I loved this book! This is a collection of five short stories about five sisters who come home after being away. Each one in search of love, in search of themselves. I loved the characters, they are strong and have their own life struggles, watching them grow throughout the story. They made me feel as if I was right there in the story with them right along with the emotional ride. I also, found myself hoping they would find their happy ever after as each one deserved. A must read collection.

A children’s chapter book that I enjoyed from cover to cover. It is about two boys who live in a boring town until a couple of strangers arrive in town. What will happen when Sam and Rex go on a mission to prove that these strangers are criminals? These two boys are creative when trying to get their proof and even life threatening. This is a great story and I would not hesitate to give it to our children. Twists and turns brought down to a child’s level. I highly recommend this book for children

Little Do You Know was a great 5 star read and book 5 in the Bayou Devils MC series.
This is Noah and Kady’s story. We start out with them so very happy, ready to start moving forward with their life and Noah going off to do one last thing for the club. We jump ahead 7 years and Noah is just getting out of prison, he hasn’t had any contact with Kady the whole time, it was like she fell off the face of the earth. He is determined to find her and find out why she disappeared.
When Noah find’s Kady it’s not easy. She is pushing him away and wants nothing to do with him. She’s afraid that with Noah around that “he” will find her again.
There are several unexpected twist and turns that added so much more to this story. There were parts that left me in tears, thinking about what Kady went through. Can Kady and Noah get back to what they once had? Can they get a HEA?
I really liked all of the secondary characters, it’s great seeing some from the other books making appearances. If you’re looking for a great read that will pull you right in you will like this book and series. I really liked the ending and would love to see more from these two. 1-click and get started today.

I absolutely loved reading this heartwarming story. There was laughter, tears and triumphant moments in this wonderful story. I loved how Fi’s and Stu’s confidence grew stronger as the story went. Relationships were mended and close friends were made. The characters in this story are so real and made me wish I was friends with them. I became completely invested on their growth and outcome. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, I found it to be fun and inspirational. I highly recommend it.

5 Star Coming Home : The Sequel to Flowers in December by Jane Suen. I highly recommend reading the first book as this book picks up four months after the end of book one. This is the continuation of the first book and we find Connor still trying to come to terms with the passing of his mother. He’s going through the process trying to find a way to move forward and how to mend broken bridges.my emotions were all over the place and I found myself not wanting to put it down until I finished. Find out what happens next I highly recommend reading this Book. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

This story was very whimsical and enchanting. I love stories about the fae and how the old world once was. Conall was an interesting character. He kind of reminded me of a lost child. Not knowing what to do or where to go. Lanin sounded beautiful and bold. Like she knew things beyond her years. I liked that the author wasn’t worried about what type of relationships the characters should have. It was a very love who you chose kind of book. The flow to the story was very smoothed and unhurried. I like when the author gives you perfect details and you can truly visualize what they describe.

Happily Ever After? by Gaia B Amman is the 6th book in this series. It continues to follow Leda in her stroll through life. She is an adult in this novel and, just like in previous books in this series, she continues to be my favorite character. She changes so much as the story progresses and I love the affect she has on Sergio. I also love how he affects her. He is her love interest and the dialogue between the two becomes addictive. I really enjoyed this wonderful novel. It was full of love, adventure, and growth.

Coming Home is the second book in Jane Suen’s Flowers in December series! I was delighted to meet up with Connor, Tom (the orange tabby of Connor’s diseased mother) … and Mary Ann! Each woman is strong but they are struggling with their own problems and coming home means finding the one thing they each need in life. Little Do You Know (Bayou Devils MC Book 5) by A.M. Myers is a superb romantic suspense in this MC series. This story drove high emotional shifts throughout the story, along with touching on various topics that are sometimes difficult to incorporate into a story without it being too harsh and difficult to the reader. A.M. Myers continues to showcase fabulous writing techniques, incredible story lines, and dynamic characters. In Little Do You Know, Noah hasn’t always made the best choices and its impacted his life, along with where he wanted to be. Kady is his forever and that’s all he wants when his life is back in his own hands. Noah’s character was strong, determined and admirable in his pursuit and direction throughout this story. I felt his pain, his struggles and his triumphs – these emotions fell seamlessly from the pages. By the time I finished this story, I was heartbroken, relieved, distraught, and in love. A.M. Myers has delivered and was beyond amazing.

This is the third book to the amazing series of Libby Lawrence. I absolutely love a good rom com but this talented author always exceeds my expectations. I do recommend reading the first two books before this one so you don’t get lost. You will fall in love with these characters all over again. I was hooked on this book from the first chapter. It only took me a little over a day to devour this incredible book.
Liberty Lawrence loves fashion all the way down to the shoes. She is so excited when she gets appointed to a new dream job. Libby is now working for Valerie. She didn’t know that this dream job could also become a nightmare. Libby’s new boss is very nasty to her. She is also dealing with her hunky boyfriends ex still. Libby is ready to move on with James but will she be able to get the ex out? She is excited when they bring in a new designer. Libby quickly realizes there is something off about the handsome Quinton Bellis. She is going to figure it out but will she find danger as well? Will Libby figure out what is really going on or will it all be a misunderstanding?
I absolutely loved this book. The storyline has it all romance, suspense, and shoes. You can’t help but to fall in love with these characters. Libby loves her fashion. She is very smart quirky woman that is a little clumsy. I absolutely love her. James is your all American cop. He is dreamy and has a heart of gold. The way he treats Libby will make your heart melt. WTF, God?: Understanding God in the Midst of Transition, by Michelle N. Onuorah, was a refreshing read in regards to God and his plans for you. This story is the author’s accounting of her life and how faith/prayer impacted her life. She had a plan, yet life never works 100% as you plan, which she showcases. I found the story inspiring and very forthright – any time an author takes lessons they’ve learned upon their individual journeys and include those influences both good and bad, that deviated them onto specific paths. The author is candid and doesn’t hold back within the story. Beautifully written and it touched me personally.

This author has become a one-click author for me. I’ve enjoyed all of her stories and the MISS APPLE PANTS duet is absolutely a set of stories I absolutely recommend. (Will there be a third? Fingers crossed.)
LOST IN LOVE picks up where the first book leaves off. Even though it is set three years in the future AND I loved the first book, I was a little disoriented when I cracked the binding of this delightful story. I do not recommend this as a stand-alone because the first is so important to this one.
This author has a way of setting the stage for a multilayered, multidimensional story that is a pleasure to read. To watch the character’s growth and maturity (she’s 20 and acts 80 at times) as she navigates this crazy thing called life was a joy.

An anthology is a great way to experience new authors and if you are looking for a sneak peek at some really good paranormal romance then Immortal Desires is the way to go. Off the top of my head two stories stand out, Flirty Dancing and Artemis’s Hunt. Flirty Dancing tells the story of “Kitty” and her adventures in the Green Room. Artemis’s Hunt is steeped in Greek mythology and shows what happens when a goddess is wronged and the lengths, she must go to in order to fix her life. The stories featured in this anthology are a pleasant surprise and bring with them hours of entertainment. If you like ghosts, vampires, mythology, etc. there is something for everyone. So, grab a drink and snacks, and settle in for some good reading.

This is the second book I have read by this author and it was another entertaining tale. Gaia creates characters that are easy to identify with and that makes the reader want to follow their journey. Happily Ever After finds lead character Leda at University following her dream of becoming a scientist. She finds herself attracted to Sergio, a self-confessed pothead and a free spirit who is her complete opposite. The story follows the ups and downs of what she initially calls her “relationshit”. Loved this description, I’m sure we have all been in at least one of them in our time. I found myself both liking and loathing Sergio at different times of the book. I think that’s the sign of a good writer, you go on a journey with the characters and never know exactly where you stand with them. I’d recommend this book to those who like family sagas and coming of age stories. A good read.

Claimed The Torzial Affair Book 3 By Via Mari ☆☆☆☆☆ Romance with a twist of suspense. The suspense is the main character of this full length novel. The romance is just the rollercoaster this story supplies.
This continued story of Jenny and Brian had me on page one. The story continues to prove Jenny innocent of a horrible crime, she did not commit. Brian also continues the hot steamy romance, just to keep Jenny from thinking too much. As she is fighting for her life, as well as her friends. But the mafia wants what they want and will stop at nothing to get it. This is book 3 in this series. It is very important you read the series in order. Or the whole story can’t rock your read. This book is just another Via Mari story. Her writing skills and storytelling are outstanding. I love her characters in the Torzial series. I also love that she has so many avenues she takes her readers too. Not a dull moment in this story. I can’t wait to see where her next series takes me. Keep them coming Via Mari. I can’t wait to read more.

I give Age of Saints: Druid’s Brooch Series: #7 by Christy Nicholas, 5 stars.
It is the 500s AD in the land later to be known as Ireland and Conall has made a promise to his father while on his deathbed: protect and keep your sister safe. And he takes this to heart, loving his sister dearly. However, he did not realize this would mean protecting her from an evil step dad, keeping her safe during a long journey, and trying to keep her from harm of a Faerie Queen. Both grow and learn much through their journey to find piece and safety. But what will become of both of them? Just what does he have to sacrifice for her happiness?
I absolutely love this series. I have not had the pleasure of reading all of them yet, but each time I start a new one, I am reminded of just how good this author is. She weaves beautiful tales not only of hope and happiness, but pain and loss too. This story brings us to a time where the old gods were still worshipped and Christianity was just beginning to become recognized. The author brings us right into this era. She has obviously done her research and I really felt like I was there with the characters. It is very deep too — it’s not just all love and roses. I like that in my historical fiction. I also liked both Conall and his sister and would love to see more of them in future books.
This is a historical fiction fiction book that is part of a series, but can be read as a standalone. I highly recommend it to lovers of both the Celtic history and historical fiction fans.

Seraphina’s Vengeance (The Seraphina series Book 3) By Sheena Hutchinson
This book is full of action and danger and I loved every minute of reading it. It is my suggestion that you read the first two books in this series before embarking on this one for a better experience and understanding of the path of the story thus far. I have loved this series from the beginning, the growth of Sera and Nate has completely captivated me and kept me entertained. In this book their relationship has hit some bumps that have pushed them apart and Sera is struggling with the evil inside because of her anger. The journey to save her friend has been very hard on both of them. To find out if they come out of this ok, this is a must read. This book definitely leaves some unanswered questions that I’m sure will get answered in the next book and I can’t wait to dive in. This series has wonderful characters and brings you into this fantastical world that you won’t want to miss out on. I highly recommend this book.

Charlotte Roth did it again. She wrote Dancing Queen which is a fast steady read with all kinds of humor, sass, and love all wrapped in one. One thing about Charlotte Roth is when I am feeling down I just pick up a book by Charlotte Roth and I find myself in a better mood instantly. This story will keep you giggling all the way through. Fiona is a “fat girl” that was told she could not dance because of it. Her work urges her to join a support group for her weight issues. There she meets Stu. Stu and Fiona become friends. Stu brings this wacky idea to Fiona that they should compete in a local dancing with the stars. That is when the story takes off and let the comedy, friendship, and love dance right in. I will be recommending this book to anyone that needs that release from the tortures of the world around them to join Stu and Fiona in their world of friendship.

This was a short and sweet story for me. I knew it was a quick read when I picked it up but I didn’t think I would get so invested in the characters. Kim Koby packs this short story with so much emotion and just the right amount of tension that keeps you wanting more. I liked that this wasn’t a typical story line either, that each character was just a little different from what you would expect. This is the first book in her Clean Billionaire Romance Series so I assume that I may get another glimpse of John, Catherine and Natalie in the future which makes me a happy reader.

Coming Home (Flowers in December #2) by Jane Suen 4 stars
Before you read this, you must read book one, Flowers in December. This was a quick read but so much was packed into this story. This book picks up 4 months after the first at Christmas time, but doesn’t need to be read as a holiday read at all. I don’t want to say anything about this book that may become a spoiler of sorts but this is a must read. It didn’t go the way I thought it was going to and that was surprising. Can’t wait for more from this author .

Little Do You Know (Bayou Devils MC book 5) by AM Myers 5 stars
It’s been a bit since the last book and I forgot to do a reread, but this one grabbed me from the get go and I remembered every one from the first 4 books quickly. We follow Noah and Kady, and Noah is being released from prison and is bound and determined to find Kady as she disappeared when he was arrested. As we learn what happened while he was away, my heart broke into a million pieces. This was action packed, grief, filled with suspense, and hot bedroom scenes too. I can’t wait for what’s to come after this one.

Great book! Read a few by this author and she never ceases to amaze me and keep me drawn into a book! This is a book of love that will bring you joy and make you smile and maybe even cry. The plot and description was amazing and so good. You won’t be sorry reading this book.

This is book two in the Flowers in December series. This is a heartwarming story about love and forgiveness. Sometimes you have to leave home to realize that home is the only place you want to be. Connor Norton has returned home for the first Christmas without his mom. It’s a rough one but his neighbours and friends are there for him. In the spirit of giving, he in turn helps his neighbour and her estranged daughter. This is a story of a few lives intertwining during a magical season and how love and forgiveness affects them all. A wonderful Christmas story with a deeper meaning.

I love this book. It brings so much emotion and I found myself crying in parts. It is a sweet romance story that shows you how strong love can be when life takes a bad turn and beliefs in miracles are a must. Matt and Mikaela are great characters that have been through so much and it was great watching them grow throughout their story. This author has created a story that I couldn’t put down until the end. I must say it left me with an emotional hangover, I loved it, a must read!

WTF, God?: Understanding God in the Midst of Transition by Michelle N. Onuorah is a story about the author’s personal spiritual journey and her relationship with God. It was honest, captivating and heartfelt. I think it would be hard to share this journey, as I believe one’s beliefs are so very personal, and it would be like bearing your soul to the world and for that world to have their opinion on the matter. It is a story that had me reflecting on my beliefs and my chosen path. In so little time, this author had me questioning everything. This story will make you think and will leave you grateful to have read such an honest and heartfelt story. 4 stars.

Yearning Young is the 2nd book in the amazing, Young Adult, coming-of-age, Burning Britely series by Deidre Huesmann. I had really enjoyed the 1st book, but this second book was, in my opinion, much better than the first book. In book 1 we are given the groundwork in the growing friendship between Jeff and Braeden. Now in book 2 (which is told from Braeden’s POV) Jeff and Braeden are in a relationship. From the outside, Braeden has an ideal life…rich family, top track performer, good looks. We are given an insight in book 1 that Braeden’s life isn’t all rosy but in this book we get to see the harsh, heart-breaking reality that is Braeden’s home life. Add this to Braeden’s worries about his sexuality, Braeden is a very mixed up young man with so much going on. This book has so much emotion and angst, I will have you gripped from the very beginning. Like most teenage boys Braeden can be a bit of a pain at times, but you can’t help but be drawn to him and be rooting for him as he goes through so much adversity. If you like reading the YA genre then this is a must read, however, make sure you read the first book Burning Britely before this one to get the full impact of this fabulous story.
