This remarkable author creates such amazing worlds and conveys all about them to her readers so damn well you just fall completely into the storyline, the world, the characters and everything it has to offer so well that you truly could believe you are actually there. To put it simply I was held captive by this book from the first page to the very last. I could not put it down. There is so much happening. Action, adventure, drama, secrets magic and so much more. So have I raved on enough about how awesome it is in order to convince you to get reading?? I promise you it is the best decision you will ever make.

I am totally in love with this series and this talented, creative author! The Brooks family is qwerky, 100% relatable and real. They all weave their way into your heart so easily. This second book of the series is mainly about Carter and Sunny but you still have glimpses of the rest of the family. If you haven’t actually read book 1 don’t worry there is nothing stopping you from reading this book and fully enjoying it but I say read them all! I can’t wait for more from the Love on Tap series. I just know there is so much more fun to be had with these wonderful characters.

To sum up simply I would say that this book is such a fun take on the story of Goldilocks and the 3 bears with added STEM elements. I love the creative way this wonderful author adds learning into her stories so that the readers take in valuable information but it doesn’t really feel like it at the time if that makes sense.

This interesting book starts with Kay, a true workaholic, signing up for a holiday experience like nothing she has ever done before and soon develops into so much more. If a slightly twisted Greek mythology tale intrigues you then this book is for you! It is definitely full of drama, angst, heat, interesting family dynamics and loads more.

This very talented creative author brings her storylines to life so wonderfully and vividly that you become totally immersed in every detail just as if you are there in person. I have to say I was completely hooked from start to finish. Kit and Holly, with her pink and green hair (I love that little element so much I just had to mention it LOL) are absolutely fantastic characters that will weave their way into your heart and stay with you long after you finished the last page.

For Ryan this is a second chance with the one woman he has always held in his heart and this time around he is not letting her go! OMG!!!! There are not enough words to express how much I love this book and this author!!! 5 stars are simply not enough!!! I have been a fan of this author for a little while but this absolutely cemented my love forever!! I was completely hooked and unable to put this book down right from the very start. If this first book of the series is any indication of what we can expect then we the readers are in for a hell of a ride with this series and I CAN’T WAIT for more!! I don’t want to give anything away about the storyline, you simply have to read it for yourself, but expect plenty of suspense, heat, secrets and so much more. Salvatore and Serafina are wonderful complex characters and I promise the storyline created by this amazing author will hook you just as much as it did me.

A Toast for Laurent (Vine Valley, #1)A Toast for Laurent by Theresa Paolo
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Phoebe comes back to town to make good on a pact she made years ago which ends up with Laurent going into a fake relationship to help her out. As soon as you read that you know things are going to get interesting for sure. I have to say I loved Laurent right from the start. With Phoebe it took a little bit longer but I got there eventually. I think it was because she broke his heart when they were younger that I got protective right from the start. It’s crazy I know but that’s me I guess. LOL I have to say I love romances set in small towns where everyone knows everyone and this really was a fun one that had me turning page after page with plenty of giggles thrown in! It’s a fantastic start to the series and I am really looking forward to reading more from this wonderful author.

Wow what an amazing read!! I was completely hooked from start to finish and OMG on the edge of my seat pretty much the whole time! I really don’t want to give too much detail about the actual storyline because I don’t want to give too much away but there is always something happening and with so many characters to both love and hate you are kept on an emotional rollercoaster the whole time. Well at least I know I was! Taz is Sassy, smart and a truly devoted mum to Teddy. I loved her and Travis! This talented author truly has created a fantastic series with creative and captivating storylines that I just can’t wait to read more!

I was definitely chuckling along with the author as her wonderful main characters Annie and Craig, took us on their path to love. It truly was such a fun read. So much so that I just couldn’t put it down until it was all finished. I have come across this series at book 2 so I will now be going back and reading book 1 for sure, while I not so patiently wait for book 3!! If like me you haven’t read book 1 don’t worry you can absolutely read this book and thoroughly enjoy it but I am betting once you do you’ll want more just like me and you’ll back track too. This talented author has yet again weaved a storyline for us readers that sees steamy moments, great characters and story twists weaved together to keep us all captivated and thoroughly entertained. I know I have said that before but it still rings true so it has to be said again. Ethan and Siena are great characters who will completely draw you in and keep you turning page after page.

t should be said straight up that while this is book 2 if you haven’t read the first don’t worry as this can be absolutely be read as a standalone without issue. Arely and Kurt knew each other when they were younger but when they meet again as adults their connection is as the title suggests Undeniable. No path in life is ever smooth of course. She is on the run from the mob and his PTSD is seeing him barely going through the motions of life. This very talented author weaves a storyline for us readers that sees steamy moments, great characters and story twists weaved together to keep us all captivated and thoroughly entertained.

This is an author whose writing I enjoy but I have to admit for a while I wasn’t sure of my feelings towards this book. I am very glad I kept reading though as I did enjoy it and I do absolutely recommend everyone reads it. I guess my slow connection with the book came from the lead characters. I really wasn’t sure about them but as good writing often does as the storyline developed so did my understanding of the characters and I was definitely won over. It is a great series start and I truly look forward to reading more

This is the first time I have read a book by this very talented author and oh boy was I taken on an emotional rollercoaster!! So much so I know it will stay in my heart for a long time. It deals with some very tough issues, warnings are given at the very start so please be sure to read them if you have trigger concerns, but this author writes it so well I simply can not imagine anyone reading it not feeling every possible emotion intensely. My feelings towards some issues covered in this book were strong already but damn are they reinforced now!!

A Way Out (Rock Star Book 2)A Way Out by Tami Lund
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Maria and Oz were wonderful characters with loads of heart who drew me straight into the story and kept me turning page after page. Oz has been through a lot and has so many personal responsibilities that even though he knows his band has what it takes to be a big thing he is reluctant to move forward with it all because he needs his 3 paycheques to make ends meet. With Maria she is newly divorced with no where to go and nothing planned. They meet just before Marias sisters wedding and the attraction is instant but the big question is what would giving in mean for both their futures especially because they have more than just themselves to think about?. I truly loved this story and this very talented author definitely has a fan in me! In fact I went and pre ordered the next book in the series as soon as I finished reading this one LOL.

Its heartwarming and heartbreaking at times. This VERY talented author is someone new to me but I can say that it definitely wont be the last book from this author that I read. I do offer a handy hint: She tells us how she came across this story and then wrote this book in the authors notes. I had a flick through before starting to read so I read the notes first and I am actually glad I did and I recommend you do that as well.

LOL There are so many stories to choose from and such a wide variety you will not be disappointed with whichever story you choose. You might well be like me and read them all! I couldn’t help myself. I was drawn to this anthology by the fact that author Naomi Valkyrie had a story in it called The Alien and The Crime Boss. I always enjoy her work and this one definitely did not disappoint!
