Three siblings lose their mother. Middle child comes back to hometown because she is residing in the city. Once home disaster after disaster happen. They conquer everything together, including their powers, and each sibling with their love conquest.
This book was packed with good moments, from compelling meets to really good BDSM moments that could make this dear reader certainly swoon! I swear my kindle felt the moments as well haha. I loved the journey this beloved book took me on, the stories and past of our main 2 souls were certainly a deep closet!
I think I made clear, I loved the lustful moments between Hud and Mary Beth, but it was not only their BDSM moments that really were a great part of this book, but basically who they were as characters. They both came from a past. Ones that were not very pretty. I found this really added to the intrigue of the book and made me wnat to know even more. Despite their differences they ahead a lot of common ground, and that made the appeal of them both to one another much more powerful and pulling.
Another part I certainly did love, was more to do with Hud’s and Mary Beth’s past again. Hud is basically a broken man with a wounded heart. Mary Beth knows how to stitch those heart strings back together. Is she really the good hearted soul she is letting off, or is there more to her tale as well? I loved how much they swore off affections from another or even themselves the pull and the lust, with their personal wow factor was more convincing than their own words they spoke. The story was realistic and very powerful!
Again this book for me was a must read for sure! I fell in love with the author and their writing and very much how this story played out, and I was amazed as well as banging by a thread at given moments through out my reading! Amazing read! Loved it! Very high recommended! Do not miss out on this one!

The book was fantastic. I am a huge romance fan, and I love books that are clean and dirty :). This book was clean with no dirty scenes, I know some like that, and some do not. It even had biblical references a few times. However, once I started reading this book, I could not put it down, and that says something with my recently busy schedule. This book has two main characters who have pasts that affect them and their decisions, so I knew there were going to be ups and downs related to that, but even with it being predictable in some areas I loved every second that I spent reading this book. I will be recommending this book to my friends!

This is a really good paranormal romance. This takes the story of fated mates to a whole other level in the sense that when it’s the right time the couple physically feels the pull to join with their mate. This book contains things I love such as romance and shifters. You can’t help falling for the characters and wanting them to succeed and be happy.
Cheyenne is a strong independent woman, after her father leaves them she decides that she doesn’t want to hang around for her fated mate, especially if he turns out to be like her dad. Cheyenne decides she is going to try and avoid the mating call at all costs but what she doesn’t realise is when the mating call happens then she will be powerless to resist.
Lane has not had a settled life. So when he gets the pull of the mating call he packs up his life and moved to find his fated mate. However things for this couple aren’t going to be easy. Even though they are fated mates both have issues from the past they need to deal with before they can be completely happy together.
Can they work out their pasts to create a future? Will they even want their mating call to bring them together or will Cheyenne keep trying to find fate.

This is the 1st book in the Embrace Tomorrow series. This is a Contemporary Romance novel and is 384 pages in length. This story follows Will in his cancer battle. He is battling one of the roughest forms of cancer. After 2 rounds of chemo, he has had enough and signs a DNR. Tori is a psychologist who visits with terminal patients. She certainly did not expect to meet someone as handsome as Will, and soon feelings develop, and sparks fly. Will there be another tomorrow for them?

What a fantastic and hilarious story in this series. I believe that I like this book even more than the first one. I honestly laughed from start to finish and sometimes was laughing so hard I cried. I couldn’t put it down, so it was a very fast read for me. I am a sucker for rom coms, so this was no different. Personally, I would like to see this series made into a TV mini-series. Or even a regular TV series. These characters are that great and I could honestly see their stories played on the screen. The author has a wonderful way with writing comedies, and this was no exception. I can’t wait until next year to get my hands on book 3. Thank you for such a wonderful series Ms. Williams. I highly recommend that if you want to laugh until your insides hurt you pick this series up. You will not want to put it down.

Mark a hot shot attorney with a past he doesn’t want to reveal. Lauren an independent woman who doesn’t need nor want to be taken care of. When two meet at a mutual friend’s wedding, where their relationship begins lustful and slowly turns romantic. This book is full of real-life issues and drama that is so easy to relate to! Reading this book brought back lots of memories of my own personal relationship with my husband and was oh so nostalgic for me! 10 out of 10 recommend! I absolutely adored this book! If I could rate by chili peppers, this read would get 5 easily!

This is Book 4 in the series. Lukes a single dad now to a lovely little girl. It’s quite a raw book I disagree with it been able to be read as a stand alone. Default Distraction is a very emotionally heavy book and pulls on your heart strings. The little girl was thevl highlight for me. I am going bakc to reread the whole series to get a better feeling for the characters I would highly recommend reading the other before this one or your missing half of the story and don’t feel as connect to the characters.

With the final battle approaching, Matt and his two friends must learn to travel throughout time to obtain powerful artifacts needed to defend their world from an oncoming attack. The reptilian humanoid leader and his followers are planning total destruction. Traversing through many famous and dangerous eras of Earth’s past, and even its future, Matt and friends try to collect what is needed for a secret organization’s plan to save the planet. I absolutely loved this book! James Talisman has a way with detail and imagery in a series with such vastness, that he makes it so easy to picture everything! I could really feel the bond between the characters! The time travel segments to different eras had me reading as fast as I could just to find out what would happen next! The incorporation of mythology and Atlantis as well as the way that the ending reveals itself is as unexpected as it is satisfying. It really makes you think!

Six very different people from vastly different multiverses (including but not limited to, a swordmasters son Hirisho, a reptilian humanoid scientist Tysson, a Co-councilor for a utopian world Rashella, and an ordinary college student named Matt) all hear the same mysterious voice inside their head. Godlike mentors appear to each of them and all must embark on separate quests and use their newly acquired wisdom of all creation and reality to fight for and protect the sanctity of all of their worlds.
This book was enthralling, a must read! James Talisman truly tansports you through different worlds with his vivid imagery and thought provoking characters. Each one so different but expertly brought to life through his imaginative writing. This fast paced novel had me captivated from the first page with twists and turns I never saw coming. His blend of ancient ideals and futuristic concepts bring a delightful duality to the genre. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series!

Feather Chelle packed this book to the gills with adventure and factual information about marine life! This is a great book for learning about marine ecosystems in a fun way. Stranded, in my opinion, seems like a great teaching tool for elementary students, especially in a Science classroom. The story is captivating and even kept a 30-year-old turning the pages. Feather Chelle describes sea life in great depth and paints wonderous images with her wording.
Worth every star! I was hooked from the first line. Merissa Racine sets the perfect small town Wyoming scene when Lauren, a court reporter, enters the Judge’s house to see why she’s running late for a court appearance and walks in on her bloody body laying on the ground – making Lauren suspect number one. I’m a sucker for a good thriller and this book is no exception. It was easy to relate to the characters and really cool to see the insight from someone inside the legal system work to prove her own innocence. I highly recommend this novel for an intriguing page turner that you won’t be able to put down!

An MM Romance with more than meets the eye, Fate, Frankincense and Funerals was a quick, cute read. If you are a fan of fated mates, shifters and MM romance, definitely give this one shot. It was a pleasant journey discovering the whole truth behind the events of the story. My only complaint is that I wish I had more time to spend with these characters. Acheron and Errapel were definitely two MCs to route for. I am keeping my eyes open for a continuation to this story, hoping to get a growth arc for Acheron and a push for change in the society they live in. Carissa’s story was also intriguing and I am excited to see how that would affect things. Here is to hoping there is a sequel!
I LOVE this author! Every book I have read so far has been just amazing and this book is no different. The cover is stunning and the writing is on point. In this paranormal world we have Errapel who is a hare shifter and Acheron is a vulture shifter and he is forbidden to take a mate. But fate just so happens to pair the two up. It is so sweet that Errapel has no qualms about who his mate is and readily accepts him and their bond, but getting Acheron on board and changing the way things are done in their world is a little tricky. I enjoyed watching these two get closer and closer until finally all my dreams come true. This book had a little more romance than her last series and I am loving it! This author is so talented in her writing, the characters and story are so cleaver and nicely descried and thought out. I will always look forward to more, and can’t wait to see what comes next!
This book may be a short and quick read, but it immediately had me hooked. Leann seems like a real sweetheart and tough too. She has been through a lot when it comes to men but she finally meets a good one. Len is cop, I like that, and it is sweet that he falls in love with Leann so fast and has such a protective nature over her. I am happy to see that she finally feels safe. You can see the love they have for each other when Leann is in danger from armed bank robbers. The way she got out of the situation is something I think everyone should keep in mind, in the right situation the way she reacted was pretty genius. I really enjoyed this short and sweet read.

This is not my first book by this author but it is my favorite. I have enjoyed her books from the first one I picked up. Her writing skills and attention to details make her stories engaging and a realistic feel. This book is no different. I was pulled in from the beginning. This is a subject that I know much about and felt that this is a great book that would enlighten anyone’s day. This is a book about how you can add magic to your day to day life. It offers a different way of thinking. I loved this book and I highly recommend it. It is worth the pick up for sure.

Though this book starts off rocky, it easily takes a turn for the better as these characters get better acquainted. I love their chemistry but hate when they try to tear into one another but love how or when they get closer. What keeps me glued to this read is the positive and warm energy that warms your heart as these characters get closer. A real page-turner as obstacles derail their experience but they always find love back with one another. These always make for the best love stories, at least for me.

Spoilsport (Pierce Brothers Book 2) by Belinda Williams
I have been waiting for Luke and Nadia’s story since I got to know them in Mr. Nice Guy and I wasn’t disappointed at all.
Nadia doesn’t deal with a lot of crap and is a strong independent woman but she has fought hard to accomplish that along with being an amazing nurse. She hates feeling unsure and vulnerable and that is exactly what Luke does to her.
Luke loves his daughter and job, but learns that they aren’t the only important things in his life.
I loved the verbal sparring (mostly from Nadia) and how they were when together. Looking forward to reading how the next Pierce Brother falls and thankful there are a total of four brothers.

Hot! The Groomsman is the second book in the Unexpected series but can be read as a stand-alone. It stars another alpha male but he has his own secrets. I really like Marina Hanna’s writing style. There’s no excess drama but enough to keep me hooked. A steamy quick read with a strong storyline, sassy characters and sexy times.

I kinda struggled with this one at times. Mark is a little hard to like. He seems to want a good time and is FIRM about nothing else. So it was tough to get to like him since he did many things I didn’t like. Lauren did not seem to have much backbone. I liked her but it took a while for her to stop letting him run over her. I was glad that she finally got her head on straight.
They meet at Jules and Adam’s wedding. Who we met in the last book. It was nice catching up with their lives. Overall I liked the story and most if the characters.

Brittany you are killing me. I started reading this morning. I am done. This was so good. I don’t even know where to start with this review. I was anticipating learning more about Kayla and Sawyer. But I’m this story gave me everything I didn’t know I needed about Julia and Derek. First off Derek is so much like his brother Hunter. And I love him for it. Julia and Rain had such similarities (which isn’t a surprise seeing how they were both Alans wives…I mean prisoners) but each had to develop their own strengths and heal their own way.
What the heck is going on with Sawyer? Will we learn more next book? Also my poor Kayla. My heart is so heavy for her.
Anna is such an independent, skilled, woman. A bad mother…shut yo mouth. I cannot wait to dive into her story and her plan. Perfect for Hayden.
I want Hunter to come out of retirement a little. I need to see his dangerous side again.
And the poor older woman who’s name slips my mind at the moment. Ugh I just wanna hug her. Can we get a prequel to the fall?
Also movie and tv execs can I get a show on the CW or something? This would make great tv. Or a great movie franchise.
I hate that I read it so fast cause now I gotta wait so long for more. Ugh! If you’ve read to this point of my review, what are you waiting for read this series! Romance, action, thrills, chills, bump n grid, happy endings, epic cliff hangers, what else do you need?

Laurie Lewis just captivated me with this incredible romance. Great for getting cozy on a cool almost winter day. This book is a perfect example of what most wish for in life. It truly leaves you feeling so many emotions. I am often asked why I have a selection of books kept set aside if I have already read them, and I think its just books that made me feel everything as if I was the main character, or that I just simply didn’t want it to end. Whatever the case may be, this book is being added into that collection that I will read over and over for a very long time. Add it to your library quick, you won’t be disappointed.

Shadows of Doubt was such a great read! The main character, Lauren, was very relatable and it was easy to root for her as she navigated her new life as a single woman. The story was fast paced and kept me on the edge of my seat with all of its twists and turns. As soon as I thought I had this one figured out, something else happened to make me realize Merissa Racine was still two steps ahead! The ending was definitely a shocker and I hope there are more installments of the Crawford Mystery series.

This book is not at all what I expected, but in the best way possible. The author’s writing style has a way of keeping you hanging on to every word on the page. What a rollercoaster of emotions! I’ve never been a very emotional person while reading, but this book had me going through a serious roller coaster of grief and elation. Blood Oath is the second book in the Mafia Elite series by Amy McKinley, and a great continuation of this story! I do recommend reading book one ‘No Way Out’ first, since the characters are intermingled in both books. This story follows Enzo and Sophia, childhood friends. Enzo, Chicago Mafia underboss, promised to protect Sophia at all cost. Even if it means that they can’t be together like he wants to be. His priority is to keep her alive. Sophia is an up and coming fashion designer, who is absolutely in love with Enzo and would do any thing for him. There are so many secrets and so many obstacles keeping them apart. This story has suspense and drama that will keep you on the edge of your seat turning the pages.
I enjoyed reading Check In, the 2nd book in the Bobbins Sisters series by Debra Parmley even though I am not usually a short story kinda girl. Ms Parmley packs so much into her stories and the characters that you wish they went on for longer. It was great returning to these wonderful characters and seeing their stories develop further. Check in focuses on Leann and the turns life has taken since graduating. She meets gorgeous police officer Len and life definitely gets better until an armed robbery takes place at her new job.

What can I say other than “OH MY GOD!” wow this book was super hot and steamy. As far as the story goes I really enjoyed that Lauren wasn’t waiting for a man to save her. She stood up for herself and made sure that her concerns were heard and most of the time met. Something about a powerful man in a suit just makes all the ladies come undone. I mean hello have you seen Tom Hiddleston? ANYWAYS the story was cute and to the point which I loved. Would love to read more quick books like this, I do love continued stories however I have a soft spot for short one-book stories where they leave your mind racing for more of the story.

I have been talking to everyone about this book! It was an amazing emotional roller coaster. I love Tori, to volunteer to be friends with people that are terminally ill takes a very special person. Tori is definitely that person. She is personable, loving, and empathic to those she spends time with. Will is terminally ill. He has cut off all friends and family but has not come to terms to with dying. Can Tori help him make amends with those he needs to be able to let go peacefully? Jenny is a nurse at the hospital where Will is and helps direct Tori to him when she sees that he has no visitors. Jenny is a great support person, who walks the line of what she can and cannot tell Tori. Though I was screaming at my kindle for her to just tell all. I had to have my box of Kleenex out from the first couple chapters of this book. It made my heart soar one moment and cry the next.

Lauren and Mark Sizzle! Sparks fly every time that Lauren and Mark are in the same room. Their chemistry is undeniable but I really enjoyed watching them move past the physical attraction to an emotional connection. Mark is so adorably awkward as he’s trying to face his deeper feelings and to navigate not just wanting more, but actively pursuing more with Lauren. Rose throws a wrench in their budding relationship but eventually ends up playing an integral part in their love connection. I absolutely adore the ending of this book and I am definitely looking forward to reading more from Marina Hanna.

A Bridesmaid hooking up with one of the Groomsman for one night of fun seems like a simple enough concept right? But what happens when that one night shocks them both with just how amazing it is and neither one of them wants it to be just one night. That is the problem, if you can call off the charts attraction and chemistry a problem, for characters Mark and Lauren in this wonderful book by Marina Hanna. Mark has never hidden he is not looking for a relationship but he can’t bring himself to stop seeing Lauren, meanwhile Lauren knows Mark is hiding something and wants to confront him but every time they are together their chemistry gets in her way. Can they sort out their mixed emotions and both have what they truly want….you need to read this fun and emotion filled story to find out!
