Spoilsport by Belinda Williams.is the second book in the Pierce Brothers series. I thought this book was even better than the first one and I loved the mix of seriousness and comedy. I thought the author got the balance just right which added a depth to the book. Luke and Nadia are great characters. They have such a strong chemistry but there are so many things in their way. I enjoyed what the author did with the book as a whole. I thought it was entertaining and a great read from start to finish. I can’t wait to see what is next from this author.

I think this book is pretty awesome. First of all I love the idea of shaping elemnts… I always wanted to do it myself but you guys know… is not quite possible. They whole story around Talise is pretty awesome. We are not talking about someone who had everything but someone who worked for what she has and honestly it shows us how worth it is it. In my opinion the world building is pretty amazing because is not easy to create a world that you truly believe is real. I felt I was going to get outside my house and be instantly there. I love the work Kay L. Moody has done here and I can confident say that if you love elements shapers and a great story, this book is for you. I don’t know if I have any more word to describe how great it is and unbelievable how much someone can get immerse in this world.

Okay… wow! I took a few days after reading this wonderful story to gather my thoughts and emotionally heal. Overall, I am giving this book 5/5 stars. Amy Argent’s “Come Back Tomorrow” is beautiful and gave me all of the feels including tears, awe, anger, happiness, and love (in no specific order). This story of fighting cancer gave me a new perspective on what patients go through as they decide to forgo medicine and how their pain can impact friends, family members, and partners. I am looking forward to, and hopefully not crying through, book 2.

We pick back up with Vanessa and Grey in the Underworld in this book; but luckily for all of the readers we get some bits of the other brothers as well. 🥰 Elysium is supposed to be the best part of the Underworld but when Vanessa gets there – it’s quiet, colorless and feels like it’s missing something. And!! The judges of the Underworld found enough favor in her to land her right in Grey’s living space which is enough of a shock for him to tuck tail and run. Join Vanessa as she connects with new characters and discovers more of the mystery that makes Vanessa the god magnet she is. This book was devoured in a day and I’m not even mad about it because it was such a fun read.

I’ve been a major fan of novels with Greek mythology themes and this book did not disappoint!! I was a little thrown off with the name changes for a bit at first, but I caught on eventually and the storyline is excellent; not to mention, the verbiage of the steamy scenes had me grinning like a fool. Vanessa Maan is a young woman that loves her family and loves to leave the world around her a little more beautiful than it was before she got there. Her little brother Piper is fighting cancer and all she wants is for him to beat cancer and have a chance of life. How fortuitous it must be when the Don of the Underworld moves in across the street. But is it really? Meanwhile, Reaf – who is a half brother of Mr. Grey (Don of the Underworld) finds himself drawn to Vanessa and the vibrance of person that she is. Rivalry is never pleasant when it is amongst the gods and Vanessa’s life is torn asunder with the new changes happening around her.

This was a funny romance. First off, thank you for the eye candy on the front cover. Yum! Second, it was such a wonderful experience to read a romance about a curvy woman. The story caught me from the beginning with ocean mishap and just kept going from there. It felt real and like it could be happening. The flow was smooth. I loved all the characters. They felt like people you might now and relate to. Just a really great story that you find yourself chuckling through. A quick read that you should definitely pick up and put on your reading list. I am recommending it to everyone.

This book was had me intrigued from page 1. I love shifter books and this was the first time I have read a mountain lion shifter story. The story of Cheyenne and Lane is full of pain and trouble. They had to overcome a lot. Cheyenne hoped she could find her own man before the “pull” got her. The story flowed perfect. I really didn’t want to put it down because I could relate to Cheyenne. She wanted to do her own thing away from her family in the small town. Lane just wanted to get away from his past. Together they worked to over come a lot. The characters are well-written and relatable. The plot feels like it could have come from anybody’s life (take away the shifter part, lol). Fantastic book that kept my interest all the way. Give it awhirl. Great read, you won’t be sorry. Highly recommend.

I loved this book and I loved the characters. Nadia and Luke have a second chance at love but after the first time, I don’t think Nadia will give him the second chance. I think Nadia needs to get a grip though. Like was separated….he wasn’t involved with his wife when he met Nadia.
Now Nadia buys a house that pretty Much needs to be gutted because everything is wrong with it. From the holes in the floor and the faulty electric, this house is an accident waiting to happen. Good thing Nadia’s best friends have connections. Nadia wants to have anyone but Luke work on her home but, his quote comes in way less then anyone’s. Luke owns the company so his quote is without his share. Luke had very strong feelings for Nadia during their short relationship and now with him working for you and being so close to her, what will happen? Will Nadia finally see him for the nice, caring, hot, dependable person he is? I thought this book was very well written. I didnt like Nadia at the very beginning but then things become clearer. Cannot wait for Seth’s book!

This is a collection of a book series by an author that I’m very familiar with thanks to other books from her that I have read. I think she has a wonderful way of describing her characters and the world building is simply fabulous. I love that she decided to take the first four books in this series and make them into one book. I’m always a fan of an omnibus. This series is written for the young adult readers but as me and several of my friends have decided it’s more worthy of being an adult novel. However, if you would like your young adult to read it, they will thoroughly enjoy it as well. This is a book that is very innocent and decent for the younger reader in your life and would make a great Christmas gift if you wanted to gift it. I got a bit of a Harry Potter feeling while reading it because these kids are also sent to an academy to help learn and hone their own magical crafts. I am a huge fan, and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into the next collection of this series.

This was a really quick and entertaining read about Len and Leann. Leann is Betsy’s sister. We met Betsy in Check Out (Book 1). Their story is pretty simple and romantic. Two people with hurts that fall in love. Len is a pretty straight forward fellow who tries to make sure she is treated right. I loved how the book was written. A happy read that brings two through challenges to realize how much they love and care about each other. Almost a “Hallmark” moment. I highly recommend you check out this one. A quick weekend read for those cold weekends when you are stuck inside.

I will admit, it was a little bit of a slow read for me, but I LOVE this story! Very well written story line, and I fell in love with the characters at each level of change within the story! Nadia is giving all the vibes of an independent yet broken young woman, fighting with this crazy possessed home. This woman is fighting to create her own life, and deals with family drama (who doesn’t have any, amirite?), and then meets up AGAIN with this handsome builder. The incessant fighting with him was so fun to experience, as it felt realistic! I understand her desires to stay within her own boundaries….but who can really fight against true love for long?!? Great story with twists and turns, and now I want to know more about all of the Pierce Brothers!

Twilight’s Curse is the first book in the Twilight Realm Series. The series is about elves in one of the five realms: Day, Night, Dawn, Light, and Twilight. This book focuses on the royals in the Twilight realm. The book starts out with Prince Phoenix being woken up and whisked away from the danger that has invaded the Royal Tree. He watches as his parents are murdered, and he is helpless to defend them. The rest of the story follows him as he grows up safely tucked away and going by the name of Nix. As a reader, we grow to love Nix and the man he is becoming. We share in his bewilderment of Zoe, but we grow to love her as he does. Together, they must work to defeat the evil in their realm and reclaim what has been stolen from them. I loved this book so much, and I loved watching the characters grow. I cannot wait for further books in the series!

My only complaint about this short story is that it was to short!! I wanted to keep reading about this Vulture shape shifter, who is sent to help a dying soul, in a city that his “kind” is banned from! Feeling a pull and restlessness, he makes the dangerous journey to Mandara to help the soul come to peace and move on, but man is he in for a few surprises!! Because vultures touch the dead they are shunned and it’s forbidden for them to take mates. But fate always throws some twists in life when you least expect! So what happens when the soul he’s helping has a couple dying wishes that go against all the rules and also holds some secrets of their own?! Will this young Vulture do his job and make a record of her life and her secrets!? Will the soul get her wishes and pass peacefully? Will the cities’ people find the forbidden Vulture in their city and take the law into their own hands? Can they fight what society deems wrong and overcome the hatefulness many have towards them? Ushering souls to move on is their job, yet they are outcasts because of it. This Vulture has many things to overcome, but will he be able to? I hope the author write more! I can totally see this short turned into a series!! I LOVED IT!!!!!
Spoilsport is the 2nd book in the Pierce Brothers series by Belinda Williams. Each book is focussed on one of the Pierce brothers and can be read as a standalone. However, if you are going to read more than one I suggest you read them in order to prevent spoilers. One thing I love about Belinda Williams’ books is that they are set in Australia. It makes such a nice change from reading books set in the US and the UK. I love that I get to know more about different places. Spoilsport tells the story of the oldest Pierce brother Luke and Nadia who is the best friend of Chelsea, the heroine of the first book. Nadia and Luke have history which ended badly and now Nadia hates him. Or does she really? When Luke’s company is given the job of renovating Nadia’s house the sparks are sure to fly. Nadia is one very feisty woman. Hell, I’d be scared of her. I really loved reading Nadia and Luke’s story. I was pulled into the story from the very beginning and was certainly kept entertained and engaged throughout by Nadia’s feisty antics and Luke trying to keep the peace. This story flows really well and has great characters, including Luke’s adorable 9 year old daughter Esme. I’m a real sucker for a cute kid in a book and Esme really is cute. I’d definitely recommend this book.

I love Christmas and romance so put the two together and its magical. Olivia’s sister Jane sounds like a real witch. I don’t understand how any sister can one, feel like they are better than their sister and two, steal away that sister’s boyfriend, it makes me so furious. I like how Olivia just said screw it and booked a cruise instead of spending the holiday with her sister and seeing her ex, awkward. The way she meets Jace is so crazy, how did a man that she wrote on paper become real. I felt like their relationship moved too fast in a short amount of time, but that could also be “Santa” working his “Christmas magic” they seem perfect for each other, and I really like seeing Jace in love with Olivia while caring nothing about Jane. The pace of this book is nice and steady. The twist on what happens to Jane is nice, and the issue between Jace and Olivia is fun to watch. I really enjoyed reading this couple’s story.

Thus was a enjoyable, no an amazing read. I loved the how the females in the story appeared to be very strong minded and more of the dominant and struck me more as the alphas than the male at certain times which was a main contribute to the book. Fast read for me, and truly loved it! Freaking amazing story!
This story was a shape shifter book, so of course I had to pick this one up, as I love all those type of stories, this one truly delivered and then some! It was more of shifters meeting and drama with their romance. The story had action and the drama, and love that can go deeper than the grass on a night with a moon being your light! I personally loved the drama side with Cheyenne and her siblings, as they are lion shifters and they are selected for mates, they worry as how their father was. I did not expect that part of the story to come into play, it was a good addition that added to the story and developments of the characters, Cheyenne was for sure my favorite, she changed more than her form, was very admirable!
Cheyenne and Lane, were awesome characters, especially when put together on the same page. I loved Lane almost as much as i admired Cheyenne. For me, though they were each other’s chosen mate. They struck me as a very realistic couple, I mean life is no fairy tale, and you have to go though a lot to get to that happy ending. Again, this is where the character development of Cheyenne really comes into play, from her development with her heart, her trust, and allowing herself to care and more, especially from the trauma she endured. I was hooked with this book, finished it quickly, and I still long for more!
As I have made clear the writing was amazing, and I really loved how the story went about and how all things came together. I did love truly the female lions and how strong they were, they were no easy prey to say for sure! The ways of pack was an interesting thing to learn about, and I enjoyed seeing how things went about with all things that contributed to the story! Amazing, fun and a good read. A must read!

This book was a great rom com, and very enjoyable from the start. I loved how things started off all the way to the ending of the book. It was very enjoyable and a light hearted read, with moments that brought on the humor as well as the charming moments between our characters. Great read!
I loved how different our main two characters were, and in reality, how much they were the same. I love reading stories where the characters get all these signs as Nadia and Luke did about them being destined to be together, but as modern day people the signs were ignored. Especially by Nadia. The character growth was amazing, again I really enjoyed Nadia’s change the most. I can say I know from experience that letting your guard down is no easy task, but sometimes its something that we all must do?
What was different for me, with this rom com was the true manipulation between these two. Yes the whole enemies to lovers genre, but the games they played on one another was very fun and different, and yes it was unexpected. It really added to the story to what it was. I had a lot of fun reading this book in the series, and I will for sure continue to read the rest of the series by this author!
Again, this was a rather remarkable and enjoyable read for sure. I had a lot of fun, and the characters and plot were different from others I read, and made this story stand out from the rest. The character’s background and development was very realistic, which I loved. Highly recommend this gem of a read!

Unlikely to Fit is the second book in the Parker Lake series by the wonderful Olivia Sherwood and it is absolutely fantastic!!! I fell in love with these characters in the first book and I was so happy to be able to read their individual stories this time. I simply could not put the book down and greedily read it in one day. OMG I haven’t laughed out loud so hard, while reading a book in ages!!! Griffs MeeMaw is absolutely hysterical!!!! I hope I am that sassy at 90! Griff and Breckin have both had their hearts totally broken, in very different ways, but being able to understand each others pain is something that I think helps them bond and a new love to grow. They are just such wonderful characters and from start to finish you want only the best for them. They will face some more heartache and some twists and turns along the way but together they can get through anything. Do yourself a huge favour and head on over to Parker, you won’t regret it!

I was excited to read this story. We met Nadia and Luke in the last book. They really seemed like oil and water. I knew fireworks were going to happen. I was not disappointed. These two would have had a tougher go of it if they didn’t have friends and family.
The story is a good one but at times it seemed overly long. I almost would have preferred more action between them (not sexual but forced proximity or more run ins). I also feel the storyline with Esme did not get finished.
Overall this is a good story that gives the feels. We get to see a lot of the two MC from book 1 who help the story along.

Wow what a fun read Spoilsport by Belinda Williams is! I have to admit I absolutely loved the fact that it was set in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region, being a Hunter Valley girl myself it was so much fun being able to completely connect with the places mentioned. Don’t worry though anyone reading this Fab book will love it, you don’t have to be a local to enjoy it. The path to love is definitely not a smooth one for Nadia and Luke and at times I wanted to scream at Nadia to wake up to herself and see what an amazing guy Luke is. To me that’s the sign of a great book if you are that involved the characters become so very real to you. Each of the children possess a special talent that makes them a force to be reckoned with. Will the death of their abusive, narcissistic mother bring the siblings back together?
I really enjoyed this book. I read it quickly and couldn’t put it down most of the time. There was always a mystery to be solved in it. Byrd Nash has a way of writing her characters and describing everything that has you picturing everything as you go. I do like how she kept you wondering what more could possibly happen and how deep did the corruption in this odd town go. Definitely glad I read it and I would read more by Byrd Nash!
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a good mystery with a magical twist and witches to boot! There are so many things happening throughout this book that you will never be bored. It will keep you turning those pages.

Whew, I loved this story! Its got a little bit of everything – wounded hero, a feisty heroine, and enough chemistry to blow you away! First of all, hard not to love Hud. I loved watching this relationship play out as well. I felt like characters were realistic and that the way romance unfolded was realistic. My first book by this author, but def won’t be my last. Thank you for bringing me a great read that I couldn’t put down!

I have read a few books from this author and she continues to blow my mind. This is the fourth book in The Caught series. You can read this book as a stand alone but there are some previous characters in this story as well. I was so excited when I got this book I stopped everything and started to read it immediately. I was hooked on the first page and could not put it down until the end. I can’t wait to see what she will write about next.
Bryant Bellamy was told by his dying mother that he had to make things right. He sends his two kids to live with their mother so he can make things right. Bryant has no idea where this guy could be but he was told he moved to a small town in Oregon. He is only on a mission and then going home but he meets the beautiful Aubrey. Bryant is attracted to her but she tells him that she will be leaving town soon. They are both targets to a new stalker and they become close. Will they find out who it is or will it be too late?

Red’s Peril Part 1: The making of an MC Prez (Satan’s Devils MC Vegas Chapter) by Manda Mellett is a really good read! This is an MC romance, with mystery, danger, drama and more. In this story, we follow Red, who is mentioned in previous books of the Satan’s Devils MC series. Red, in search of warmer weather to ride his Harley year round, is on a mission of self discovery. He meets a waitress, at a café he’s stopped at and one thing leads to another and well, you know… things happen. He hasn’t always had it easy and climbed his way to the top to become the Prez of the Satan’s Devils Vegas Chapter. But is there more? Is this all there is for him? The book did end in a cliffhanger and I’m excided to read Part 2 to see how things play out!

This was a great 5 star read. I was pulled in right from the beginning. You could feel the connection between the characters and the author does a great job with their story as well.
Both Elgin and Mary Beth have things they are trying to move forward from. There is something about Elgin that calls to Mary Beth and she has the need to help him. Can these two help each other move forward? Can they have a HEA?
Overall I really enjoyed this steamy read. My emotions were all over the place. I loved Mary Beth, she was feisty and she cared deeply about helping Elgin. Elgin tugged at my heart strings with the things from his past. If your looking for a great erotic romance I highly suggest this one. 1-click and get started today.
