This has to be the best boxset that I have read in a long time! The way these stories were written were so expertly done that it had me on the edge of my seat with anticipation of what is to come. In the boxset it includes the complete set in the series, which is a great thing as I read fast, especially when it captivates me. This is not the first books that I have read by this author and will not be my last. I cannot wait to read these books over and over again. These are the best contemporary romance novels that I have read in a long time!

Running to the Sea was a sweet best friends to lovers book. Separated for years by life, Thomas Capshaw was brought back to Sandersville Beach after inheriting his grandfather’s home on the beach. It was the home where he spent his summers growing up, so many memories and love shared. There was also her.
Emeline never left her hometown. Waitress by morning and artist everyday this was her life. Never did she expect Thomas Capshaw to walk right back into it. Sending both their lives onto a different axis. Best friends to the core, but is there a chance for more?
The author navigates an unsteady relationship with finesse. Though there will always be drama, and the way it was introduced worked.

Star Fall from the Sky, a second chance at love story. Amongst grief one can find happiness, or so it is shared during grief console sessions. Dr. Walden is new in town, taking over the town practice. Starting over while dealing with great loss.
Ginger, a new mom and happily married. At least so she thought. Until a tragic accident took away her husband, leaving her all alone with their infant daughter. Navigating grief isn’t easy and the way the author brought these two souls together amongst their grief, was beautiful. Of course nothing is without complications, but you will have to read to find out what those are.

A Sun so Bright is my favorite thus far. It made me cry some. Which was surprising since I didn’t care for Fiona after book 1, a typical rich spoiled girl.
Fiona coming full circle since book 1 has caused a change of heart. Though Chris may have something to do with that.
Chris, a bartender to the NYC elite. Trying to make money to finish his home renovations in Cold Creek. NYE in NYC, a lot of drunk privileged people. It also led him to running into someone from the past. Who will change his life forever.
What do Chris and Fiona share? Will it work?
Jump in and find out!

I’ll See You Again, a whirlwind romance. A small town girl and a rockstar. It could never work, right?
Nicky, freshly single and running her wedding business, comes across rockstar Mac while visiting her friend Amber’s pub. Instant sparks lead to a wonderful weekend. Unfortunately Mac now needs to return to NYC to rehearse for his upcoming tour.
What will they do? Is this the end? What happens when tragedy strikes? Nicky and Mac have a condensed but long road to navigate. Letting the author enrapture you with their story is one thing you need in your life!

A Cold Creek Christmas, brings Amber out of her shell! She despises Christmas and everything that surrounds it. With her preference being Halloween. Until Giovanni & Talia turn her life upside down. She begins to feel again, this story is sweet and made me cry. The author makes me feel everything the characters are feeling.
Giovanni, a single father, never expected to have Amber trapezing into his life. An unexpected curveball thrown his way, in his quest to take over his grandmother’s cafe.

All of these books had definite obstacles and I’m glad I read them all. They all pull at the heartstrings of anyone reading them. Book 3 and 5 definitely brought tears to my eyes. I was beyond emotionally invested and I loved every moment!

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5)Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Brilliant box set
This is a wonderful compilation of 5 books based in the quaint town of Cold Creek.

Book 1
Run to the Sea
A heartfelt love story of two souls searching and finding their happily ever after. Thomas needs to discover what is important and Emmy needs to face feelings from the past. I adore Thomas and Emmy. The author skilfully delivers a captivating second chance romance.

Book 2
Stars Fall from the Sky
Love, loss and finding happiness again. This book had it all. My heart broke and soared as Ginger navigated all life threw at her. Jonathan also had to work through his grief. The author once again brings out all the feels.

Book 3
A Sun so bright
Different worlds collide
A billionaire Princess hires a bartender to be her fake boyfriend. Discovery, desire and destiny. Cold Creek didn’t shine through as much in this instalment in the series but the journey that Fiona and Chris went on was enthralling nonetheless.

Book 4
I’ll see you again
Nicky’s story comes to light when a rockstar meets a wedding planner. This was a highly emotional read and really pulls at the heartstrings. Such a roller coaster of a journey. Opposites do attract but not without some road blocks along the way. A wonderful instalment to the series.

Book 5
A Cold Creek Christmas
Sweet small town romance
This was a beautifully written romance based in Cold Creek. Amber struggles with Christmas and Gio loves the season. The author delivers a wonderfully heartfelt story and as always makes the reader feel as though they are within the pages. I could feel the atmosphere of the town and magic of Christmas. Highly recommend.

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5)Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Reigning Hearts is a collection of 5 short stories/novellas, all of these are standalone and can be read in order or separately. I couldn’t help but devour this entire series in one sitting and get invested in each page, character, and storyline. I was so sad when I finished the last page and I will definitely be exploring the author’s other books. The world-building and character development were well executed in such a short period of time.

(1) Run to the Sea – A Friends to Lovers Beach Romance
This was a great story to start off the series and who doesn’t love a second chance romance, full of all of the warm, happy, cosy feels. I really felt like I was following a true love story and I couldn’t help but get invested and root for them from the start.

(2) Stars Fall From the Sky – A Small Town Second Chance Romance
I needed the tissues for this one, this story tore my heart to shreds. The exploration of was powerful and so raw.

(3) A Sun So Bright – A Billionaire Heiress Enemies to Lovers Romance
Who doesn’t love a fake boyfriend trope?! When two unlikely people meet what will happen when the sparks fly? This was a great read and I did really enjoy it, I did really struggle with Fiona at the beginning and spent most of my time wanting to slap her. The storyline and writing were what saved this.

(4) I’ll See You Again – A Scottish Rock Star Opposites Attract Romance
This was the cutest story ever! I loved the characters of the wedding planner and wedding singer and it made my heart so happy. I rooted for this romance so much I was disappointed when the story ended.

(5) A Cold Creek Christmas – A Single Dad Small Town Holiday Novella
MY FAVOURITE TROUPE! There is something so much more attractive about the single dad. I read this in May and was transported to cozy December nights and the heartwarming season of Christmas. I really appreciated the grinch and Christmas cheer aspect of the relationship. I fell in love with Gio and would happily throw myself at him.

If you are a fan of small-town romances…then this is the series for you. Each book centers around a different couple but they all have that small-town, not really looking for love but finding it anyway, nothing stays secret in a small-town kind of vibe.

Each story is, however, unique and warms your heart in its own special way. There are rockstars, single dads, matchmakers, pub owners…all sorts of characters to fall in love with.

This author quickly became one of my “go-to” authors after reading my first book in the series…and I always look forward to what is next!

The best thing about picking up this series, is as soon as you finish the first, you can continue immersing yourself in a world of romance and quaint towns. The characters are complex yet relatable, and you find yourself identifying personally with traits of each. This is better than Hallmark, with loads of the passion and intimacy! The author perfectly blends conversation with humor and sass. There is just enough heartbreak spattered in to give these characters depth and memorability.

Though I didn’t want the series to end, I can say the final book was my absolute favorite. A Cold Creek Christmas gives me everything I could want. Christmas decorations and music – the description of a winter wonderland – small town feel – and a passionate pairing.

I can’t wait to read more from this author!

K.G. Fletcher is quickly becoming a favorite author of mine. I read this book set and I have fallen in love with her real-life characters and situations.

This box set contains four full length stories and one novella.

Run to the Sea is a friends to lovers romance. Emmeline and Thomas were childhood best friends then he moved away. After being gone for years now he is back.

Stars Fall From the Sky is a small town second chance romance. Ginger and Jonathon can the let go of the past and over come to make things work? This book has all the emotions.

Sun So Bright is a billionaire heiress/enemies to lovers romance. Fiona has lost herself through the years, can Chris help her find herself?

I’ll See You Again is a Rock star/opposites attract romance. This story is about Nicky and Mac. This will have you running the highest of highs as far as laugh out loud funny but it will also have you mad as a wet hen. This is a great story

A Cold Creek Christmas is a Single dad holiday romance. This is a novella and in my opinion as a humble reader it was too short. I want more of Amber and Gio

5 Stars

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books #1 – 5) contains the entire Reigning Hearts series by K.G. Fletcher. This is a Boxset you will want to get your hands on, especially if you love sinfully sexy, swoony, and enticing stories that will keep you captivated from beginning to end.
The boxset contains:

RUN TO THE SEA (Book #1):
5 Stars

Run to the Sea is the first book in the Reigning Hearts Series by K.G Fletcher. I love Ms. Fletcher’s books, so I was really happy to get my hands on this one.
We meet Thomas and Emeline who were childhood best friends- supporting each other through some difficult moments in their childhood. They talked about the future, sharing their hopes and dreams- but all that gets put aside when Thomas ends up working in New York City. He’s back in town after his grandfather’s death, which has resulted in Thomas inheriting a beach house. He soon runs into Emeline, and their past connection quickly comes bubbling to the surface- like all that time never passed and their bond is still strong. But there are hidden feelings- which takes them on an unexpected path. This is a great friends-to-lovers/second chances story full of rediscovery, choices, listening to your heart, trusting yourself, being true to yourself, and taking a chance.
The story is sweet, romantic, touching, and engaging. As I would expect from Ms. Fletcher, it is really well written, and the characters are quite endearing. I was hooked right from the beginning and read the story in one sitting.

STARS FALL FROM THE SKY (Book #2):
4 Stars

Stars Fall From the Sky is the second book in the Reigning Hearts Series by K.G Fletcher. This was such an emotional rollercoaster for me. I really recommend reading with a box of tissues close at hand- because you’re going to need plenty. The story is a very emotive second chances romance- with a friends to lovers element, too. It plucked at my heartstrings so often, that it became a melody in my heart. The story is everything from tragic, to sweet and romantic. There is love, loss, grief, feelings of betrayal, ghosts of the past, trouble moving on, being stuck in the past, drama, healing, learning to love again, a ‘small town’ environment, chemistry, real life realism, touching & tender moments, cute little additions, wonderful characters, an engaging storyline- and most of all, it is a story with hope, and finding happiness after tragedy.

A SUN SO BRIGHT (Book #3):
5 Stars

A Sun So Bright is my new favourite book in the Reigning Hearts Series by the very talented K.G Fletcher. I know I always say this, but I really do love all Ms. Fletcher’s books, so I was really happy to find this had arrived on my Kindle- and I put everything else aside to read it.
This is a wonderful billionaire romance, with a twist. Because, in this story it’s the leading lady who is the billionaire, and her leading man is a hardworking guy from the suburbs, who is struggling to get by. Fiona has been very unlucky in love- the men in her social circle are either already in committed relationships, or too daunted by her incredible wealth to even approach her- while others are blatant Golddiggers. She’s tired of being alone, seeing her friends so happy in their relationships, and being the only single at any functions they attend. After a disastrous New Year’s Eve function, Fiona finds herself in an upscale bar just before the stroke of midnight. There she meets hunky barman Chris who immediately captures her attention. The many glasses of Champagne she’s imbibed make her bold enough to give him a New Year’s kiss when the clock strikes midnight. A kiss that has her mind swirling with possibilities. Chris could definitely be the answer to her social dilemma. And so, a ‘business’ deal is struck. I won’t go into any more detail, as I really don’t want to give too much away. Suffice to say that this book is worth the read to discover where this arrangement leads- and if these two can keep things strictly business. Or will they blur the lines of their arrangement? After all, their chemistry is intense, and Chris loves the challenge Fiona presents. He’s determined to strip away all the haughtiness and her icy demeanour, and uncover the real woman beneath the facade. While Fiona loves that Chris isn’t just sexy as sin- he’s attentive, caring, interesting, and makes her feel centred, calm, and happy. But coming from such vastly different backgrounds, and with such different lives- things aren’t going to be quite so easy. Add in a little danger and drama- and this story really wouldn’t let me put it down- reading it all in one sitting.
I really loved this story- and way more than I thought I would, especially since I really wasn’t sure I could come to like Fiona. She came across as a rich B*tch- a judgemental and materialistic snob who only cared about herself and her ‘image’. But as the story unfolded, I got to see that she was really hiding behind her money- using it to sooth away her unhappiness and loneliness. But it really wasn’t working. On the surface she appeared to have everything anyone could ever want or need- a life of luxury, an enviable lifestyle, lots of friends, a beautiful home, and everything available at her beck and call. But in reality, she was so very lost and alone. Only partway into the book I started really loving her. Now, Chris on the other hand was quite a swoon-worthy creation by Ms. Fletcher; completely charming, sweet, caring, kind, attentive, very endearing- and OH SO SEXY!!! They really are perfect for each other- two different worlds colliding, and the sparks fly.
The story is completely captivating- romantic, touching, engaging, and memorable. Definitely my favourite of the series so far!!! I really can’t wait to see what K.G. does next!!!

I’LL SEE YOU AGAIN (Book #4):
5 Stars

I’ll See You Again is the fourth book in the Reigning Hearts Series by K.G Fletcher. This I such a sweet, touching, captivating, and romantic story- but still manages to pack quite an emotional punch. After reading Book Three, A Sun So Bright- and loving it soooo much, I really didn’t think I could love any other instalment as much as that one, but this book certainly gave ASSB a real run for its money!
This is a steamy Rockstar romance, with an opposites attract element- making for a fun read. But then Ms. Fletcher twists the story and delivers quite an emotional wallop that left me wondering how things would ever get back on track. I love how Ms. Fletcher always manages to weave some unexpected detail into her stories which never fail to surprise me, and keep me clamouring for more.
I loved meeting Reid (Mac), he’s such a great character. And after meeting Nicky in A Sun So Bright, I was really happy that she got her own story. These two really were perfect for each other. Catching up with Chris and Fiona from the previous book was a wonderful bonus, too.

A COLD CREEK CHRISTMAS (Book #5):
5 Stars

I knew as soon as I saw that K.G Fletcher had written a Christmas romance, that it would be wonderful- and she didn’t let me down. I would love to see this made into a movie- it’s such a sweet, swoony, and steamy story that made my little heart go pitter-pat!
I love everything about the Christmas season- but my favorite part is being able to binge Christmas books and movies- and this book has zipped to the top of the list as one of my firm favourites in the Reigning Hearts series.
This is everything the blurb promised it to be- a warm, fuzzy, steamy, heartfelt Holiday Romance, with a touch of Christmas magic.

So, what are you waiting for? So much to love about this boxset, and the best part is having all five books at hand with no waiting between instalments.
Recommended for all true romantics- especially if you love your romances to sizzle while you read.
Happy Reading!

Thank you, K.G. Fletcher!

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5)Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series is a collection of five sweet standalone, full-length stories. Each is wonderful and swoon-worthy. I haven’t read the entire series yet, but only several of the books.
Book 1: Run to the Sea
Book 2: Stars Fall From the Sky
Book 3: A Sun So Bright
I was drawn in by the cover and had not read the synopsis, so when I started reading, I was unpleasantly surprised to meet the character, Fiona. I wanted to dislike this character because she is rich and snaps her fingers to get what she wants. But, let me explain, don’t give up because she proved me wrong. She is a good character who is more profound than I expected, so she surprised me. I wanted to see where this arrangement with Chris would lead and hoped for a happy ending.
Book 4: I’ll See You Again
This story focuses on Nicky and Reid. Once they meet, the two characters seem destined to be, but will destiny work in their favor? I enjoy the differences in their characters and how the story develops around them. I always want books by this author, and this is without exception. I appreciate that the story isn’t a perfect relationship and that there are highs and lows. Much more realistic to read than the ideal romance.
Book 5: A Cold Creek Christmas
The main characters, Amber and Gio, are a great contrast in personalities and feelings toward each other. Amber is a holiday grinch, and Gio is starting over as a single dad.
The two are lovely and had me falling in love with their story. The only downfall of this book is that I wanted more.
I look forward to reading the rest of the books in this series and getting caught up in the romance.

K.G. Fletcher is a new author for me and I found her to be genuine who writes emotion so well you feel like your experiencing the emotions that the book characters are.
#1 Run to the Sea- Emmeline and Thomas were BFFs but Thomas takes off. This is two people reconciling trying to find out who they are and where they belong after a lot of years.
#2 Stars all from the sky- Ginger, and Jonathan, this book has tons of emotion which can lead to a book hangover. and chance love but who needs whom more?
#3 A sun so bright – big feelings, Fiona is the typical poor little rich girl, but is she Chris sees the real Fiona and helps her bring it out.
#4 I’ll see you again- this is opposites attract, a lot of laughing and crying happy tears from laughing with
this book. I even thought at one, because I got so mad, about stopping reading but I just love all the emotional twists you take. Nicky needs a little help from a friend and Mac is the charming hot rocker who is the one she wants.
#5 A Cold Creek Christmas- a single dad, and a person who doesn’t care about Christmas what could go wrong? Amber has a rough go at it but can Gio help her through it?

This is a nice collection to grab. I enjoyed all these books! I am not sure how this author does it but she seems to write smashing stories filled with entertaining characters and love and mixes it all together..every..time. I many times found myself loving these characters while going through a lot of different emotions ranging from happiness to tears. Below is part of my review from one of the books that encompasses these thoughts and emotions.

Stars Fall from the Sky
Reigning Hearts Book 2

This is one emotional roller coaster! I mean reading the synopsis gives a bit of a clue so I was prepared for the tears. But then a few pages later….anger. Yes I was shocked then I got mad. Not at the book. One certain
character…well maybe two. You will know what I’m talking about if you read this. This author played me like a violin. Sad…Irritation…disbelief then shock and anger. Well let’s end on a good note…there was happiness too.

Each book in the series offers so many emotions and all the ups and downs you could need. There’s drama and twists and you’ll be on the edge of your seat. The great thing about the box set is you can still read out of order if you’d prefer.

I don’t want to give too much away about any of the books but I will say each book is well written and all of the characters are great! I think you’re going to have a hard time picking a favorite because I definitely did.

KG is a story teller that brings a story to life. A compilation boxset of contemporary romance stories from one of KG’s best series is a must have. Not one but five books where you don’t have to worry about getting the next book. What more could you want?

Book 1 – Run to the Sea

A wonderful story about second chances. It is an emotional but heart-warming read and well written with characters that are sweet and lovable, sexy and each a little broken. The story complex and multi layered and yet totally simplistic and sizzling and sweet, sexy and tender.

Emeline was startled to see the man in front of her, her childhood best friend was just a boy when left. Seeing him now dredges up so many memories.

Thomas has lost himself and now he is back in the one place he once loved so much, a place that may soothe his soul. What he finds and finally realises is something he should have known.

Book 2 – Stars Fall From the Sky

Is the most beautiful heart wrenching story I have read in a while. Beware lots of tissues are needed. K.G. writing transcends the usual storytelling to a magical place where you completely lose yourself and become entwined with the characters.

Ginger finally had it all, life was a dream but one second that was all ripped away and now she had to try to work through it and live again.

Jonathon is the new doctor in town but behind the happy façade is a sad and broken man.

Book 3 – A Sun So Bright

is a very emotive story and the feelings felt real and raw. Fiona has gone from villain and stuck-up rich girl to real and feeling which had me wondering exactly how it would work but KG did a great job of making it work. This story grabbed me right in the heart and swept me away.

Fiona has always been a stuck-up rich girl, but the parties and life is getting old. She wants more and what her friends have. It’s NYE and she should be enjoying herself but it’s not happening. What she does do is surprise herself when she asks someone to enter into a deal with her but what she doesn’t realise is that that deal is one of the best things she has ever done in her life.

Chris doesn’t know whether or not she is serious, but it seems she is. When he agrees to her terms, he didn’t know that it would change is life forever.

Book 4 – I’ll See You Again

A Scottish rock star, standalone opposites-attract romance (Reigning Hearts Book 4) by K.G. Fletcher is another hit in her writing history. KG puts her heart and soul into her stories and her characters and it makes the stories that much more believable and enjoyable. This one will tug on the ol’ heart strings and bring out all the feels. I loved the MC’s bantering, which made me laugh but then there were some pretty intense moments as well as some steamy ones.

Book 5 – A Cold Creek Christmas

A steamy romance tale that has all the feels. It is a second chance story that takes you to a magical place where you completely lose yourself. The story is everything from romantic and sweet, to sorrow and loss, painful memories to love and healing. The wonderful characters, and engaging storyline, along with the beautiful setting this romance story will have you enthralled.

Painful memories make what is supposed to be the most magical time of year painful for her. Christmas is his favourite time of year and when he learns her story, he wants to make it a special time for her.

This is an incredible collection of take your breath away romances. These are each stand alone books so they don’t have to be read in order but this is the perfect way to just indulge in some incredible romances. The author has a way of really making you feel all of the emotions that the couples go through as they fall in love and face struggles on their way to their hoped for happily ever afters. The details and the emotions were so intense as I was reading each of these that it felt like I was part of them. I highly recommend this series if you want to immerse yourself in some incredible romantic stories that will pull you in from the very first page to the very last.

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5)

Run to the Sea is the first book in the Reigning Hearts series. I have read other books by this author and enjoyed them all.

Emmeline and Thomas have such a sweet story. They started out as childhood best friends and then Thomas disappeared without a word. They run into one after quite a few years and they are both blind sided by the run in.

Thomas had lost who he was due to being blinded by an ambition to prove himself. This story is so much more than a romance it is also about someone rediscovering who they are and where they really belong with a little help from friends and family.

Stars Fall From the Sky is the second book in the Reigning Hearts series.

I fell in love with this story from the beginning. I cried on and off all the way through and was so emotional after finishing it in had to give myself some time to process the story and my emotions.

Ginger’s grief slayed me. I cried for her so many times even when I wasn’t reading the book which doesn’t happen to me very often.

Jonathan was charming, sweet and overall an amazing man. He was more important in Ginger’s working past her grief than either one of them realized.

This is an amazing book about a woman and a man having a second chance in love and worth every year I shed and second I spent reading it.

A Sun So Bright is the third book in the Reigning Hearts series. This one got me in the feels big time.

Fiona the poor little rich girl is so much more than what we saw before. We we get to know the real her and learn why she is the way she is.

Chris is not your average guy. He is an amazing man who would do anything for his Mama and that’s important to us Southern girls.

Chris brings out the best of and the real Fiona and because of him she discovers who she really is and her purpose in life.

I’ll See You Again: A Scottish rock star, standalone opposites-attract romance (Reigning Hearts Book 4)

Oh my goodness, this book had me all over the place. I laughed and was happy, I got angry and even cried reading this book. I had a few moments where I really wasn’t happy with the direction of the story but it wouldn’t have worked any other way so I got over it. Sort of.

Nicky finally has her story with a little help from her friend Amber. What girl hasn’t dreamt of meeting a hot musician? I can remember quiet a few I dreamt about over the years.

Mac had me wrapped around his finger fairly early on and it only got worse (for me) as I read further.

A Cold Creek Christmas: A single dad, small town holiday novella (Reigning Hearts Book 5)

This book saved me while I was home sick.  I was able read it between my naps and even helped me stay awake a little longer because I did not want to put it down.

Amber and I had something huge in common and that is neither of us being a big fan of Christmas. Our reasons are similar but different.  I loved watching Amber evolve from lonely but content to a happy and in love.

I enjoyed this story so much and loved the way it ended.  Happy tears may have been shed.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Reigning Hearts is a cute series of five stand alone books that together make you lose yourself in other peoples stories!
Each book is heartfelt, with wonderful characters! Together all of these books “fit” but each one is special by itself.
Book 1: Run to the Sea, follow friends find that coveted more than friends place to be!
Book 2: Stars fall from the Sky, do second chances really exist?
Book 3:A sun so bright, can enemies find a common ground and become lovers?
Book 4: I’ll see you again, the person who is opposite of everything you are can they be the one?
Book 5: A cold creek Christmas, follow the single dad as happiness ever after tempts fate!

The author was so capable of bring each of these to life. Characters flew off the pages and I yearned to know more about each story!

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5)Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5) by KG Fletcher. This is an amazing contemporary romance set. It has 5 full stand alone romances but I highly recommend reading them all. The 1st book is Run to the Sea, Its the story of Emeline Fischer and Thomas Capshaw aka Cappy who are best friends growing up on the beaches of Florida. Emeline is an artist who has to work all kinds of jobs to make ends meet. Cappy has moved on to New York City working as a Sketch Artist. When he finds out he was given his grandpa’s beach cottage after he passed he heads back to Florida. He never expected to see Emeline again but he runs right into her at the cafe he visits. They end up going down memory lane and emotions are all over the place. A very good 2nd chance romance. My other favorite is the 5th book, A Cold Creek Christmas, his is the perfect hallmark, holiday story! Its the story of Amber Tatum who hates the holidays. She is a local pub owner and has always wanted a family of her own but life has not given her what she wants. Trauma from her childhood has left her sad, bitter and tired. Giovanni Sentier a single dad who has gone thru a dramatic divorce has moved back to town to take over his Grandmothers cafe. He is ready to settle down but is having trouble balancing work and home life. Being a chef is a 24/7 job. When Amber meets Giovanni she is struck with how good looking he is. Sparks fly and she feels a chemistry with him that she’s never felt before. All 5 of these books will get you in your feels and ready to read more!

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5) by K.G. Fletcher

I’ve read several books by the author. A Cold Creek Christmas is the only book in the series I’ve read previously, but the others make sense. Now I know where Amber is from. The entire series is amazing and I hope there’s more.

Run to the Sea is the first book in the Reigning Hearts Series. Emeline wishes her best friend would just come home for good. Thomas didn’t make it back in time to say goodbye to his grandfather. With Emmy and Cappy back together will his grandfather’s wish come true?

Emeline is working two jobs or three if you count her hobby. When an old friend shows up she notices that he’s not the same person. They get together to catch up and things take a turn for the better. The quote I chose for Emeline is: “A few. The diner is the most consistent. I work there several times a week. I also work at the main gallery in Pineapple Grove on the weekends. The Arts Center calls me every other week to model for their drawing classes, and I help some of the contractors in the area refinish cabinetry or do demo work when they get slammed.”

Thomas didn’t come back for his grandfather’s funeral. Now he’s back in town to take care of the cottage and gallery. Running into Emmy wakes something in him and he can’t let it go. The quote I chose for Thomas is: “You’ve left me…speechless. God, Emmy. You standing there in that dress. You took the breath right out of my lungs. You’re beautiful. Aren’t you going to invite me inside?”

Stars Fall from the Sky is the second book in the Reigning Hearts Series. Ginger loses something precious to her. Jonathon lost something precious to him a year ago. Can the two of them move past their hurt and be together?

Jonathon is a widower. He’s new in town and the new town doctor. He meets Ginger and can’t seem to get her off his mind. He wants her in his life and won’t take no for an answer. The quote I chose for Jonathon is: “I’m not sorry you kissed me. I’m glad it happened. And I’m glad you let me kiss you back. I know what you’re doing—you feel guilty, and your mind is going crazy with negative thoughts. You have nothing to feel guilty about. You know as well as I do we’re allowed to be happy again. Life can go on, you know. And you’ve shown me, it can be really good.”

Ginger has just lost her husband. Now she isn’t sure what to do and how to move on. Her friends help her out by babysitting when the doc shows up. The quote I chose for Ginger is: “You know, Rusty used to tell me the same thing—about sharing my baked goods with the rest of the county. That’s why I always entered the Fall Festival Bake-Off and then started baking for a few friends here and there. And then those friends told others, you know, word of mouth?”

A Sun So Bright is the third book in the Reigning Hearts Series. We see Cappy’s ex again. Fiona gets her own love story. Chris has met her once before and gets his chance.

Chris is a bartender and owns a country house away from the hustle and bustle of the city. He loves what he does and loves his home even more. Then everything changes when he meets Fiona. The quote I chose for Chris is: “I’ve got a few things I need to tie up behind the bar. I can be out of here in fifteen minutes. Why don’t you finish your drink and I’ll come back over when I’m done.”

Fiona is getting over the fact that she lost Thomas. Now she has to grieve the death of her dad. She’s depressed and when she finds out Chris’s mom is sick she helps. The quote I chose for Fiona is: “My father used to take me to the New York City Library when I was a little girl. It was the highlight of our week. Having my own library card was pretty amazing back then.”

I’ll See You Again is the fourth book in the Reigning Hearts Series. Nicky is going to get her chance at love. Mac might just find what he’s been missing.

Nicky loves her job and thanks to Fiona her dreams are coming true. She became good with money after their wedding. Going to The Good Pub after a long day proves to be better than she thought. The quote I chose for Nicky is: “Amber, I’m not some random groupie willing to go back to his hotel room. I mean, come on! Everyone in this town knows me. I have my reputation to consider. I’d be found out in a millisecond leaving everyone gossiping.”

Mac is a famous musician and is going on a world tour. Hitting Pubs in Scotland became his thing when trying out new music. Now it’s America’s turn. The Good Pub is a great place to start. And to maybe find love. The quote I chose for Mac is: “Aye. It was a bonny sunrise coming over the glen, lighting up the land and awakening all the animals. The simple pleasure of taking it all in with the special quietness of dawn—I have to admit, it’s my favorite time of the day.”

A Cold Creek Christmas is the fifth book in the Reigning Hearts Series. This book is amazing on its own without reading the rest of the series. Amber and Giovanni will leave you wanting more from the author.

Amber hasn’t ever had a Christmas that she has liked. When she meets Giovanni he opens her eyes to Christmas. The thought of him having a daughter scares her, but it doesn’t stop her. The quote I chose for Amber is: “He’s making breakfast? Of course he is. He’s a chef, Amber. Act surprised and enjoy every delicious morsel. And for God’s sake, don’t even suggest mimosas. Can’t have another repeat of last night.”

Giovanni is a single dad who is now living with his grandmother. He’s taking over her shop and needs to live up to her name. When he learns Amber’s story he vows to make it the best first Christmas she’s ever had. The quote I chose for Giovanni is: “I want to kiss you, Amber. I’ve wanted to kiss your pouty mouth all evening.”

Highly recommended for Contemporary Romance lovers

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5)Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I loved this boxed set of five full length, standalone contemporary romances, and I ‘binge read’ them all. Each story is wonderfully written with likeable and relatable characters, a fascinating storyline, and a plot which has just enough drama along with the romance. The main characters always have plenty of chemistry which of course leads to some steamy scenes. The whole series took me on an emotional rollercoaster, and I felt completely immersed in each heartwarming story and engaged with all the characters.

In ‘Run to the Sea’, Thomas and Emeline are childhood friends who become lovers in a beach romance. Ginger and Doctor Jonathon Walden are the couple having a second chance at love in a small town setting in, ‘Stars Fall From the Sky’. Billionaire heiress Fiona meets bartender Chris in, ‘A Sun So Bright’, which has an enemies to lovers theme. ‘I’ll See You Again’, is a Scottish rock star, opposites attract romance when Nicky and Mac meet. Then single Dad and Christmas lover Giovanni Sentieri meets ‘Grinch’, Amber in, ‘A Cold Creek Christmas’.

This was an enjoyable and engaging series of romances which kept me hooked from book one until book five!

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5)Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is wonderful box set – I have read 4 of the books and they were all fantastic 5 star reads for me! I love the authors easy to read writing style and her amazing characters who you just cannot help but fall in love with!

Book 1 – Run to the sea

Run to the Sea was a wonderful read by K G Fletcher and one that I thoroughly enjoyed from beginning to end. I really love this author and all of the books that I have read by her so far have all been wonderful reads. She has a writing style that is easy to read and her stories flow really well. She creates some amazing characters and Thomas and Emeline were no exceptions! I love a second chance romance and I absolutely adored watching these two characters come back together again and I was rooting for them to fall in love from the start! There were a few obstacles in their way but their story really had me hooked and I really grew to love then over their journey together. There were also some good supporting characters and I am really looking forward to reading more about them in the next book in the series!

Book 2 – Stars fall from the sky

I really liked the story, it was an emotional read and the author definitely got the feels across. I did kind of guess what might happen but that didn’t matter because I really liked the characters. Ginger was a sweet character and I really felt for her with everything that happened. Her love for Rusty and Daisy just poured off the pages at the beginning and so did her grief as the story progressed. I could feel the connection she found with Jonathon, I really liked him!!

Book 3 – A Sun So Bright

Again another wonderful book in this series. The characters were great although it did take a little time for me to warm to Fiona I did eventually and the plot was definitely romantic.

Book 5 – A Cold Creek Christmas

This was such a lovely, heart-warming Christmas read. I really do love this author and this is one of my favourites by her so far! I really liked Amber and Giovanni, both really likeable and relatable characters I felt. I also really loved that real feeling the story had. Giovanni was such a perfect gentleman and form the moment him and Amber met I knew they would be perfect for each other and I was rooting for them the whole way through.

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5) by K.G. Fletcher
This is a great collection of stand alone reads. They all will pull you right in.

Run to the Sea (1)
This is a great emotional 2nd chance romance.
This is Thomas (Cappy) and Emeline’s (Em) story. These two grew up as best friends until college got in the way and Thomas left, causing them to lose touch. When he returns home after his grandfather’s passing he sees Em.

Em is surprised to see Cappy after so many years. Seeing each other has caused some old feelings to rise. Em is now a painter and does some beautiful work. The more time they spend reminiscing the closer they get. Can these two possibly reconnect and have something?

I really loved this story, my emotions were all over the place. There are some twists and turns as they go through the memories. Cappy was great, he was super sweet and a very sensitive man, he was feeling guilty for not staying in touch with his grandfather. Em was beautiful and talented. You could feel their connection coming right off the pages.

Stars fall from the sky (2)
My emotions were all over the place during this read, laughing, crying, sobbing mess. This is Ginger and Jonathan’s story. Both of them have tragic pasts that they are trying to move forward from. My heart absolutely broke for Ginger, I was emotionally drained. Ginger has her best friend’s wedding that brings her close to what changed her whole life, the ocean. This is where she meets Jonathan. They start out as friends but soon feelings start to develop.

Can Ginger ever be happy again? Can a person have more than one soul mate?

Both characters were great although Jonathan frustrated me at times, he was so stubborn. You can’t help but be captivated by their story. These two helped each other heal and we get a HEA. There is so much more to this great read, you will love it.

A Sun So Bright (3):
It’s New Years eve and Fiona is at a party with her best friend Petra and her husband. She is the only one alone and finds herself thinking about her father and the one that got away. Petra has set Fiona up in the past which turned out to be a disaster so she refuses to let her do it again. Coming into a lot of money, men are intimidated by her.

Where was her forever when she needed him most?

When she finds a seat in the hotel bar she meets a bartender that happens to recognize her from another evening that she is trying to forget. Chris remembers Fiona and is glad to see her again, she is beautiful. When she invites him back to her place he is surprised, at what Fiona offers him, pretend to be her boyfriend. Needing the money he accepts.

Can they convince everyone they are a couple? Will they be able to keep their hearts out of it?

Overall I really enjoyed this story, both Fiona and Chris have a connection when it comes to their fathers. Fiona is the classic spoiled rich princess, but Chris is exactly what she needed to ground her. There were some twists and turns and emotional moments. Their story really pulled me in and I didn’t want to stop until I was done. The ending was perfect, I loved it.

I’ll See You Again (4):
I was excited to get Nicky’s story. Nicky is a wedding planner and Mac (Reid) is a famous rockstar. When these two meet there are instant sparks and the chemistry comes right off the pages. Mac invites Nicky to New York for the band’s world tour kick off. When things take a twist
and Nicky finds herself in the headlines

Will the headlines cause Mac to leave Nicky or will Mac lose NIcky?

Overall I really enjoyed this read. We get some steamy moments and the bantering was great. All of the secondary characters were great, it was like a reunion with some of them. This book can be read as a stand alone. Rock star romance is one of my favorite genres, I really enjoyed this book and this series.

A Cold Creek Christmas (5):
Boy the description wasn’t kidding when it said that Amber hates Christmas. You definitely find that out within the first few pages. She has a pub in a small town that celebrates Christmas every year. She opens up her ovens to a good friend that needed to finish her gingerbread house. This is where Amber meets Giovanni, and lets just say the sparks flew instantly.

Giovanni has moved to town with his daughter to take over his grandmother’s business. When he meets Amber he is instantly attracted to her. When his grandmother shares Amber’s story he can’t help but want to open his heart and home up to her.

Will they get a Christmas miracle and a HEA?

Overall I really enjoyed this read, my emotions were all over the place. The author does a great job of pulling you in with her writing. All of the characters added a great element to the story.

This series is one of my favorite series that I have read this year. While each book could be read as a stand alone I just really loved the series as a while. These stories are perfect because they are not only clean romances, but the author goes so deep into details with her characters. You really get the joy of knowing the characters as an individual as well as together. Giving us those details adds a whole layer to our authors stories. Full of romance, great characters, original plots, and so much more that you simply can’t put them down. So if your looking for a great new series to read, then make sure you pick up this series!

This is a great series! If you enjoy HEA romances that are super sweet and entertaining then this set is for you! One thing I love about these books is that each one is a standalone so even if you don’t want to get the whole set (which I highly suggest doing) you can still read individually and out of order. Each story is enthralling and steamy as well. I highly recommend this set!

This is a fantastic box set which contains 4 full length novels and 1 novella, all of which are 5 star reads in my humble opinion. The set contains

2. Stars Fall From The Sky – Second Chance Romance
3. A Sun So Bright – Enemies To Lovers
4. I’ll See You Again – Opposites Attract
5. A Cold Creek Christmas – Single Dad Novella
This box set is by one of my favourite authors who I discovered a few years ago and have devoured everything she has written. She has the amazing knack of writing fantastic stories that really pull on the heartstrings and there are some fantastic examples of this in this set.
If I was pushed to pick a favourite, I’d have to pick Stars Fall From The Sky but please be warned that tissues are a MUST for this book. I ugly cried and sobbed reading this. It’s a definite tear-jerker.
The author has an amazing skill of writing the most awesome characters that you can’t help but fall in love with, and others that you hate with an absolute passion.
If you’re not 100% sure of reading this, please take my word for it – you will not be disappointed. This is an amazing set and I know I’ll read it again.

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5) by KG Fletcher – Review by Elizabeth Sanchez

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5)Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The whole Reigning Hearts series is amazing, each can be enjoyed as a stand alone series. They are all romance novels with loveable characters you quickly get attached to. I love this series because they are romantic stories that are kept clean, and allow the readers to get to know the characters individually and together. Highly recommend them.

Run to the Sea- The story was so sweet and while it had some sad moments, the happily ever after was appreciated. This is the story of Emeline Fischer and Thomas Capshaw. They were best friends as children, and lost touch after Thomas, or Cappy, went to college. He finds himself lonely and trapped in New York City, stuck in a job he doesn’t enjoy and in a relationship with a woman he doesn’t love. He returns home to settle his grandfather’s estate after he passed away, and ran into Emeline, or Emmy, on his first day back home. Their reunion was not pretty, and she all but storms out. She is a waitress in a diner, as well as works various jobs throughout town. She is the epitome of a struggling artist, painting in all her free time. But, destiny quickly brings them back together and the friends reunite. With their shared passion of art, and a box of photographs left behind from Thomas’s famous photographer grandfather, they become best friends again. Read the story to uncover their love for each other and steps they take to make things work.
Stars Fall From the Sky- While it does follow Run to the Sea, it could be a stand alone book. The characters overlap, but this is a full story, with enough detail that you would still enjoy it. It is a beautiful story of second chances and finding love again after loss. The story follows Ginger McCormick after the loss of her high school sweetheart husband. If it weren’t for her newborn daughter, she probably wouldn’t even get out of bed in the morning. She slowly finds her way out of grief, and back into living her life. Much from the help of Jonathan Walden, the town doctor. He too is grieving the loss of his wife earlier in the year. They lean on each other to cope and mend their broken hearts. They hit it off straight away, and developed a quick friendship. But it seemed fate kept bringing them together. Perhaps each other are just what they need to move on and love again. There is a shocker toward the end, but without giving it away, I’ll just say, I did NOT see that one coming!
A Sun So Bright- This book is the story of Fiona Merrill and Chris Ballard. Fiona is a billionaire heiress, who was handed life on a silver platter. Her dad was loaded and never spared an expense to show his love for his only daughter. Now that he’s passed, she spends her days as a socialite, going to lunch with her rich friends, or charity dinners. She has been single for too long, so when fate bring her and Chris back together, she takes matters into her own hands and hires him as her plus one. Chris comes from an entirely different world. Very blue collar, bar tender, and son of a cop. He has worked hard his entire life and cannot be a kept man. As the chemistry heats up, they both are left to decide what they are willing to compromise. I love the different view of this story. It allows us to see a whole different side of Fiona. In the previous books she comes off as a spoiled rich kid, which she is. However, she is also portrayed as a complete and total B. I actually loved her by the end of this book, and it was nice to see her develop and mature as the story progressed. The chemistry between her and Chris is off the charts
I’ll See You Again- This book is an opposite’s attract romance book about a Scottish rockstar and a small town wedding planner. They are complete opposites and I was happy to see them both able to pursue their dreams despite being on totally different paths when they meet. I love the theme of the book, and the characters. It is a sweet romantic, love at first sight book. There is some happy parts and some really sad parts, so be prepared with kleenex for this roller coaster ride. The book has a happily ever after, but it takes a bit to get there.
A Cold Creek Christmas- This was a cute quick story to get you in the Christmas spirit. The book focuses on Amber, bar owner and not a fan of the holiday and Giovanni (Geo) who loves the holidays. He has a young daughter, so he lays the Christmas spirit on thick. The two quickly hit it off, much to the delight of Gio’s grandmother, who is trying to play matchmaker between the two. I did enjoy the story and will be reading more by the author. My one complaint was the steamy scene… the words chosen were very… high school… and made me chuckle. But it didn’t take away from the story at all. I was glad to have a happily ever after.

Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series (Books 1-5)Reigning Hearts: The Complete Series by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Run to the Sea by K.G. Fletcher is the first book in the Reigning Hearts series. This book is about two childhood friends finding each other, and their way.
I found this book to be so emotional. The author does an amazing job at creating a very real connection between you, the reader, and the characters. It felt like I was living every single emotion that they were each feeling.
The story carries this level of emotion well. It doesn’t take away from it but it also doesn’t let it down. It is well written and so engaging.
This author always seems to know how to write a good book and so far this is my favourite. I am looking forward to the next in the series.

Stars Fall From the Sky by K.G. Fletcher is the second book in the Reigning Hears series. This book was so much more emotional that I expected it to be and it is the type of book that tears your heart to pieces but in all the right ways.
From the moment I started this book I knew that I was going to sucked in. I also figured pretty quickly to have the tissues on hand. The author has created such a beautifully heartbreaking story that morphs into so much more.
I have a read a few books by this author now however this one easily has to be my favourite. The characters and the story were everything and more. I fully enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it.

A Sun So Bright by K.G. Fletcher is r third book in the Reigning Hearts series. This book can be read as a stand-alone.
I have to say for me the best bit about this book was the character development. I really struggled with Fiona at first, to the point where I wasn’t sure if I could finish the book. However as the book progressed her development was so interesting to read. By the end of the book I felt like I really understood her and was pleased for her.
The book was well written and really shows the skill of the author. This is a great read overall.

I’ll See You Again: A Scottish Rock Star, standalone apooposites-attract romance by K.G. Fletcher is the fourth book in the Reigning Hearts series. This book is every bit as good as the previous books with strong characters and a brilliant story line.
I always love to pick up a book that has characters in from Scotland or England, as being from the UK myself I always tend to feel connected to them that much quicker. Nicky and Mac were one of those couples that instantly you can’t help but love. They were both interesting already and their meeting just added to the depth you could already feel with them.
I liked the story that went with these two. It felt like there was more to it than just what you got at face value, which for me is what a book should be like. I was engaged with the story from the word go and could have definitely kept reading long after I put the book down. This is yet another amazing book by an author who is quickly becoming one of my favourites.

What a brilliant holiday romance Book this is, and such a fantastic addition  to the series. Although this is a short story there is so much going on. You really become invested in the characters and their story. This is the sort of book you just have to read in one sitting.
This author has easily become one of my favourites. I never hesitate to pick up one of her books as they are always so enjoyable. This book is the perfect example of that. A great holiday romance this really is worth your time.

This is a collection of 5 beautiful sweet love stories. They are all emotionally moving in their own way and you will fall in love with all the characters and their paths to finding true love.

I’ll see you again

This is the 4th book in the Reigning Heart series but because the books are standalone they don’t have to be read in that order.

It is a beautifully written love story with heartbreak in so make sure you have some tissues. The writer does an excellent job with the characters you cant help but get caught up in their journey.

Nicky is a wedding planner in a small town. After she had her heartbroken by her ex she thinks she will never find love again. That is until a Scottish musician plays in her friends bar. And the connection is made.

Mac is a famous rock star who’s about to embark on a world tour with his band. The last thing he expected to find was love until he met Nicky.

The couple’s connection is so strong but with Mac leaving and heartbreak on the horizon can they survive what the world is throwing at them?

A cold Creek Christmas

This is a  beautiful Christmas romance story. It is book 5 in the Reigning Hearts Series. I love all these stories set in a small town where people find love. This books was especially enjoyable as its based around the Christmas season and I personally find Christmas one of the most romantic times of year. I love the characters of Amber and Gio. Amber is a strong independent woman. She is also the typical grinch around Christmas and has a deep hate of it because of her past.
Gio on the other hand loves Christmas and wants to share this job with Amber. To show her how wonderful it can be.
The attention and chemistry between them is instant and passionate. When Gio offers for Amber to spend Christmas with his family, will she take a leap of faith and embrace the season and the chance of love or will she turn her back and remain cold just like the snow.
