I absolutely love how this author makes these books that you could read them as stand alone and not have to read them in order. Event thou there are probably parts that would be clearer if reading the books before, but you won’t feel too lost doing so. This was another great book with Logan and her challenges of being involved in murder and crime. Logan is a strong willed, smart, string, courageous, women and really makes you think she could kick some a** if she had too. This book was filled with suspense, mystery, drama, secrets and so much more, that it kept me intrigued the whole time. I felt like I was constantly on the edge of my seat reading this. Really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to drive into the next one.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was a very suspenseful murder mystery that I really enjoyed reading. This story had to from the beginning, and it really was enjoyable to know what was going to happen throughout the book. This book I did feel was missing something thou, I really like how this strong-willed woman takes a strong lead in the story. Logan can be a really related character and even with normal things like glassblowing was very interesting. Logan is trying to pick her life up from what happened with her husband and putting it all together that things all of a sudden feel like they might just get worse. But with her determination and never-ending investigation this book really had some twists and turns and was very entertaining to read. great book for a first book in the series I do hope I learn more about Logan in the next books.

This book was an incredible read that left me wanting more. I really enjoyed it so much that I couldn’t read it fast enough it felt like. The Main character CeCe was unique. Solving Crimes with her father but also has responsibility towards the dead being a Necromancy. This book was super fun to read, and I really hope there is more to come. The twists and turns in this book really had me wanting to know what was going to happen next. The characters were hard not to either cheer for or hate or love. And I really loved the New Orleans feel to this book, I have never been there, and this book made it seem so real. This is a wonderful paranormal mystery with necromancy, crime and investigation, supernatural, suspense, voodoo, drama, twists and turns, humour, and so much more. Highly recommend this book.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What an incredible book in this series, I really enjoyed the first book quite a bit and so this was like icing on the cake. But be advised that reading book 1 is highly recommended before jumping into this one. Once again, this book made you feel like you were right there with everyone experiencing this whole adventure. The way the world build out the world in my mind made me really feel like I was right there with everyone. I really enjoy Gwyn she’s a super strong-willed woman that doesn’t take crap from no one, I enjoy that this book is more aged with women that even thou at this age they should have their life together that sometimes it doesn’t. outspoken, swears, falls, kicks butt and is just downright real. This book is filled with everything supernatural, laughs, adventure, normal problems of life, entertaining, I absolutely loved this book in more then one way, due to the fact it’s almost related able with what life would be like if some how right now there really are supernatural begins out there.

Alterations Trilogy: Alterations, Game Changer, Primal WillAlterations Trilogy: Alterations, Game Changer, Primal Will by Jane Suen
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was an amazing trilogy, I absolutely loved everything about it. It was very easy to read, and I was able to read it very fast but that didn’t not take away on how captivating this book was. These books had a twist that I was not expecting it was creepy, scary, suspenseful, dystopian, sci-fi series and really makes you feel like it could almost be talking about us right now in the present. In this trilogy there are three women, with body image issues, that like everyone now what the quick fixes and go see Dr. Kite to fix these issues they are each facing. The books kept me on this roller coaster of a ride on what these women were going thou and how they were going to deal with their individual situations. I was on the edge of my seat and couldn’t out this book down. I would suggest not to read this out of order thou, each book continues on from the previous one. But this was an amazing captivating read.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was the third book in the series, and I wish I could say you could read this without reading the first books but alas I can not. This book started right off from where the second book left off. Highly suggest that you should start this series from the beginning so that there is more understanding with what is going on and having a little bit more back story to everything. But other then that I was able to read this book and not be totally lost or confused. This book is filled with magic, romance, drama, action, mystery, and so much more that really made this story as amazing and made me not want to put it down. The world building and story telling makes you really feel like you are in this story along with everyone else. I absolutely love Rose in the story her determination and strong will makes her a really amazing girl boss, while King Micah kind of gets a rude awaking when he goes to go home, and no one likes him. The adventure set out between these two was captivating and filled with twists and turns that I really was on the edge of my seat and couldn’t put it down till I finished it.

This book took a little but of a turn, from the Kodiak who was the protector now Tamaska doing the protecting and the rescue. But at what cost will it cost her to do so? This book like the last ones was filled with fantasy, paranormal romance, supernatural, action, danger, chemistry, mystery, suspense, adventure and so much more it will be hard for you to put down. I highly recommend this series it really hooks you in from the development of the characters to the suspense of the story line.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is book 2 in the series and highly suggest that you read the first book before you dive in here. Even thou there is enough information thought the book that you could, this one starts off right were book one left us standing. This is were Tamaska finds out that Kodiak is a shaft sifter or to be exact a werewolf. Something Tamaska doesn’t like shifters, but she finds herself still having feelings for him and can’t stop thinking of Kodiak. Once again, this story is filled with fantasy, supernatural beings, a quest, action, adventure, danger, drama, chemistry, suspense, and so much more that it kept me reading. Just like the first book this one took a hold of me and wouldn’t let me go till I was done and know what had happened in the story. This book did not disappoint and I’m so glad there was another book to the first, highly recommend this series.

Shadow Wolf (Protector Wolf Shifter Series)Shadow Wolf by Lilliana Rose
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I was extremely surprised over this book. I usually don’t do the romance books but this one being supernatural I figured id give it shot. And this book kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. I couldn’t read it fast enough to know what was going to happen next. The book was well written and took a hold of me right away, the writing of this book was so well described that it really felt like I was standing there listening in on everything that was happening. This book was filed with drama, chemistry, action, suspense, murder, supernatural beings, and so much more. Tamaska is and independent woman who is strong-willed, stubborn, hardworking, and does what she wants and doesn’t listen to anyone. Which I totally related with her the most. Kodiak was hired to protect her and really doesn’t want to and is stubborn about it too. The love hate relationship these two have was very interesting to read, because we all know they liked each other but felt the need to not show it. this book was extremely good, and I can’t wait to read the next one.

Conversations with the Tarot: Bewitching Meditations on Reading the CardsConversations with the Tarot: Bewitching Meditations on Reading the Cards by Maria DeBlassie
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I absolutely loved this book; I know nothing of tarot cards so reading about them put a different perspective for me in tarot reading. There was so much you can learn from this book that I almost want to get some myself. The poetry was so well written that it was lovely and then matched with the cards was so informative. This book went into so much depth and learning from showing how to read the cards but also how she herself reads the cards and how they can help and guide you. It teaches the different cards and decks, and they all have different meanings and symbolism to each. This was a short easy, very informative book, such an amazing book for someone who is interested in tarot reading or wants to get started.

I really enjoyed this book, I wasn’t really sure about it because I’m not a gamer or that big of a nerd, so I wasn’t sure how much I was going to like it, but it really surprised me, and I found myself devouring this book as fast as I could. It was filled so much with action, adventure, laughs, interesting characters, fantasy, and mystery. This story centers around the character Marluck who is on a quest or journey of his own to redeem himself, were he loses his powers, and goes down a spiral. He then ends up joining a group of unlikely characters called Oathbreakers Anonymous, and they try to regain their powers. This book captivated me from the very beginning, and I read it as fast as I could. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole way thought. It was so well written I really felt like I was running along with Ian and Katherine. These two characters are extremely well written and fit in this story very well. The chemistry in this book will maybe make you blush and hold your pearls, but it goes so well in this book. The idea of Atlantis as a prison for the supernatural really was intriguing, I love the way authors spin a few tales in that could very well make sense. The writing of this book flowed nicely and is very disruptive. It’s a fast-paced paranormal romance filled with vampires, monsters, danger, drama, chemistry, action, adventure, suspense that it really was hard to put down. This book had me from the beginning once again, I couldn’t read it fast enough to find out everything that was going on in it. This book was very well written that it makes you feel like your right there with the characters of Arcelia and Prince Rodrick. the love between these two almost feels like your eves dropping on then and you really shouldn’t be, but it really makes you love and care for each one of the characters in their own way. This book had some twist and turns that were unexpected but amazing and really kept me reading more. It is high paced but filled with so much from love, romance, secrets, lies, mystery, suspense, action.
