Frank (Dingo) is on a ride with Celee when they encounter danger and a puppy that Celee is determined to rescue. As they get close they both find each other turning to one another but can they learn to lean on one another and explore what is building between them?

I liked this, the story drops and you are in the mix from the get go. I think reading in sequence of series would definitely help. I really enjoyed this couple and liked that Frank is so in tune with Celee, they have a few bumps but the way the club gathered to help her was wonderful. Interesting characters that make you compelled to read more in the series.

Truck Stopped (Satan’s Devils MC) Audiobook by Manda Mellett – Review by Kayla Octaviano

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! Amazing! This book is written differently than the others in the series, but it was so well done! It’s a love story, a brotherhood, a passing of the torch, and growing old story. Hits home in every aspect. No matter who you are, something in this book will draw you in. Beautiful story telling, as always. Wonderful characters, many emotions, and several different perspectives that everyone can relate to.

Truck Stopped (Satan’s Devils MC) Audiobook by Manda Mellett – Review by M Policicchio

Once again this author has us delving into the world of the Satan’s Devils MC and finding happiness.  There is such a feeling of home and friendship each time I hop into this world.  Sure the characters are rough and grumbly.  This may not be everyone’s idea of family.  But through each and every book I have read or heard in this series, love, friendship, family are the overarching themes.  They, down to every last man, do what they need to do for the ones they love, including their brothers.

This one was unique as it is told through a series of flashbacks as two of the mainstay characters reflect on the past.  Drummer and Peg tell this story.  As I listened, I came to realize that this was the series ender, at least of this chapter.  So let me set the stage.

Truck had gotten patched in and was off doing his firefighting duty in California.  Truck was injured on the job.  He returned to Arizona but not to the club.  He has put off seeing everyone.

Allie has been at the Club for going on 10 years.  Not that she hasn’t enjoyed the life that being with the Club has offered her but she is realizing that she might want something more.  She isn’t looking to be an Old Lady, she just doesn’t want to be what she is anymore.  When the Club members start noticing that she hasn’t been fulfilling all of her club duties, Drummer calls her into his office and has a discussion.

Allie is tasked with a special job.  Reach out to Truck and see if she can talk to him.  Get him to come back to the club.  When Allie does make contact with Truck, it only highlights that Allie doesn’t want to be what she is anymore.  There has to be something else for her in this life.

This is where I wanted to smack some sense into Truck.  The way he talks to and about Allie.  UGH!!!  I get it.  I do.  But, just ugh!  Luckily for both myself and Allie, one of the brothers manages to talk some sense into Truck.  *insert happy dance here!*  But even after getting what you want, life isn’t all rainbow colored candy and beer.  Each, Truck and Allie, make some life-altering decisions that have ripple-effect consequences.

In the end, Truck and Allie find their version of happiness.  If I haven’t mentioned it before, I love, love, love this series.  I have slowly started branching out the other chapters and 2nd Gen, but my heart will always be true to the mother chapter.  One day, I will learn to ride a motorcycle or get some really good AI app, and ride off into the sunset with these characters.  Until then, I will slowly add book after book to my library!!  Satan’s Devils ride together!!  Ride Satan’s Devils!!!

Truck Stopped (Satan’s Devils MC) Audiobook by Manda Mellet – Review by Micalah Weatherholtz

Truck Stopped by Manda Mellet is your typical motorcycle club Romance with lots of twists, turns, and lots of unexpected events. Manda Mellets writing is up there with the greats for this genre. This is book 11 in the Satans Devils MC and apparently the last book in the series. Truck is a veteran and a firefighter, recently inducted into the Satans Devils MC, who is severely injured during a fire. He is struggling so much that no one can reach him. The club sends in Allie, a “sweet butt” of the club, to try and reason with him because things were “different” between them than just biker and sweet butt, wasn’t it? Truck can’t quite believe it and Allie feels like he’s a lost cause, but is he? I ran the gamut of emotions with this one. I loved Truck, and then I thought he was a jerk, in nice terms, but he was able to be redeemed. Allie had been through an immense amount of crap and she was able to maintain a good outlook on life which I admired. The audiobook was performed really well, voices for each of the characters, and I didn’t want to stop listening. I have a hard time listening to audiobooks usually, I zone out, lose time, or have to back track, but this one pulled me in and it didn’t let go until the end. I had to listen through headphones most of the time due to the 18+ content and having kids but I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Truck Stopped.

This is a nice addition to the series. The beginning confused me a little since I didn’t know why the couple was on the run already. It worked itself out but was a few chapters into the story. I enjoyed getting to know Dingo since he hasn’t been a huge character in past books. His lady was a surprise but worked out well. They have had difficult pasts they are working in overcoming.
It is nice to see past characters and a few from the authors other series. I lije seeing where they are now and what is going on in their life. Emmie and Brick surprised me the most even though they had a small part in here. The other three (I wont mention their names) always add a different element to the story.
Overall this is a good solid seventh book in the series. There are some changes and growth to the story and characters. Oh and beware…This one does have a gruesome factor near the end with a couple characters showing off their work.

I really enjoyed Celee and Dingo’s story. Earl really continues to keep you drawn into the world ahead had created for this series. This was the 2nd book of the seven from the series I have read, as they can be read as stand alones, but I plan to go back and read the read because there is back story that is referenced/ implied to from the previous I think would just make the story that much better. I would recommend this book.

Wow…what a fantastic story. Truck Stopped is Book 11 in the Satans Devils MC series and even through you could listen to this book as a stand-alone I highly recommend listening to all the books as this is a fantastic series.
Truck is a veteran and a firefighter who is also a member of the Satans Devils MC. While trying to tend to a fire call, Truck is injured and burned badly. Feeling down, damaged and angry, Truck just wants to be alone and just feels like a broken monster with all his scars.
Allie is a “sweet butt” for the Satans Devils MC but knows she wants more. Her mom throwing her out at a young age, Allie is a fighter to survive…Allie never forgets Truck as they shared something special before he leaves. When Drummer, the president, wants Truck back at the club he sends Allie to convince Truck to return……but does he?
Allie and Truck continue their bond even though there is lots of hesitation. Will Allie and Truck each overcome dark pasts that lead them to light?
I loved every minute of this story including hearing the future of the club with Drummer and Peg of what is to come and what has happened. I’m very sad this is the end of an era but love to see more from Manda that would include the clubs children as they grow up as a possibility.

I was completely captivated by this story from beginning to end, I honestly could not stop listening at all. I have to say I am usually consumed by this authors stories but there was just something about this one, she really did take the story and characters to another level. She definitely brought the series full circle with this final instalment.
Truck and Allie’s story was so beautifully written, the emotional moments of the story really grabbed me at times. It’s been a while since a book had me in tears but this one did all within a few pages! I was so into what I was listening to, I could feel everything to characters did and I think that’s definitely what had me so emotional!
Truck Stopped was an amazing ending to this series and a story I cannot recommend enough. It could be read as a standalone but I would 100% recommend the series as a whole!
On top of a wonderful story were the perfect narrators that were chosen, they really did bring the story to life through their narration.

What an incredible story this book was. I’ve read quite a few books by this author now and she never fails to amaze me with her wonderful writing, characters and storylines. She writes dark MC stories and she does it incredibly well. There was just so much going on in this book, the characters Dingo and Celee were amazing to read about. I really took them both into my heart and they definitely had me in tears at times. The chemistry between the two of them was electric at times, it wasn’t forced at all it felt so real and genuine.
I was hooked on this book from beginning to end and I think it might possibly be my favourite from this author so far! I am definitely looking forward to reading more from her in the future.

I was intrigued to read a motorcycle club book about a prospect.

I was under the impression this was could be read as a standalone…but there are multiple chapters told from the point of view from characters from what I am guessing are previous books. This was a bit of a negative takeaway for me.

There also was one piece of of what I guess I would consider black magic…and I am not completely sure because I don’t know that character’s story.

Dingo and Celestine have their own unique story that is original. I just feel like it is being told from too many point of views.

Or maybe I should have read all of the previous books prior to going into their story.

I’m not saying I won’t read this author again…I would just read series in order.

This book was a great read. Wonderful characters and a storyline that keeps you engaged and wanting to read more.

This book follows the story of Dingo (prospect) and Celee. Dingo is a prospect and is working towards becoming a full member of the Grimm Wolves MC. He enjoys making people laugh but he has been through more than most know. Celee was in the midst of an ugly situation when by chance she met Dingo in an online chat room.

Celee comes from a family with a nasty history and with a dark past. She is trying to avoid the many enemies that he father made before his death but that’s hard to do with next to no connections. Dingo decides to try to help her even though he is already hurting.

What happens when the enemies of the past come back? Is blood truly thicker than water or is that just an old saying? What does it mean to be an ole lady? Can someone fall for someone when they are hurting? Will helping Celee be Dingo’s downfall?

Read this book to find out.

Dang, this story will rip your emotions apart. Yes, it’s anMC but they are human. Two people that have made some questionable choices and got dealt scrappy handin life. Most can relate to this. Watches two work through it is painful and heartwarming at the same time. They both have support from the group. Tough choices are made. It’s such a well-developed and thought out story. The author has a fantastic narration team. They are a large reason I love to hear her stories on audio. This is a outstanding audio all around.

Fractured Hearts- Prospect is the seventh book in the Grimm Wolves MC is a wonderfully written MC/Romance Suspense that I absolutely loved reading. This series just keeps getting better and better with each new book. Im a huge fan of this author and my favorite genre is MC and this one checked all the boxes, it’s a bit dark and intense at times but at other times a much lighter feel. Sometimes we don’t know what/who we need till they’re right in front of us. This is a story about second chances and forgiveness. The characters are simply amazing and are developed, yet have a raw intensity at times. I was so invested in the characters and story I literally read this in one afternoon. I had to know what was going to happen next. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I also highly recommend reading the previous books if you haven’t already started them. This series is one that is worth the read. I’m looking forward to reading more from this Author.

Wow, this story is fantastic. Celestina and Dingo aka Frank and the chemistry they have and the story they bring…wow. Fractured Hearts is book 7 of the Grimm Wolves MC and this book and series is fantastic. The author really grabs you from beginning to end and I loved that no only we get to be part of the Grimm Wolves expanding family but also having Devils Handmaidens included is just a great bonus.

Dingo aka Frank is prospect for the Grimm Wolves and wants to be part of this family. Dingo hides behind pain and puts up a facade of being fun, but also puts himself down. When he goes to meet a woman online, Celestina, their attraction is second to none. Dingo wants to protect Celestina at all costs but has to know the truth…what is Celestina running from and why….

Celestina is on the run, trying to protect herself from her crazy and cruel family. Meeting Dingo aka Frank may be her ticket to freedom, but her attraction toward him comes with a guarded heart. As Celestina gives pieces of her past that the Grimm Wolves are aware of, no only do they do their thing of protecting her but their entire Grimm Wolves family as well. Will Dingo and Celestina come together even with dark pasts?

This story is dark and gritty but also about revenge, evil, family and forgiveness..I cannot wait to see what is next by D.M. Earl!!!

Fractured Hearts-Prospect (Grimm Wolves MC Book 7) by D.M. Earl – Review by Kerry Carr

Fractured Hearts-Prospect (Grimm Wolves MC Book 7)Fractured Hearts-Prospect by D.M. Earl

This is book 7 in the Grimm Wolves MC series. And even though the books focus on different member of the MC I do advise reading them in order so you can appreciate the full story of the members, who they are, their place in the MC and what they stand for.
This story was amazing. As always it is a fast paced read where to broken and tortured souls find each other and start to make steps towards healing with the help of the brothers in the MC.

This story focuses on Frank (Dingo) and Celee.

Frank has had an abusive upbringing and since finding and becoming a prospect for the Grimm Wolves MC his life has now become all about proving his worth to earn his patch. He has seen his brothers finding love and settling down but because of the mental abuse he suffered he doesn’t believe that is on the cards for him. Until he meets Celee.

Celee has come from a very abusive family where her father treated her as property to be sold to the highest bidder. However with her father dead she is now alone and trying to find her way when she meets Dingo.
The connection between them is instant but they both have a lot to work through from their past and it gets even more complicated when it turns out their is a bounty on Celee’s head. Now with the help of his brothers and some friends from the Handmaiden Devil’s MC (another great series to read) they now need to figure out a way to protect her and get rid of the threat if she and Dingo are every going to have a chance to be together.

This book is filled with emotion, danger, family, friendships, and a protectiveness that the club gives to all its members. This author never fails to amaze me with the story telling as each one is unique and captivating. One thing I do love is that the female characters are all strong women who have their own minds and who aren’t afraid to speak them.
I can’t wait to see what the author has in store for us next and which member of the MC we are going to be made to fall in love with.

Truck Stopped (Satan’s Devils MC) Audiobook by Manda Mellett – Review by Robin Rankin

Truck Stopped, Satan’s Devils MC, Book 11

I love how this final book in the original Tuscon chapter wraps things up with this generation as well lay the path for the second generation of Satan’s Devils Tuscon chapter.

Truck isn’t one of the original members but became a fixture pretty early on in the series.   He gets through being a prospect only to go fight a wild fire.  Things go from amazing to garbage in the blink of an eye.

Ally is such a strong woman.   She did what she had to do to survive, fate stepped in and changed her life for the better.

I find myself getting so lost in the story that the narrators are definitely the story.

If you’re a fan of the Devil’s you will know everyone and their stories. If you’re interested in the Devil’s I cannot not stress enough to start with Book 1.

Fractured Hearts is the seventh sublime book in the Grimm Wolves MC series by D.M Earl. Gah! Ms. Earl has once again hit this one out of the park. There is no picking favourites with her books, because every time I think I have found my favourite, she ups the ante with the next book and blows me away. Each one slightly eclipses the previous, and I’m not sure how she keeps doing that- but she does- and that makes me one very happy little reader! She doesn’t know it, but she’s one of my ‘ride or die’ authors- and I’d happily read the telephone book if she wrote it- or her shopping list for that matter.
As expected from Ms. Earl, she has lovingly crafted two heart-achingly beautiful, damaged souls who have had so much to deal with- but fate finally relents and reveals their missing ‘part’. This is an emotional, angsty, heartachingly good, dark romantic suspense story about the healing power of love, finding your missing part, and finding where you belong. Add in a cute but mischievous furry companion, danger, twists, dramatic developments, tension, sizzling chemistry, violence, action, intrigue, forced proximity, and a touch of the paranormal- and this story really takes off. The intensity level was dialled to high- which kept me on the edge of my seat, flipping the pages to keep up with all the developments. Be warned though, there are some taboo, uncomfortable, and possible triggering subject-matters contained in the story- so please take that into consideration and read the warnings before diving in. I also suggest having tissues and wine close at hand, you’re going to need them.
There are some interesting, interconnected details that Ms. Earl has cleverly woven through her story, and the series. We get several perspectives throughout the book, which adds an extra element of interest to the storyline- as well as painting a bigger picture. We ‘catch up’ with characters we’ve come to know and love from the previous books/series, as well, which makes reading these books so great.
If you love intriguing MC romance with an original spin- emotion, drama, brotherhood, camaraderie, family bonds, intensity, banter, and gripping developments- then this is definitely the story/series/author for you.
Happy Reading!

Thank you, D.M. Earl!

D.M. Earl writes the best MC club books and Fractured Hearts is no exception. I loved reading Dingo and Celestina’s story. I really like how we get to see all the other guys from the club books with their families/kids and how the author ties all her MC club books together by including the other clubs like the Devils Handmaidens. Celestina is actually Shadow’s cousin and they are trying to escape from the same mob family, The De’Luca’s, and trouble has come to call after Celestina’s brother survives an attack from Shadow. Dingo and the rest of the Grimm Wolves come to the rescue. I’m always so nervous with books like this when they introduce animals but I have always been able to count on this author to not let anything horrible happen to them, thank goodness, and they always play such an important part in the story, can’t say the same for the enemies of the Grimm Wolves and people who threaten their families though. It’s so wonderful to see a group of people who have adopted each other treat each other with such loyalty, commitment, respect, and protection. They always come out on top.

It’s another amazing book!!! This is book seven of the Grimm Wolves Mc Series. This is the third book of this series that I have read. I absolutely love the Grimm Wolves and how they work. This is Frank (Dingo) and Celee’s (Celestina) story. Dingo met her thru a dating app of all the places to meet someone, which it makes the story feel more like reality then a story. Celee is actually related to a member of the Devil Handmaiden’s MC. They both come from similar backgrounds and have been hurt so much. Can they love and keep Celee from getting killed? I promise you that this is a book you can’t put down. I literally started and finished reading it on the same day. But all of D.M. Earl’s book are like that for me.

And the chemistry was intense to say the least. I also enjoyed seeing characters from past books as well. I was on the edge of my seat most of the time waiting to see what was coming next. Would Dingo be able to help Celee and keep her safe? The intensity and fierceness these men have when it comes to protecting people, especially their loved ones, really makes you want one for yourself. My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Another gripping read in this series about the Grimm Wolves MC, and once again I loved being back in their world. For Dingo laughter is the best medicine, and he’s very good at hiding his pain behind his fun and crazy personality. As a prospect for the Grimm Wolves MC he works hard to prove himself to his MC brothers. Celee needs help and somewhere safe to go when her father’s enemies go after her, and a chance encounter in a chat room might be the answer she needed. Dingo along with his brothers are determined to keep Celee safe once she’s under their protection, even if it means going up against some really dangerous criminals. The more Dingo tries to protect Celee and the closer they become, she realises that she’s not the only one with a difficult past and that he’s hurting too. As usual the descriptive narrative brings the characters and the setting vividly to life, making me feel immersed in the storyline and engaged with the characters. The chemistry between Dingo and Celee sizzled off the page and led to some steamy scenes. I loved how their relationship developed throughout the story, and I found this to be an enjoyable and engaging read.

Dingo and Celee’s story is quite the page-turner. She’s on the run from her mob-related family. He and the Grimm wolves are trying to protect her. This adventure started in Texas and the “fun” just kept rolling in. Shootings, bombs, “gifts” left at Fury’s fence and other items made for quite the unpredictable story. Let’s say that Karma, the tech guy, earned his keep in this story. Watching Dingo and Celee try to work through the baggage they brought to the relationship in order to make their relationship work really had you rooting for them. They both have good hearts. It was great to see how that developed. I love watching the Grimm Wolves kick butt. Familiar faces chimed in. Fury placed a large role taking over while Brick and Emmie had the triplets. Shadow and her men come down to help. Many other wonderful items show up. Chains and his family show up. I enjoyed seeing the snippets of the whole gang. This is a book you really should read. The whole series is wonderfully good and well worth reading. It’ sone of my favorites. This author writes in a way that will have you diving in and not coming up for air until the story is over. I only came up to write the review because the story is over and I’ll be here eagerly awaiting the next one…..

Truck Stopped is the eleventh book in the Satan’s Devils MC Series by Manda Mellett. This is my new favorite book in this series. It was gut wrenching and heartwarming with my emotions flying between laughing and crying throughout. This is Truck and Allie’s story and I love the way it was presented. I especially love the flash forwards into the future as Drummer relates the story and fills in information on other members of the MC. I highly recommend this book, series and author.

This story is narrated by Sierra and Logan as all the books in this series so far. They do an awesome job bringing the characters to life. Their voices complement each other for an all around great listening experience.

This book was my formal introduction to the Grimm Wolves even though I have some knowledge of them because of the Devil’s Handmaidens series and I’m currently planning on when I will have time to go back and read the first 6 books.

Dingo/Frank and Celee won me over from the beginning and worked their way in deeper the further I got into the book. Oh, and there is a puppy which only makes things better.

This group is quite entertaining and not afraid of doing whatever it takes to protect anyone who needs it

I will get caught up and ready for the next book in the series. With being new to the series I was happy I was able to keep up, but definitely think reading in order is the best way to fully appreciate the story.

It’s a no brainer when I see a new book by DM as I love, love, love her books. She is one of the Queens of being able to write epic dark MC stories very well.
Fractured Hearts-Prospect is the seventh engrossing book in the amazing Grimm Wolves MC series. D.M. combines paranormal and MCs to tempt and delight one into the fold.
The characters from previous books cross over in the books and it’s good to catch up with them. They are well written and easy to connect with. The chemistry between the two main characters is undeniable, the chemistry is off the charts.
Dingo hides so much behind the fun-loving persona. He will do anything to prove himself worthy to the club and his brothers in arms.
Celee is on the run. She needs protection from the most heinous villains around and Dingo and the Grimm Wolves MC are the ones she has stumbled upon.
The story was fast paced and a quick read but was packed with everything you could want and that left me with wanting more. It also has all the feels, but it also had me laughing at times with the comradery and banter of this crazy family. It is raw and gritty and broke my heart. It is full of pain, suffering, drama, angst, tension, suspense and sorrow, heartbreak, and crushed and tormented souls.
I have said it before, but I will say it again, I love that these men who protect their women, their families, their friends, their fellow brothers. They ride free, live hard and love with their whole being and protect fiercely.
There is so much left for the Grimm Wolves MC, and I can’t wait.
If you love a story with a supernatural twist, then D.M. is your go to girl.

I really find I am drawn into the books and cannot put them down. I love the chemistry between the main characters. Their past lives always help to create the story and bring a deeper sense of knowing. The drama is really well balanced with romance. I also like how the storylines are not predictable and really grab the reader and keep you focused on them. This author has such a great world she has built and I look forward to reading more from her as well as this series and all her other series.

Fractured Hearts-Prospect (Grimm Wolves MC Book 7)Fractured Hearts-Prospect by D.M. Earl
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book is yet another fantastic addition to the series and is possible my favourite one so far. It was just as dark and intense as the others I have read and yet this one also had a lighter tone running throughout it. For me, this added a different level to the book that the others didn’t have.
The characters were so well matched too. They are exactly what the other needed, even if at times that wasn’t clear. It was so easy to become invested in their story and want the best for them. This author is one that I never hesitate to pick up a new book by because they are always so good. This book is the perfect example of that and I would urge everyone to read this series.

This is the seventh book in this series which I highly suggest you read the previous books in this series as they are just as amazing. I enjoy this author’s writing style that makes her stories come to life. This is a well written story about second chances and forgiveness. I enjoyed how strong and relatable the characters are. They have great chemistry and growth throughout which just added to the story. They pull you into the story and have me coming back for more. A fast paced story that is hard to put down. A must read story that you don’t want to miss. I highly recommend this amazing story.

This is book 7 in a series. New characters, a new situation but still a continuation from the other stories in this series.

Earl has a special way of writing that makes you feel as if you are a part of the story you are reading. I love chance encounters, like everything happens for a reason. We may never know what fate has planned but it will all work out in the end.

These characters are funny, determined and brave. They each have their flaws, but no one, even fictional characters, are perfect. Perfectly imperfect…well actually Fractured.

Can’t wait to read about the rest of the brothers in this club!

DINGO

Laughter is the best medicine. I make sure to always deliver the fun and crazy while hiding my pain behind it. It’s who I am and what I do. I also work my butt off for the Grimm Wolves MC brothers, trying to prove myself as more than just a prospect. But even the toughest of the tough need to let loose every now and then.  I know that more than anyone after the world of hurt I’ve experienced.

CELEE

A chance encounter in a chat room just may be the saving grace I’ve needed all along. My father’s enemies are closing in, and my time just might be running out.  Thank God Dingo and his brothers will do anything to keep me safe–even if it means going up against the most vile of criminals around. But the more Dingo tries to protect me, the more I know he’s hurting too.
