I knew this book would be good just from the fact it is based on a true story. Having studied Law, true crime has always fascinated me. And yet this book captivated me in a way I did not expect at all. I thought the author did an amazing job of pulling us into her world, and her journey, setting the scene as though we were there with her. I was hooked on this story the moment I started reading. It is a raw, honest and awe inspiring story that I would highly recommend to everyone! I cannot wait to discover what else this author has produced.

This is such a sweet and heartwarming story, designed to teach children that every one is different. Using teachers as a focal point I think this book does a fantastic job at celebrating differences in a way that is engaging and fun for children to read. The illustrations in the book really add life to the story and make it so much easier for the intended audience to enjoy it. This would be a great book to introduce to a child just before they start school as it would make them feel easier about the unfamiliar. This is a brilliant book that was a pleasure to read.
This novella is a fictional story but steeped in history. Historical fiction is my go-to when I need to be immersed into a world not my own. It is rich in Indigenous culture and fantastic storytelling. This is the first installment in a series, and it is a quick read. My only complaint is that it was not longer; however, that is an element of a novella. This story follows a strong female character, Desert Fox, who loses both parents to sickness and is then forced to leave home with her grandfather as he takes her to his village. We get to see Desert Fox’s transformation from young girl to grown warrior, now known as Talks Like Thunder, as well as her home’s transformation into U.S. territory. I highly recommend this beautiful, and also heart-wrenching, story.

This is a cute and funny young adult romance novel. I loved the setting up i Flagstaff, AZ – a great community for a setting! Bailey and her brother made me giggle – their relationship is a hoot – he really takes looking after his sister seriously. His list he has for her on ways to improve helped her to develop over the course of the book. Bailey learned a lot about herself, especially when she was set up with the weird guy who was always at the yogurt shop where she worked. She learns to not judge a book by it’s cover, for sure!

This is the second book in The Obscured Throne Trilogy. I would definately recommend reading the first book as it sets the story up and takes you on the beginnings of the adventure to where the characters find themselves in this book. This second installment continues and follows on from the first books ends. As soon as I started reading it I was dragged back into this world, where currently evil is residing and destroying everything in its path.
A group of people survived the Rupture and this is their stories. Told from different perspectives the reader gets an insight into each individuals struggles to survive in a world where evil reigns, you get to read all about their struggles and battles and how each of them is fighting to find ways the over come the evil destroying their world. All of the characters are well written and unique and each has a story to tell. The reader can’t helped but be dragged into their lives, pain and struggles as good trys to triumph. It isn’t all dark though there is some hope that they can defeat evil but finding a way is the challenging part. This story is full of adventure, secrets, mystery and magic that will keep you hooked from beginning to end. I can’t wait to read the final installment of this Trilogy.

Noah has had feelings for Zara ever since her found her in his apartment in college naked waiting for his room mate, over the years it has become a cat and mouse game with her to annoy her as much as possible his own kind of foreplay, but when she accompanies him to a business deal he cant let his pent up attraction hid anymore and with the single kiss his world is spinning out of control on its axis, but when Zara shuts him down will he get a second chance.
Zara is still dreaming about the kiss but can she break her own rules and decide to give Noah a try or will it end in tears and ruin friendships.
This is the second book in the Ground Rule series and is absolutely brilliant. I am glad that these two characters are the second story as you get a hint of the frustration of these two characters in the first book but they just explode off the page in this book.
I always love a strong female character and Zara is that to a tee but it is always lovely to see the vulnerable side and the fact that she is lonely and that Noah fills that void without her really understanding or knowing that she needed it was brilliant to read. Noah’s character although is tough and strong alpha having flaws with him was lovely to read and be empathic with a male mental health is now coming to the forefront.
Although as I said this is the second book in the series this book can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading the first book and get to see the blossoming relationship of Celia and Kyle. Thank you for this story and hope to read more in the future.

Each story gets better and better and this one is ohh so dark and …well…TWISTED! Each book in this trilogy is a standalone and each story dips into a different aspect of the BDSM lifestyle. Twisted proposal is the darker, more twisted side that is rarely talked about. The pain given and pain cherished.
Ethan and Siena are doomed from the start. Family betrayal, distrust, greed and humiliation is just the start. Saccenti brings these two characters together in a last ditch effort for Siena to open her design business. The only thing she needs is someone to finance her way. Ethan has the finances for Siena and sees this situation as a way to bring revenge and get even for his family. Little does he know that Siena is more than her good looks and may be just what Ethan needs.
I really liked this book, much more than the first two because it really pushes those unknown boundaries.

What a fun story with colorful illustrations that catch your eye. I also loved the rhyming as the story of Colleen and her Dad really drew me in.
All Colleen wants to do is have her friends love her dad as much as she does, but due to him being giant sized, he is more feared. Once Colleen’s friends get to know her dad….there is much fun to be had!! What happens after awhile that Colleen’s dad no longer is holding up the sky?
Fun story for all ages and I just love this author’s imaginative stories. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed reading this romance story. I found this book to be well written and hard to put down. A story where several offers turn into something that neither character saw coming. I enjoyed watching their growth that made the story easy to read. A fast paced romance story, you don’t want to miss. It is entertaining to read and hard to put down. Like book’s one and two this is a standalone book, and the others are not needed to be read to read this book. In this book you meet Jacek and his wife Oliwia and their family. But when war comes again, and he is asked to join, he is unsure what he will decide. Will he join his comrades, or will he say with his family? This second book was incredibly riveting for me. I kept reading page after page and I just couldn’t stop. In this gothic fantasy, it continues where book 1 left off, so if you haven’t read that one yet, I highly suggest going back and reading it first, or you will find yourself thoroughly confused as to what is going on. The stage is set and the characters have their places, and ready to give you their story, which the author does wonderfully. He pulls you in swiftly and forcefully and keeps you there with each word written on the page. The Fifth Magic is continually sustaining the inhabitants of Alda, but with the Black Gnarl is also growing in power, and its Obscure Throne’s Eldritch inheritors have their own plot and schemes going on as well. I can’t wait to see what happens in book 3, and the conclusion to this story!

I really enjoyed the first book from the Ground Rule series so I figured this one would have to be a great one as well. It did not disappoint. It can be read as a stand alone but I do recommend reading the first book so you know a bit of back story about some of characters. Noah has never forgotten Zara, not that she could be forgotten after their experience together. This is a super fun romantic sports story.

Novelliere beautifully weaves in Creole and Celtic cultures in a realistic and well researched way. She also expertly connects all aspects of this book, from past to future and from vampire to fae! House of Arsceneaux is attention grabbing and addicting, Caitlin and Gage’s journey was so much fun to go on! I loved reliving their pasts! I’ve never read anything from this amazing author before but I can’t wait to read another one of her books! She absolutely nailed it in my opinion and reminded me why I want to be an author! This is a weird story. Not what I was expecting at all. I was looking for a psychological thriller and this just seemed to be a story of a guys life in the span of 5 weeks. It started out great but once chapter two hit I thought I was in a different story all together. This is also told in the first person and while most chapters are told by the MC a few are not and it is confusing since the chapter isn’t labeled as another character. The end arrives and all the twists and changes are told to the reader. This just seemed boring throughout and I kept wondering why I was getting this guys story especially after chapter one is so intriguing. This is a first time author for me. I give these stories a try since this genre usually entertains me. This is not a favorite but its not horrible either.

This was a very emotionally charged story. There were a lot of ups and downs in this book and I was taken on a rollercoaster of emotions. This book isn’t only about Ben’s struggle with self love and mental anguish, it is also about abuse and expectations of others. This book dives into some sensitive subjects that may trigger some people. This story flowed well and pulled me right in. There is great character growth and I had such a hard time putting this book down. This is the first book I have read by this author and I look forward to reading more.

This series is nothing but amazing. I loved the first book and wasn’t sure I’d enjoy this one as much. Boy was I wrong. Zara and Noah made an appearance in the first book and they finally have their shot to tell their story. Zara is probably one of the strongest female characters I’ve been able to stand reading. I loved her from the beginning. She is the type of girl who isn’t looking for love. She wants to get what she needs and move on. She met Noah many years ago in college and thought he didn’t remember who she was. Boy was she wrong. There was a reason why he left her standing there after the fire the way he did. He wanted nothing more than to get to know her but, everyone has some baggage / stressful things they can’t bare. When Noah and Zara finally have to be in the same room without any buffers the sparks will fly. Zara tries to push Noah away at every turn but, Noah is a lot stronger and a lot more patient then she thinks. This was such a great 5+ star read. Cannot wait to read the next book.

Stalked by the Devil is part of the “To Kiss a Stalker” series but can easily be read as a standalone. I personally have not read any other novels written by this author and had no troubles making it through this one. Stacey-DeAnne is known to bring versatile stories full of passion, thrills, emotion, and intriguing characters to the table. You never know what you are going to get. Stalked by the Devil was nothing less. This fast paced, suspenseful love triangle was full of intensity. Just when I thought I knew who the stalker was, another twist happened and once again I found myself wrong. The story was so well written, you couldn’t figure out who to trust and who to blame. The characters were realistic. The females in the story were bold and packed a punch. Keith was arrogant and I was not a fan, but doesn’t every novel have one of those? Although this was not my typical genre, I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and would recommend it to any friend looking for a quick unpredictable thriller.

I just love finding new authors. This is the first book I have read by this author and I was not let down at all. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and it happens to be one of my favorite genres Fantasy Romance. I like how the author is able to build the world and characters. The chemistry between them is heated. There is just enough drama to balance out the romance and grab the reader and keep you hooked. I will definitely be reading more from this author in the future.

This is the second in the Ground Rule series, a lovely addition to the series. Each book can be read as a standalone as each book focuses on a different couple. Characters from the first book do pop up so I would recommend reading the first to get a clearer picture of who everyone is.
I love a good ‘enemies to lovers’ trope so I knew I’d enjoy this book. The plot was enjoyable and flowed well, as did the author’s writing style making more an easy read. Although it isn’t exactly enemies to lovers, it was still a fun story to get lost in.
I loved the characters of Zara and Noel and am so happy with the conclusion of their story.
This is a brilliant second chance romance that has so many of the things I like in a book. I was pulled into this story really easily and found I lost the afternoon reading this book. I enjoyed the characters and their development. Their connection was obvious, even after so many years apart. I wanted to see how things would turn out for them and hoped for their happy ending. I thought the writing style of this book was easy going and a great read. It is the kind of book you can pass an afternoon reading. As the second book in the series, it could easily be read as a standalone, however I know I will be reading them all.

I enjoyed the writing style the author used, that alongside the plot flowed well and make for an easy read. The characters were lovable and well-written, their chemistry almost tangible. I really enjoyed Celia and Kyle as a couple and was rooting for them throughout.
The story was sweet, and I can see why the characters made the decisions they did out of love. I was emotionally invested in Celia and Kyle’s journey and am happy with how their story ends.
This was the first book I read by the author and I’m now a fan, I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

A Toast for Laurent is the first book in the Vine Valley series and is a Contemporary Romance/Second Chance Romance that you won’t want to put down once you start reading. This is a new author to me but I’m definitely going to be checking out what other books they have written. This is a second chance romance packed with, drama, family drama, secrets, regret and so much more. This authors style of writing and attention to detail along with fully developed characters make for a wonderful story. Phoebe and Laurent have a past that he wonders what happened to her and why she ran. Fast forward two decades and he’s finally getting his answers to many questions or does he? These two have serious chemistry and you can tell love is both sided but one of them is to scared to realize what was infront of them all those years ago and even now. Can they have their happy ending? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

Nathan Logan’s life looks like everything’s under control. Whenever the gossip columns post a fake story about him, he has people that clean up the mess for him. Because of all the “bad” publicity, when he tries to purchase a studio, the shareholders balk at the deal. In comes Catrina Sinclair, lawyer and a neutral party, to organize the deal. But Nathan and Catrina have met, in a mind-blowing one-night-stand. Talk about conflict of interest! This is the third book in the series, but can be read as a stand-alone. I love this series and highly recommend it.
