With the final battle approaching, Matt and his two friends must learn to travel throughout time to obtain powerful artifacts needed to defend their world from an oncoming attack. The reptilian humanoid leader and his followers are planning total destruction. Traversing through many famous and dangerous eras of Earth’s past, and even its future, Matt and friends try to collect what is needed for a secret organization’s plan to save the planet.
I absolutely loved this book! James Talisman has a way with detail and imagery in a series with such vastness, that he makes it so easy to picture everything! I could really feel the bond between the characters! The time travel segments to different eras had me reading as fast as I could just to find out what would happen next! The incorporation of mythology and Atlantis as well as the way that the ending reveals itself is as unexpected as it is satisfying. It really makes you think!
