it’s been years? Wonder what would happen if you saw them again? This is the story of Artemis and Penelope. Once young lovers who walked away from each other years ago. Now, stranded in a random airport in the middle of nowhere on Christmas Eve, their paths cross once again. Only this time, there is so much more at stake!

This story brings out all the feels! It’s so easy to imagine myself in Penelope’s place. As I read, I could feel both of their emotions as if they were my own. This is such a well written second chance romance! Holiday Terminal is a must read this Holiday season or anytime you’re looking for a great, emotional, quick read! Five stars for Gwyn and Christy!

What a great holiday read this was. This book, while quick, packs quite the emotional punch i expect from Gwyn McNamee and Christy Anderson is new to me but now on my to read list.
A teenage miscommunication comes to a head over Christmas 6 years later between Penelope and Artie. These two, ugh I wanted to just shake them sometimes but we got there in the end. I can’t give away circumstances as it’ll ruin this read for anyone else as even though we know what is kind of expected, the work up to it all is so worth reading on your own.

Great read!

Holiday Terminal: A Second Chance Secret Baby Billionaire Holiday Romance is a fantastic second chance romance by Christy Anderson and Gywn McNamee. I have read, and loved, many books by Gwyn McNamee but this was the first time that I had read any of Christy Anderson’s writing. After reading this book, I’m sure I will read more in the future as I really, really enjoyed this book.
Holiday Terminal was very different to any other book I have read, for several reasons. Firstly, there are very few characters in the book. Secondly, it takes place over a very short space of time and thirdly, almost the whole story takes place in just 1 location.
Although there were very few characters, those that were in the book were very well written and all have valuable parts to play in the storyline. As always (for me) when there is a young child in a book, they totally steal the scene for me and Max in this book was no different. He was totally adorable. I loved the interactions between the 2 main characters Penelope and Artemis. Both have never got over the other and still have very deep feelings for each other but are both angry with each other which lead to some very heated arguments.
One of my favourite parts of this book is the bond that grows very quickly between Artemis and Max. It’s adorable to read their interactions.
Although different, I really loved this book and would definitely recommend it to others.

This is a collection of love stories. There is something for everyone

One of my favourite stories is by Michele Sims called Poinsettias for Carly.

Carly moves back to her home town to help her aunty sort the rest of her mums home out so its ready for sale.

While she is in her family home a lot of memories both good and bad resurface and also an old flame reappears.

Mason was the love of Carly’s life but after an accident involving her brother Mason left Carly and moved away.

Is the romance between them still strong and can they both overcome the hurt and heartbreak of the past to create a new future finally together.

What a brilliant collection of stories, that will hold you captivated and hooked right from the start. Each story brings you along on a journey that you can’t help but not want it to end. Reading a collection of stories helps you find new authors that you will come to love, one of mine was Michele Sims read, Poinsettias for Carly.
This isn’t my first read by this author but this one really had my emotions on a rollercoaster. I couldn’t deny the grin I had while reading it. I loved Carly & Mason’s story, I was hooked from the start, even though it was a shorter read, it definitely wasn’t lacking in content, amazing characters and an even better storyline.

This is a collection of reads not to be missed, a definite set to be read snuggled up with.

Love in the Lowcountry is a sweet and heartwarming collection of winter themed stories conveniently in one nice package deal. I loved the vast array of novels that cover many genres from paranormal to the second chance romance. I am going to leave a little tidbit about the sweet second chance romance novella, Poinsettias for Carly by Michele Sims, an already favorite author of mine.

I loved that the title, Poinsettias for Carly also mentions A past unresolved is never the past… I feel like that gives you a good indication of what you are in store for with this little read. I love that while this was a short and fast paced read I never felt slighted or bored and like I was missing pieces. Carly was a fun character who brought the emotion to life in the tale of her finding the spirit of Christmas and dealing with a past that has come back to face her in the future. Will she get her second chance at love and a happily ever after? For that and more fantastic other reads you will have to pick up this set for yourself!

Holiday Terminal: (A Second Chance Secret Baby Billionaire Holiday Romance) by Gwyn McNamee & Christy Anderson is sooooooo, so good. It is one story that although a quick read, packs a punch and I got thoroughly lost in. This sweet and amazing tale had my heartstrings pulling and emotions all over the place. It is a wonderful Christmas story that is romantic and full of love and frustrations, drama and lies, angst and pain. What a team these ladies make! I enjoy their work separately but together they are an IT team. OMG I just fell in love with these characters who stole my heart.

Penelope finds herself stuck in the middle of nowhere when a storm diverts their plane BUT what she never imaged to find there was the one person who had her heart, mind and soul and left her broken but with a beautiful surprise. It is that very surprise she does not want him to find.

Artemis comes from a very wealthy family who dictate everything in his life. However, his heart was left behind with a beautiful woman he loved with his entire being. He finds himself in a town in the middle of who knows where and the one person he thought he would never see again walks back in his life. Unfortunately he finds that she has kept something from him and that is the one thing he may never forgive her for.

There is so much pain in this beautiful story but it is worth every second becoming invested in these wonderful characters and the world the IT team has created. This was an amazing journey and I can’t wait for more.

While Christy Anderson is a new author for me, writing a book with one of my go-to authors Gwyn McNamee was a must! Holiday Terminal was an amazing captivating read of two people destined to find each other and have a second chance.
This one gave you all the feels you need for an amazing all-rounder book! Its had angst, passion, drama, romance, heartbreak but all in all it was the perfect read from start till finish. I couldn’t put this read down, I read it on one sitting and fell in love with both Artemis & Penelope each in their own way but also the journey that they take, in the short amount of time.

You couldn’t help but absolutely feel so much emotion with what these two went through you just kept wishing they would overcome their past, a secret and actually talk and realise the thing that brought them together many years before was still the main thing that both of them still felt!

There is not a single thing I could say that I didn’t love about this book, other than I didn’t want it to ever end! I can’t wait to experience more from these two incredible authors I’ll be eagerly awaiting Holiday Bridal Wave.

“ “Artemis Warren. Please head over to the office.” I freeze. No. The cup slips from my hand. The Styrofoam hits the ground, and scalding-hot liquid splashes against my bare legs. I hardly feel the burn. It can’t be. Not here……I scan the rest of the terminal. Maybe I misheard. It couldn’t be him. Fate wouldn’t toy with me like that. Right?”

“It was instant. Even as a teenager, barely out of high school, I knew I would love him. I knew it was something bigger than me. Bigger than him. Us. It was too big. Too powerful. Too damn much for a kid to think that way, feel that way. But I let it overtake me with every shy glance we shared. Every smile. Every touch. I knew it would be something epic. A fairy tale. One I would hold in my heart forever. And damn if I wasn’t right. I just never imagined it would come to such a catastrophic end.”

OMG! First of all, this book is sooooooo freaking goooood! It needs to be made into a movie so I can watch it over and over again, especially leading up to Christmas!!! I have already read it 3 times and will probably re-read it many more times in the next few weeks. I am a sucker for a great Christmas/holiday story- especially one that grabs you by the heart-strings. This one gave me all the emotional content that I love so much, tugging on my heart-strings, giving me that ‘feel-good’ experience at the end, where I sat back with a big smile on my face, because I am so happy to have this book in my life.
Holiday terminal by Gwyn McNamee and Christy Anderson is a wonderful holiday romance- with a massive snowstorm, a small airport in the middle of nowhere, a twist of fate, some drama, angst, push-pull, surprises, steam, emotion, and second chances. I am a huge fan of both these authors individually, and both are on my favourite authors list- so when they decide to collaborate on a book- I AM ALL IN!!! No questions asked. #TAKEMYMONEY #ONECLICK #WINNING
Now after reading this story, I am soooo impressed by what they have produced- but I really shouldn’t have been surprised- because DUH, it’s Gwyn McNamee and Christy Anderson- both such excellent authors- and I should have known that anything these two talented writers came up with would be brilliant. I was hooked right from the start- this story is my crack- totally addictive- and it’s one addiction this junkie is happy to feed.
The story takes place in a tiny airport terminal in the middle of nowhere, when a twist of fate throws two ex-lovers together in the snowstorm of the century. Past hurts are never far from the surface- but neither is their electrifying chemistry. But, with their past pain, miscommunication, and a bug secret- will these two find their second chance, or will this twist of fate bring even more heartache.
I LOVED Art and Pen, so so so much! Thant’s not to say there weren’t a few moments where I wanted to shake them. Their miscommunication drove me crazy. And I found myself yelling a t them several times through the story. They are perfect for each other. I really can’t wait to read Archie’s story- I really NEED it STAT! Like yesterday!!!
So, what are you waiting for- seriously, if you love a fantastic holiday romance, an emotive- well written story, and wonderful characters- then this is definitely one book you won’t want to miss. And if this book is outside of your preferred reading, why not take a chance and dive in- you may be surprised by how much you like it too! There really is so much to love about this book!

Thank you, Gwyn McNamee & Christy Anderson!!!

Holiday Terminal was a great 5-star second chance romance.

I really enjoyed Penelope and Artemis’s story. These two find themselves in the middle of nowhere at a very small airport on Christmas. Due to a snowstorm both of their flights had to do an emergency landing and of course fate stepped in and brought them together again after 5 years.

Penelope is shocked to see Artemis, the old feelings come back and she goes back to the last time they saw each other. Her heart was shattered and he walked away. She also is afraid that he will discover her secret. What will happen when the secret comes out?

Artemis and Penelope start to realize that they both had made mistakes the last time they talked. There was a misunderstanding that changed their lives. Can they finally have what they wanted so badly or will Aremis’s family step in?

Overall I really enjoyed this read. All of the secondary characters were great. I can’t wait to read more from this series. 1-click and get started today on this great read.

Holiday Terminal (A Second Chance Secret Baby Billionaire Holiday Romance by Gwyn McNamee and Christy Anderson is a brilliant collaboration of work by these two authors. This is a fantastic book that will really get you in the holiday spirit.
This is a quick but heartwarming story about two people who are given their second chance at love. The question is will they take it.
I really enjoyed these two characters. For me they are what got me invested in this book. I wanted to see if they could work things out. I wanted them to get their happy ending.
I loved how the authors developed the story was well. This is the perfect type of book to curl up with one afternoon and shut the world away. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and hope these authors choose to work together in the future.

The story Holiday Terminal is a wonderful book to read. It pulled me in from the beginning and didn’t let me go until the final page. I loved reading about the characters of Penelope and Artemis. Both have landed at a small airport because of the weather. She thought that he was only part of her past. He is going home to make a statement that has been a long time coming. Once they see each other the memories come back. What does the future hold for Penelope and Artemis? Will they give each other a second chance? Can Artemis convince Penelope that she is the only woman he has ever loved? Read this book to find out. The authors do a wonderful job of making the character likable and believable. The story does have a bit of romance as well as times of conflict. This second chance romance is set at Christmas time. The perfect time for joy and happiness. Will Penelope and Artemis listen to their hearts and make this Christmas one they will always remember? Don’t miss out on a book that will have you hooked from the beginning to the very end. I highly recommend it.
