This a hot supernatural romance with and underlying story of suspense. The second in the series, this book revolves around Piper and Noah. They are great characters and so different from anything I have read before. I was so drawn into this book and I could not put it down. Everyone in this book is different from each other and so interesting. It has so many emotions, you really feel this story. My only negative is that there is so much more that could be written about this story. I think it would be even better as a longer book.

That being said, this is a good Paranormal Romance with some sexy scenes as with as suspense/action. If you are a fan of this in a story that is unlike any you have read before, I highly recommend it.

Piasa is the third book in The Legends series by Maggie Adams. It is an intriguing paranormal romance, between a shaman and a dragon shifter .

The book takes the readers into a fantasy world filled with shamans, sorceresses, vampires and dragon shifters.
The story is very creative and keeps you hooked on till the end . I liked this book and am looking forward to read more from this author .

Im all over shifter fantasy. Like can’t get enough. And this was no exception. I’m unclear how I managed to miss that this was a series so I felt a little out of the loop but it was SOOOO good! The story was fun, exciting, and well written where the characters attitudes were so relateable. Highly reccomend grabbing the first book in the Legends series and getting your fantasy fix!

I absolutely loved reading about Piper and Noah. When they were introduced in book one I was excited to find out that they got their own book! The back and forth between these two was absolutely intense and hilarious at the same time. Being on the “outside watching in” and knowing what was going on was great. I wanted to throttle Noah a few times for being so dense and Piper as well. But in the end, I was glad to see what happened. I was so happy that Tanner and Frankie showed up in this book! You see them periodically throughout the book. The writing was phenomenal, and super intense! I was glued to my kindle the whole time and begrudgingly had to put it down for work. It keeps you on the edge of your seat and draws you in! I cant wait to see what book 3 has in store for me!

Wowee! Just like her previous books, this author has done it again. She pulls you in from page one and keeps you there all the way to the end. This time this book focuses on Jackson and Delta. It is a great book. I would suggest reading the previous ones first to actually understand what is going on, even though it can be a stand alone book. It’s well paced, and the writing is phenomenal. The entire time it felt like I was watching a movie instead of reading a book. The story in this one is intense as well and keeps you on the edge of your seat. To me this had a opposites attract type feel, but that may just be me. I cant wait to see what book 4 brings!

Delta the Shaman… Destined to pit the daywalker against the fiercest Dragon. Jackson is the fiercest Dragon, and Delta is his mate. This exciting novel is full of adventure, romance and conflict. An exciting voyage into a creative world of fate, destiny and the battle for true love. A great read.

This book is truly one of the best paranormal/shifter/ romance books that I have read this year. Having read the two previous installments, this one is by far my favorite and while I recommend that you read the first two you could read this as a standalone. This book was so engaging and written so smoothly that I couldn’t put it down, and I finished it in a couple of hours. This story is just packed with all of my favorite things including magic, shifters, mystery, romance, and of course a little drama for good measure. But the real question is fo you believe in destiny, or in soul mates? If you don’t this book might make you change your mind with how realistic these characters are.

Piasa (The Legends Series #3) by Maggie Adams

This is the first book I’ve read by the author. Piasa is a great read and I really hope to see more of the series. The Legends Series is fantastic and I’ll be looking for the first two.

Delta is daydreaming when her friend comes into the shop. Being a shaman isn’t everything it’s cracked up to be. The quote I chose for Delta is: “It’s nightmares. The night I almost died replays in my mind. I see many different scenarios on how it ended. I’ll get over it.”

Jackson is a Dragon shifter and is the last of his kind (from what I’ve gathered). His buddy shows up to tell Jax bad news. The quote I chose for Jackson is: “And where the hell are we, Noah –the fucking Bronx? We are in the middle of the goddamn Great Plains. And I know it’s possible because I killed him myself. And another thing – the damn thing has human-like characteristics because it possesses human beings. The wendigo is known to encourage the desire to cannibalize other humans, as well as the propensity to commit murder. You know that my ancestors were associated with them according to the folklore.”

Highly recommended for Native American Paranormal lovers.

This second installment is not only an amazing read but it’s engaging and funny as well. This book was such a wonderful read, the characters are realistic, and relatable, and made me laugh one more then one occasion in this installment. Piper keeps having dreams and has no idea what these dreams mean, but eventually she’s thrust into a world that she only thought existed in books. Noah is on a journey to see what’s going on in his town, but what will he find? Do Pipers dreams have a connection to the dark mystery surrounding Noah’s hometown? And will either one of them be the answer to each others questions? You’ll have to pick up an copy to find put for yourself.
