As a student studying Greek mythology, Celtic mythology piqued my interest and the modern spin on the story was the icing on the cake! I got lost in this book, like no one is parenting the children lost. It was such an awesome story and was written so well. I have never read a book like this one and it was such a refreshing change for me. The author wrote it so eloquently and in a way that made me yearn for more information with every page I turned. Loved how it ended and couldn’t recommend enough!

Alyssa is an overwhelmed graduate student trying to get through her dissertation on Celtic history. She’s recently had multiple losses including her fiancée just walking out on her and she’s at her wits end, only to come across footprints around her house suggesting she has a intended burgler or stalker. Knowing she needs a security firm she reaches out to Rowans firm but gets so much more than she bargains for… it turns out these two are the answers to one another’s needs and they didn’t even know it. Rowan discovers secrets hidden from Alyssa and he also discovers who Alyssa is to him. Can Alyssa take on the role necessary to help break the curse of the Morrigan?
This story is full of adult themes and is spicy 50 shades meets Paranormal themes. There is a ton of dialog in some sections but if you can be patient it absolutely enriches the story but can go on in excess at times. This series will be intense and I’m intrigued for more.

Alyssa has always had a fascination for Celtic history, so much so that she was majoring in it for school. Little did she know that the myths she enjoyed weren’t myths at all and that her heritage traced back to it. Her parents died when she was quite young and was raised by her grandmother who kept Alyssa oblivious to the fact that she was a talisman.
A warrior is nothing without his weapon, name and talisman. Or so the saying goes. Rowan has ⅔ of these things and he’s running out of time to find the third before he is taken across the ford. All warriors have until their 28th birthday to find their talisman before the Morrigan comes to collect. Rowan’s birthday is coming up. He has pretty much accepted his fate until he meets Alyssa.
Instantly Alyssa catches his attention. When he finds out she is his talisman, he is ecstatic. Unfortunately Alyssa has no idea what a talisman is and what is required of them. All she knows is this handsome man has shown interest in her. Used to being the less attractive friend, she is reluctant to believe that this man could want her.
They have very little time to convince Alyssa she is a talisman and to train her before the Morrigan starts her attack. Can they defeat a Celtic goddess or were they doomed from the beginning?
I really enjoyed this book. It was filled with interesting Celtic lore, handsome warriors, and action themes. Also had romance, spice and a couple of zombie warriors. I could not put this book down. The author did an amazing job building the world. They are very clearly knowledgeable in what they wrote. All the characters were unique in their own way making each one lovable.

Talisman is the beginning of a series of books that involve warriors, talismans, Celtic folklore, and powerful paranormal powers and a bit of steamy sex! How could this get any better? Rowan is a warrior and as such must find his talisman before his 28th birthday and with only a few months to go, the hope is looking dim. But then a woman walks into his business seeking protection and a sense of security at her house and that’s where our story begins of how Rowan found his talisman in Alyssa and how they prepared for the goddesses return. Poor Alyssa had no idea of the protection spells, charms, and amulets that kept her safe and she definitely did not know who or what she was. Along comes Rowan and turns her world upside down. Does she have what it takes to be a talisman for her warrior? Such a great diverse cast of characters with very strong personalities and the sex scenes were steamy! I absolutely loved this book and the Celtic lore and legend written into the story is fantastic! I want to find my warrior now!!!

This book is my favourite one of the series so far. What a connection between the main characters. You could feel it from the moment they interacted and across each and every page. They drew me into the story and had me gripped right to the end. This series is honestly getting better with each book. I thought this one was so well written and engaging. I could have kept reading it long after the book ended. This author was already one of my one click authors and this book is exactly why. I loved this story and cannot wait for whatever comes next.

As he thrusts himself into her life and inundates her with information that her grandmother should have given her, she becomes even more overwhelmed. It’s not every day that you find out that you are destined to break a centuries old curse on the families of warriors and talismans. This was a fascinating read in the sense that I felt like I was learning and reading a story. The characters all had relatable insecurities as the work together to defeat the Morrigan. I think the author did a wonderful job of writing a wallflower’s perspective of being thrust into an unknown world and trying to navigate everything essentially as an outsider. Having to earn trust is huge, especially when it has been broken before. As the first book in the series, it left the door open for more exciting things to happen. Looking forward to seeing what comes next!

I really enjoyed this story and can’t wait for the next book in the series. The story was well – written and easy to follow. The characters have depth and are relatable, to an extent. This book gives you a little bit of everything; action, mythology, and romance. Worth the read!

Titanian Warrior is the third book in the Titanian Chronicles and is a Romance/Fantasy that once you start reading there’s no stopping until you finish. I developed this book in one afternoon I had to know what was going to happen next. This authors style of writing along with her creative characters make for one heck of a story. Faiza and Hagen have incredible chemistry from the moment they meet. They make the it feel like you are right there with them. There’s a couple of twists and turns that had me turning the pages trying to figure out what was going to happen next. I highly recommend reading this book where one person holds the key to a destiny that is loaded with danger and could quite possibly destroy everyone. I look forward to reading many more books by this author.

Titanian Warrior is the third book in the Titanian Chronicles by Victoria Saccenti. I know I keep saying this, but this really is such a fantastic series-and only seems to get better with each new instalment. As expected, this is a wonderfully written paranormal romance with such rich and descriptive storytelling, and quite clever detailing, which really helps to bring the whole story to life. Along with the other two books, this is an extremely intriguing fantasy-with action, adventure, good vs evil, supernatural beings, love, loss, a little mystery, drama, danger, tension, mythology, evil sorcerer/necromancer, magic, fate, and surprising developments. Again, Ms. Saccenti’s world building is both imaginative and well-constructed, and results in another richly vivid tale. Although this could be read as a standalone, I don’t recommend it. So, if you haven’t read the other two books in this series, then I strongly suggest that you do before starting on this book- as knowing what has happened previously will definitely enhance your reading experience of this book, as well as the series as a whole. The cover art on this book gives you a good idea of what the story is about. Creepy ghost clowns mixed with teenage uncertainty make this story a page turner. The supernatural twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat! The author did well with the high school drama and wrote an incredible story. Happy reading!

I am kicking myself for not finding this series sooner! Greek Gods, Titans, Elves, Vampires, Weres, and Daemon’s Titanian Chronicles has it all! Even though I started at this book and did not read the previous ones, Saccenti ensured that it was easy to fall right into her world and be encapsulated by it, and Faiza and Hagens story!! I am a sucker for an all consuming love story like this and Titanian Warrior was such a pleasure to read! With well written characters that are just so fun to get to know like Talaith and Maya to Lillith making my jaw actually drop! Titanian Chronicles has something for every paranormal romance lover out there! I highly recommend it! I cannot wait to read the first three books in this unique and unpredictable series!

I was consumed (from page one) into an adventurous, good versus evil world, which was filled with curses, battles, instant attraction && LOVE!! Titanian Warrior is the third installment to the Titanian Chronicles series by Victoria Saccenti. With the author’s phenomenal writing, she has a wonderful way of setting the stage for her readers. I lost all concept of time as I was pulled into the story of Faiza and Hagen’s separate journeys that unite them. Their lives are forever changed and entwined as they stand side by side with their friends and family to try to save the world from the evil necromancer Master Oras and his army. A world full of all types of supernatural beings, good versus evil, love and loss- this story has a bit of everything and is weaved together in this beautiful fantasy. I highly recommend this story, and reading the previous as well. You can read this as a standalone like I did, but I would recommend reading the previous stories as well for perhaps a bit more context. I plan to do so myself. Fantastic story!

If you enjoy Celtic Mythology then this is the book for you. I personally love mythology and the way the author modernized it made this story interesting and believable. Alyssa and Rowan both come from a strong line of warriors and talismans dating back to o e if the first wars with the gods. Unlike Rowan, Alyssa grew up oblivious about her heritage and who she is. When they meet and he explains the situation, she’s hesitant to believe his story. With her limited and bad experiences with men, she’s slow to believe that he could be interested in her. Situations arise that prove what he says is true. Can they beat the gods and have their happily ever after?
This is the first book that I have read from this author. It definitely won’t be the last. It’s a great start to this series. I’m looking forward to the next book.

I have loved reading this author’s books from the first one. This author’s books are full of action, dark romance and a great plot. She uses details to make her stories come to life as well as make her characters pop. This book is no different. This is a well written story where one person holds the key to a destiny that is full of danger that just could destroy everyone. I enjoyed how the characters pulled me into their world. They are engaging, realistic and steamy. They have a chemistry that is off the charts that starts from the moment they meet. They add so much to the story which makes it easy to read. They have great growth throughout which makes it entertaining. There are a couple of twists and turns that I didn’t see coming, that you don’t want to miss. This is a fast paced story that is hard to put down. I highly recommend this book and this author.

4.5 stars Titanian’s Warrior is the third book in the paranormal Titanian Chronicles by Victoria Saccenti. I thought that The Last Danann was the last book but am glad that it is not. This series is a paranormal fantasy series that you will find yourself pulled into. Each book gets better and better as the story progresses. Victoria’s world is only limited by your imagination. It is intense and intriguing and you find it hard to put down. He is a Titanian warrior and he has been looking for the one thing that can make him whole. Now he is bloody and broken and in the midst of evil only there is no one to save him. Her family delivered her into the hands of evil but she is not the only one. Now she must find a way to help not only herself but someone who sets her on fire. Will she be the catalyst to destroy it all? I can’t to see what comes next.

I devoured this book ! I personally love the thought of ancient mythology being part of modern real life, so for me the whole idea was fantastic. There were moments when Alyssa annoyed me a bit, but that was only because I would have thrown myself at Rowan entirely too enthusiastically, it’s not her fault. She was doing the right thing! There is eternal love, sweetness, adventure, magic & mystery, & spice. Everything I adore just wrapped up like a sexy little present . This is the 3rd book in the Titanian Chronicles. I do recommend reading the other books first however the story can stand on its own. If you read the first books you have a better understanding of the other characters and how they all fit together. This is another amazing paranormal adventure story that will keep you gripped from the beginning. I love the whole fated mates part of these stories and how no matter what even when all hope is lost their mates show up. This is definately a story of good vs evil and how a good person can lose his way and risk turning to darkness.. It’s a very emotional story with lots of danger and action as well as a all consuming romance between Hagen and Faiza. There is plenty of mystery and magic as well and even Faiza isn’t all she seems. This story is an amazing collection of all aspects I love. From paranormal/magical beings, a romance that makes you fall so fast and deep and action and danger which keeps you fighting for these characters to succeed.

Let me start with wow! I absolutely loved this book and am now fighting to find the whole series! It is hard to find a book with Celtic knowledge and the use of Morrigan as a goddess. This was the whole reason for me to read the book. If you are into Celtic goddesses, it is the book for you. Tam began the book with the perfect backstory to pull you in. Her use of similes and metaphors are vivid and bring so much life to how you envision the story. It has just the right amount of sex with a perfect story line. I was easily sucked in and lost track of time and was done before I even realized it and ready for book two! One of my new favorite books for sure!

I found this book kept me enthralled right from the beginning. I started the series with book 2. This book is full of drama, mysterious and supernatural things. Lots of drama, suspense, some romance. You won’t be able to put it down once you start. Hagen and Faiza have an instant connection that Master O obviously doesn’t want. This keeps you so involved in the plot. The characters are so well written into the story. They fit right into the plot. It’s a wonderful story that you should read. You could read stand alone but I’m going to recommend read the series. This book was not what I was expecting at all. It was way more. This is the third book in the series and I have not read the first two books. I was able to catch up on everything but feel that reading the beginning of the series is going to be really beneficial. However, that doesn’t mean that I didn’t enjoy this book. It hooked me right from the beginning because of the vivid way in which the author writes and creates this magical realm of amazing possibilities. You can almost visual this book to the point of feeling like you are watching a show on the television, rather than actually reading a book. The author takes you on a journey through the whole book which gives you glimpses of paranormal things and magical powers. This book has an amazing narrative and dialogue throughout the book. It isn’t over done with conversations and there are no super long winded narratives that don’t need to be there. The twists and turns this book takes you on will make you feel as if you are on a wonderful rollercoaster and can’t see when the next drop is going to be. It will give you just the right amount of romance for the action that is in the book. It isn’t super heavy in one area but a good combination of everything. It didn’t take me long to read this book. Although the storyline to this book is one that is a fairly common theme I really enjoyed that this book felt fresh and not over done. The author has written a book that is exciting and has left me looking forward to the rest of the series. Rowan and Alyssa are definitely what this book is all about. Their chemistry was undeniable and I loved watching the dynamic between them as it developed throughout the story. I never really knew where things were going to go with this story. The author has done a great job of keeping you on your toes, throwing in curve balls when you least expect it. This was a really great book and a brilliant way to start a new series.

Tam DeRudder Jackson, a fantasy and paranormal author, is a first time read for me. I love stories involving mythology, legends, and folklore so I was very excited to read Talisman. There is a lot of Celtic mythology that was touched on in Talisman that would be impossible to cover in one book, but I felt like Jackson did a pretty good job of explaining the relevant information in connection with the story. The story line flowed well from one aspect to another. The characters were realistic and fairly well-developed, even though many were goddesses and other legendary entities. There is a romantic aspect involved in Talisman as well that I found interesting. The deep connection between a Warrior and their Talisman is envious. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series!

I really enjoyed this book. It was exciting and full of adventure. Alyssa and Rowan’s story was an epic love story. They had to battle a great evil to find their happy ending. I loved the author’s vivid story telling and really could not put the book down until I finished it. I look forward to reading more from this author.

I am a lover of paranormal romance and Rowan and Alyssa’s story checked all the boxes for me! I haven’t enjoyed a series this much in a while, thank you Tam DeRudder Jackson! This book was very well written, with a Hunky male warrior and a strong female lead! The dialogue Jackson uses really helps the story come to life, I could almost hear what Rowan would sound like. The inclusion of Celtic mythology is the icing on the cake and makes Talisman a really interesting and fun read! I cannot wait to get my hands on Warrior, book 2 in this bold and sexy series! I highly recommend this book to anyone in need of a date night with a book!

This book is the first in the series and will have you wanting to finish it in one sitting. This book takes you on so many twists and turns that you won’t even know what to think or what to feel. This book is well written to where you will feel the same feeling that the characters are feeling. It is an absolute page turner. The steam in the story is really tastefully done that it fits in with the story line. The steam seems valid like you can actually picture it happening the way that it does between the characters. There is a lot of dialogue with the characters in this book but it doesn’t feel overdone it gives you, the reader, further insight to what is going on and help builds for the action pact sequences that follow. There is a bit of everything in this book that will appeal to all readers. You have your paranormal elements, action packed scenes, steam from a budding romance, and characters that are handling major things and still coming into their own. It is an easy read and you will constantly keep turning the pages just to see how things are going to end up.

I enjoyed reading this paranormal romance story. This is a new author for me which I look forward to reading more from this author in the future. I found this book to be well written and just of steamy romance. This is a fast paced story that is engaging and hard to put down. A story where that has twists and turns that you won’t see coming. I enjoyed how the characters pulled me into their story with ease. The author used details to make the story realistic, I had no problems picturing myself in the story. I also enjoyed how relatable the characters are and how much they added to the story. They have great growth as well as chemistry throughout the story. This is the first book of the series and what a great start it is. I enjoyed reading this book and I highly recommend it.

This book was very different in the best way possible! I loved the story and how it really brought out Celtic history and made for a very interesting journey. It was an amazing read and a real page turner that I could not put down! This story was a unique fantasy plot I have not seen in other fantasy books before. It is a very unique story and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fantasy!
