At All (Adams Brothers, #3)At All by Mindy McKinley
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Maelie is the daughter of a musical prodigy, her father desperately wants her to follow in his footsteps. However, her dreams are to teach. Everything is going well until she meets Seb, a famous sax player who starts teaching with her while he gets his alcohol addiction under control. They’re immediately attracted to each other.

I like both of the characters. Mae was sweet and knew what she wanted. Seb was also charming. It was a quick easy read. I didn’t read the first two but I might need to.

The jazz player and the classical violin teacher. This story is just fantastic. They both have things to overcome and deal with and without the help and encouragement of the other would they have really made it happen?
I absolutely love the Adams Brothers. I am sad to see the series end.

At All: Adams Brothers: #3 by Mindy McKinley

This is the third book by McKinley that I’ve read. I thought Dom and Mason had hot stories. Mindy knows what to do to draw readers back. I really hope this isn’t the last time we see the characters.

Sebastian is known for his jazz music. For his band and of course his last name. He doesn’t think he’ll meet his match like his brothers. Going in to do something new changes his thoughts. The quote I chose for Sebastian is: “Are you sure you’re alright? There’s quite a lump. Is there someone I can call? I could take you to the ER.”

Maelie is a music teacher and loves her violin. When she meets Sebastian she doesn’t know what to think. As she gets to know him the more of a decent person he seems to be. The quote I chose for Maelie is: ” I talked to him last night about it. I’ll take care of it after you leave; I promise it won’t be so bad next week.”

Highly recommended for contemporary romance lovers.

At All: Adams Brothers: Book 3 by Mindy McKinley

I love all three of the Adams brothers.  As I read each of their stories I thought to myself this brother is my favorite and I guess since Sebastian is the last of the boys he will forever be my favorite.

There was a vulnerability in Sebastian that I didn’t see in Dom or Mason that really seemed to grab me.  He has a drinking problem and it wasn’t until he hit bottom and he acknowledged his problem things slowly started improving.   He was finally able to make himself a priority and I think that gave him the opportunity to open himself up for live.

Maelie is amazing and heartbreaking at the same time.  I loved her from the moment I met her.  She impressed me so much with being self sufficient though she didn’t have to struggle as much as did.  She had a huge and difficult decision to make and I feel like she made the best one for her.

I hate to say bye to these three wonderful couples but I don’t see us finding a long lost Adams brother unless…….

This book was a nice way to wrap things up but I wouldn’t mind running into these guys again in the future.

At All (Adams Brothers, #3)At All by Mindy McKinley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

At All (Adams Brothers, #3) by Mindy McKinley was a great 5 star read.
I was pulled right in from the beginning.

Maelie is a music teacher and loves it. Her father keeps trying to get her to follow in his footsteps but she has no desire to. She meets Sebastian in a hilarious way that left her with quite the goosebump.

Sebastian isn’t excited about teaching music but he has been forced by his band to get cleaned up and this is the only choice he has at the moment. Once he can prove himself he hopes to be accepted back.

There are a couple of incidents where Maelie talks to Sebastian about his noise levels. These two also have a connection building up between them and when Maelie ends up needing Sebastian’s help they finally give in. And boy do we get some steamy moments.

Will these two work through the issues and have a HEA? Will their careers interfere?

Overall this was a great read. The author does a great job of pulling you in with her writing.
This was a fun enemies to lovers read, the characters were perfect for each other. 1- click and get started today on this fun series. I look forward to reading more from this author.

At All (Adams Brothers, #3)At All by Mindy McKinley
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Having read and enjoyed the previous two books in this series about the Adams brothers, I was looking forward to reading this novel and to discovering Sebastian Adams story. Sebastian was the best tenor saxophonist in the country but now he is back home in Chicago teaching private lessons after one to many alcohol fuelled mistakes. Struggling with teaching things become complicated when Maelie Barre moves into the studio next to his. Maelie is a successful and respected violin teacher who has spent her life in her fathers shadow, as he is a world famous violinist. She didn’t have time for men until her new studio neighbour turns out to be a very sexy saxophonist. Even though Seb finds Maelie a bit too uptight and they seem to have constant arguments he can’t deny their chemistry and following a very hot kiss neither can she. However, Maelie is reluctant to upend her quiet life and Seb is supposed to be proving he can go without alcohol and women. I loved Seb and Maelie and their chemistry really came across in the narrative and led to some steamy scenes. As usual the storyline flowed well and the plot had plenty going on to keep me happily turning the pages. I was hooked from page one and felt totally immersed in the story. ‘At All’ can be read as a standalone story but I would recommend reading the other books in the series first to get to know the Adams brothers better.

At All (Adams Brothers, #3)At All by Mindy McKinley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is the 3rd book in the Adams Brother’s series.I loved all these stories. I love how the brothers are single and proud and all it takes is one woman to change that and change them for the better. In this book we follow the youngest brother Sebastian Adams.
With his two brother’s happily settled down and his mum due to remarry Sebastian realises just how lonely he is.

However when he makes an alcohol infused mistake that leads him to rehab he has to give up his old life style. That means no touring with his band, no drinking and no women.

He seems fine with that after all music is his passion and if no women means he can get back touring with his band then so be it.
That is until he meets Maelie.

Maelie is a teacher at the store where Sebastian is now working. After a bumpy start between them and a few arguments over noise their attraction becomes too much to bear.

One kiss is all it takes to turn Sebastian world upside down. Should he be entertaining entertaining idea of being with Maelie? How can a woman be more addictive to him that alcohol? Can he be the type of man to have a relationship with a women like his brothers do?

At All (Adams Brothers, #3)At All by Mindy McKinley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is the third of the Adams brothers series and this time it is the turn of Sebastian Adams,he is the youngest of the three brothers, but he is still successful. In his own right as a jazz musician, where he plays the tenor saxophone with the Jazzmen, or at least he was until an alcohol fueled mistake sent him back home and into recovery, but it is harder than it looks and when he ends up teaching in a music store, he realises that he has no idea what to do with all the time he now has. Maelie Barre is the daughter of a world-famous violinist who is just as talented, but she prefers to teach the violin rather than perform with one, plus she is successful at it and her students love her, not to mention that she is writing a pedagogy book and trying things with her students to see how the exercises would work with their intended audience. Both of these musicians end up next door to each other at the store and are introduced to each other when she walks face first into the door which Sebastian has just opened up in front of her to let their boss out of his room, but when they see each other for the first time, they have no idea how to act around each other, but at least Maelie can blame it on her head, Sebastian just just has to use his notable charm to cover his reactions up.

When Maelie gets home, she is bombarded by her housemate with questions and concerns which she doesn’t really mind, but tries not to show it. The next day Sebastian is woken up at an ungodly hour by one of his brothers who is trying to convince him to go running with him, but Sebastian just wants to go to bed, but he appreciates his brother checking in on him and offers to come over for a boys night with his other brother if he feels lonely. Meanwhile, when Maelie arrives at the studio the next day, her thoughts are still filled with Sebastian and the fact that he will be next door, but she tries to push them aside and prepare for her students, however, when Sebastian gets in, she ends up having to go and see him to demand he keeps the noise down so she can actually do some teaching. When Sebastian’s first student arrives, he goes into full panic mode and fumbles his way through while sweating profusely and wishing he had come in with more of a plan.

The next day, Maelie and Sebastian have another confrontation about the noise, but they also cannot deny the attraction between them and how itis developing the more arguments they have, but neither of them want to admit it to the other, however, their bodies aren’t getting the memo and when Sebastian ends up having to give Maelie a lift home when her car breaks down, they can’t deny it any longer and end up getting kissing and this just sets off a chain reaction, but will they give into temptation, or will other outside influences stop their passion in its tracks, as they help each other to recover from life’s challenges? This is a scorching romance which will pull you along in its wake and leave you wanting to know how the story ends and not letting you go until you find out.

When a dark sexy handsome saxophonist rents the studio next Maelie will her would turnaround just as its getting settled.

Maelie is from violin royalty her father is a brilliant violinist and while she appreciated all that came with the fame of her father she too has passion for the instrument but wants to be acknowledged for her own ability. Which brings her to now, she is comfortable and has found true passion in teaching this wonderful instrument. While her life is going along on track, what happens next may knock her straight of course with her new neighbour in the studio.

Seb is at the height of his career and when all that comes crashing down after partying to hard and drinking excessively he needs to regroup and prove to himself and his peers that he is okay to come back into the world he left so abruptly. He decides to teach the instrument which has given him the greatest pleasure but boy if he thought teaching would be easy think again. Then add in the sexy uptight neighbour who is invading his dreams will he every be able to go back to old life again.

I loved this series and all the brothers but I think Seb has always been my favourite with his hint of bad boy about him, this book was a great look into the character and see that actually he is sweet as the others. The story was well developed and flowed through brilliantly with the interactions between these two characters. I love Mindy’s writing and this does not disappoint to conclude this series with no real what if questions. Although these books are great reading as a series I feel that they can also be read as a stand alone story and you would get just as much excitement.

I can’t wait to read more books by this wonderful author.

At All (The Adams Brothers Book 3) by Mindy McKinley was absolutely amazing; I had such a hard time putting it down. I would definitely read these books in order as the characters are reoccurring and you get more of the back story. This is the story of Maelie Barre & Sebastian Adams. Maelie is the daughter of a world famous violinist and has spent her whole life living in his shadow. So she is trying to figure out how to make it on her own. Teaching is a passion of hers and when she gets a job she’s excited, but what she didn’t expect was what comes next. Sebastian is a saxophonist who has ran into a lot of trouble with alcohol and needs to redeem himself. He landed a teaching job alongside Maelie but what he didn’t expect was the attraction between them. Will things work out for them? How far are they willing to go? This book will keep you on your toes and you won’t be disappointed.

This is the 3rd book in the Adam Brothers series and I think it might have been my favourite (although I did really enjoy the first two). Seb was such a surprise for me, having met him in the previous books I wasn’t 100% sure about him but my mind has definitely been changed! I loved Maelie, she was a great character and her and Seb together was amazing to read about! I loved every second of their story. They both have their own issues to overcome but together they were wonderful!
The story was brilliant, well-paced with a great flow. The characters were great to read about and as I said before this is definitely my favourite from this series! I definitely recommend this book and the whole series!

Because they are really great also , so make sure you read each one. But this one just spoke to me in a different way and I was so sad when I reached the end. At All is the 3rd book in the Adams Brothers series by Mindy McKinley. Each book in the series can be read as a standalone. As this is such a great series I would recommend that you read all 3 books, so it would make sense to then read them in order so as not to create spoilers. Each book contains the story of one of the Adams brothers. Having read the first 2, I could not wait to read Sebastian’s story as he seemed to be such a tortured soul.
I absolutely adored Sebastian and Maelie’s story. Tenor saxophone player Sebastian has been thrown out of his band due to his problems with alcohol and women. He’s to spend 6 months sober and celibate before the band will allow him back in. Teaching saxophone during his 6 month sabbatical Sebastian meets fellow teacher, violinist Maelie Barre who has demons of her own to deal with.
Mindy McKinley has written a very entertaining book. I loved the storyline and Sebastian and Maelie provided so many laughs and amusing situations which made this book a pleasure to read. It’s not all fun and games though and the path to true love never runs smooth and this story is not without it’s trials and tribulations for the couple.
I also adored catching up with the couples from the first to books in the series and getting updates in their lives. My only issue with this series is that the boy’s mother didn’t have more than 3 sons as I’d really love to read more from this amazing family.

This is a full length novel. In this book you will find a little bit of music mixed with a whole lot of romance. I recommend you read the series in order. That way you will be caught up and take off with At All.

Maelie Barre is trying to make a name for herself. Music is her passion, but she must do this on her own. It is hard having a father who is famous in the music field. Nonetheless, she is determined to go places on her own. Teaching is also a passion her father will never understand. In walks the most handsome man she has ever seen. Music Maelie? Sebastian is a jazz player who has gotten himself into trouble with his band. Forced to take a break and get his life under control. He steps into the music studio as a Jazz instructor. No more partying for him. He must get back on track if he plans to join back up with his band. Two complete opposite people teaching two different instruments, play two different genres. What a challenge this will be. Can Maelie and Sebastian work through their differences?

Mindy McKinley has done it again. This the third story for the Adams Brothers. What a romantic rollercoaster you are about to take. Well written, fast paced and keeps you reading until the very end. You will love the characters! Maelie and Sebastian make you want to swoon. But keep reading there is more to come. Well Done Mindy McKinley! Well Done!

At All is the third book in the Adam Brothers series by Mindy McKinley. This is my favourite of the series, so far- which took me by surprise, because having met Sebastian previously I wasn’t sure I was going like him at all. This is an enemies to lovers contemporary romance- with drama, music, tension, steam, and emotion .
This is Sebastian (Seb) and Maelie’s story. Seb’s bad choices have resulted in his forced time away from the band. He’ll need to prove he’s recovered, before he’ll be allowed back. He decides to give lessons as a way of filling in time and keep him connected to music. He thinks it will be a breeze. Bet reality proves him wrong. Add Maelie to the mix, with her own complications- and this story had me avidly reading to find out how everything would play out.
A wonderful addition to the series!

Thank you, Mindy McKinley!

At All by Mindy McKinley is book three of the Adams Brothers series. I couldn’t get enough of this series and this book! I read it in one sitting!

This book is Sebastian’s story. We saw a bit of Seb in Mason’s book and I wasn’t sure I was going to like him. Seb redeems himself throughout his story. Seb hit his rock bottom and now he has to work to prove he’s made a recovery. To keep himself busy while he’s grounded from touring, he teaches music lessons. He’s not psyched about it but he needs something and this keeps him close to music. This is where he meets Maelie. Maelie is happy with her life. Teaching is her dream even if her father thinks she should be performing. Maelie and Seb meet at the music store but they don’t exactly hit it off at first. Seb is convinced he can win her over though.

I really enjoyed reading Seb and Maelie’s story. I loved watching them develop. Seb redeemed himself in my eyes and I grew to love his character. I highly recommend this book and the series!

I just can’t believe how much I loved this story. I really was looking forward to Seb’s and I was worried it might be too dark. I was bothered for no reason. I was concerned he would be self centered but nope…Seb is just the nicest, sweetest guy. I enjoyed getting to know a bit more about him. Maelie is exactly what he needs. I could see it coming about as they got to know each other. I really could feel the connection between these two.

I love love LOVED all the great scenes with his brothers and family. The fun and teasing makes me just smile fondly and I just soak it up. I have a few fun passages highlighted just as a reminder how thankful I was to get to know this family.

This author does a good job of making me enjoy the book as well as fall for these characters. The is a last book of a wonderful series. It you want a light hearted story and leaves you with the feel-good fuzzies….pick this or this series up.
