Reunion: An Over Forty Urban Fantasy Novel (The Hellgate Chronicles Book 1)Reunion: An Over Forty Urban Fantasy Novel by Jocelyn Lindsay
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was a little unexpected read but it was so worth every word. A young girl saves the world, closing the gates of hell, and walked away. Or so Meg thought. When she returns so much came out from her past that she now has to deal with. This was a very well-paced read and I couldn’t put it down. This book has it all, romance, fantasy, lead women, action packed, adventure, paranormal and so much more. This was a great read and totally worth the day it took me to read it. Can’t wait for the next ones.

WOW what an incredible page turner of a book, I honestly couldn’t turn the pages fast enough to know how this story was going to go. This book had so much, and it was hard not to find something I didn’t like about it, it was filled with suspense, love, fantasy, mystery, twists and turns, related characters, action and so much more. Whisper had to learn so much and figure things out, and what to do that it was easy to understand where they were coming from and what they were going thou. The growth with the character thou the book was very well done that it was hard not to feel like you were right there holding their hand thou it all. This is a highly recommendable book that I don’t think you will be disappointed by.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I was so thrilled when I seen this next book in this series come out and couldn’t wait to get back to Titania and the fae world. this series is one should really read all the books to understand the whole picture. The author created an interesting world and one that was so well written into the story that it was hard to not be able to picture it, the world that if you like fantasy books about fae, you will love this too.
Titania knows she needs to remain hidden to protect her people and realm, but she can’t sit still. Her selflessness and desire to protect fae and humans is inspiring. The sacrifices she continues to make is amazing. Titania has the desire to help and wants more then just be someone to look pretty for. Foster by her side, she has confidence that it’ll be enough. That is till the earthquakes start. When her people start losing their livelihoods she needs help. When she goes up to see her friends they create a plan. A plan to protect all the types of supernatural beings.
This book was so memorizing I couldn’t put it down like the last ones, its filled with hope, love, fantasy, danger, action, and so much more.

This was a very fast-moving tale that intricately weaves together so much from mythology, astrology, dark magic, monsters, war, secrets, fear, action, fantasy, sci-fi, magic, family, and gods. I did not know that this was the 5th book so I didn’t read the other ones, and I will say that I was a little lost about what was going on, but it didn’t take me much to figure it out, but I recommend reading them in order, which is what I will be doing next. I found this book hard to put it down and couldn’t stop reading to know what was going to happen. The characters in this book must go thou some tough journey and discussions and figure who to trust and then question almost everything that they do. Each one had a unique and well-developed personality. I really enjoyed this book and will be going back to read the rest.

This short story had me hooked from the first page, being a short book, I thought the story would be rush and everything will be jammed into it and then had a bad ending, but boy was I wrong on all of this. Even for a short read this story flowed very well and was very well written. The story line itself was well done and flowed very well that I never felt lost or didn’t understand what was going on. The characters were so amazingly done that it was hard not to relate or find yourself rooting for them. Rene had lost his siter and trying to cope he turns to substance, but then he starts hallucinating a woman. Belladonna has lived her life in a forest and everything she has been living for is not all that great, but then she finds Rene and it seems to her everything has changed. There was so much packed into this story there’s drama, magic, the supernatural, a dark romance, thrill and a murder mystery to be solved.

However, I didn’t realize this book was religious, which I have no problem with, but my kids had a lot of extra questions about it. but it is about how we can be brave, strong and courageous in everything we do. It was easy for my children to follow and understand and they still enjoyed the book.

This book had and held my attention right from the beginning pages. This story had an interesting twist with legends around king Arthur. As Morgan she believed that everything was a fairy tale and that’s all it was, until the truth started coming out and now those fairy tales aren’t just tales anymore. Morgan is an incredible female heroin, that’s strong willed, and isn’t afraid to stand her ground. If you like fairy tales turned real, to dragons, witches, the supernatural, magic and so much more, this story will have you engaged from the beginning. I can’t wait to read more into this tale.

OMG were to start with this book. This book literally had everything, from magic, betrayal, loyalty, love, guilty, it had all the feelings in this book. Ian is an amazing character that it was hard for me not to root for him. it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole way through that I couldn’t put it down. The situations that happen you really have to wonder if they would be able to get out of it. How it seems like everyone in the world hates him, but he still does the best that he thinks he can. I really enjoyed this book, it was very well written, and I can’t wait to read more from this. I might even read this one again.

This is book two and honestly, I couldn’t have enjoyed it anymore then the first one. It starts off right away with not even remembering what was going on. And when troy finally starts to remember, he try’s very hard to put it all together. The author wrote this incredible book of kings, fighters, magic, betrayal, war, evil, and so much more that I could not put it down and just had to read to know what was going to happen to our wonderful characters. Magic users in this book use to be the ones that ruled, but people got scared and so they feared the Shinree and tried to do anything to control them, including drugging them. This book kept me reading and, on my seat, the whole time. But so did the first book in this amazing trilogy. Can’t wait to read book three to know what will happen. Great book, recommend.

The characters in this book were super relatable and well developed I almost felt like I know who they were and that they were real people. The story line flowed very well and went well together that it was easy to follow. There was just enough twists and turns into the book that it really kept me guessing into what was going to happen. Gillian would do anything for her brother, so when he falls ill to the sweeping illness that sweeps over the land, Gillian gets prepared to do anything to help him and bring him back to good health, even if that means to enter the forbidden shadowlands. The development to this story really made me feel like I was right there along for the ride. This book was filled with so much from time traveling, history, mystery, sci-fi, fantasy and a little romance rolled all into one. The twists and turns into this story really had e from the beginning. The story was incredible with a friendship over 200 years, Simon and Gaelan, trying to help he’s wife things turned for the worse and now Simon can’t seem to follow were he’s wife went. The ending was more surprising, it seems that it left opening for the second book, which I can’t not wait to dive into. I would highly recommend.

This book had 14 different stories that kept me entertained and thoroughly enjoyed. Each story had its own little spin, but all had the same concepts around time. Some stories were dark in nature, horrifying, to a fantasy world, the paranormal or the unknown, to sci-fi, that it wouldn’t matter what your favorite is there is something in here that you would thoroughly enjoy. The stories each were a different world that really made you feel the story, the twists and turns in some holds you close and won’t let go. The worlds in each one were interesting on their own, and the story lines of each were easy to follow. Each story had its own mystery element and the thought of unknown to it, that for being short stories im always amazed at how much plot, development twists and turns, mystery, and the story itself can be packed into the small number of pages. One after the other my attention was held by each and every one of these stories.

And once again this story did the same. This book was very well written and developed with the characters that it making you really feel like you know them personally. I have to start off by saying my kids really enjoyed this book, they were right into each story and mystery trying to solve it before the end of the story. This children’s book is for kids 5 and up. This is a chapter book with three mysteries to solve in this book, first the mystery of the missing meteor fields, all a meteor that hits a carrot field and what happens. The mystery of the haunted amusement park, what is happening at carrot world. The clue in the airwhale art, a carrot ship that has a mystery of its own watching. These books also had little life lessons into the stories that weave into each story together perfectly. Each story was very well written that you could almost see what is happening in the story. Very easy to understand and read.
