Jerica has written a sweet romance story that is full of hope and passion. Passion for what our characters do and passion for each other.
When everything and everyone seems against your wanting to be with the one you love, how do you go on? With distance and time against them, how do they stay committed? When love knows no bounds is it enough to keep them together? Will their love stand the test of time?

This story had me in tears and ready to throw my phone. How one person can endure so much pain and suffering. Lily is this out of touch young girl who is finally getting some freedom. She wasn’t looking for love but it found her in the form of Jack. Who is a smart guy but is truly a bad boy. I enjoyed this story because it was so raw. The emotions you feel from hearing Lily’s pain and all her despair. You don’t just get a happy ever after you get a story full of ups and downs. You get to see the pain and joy that we all experience in everyday life. The author did an amazing job bringing these characters alive. They were given so much depth that this could be based on a true story. I couldn’t get enough of Jack and his bad boy ways that hide his intelligence. I felt really bad for Lily and how she was raised and how little she knew of the outside world. This is a must read the story will have you ready to beat someone for all the injustice.
Michael: A Scrooged Christmas by F.G. Adams is heart warming festive quick read. Load up on the eggnog and settle back as you will not be disappointed with what F.G. has written. This is a standalone book but several of the characters mentioned in this book are from the This is Life series.
Michael Barnes has been wallowing in his misfortune and christmas is not on this years calendar. But when someone literally knocks into him, things just may change.
Holly loves Christmas and plans on restoring the festive spirit back to the one she has loved since forever.

Attest is the second book in the Centrifuge Duet by Kylie Hillman and is just as good if not better than the first. It is a dark and twisted psychological thriller full of mind games and revenge. It’s a short story but boy does it pack a punch and when playing with the Devil you hope to God you don’t get burnt.
Xander is wondering how he got to where he is, knowing there is no depths to the evil these people have bought upon him. When he is once again pulled into a world so far removed from anything he has ever known, he knows he has no choice. Stay where he is or go to a dark and twisted place for those he loves?
I loved the way the story played out and was totally surprised as the layers were peeled away to reveal the ending. If you like reading thrillers and mind games then this is a book for you. I would love to see this duet become more.
Irrevocable is the third book in the Fated series by A.S. Roberts that is an contemporary romance with mystery and suspense, action and intrigue. A.S. Roberts books are eroticlly romantic with sexy alpha men who are hot and large and in charge. I suggest you read the books in order so you learn more about the loveable characters and the world A.S. has so wonderfully written.

Spirited Away is the fourth book in the Resort Romances series by Mary Billiter that everything you need to make a great story. It is a romance with a healthy dose of mystery and suspense, action and intrigue. Mary is good at weaving a good story of crime and passion that leaves you wanting more and falling in love with her to life characters.
Reese is the new General Manager and can’t wait to get stuck in to the role. When she learns first hand of the mystery and intrigue that the old hotel holds, she finds herself drawn into a whole other world. Will Reese be able to put together all the pieces of the puzzle, of the mysterious presence at the hotel? Or will fate have other plans?
I enjoy reading Mary’s work, and the historical background that lays a great foundation to build the rest of the story. I have enjoyed all of the books in this series and can’t wait for more.
Another Backwards Christmas by Brooke Williams is a fun holiday story. Southpole, Alaska is a fun, small town that celebrates Christmas with a twist. Rob Joleigh is a writer with a Scrooge attitude concerning the holidays. Holly Howard is a tour guide in town. What will happen when the two meet on a snowy night? The setting is charming and the town has a quirky group of residents. This is the type of place that makes the holidays fun and meaningful. The characters are fun and charming. I really enjoyed this story and read this at record speed. This story helped to put me in the Christmas spirit and I had to get my tree up immediately. This is a fun, enjoyable quick read that can be enjoyed by all. The unspirited are challenged as well as the spirited and a town comes together to help one another. I look forward to reading more from Brooke Williams.

Amelia and the Viscount by Samantha Holt is the first book in her Bluestocking Brides series that is a sweet short read that takes you among the British nobility where a lot is going on under the polite and shiny surface. It is the eldest of the Chadwick girls, Amelia, and Lord Nicholas Wentworth who are the heroine and hero of this particular Bluestocking Brides’ story. Amelia has been in love with Lord Nicholas for ever but he thought himself to be in love with Amelia’s younger sister Lavinia who did not choose him and married a Scottish lad (that of course the titled crowd had a lot to say about). So the whole story is about Amelia trying to get over Nicholas and Nicholas finally realizing what has been in front of him and all this happens while the sisters banter back and forth and … The writer has a way with words and the story is enjoyable and as it is a short one so how much can you expect? I did miss to know more about the sisters and also who Nicholas really was but as I said, short story has its limitations. If you want to mingle with the titled ones and feel good, make yourself a cup of tea (or hot chocolate or toddy) and pick up Amelia and the Viscount!

With tears in my eyes as I just finished reading this amazing work of art I couldnt wait one second to jump in here and review this book!
I have read so many books this year, and in my life. Ive many times read and been touched by a book and claimed that it was my favorite for that year or whatever. I can honestly, straight from the heart say that NO BOOK has ever touched me the way this book has. Books often grip me and take my emotions on a ride but this one, this one will hold on forever. Im praying I’ll someday find that she has a paperback of this book because I need this in my life and on my shelf.
This is not the first book I’ve read by this author, I’ve loved her way of words, her way of grabbing a hold and hanging on, these people she writes about are so so real. If there is an even remote possibility that there is a negative to mention about this story, it’s only that it ended and I could have read about these two amazing people for days. Matt is the ultimate Book Boyfriend and I will compare every male lead to him from this point on. Mikaela follows suit with being the ultimate heroine.Watching these two progress from where they started to where they ended up was written so beautifully and has tore my heart right out of my chest. I don’t know what to say except that this was a brilliantly awesome amazing piece of writing. Every single emotion that should have been felt while reading this I promise was felt and I could not hold back the tears during some of the scenes. This strengthened my belief in hope, promises, miracles, and prayers as well as things definitely not turning out like you thought they would.
Many Many Thanks to Miss Lewis for a story that rises above and sets the bar high for all the stories I will still read in my future, some Ill love, some I won’t, but this one will always stand up as one of the greatest. I already can’t wait to reread it!!

Beachcomber Test: Beachcomber Investigations is book 7 in A Romantic Detective series by Stephanie Queen and it is just as good as the others and I can’t get enough of them. I love reading about these wonderful characters that Stephanie has created and the world she has created for them. You should read all books in order so that you get the back and continuing stories of the crazy goings on and positions they always find themselves in. There is suspense and mystery, laughter and love, bad guys and good guys.
Our lovable characters, Dane and Shana and their motley crue, find themselves once again involved in more than they thought possible, when they took on a seemingly easy, open and shut case. But as we have come to know and love them, we know that nothing is ever as it seems and nothing is ever that easy.
Do yourselves a favour and get a copy of this series and sit back and enjoy the ride with a cuppa or a glass of your fav drink. I guarantee you will love this series as much as I do.
Bulletproof Butterfly by Anna Brooks is the second book I have read by this writer and I am happy to state that I was sooo right, she is one hell-of-a-writer! The way she writes, oh my, it pulls you in and doesn’t let you go until you get to the end where you read that there will be another book and you make mental ‘whoopee doo” and set a mental reminder to keep a look out for it! Bulletproof Butterfly is a heart breaking witness protection story of Jay “Jaybird” and Livvie “Butterfly”. Jay is a young cop chasing a mob boss who has managed to slip through cracks for ever. Livvie is an aspiring event organizer at a bar who dreams of becoming a wedding planner. They have been together for 2 years and they are starting to merge their lives until their existence is blow into smithereens. It results in them being apart from each other for years … So the story that is told from alternating point of views spans over many years and throughout the reading you are holding your breath and wishing for them to find a way back to each other and … The writer takes us on a journey of re-discovery and at no point it is given that we will have our happily ever after, she has kept it all as close to the reality as possible. Thank you for not cutting corners and letting us run gamut with the doubt and hope and love and misunderstandings and … simply what it means to live. I will be on a lookout for the next story!

The House that Adelia Built by Mya O’Malley is a haunting tale of love and loss, lies and betrayals. There are ghosts and mysteries with lots of twists and turns. The story is told as two different stories one from the past and one in the present, one more sinister than the other. Mya is good at what she does, paranormal romance.
Adelia and her new husband find themselves on an adventure to a beautiful place to start their married life. Both full of dreams in the beginning only to find those dreams drifting away, but why?
Hope is having dreams but are they really dreams and what do they mean? Is there something that she needs to know? Can she unravel the mystery before it’s too late or has time already run out? What will Hope find?
This story is full of heartbreak and sorrow and will keep you guessing at what will happen next. I was a bit unsure about the ending but this story is full of suspense and intrigue and bound to give you a thrill.

This is not my first book by this author, and again will not be my last. I love her writing style and how the words of whatever story she writes just flow so easily. She’s so creative and I love not knowing what I’m going to get whenever I open one of her books.
This was an extremely quick and fun read. Each story took a few pages to tell but were so full of emotion that my thoughts and imagination made the stories so much longer. The first one definitely made me smile, the second one made me sad, then hopeful, and the third one was probably my favorite and made me feel content and the bonus story at the end made me laugh out loud, once I realized what I was reading I had to read it again to fully appreciate it.

Goddess of The Wild Thing by Paul DeBlassie III is a fantasy-thriller story with some romance mixed in. This is my first story by this author and I can’t wait to see what else he has for us. I enjoyed his writing style that pulled me in from the beginning. His attention to details where descriptive and made a situation or item stand out more. His characters where creative and interesting. They will take you on some twists and turns that will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat just waiting to see what will happen next. You never know what you might find lurking in the next page. This is the story of Eve who has had some bad experiences with men and has pretty much given up on love. Then she meets him, will he be able to change her opinion on love? Eve and her three friends go on a journey of discovering if one should just take what they can get good or bad. They meet some wicked witch who has a obsession with a man that could be threatening and put lives in danger. Eve struggles with deciding if she should take a chance on love but a battle between good and evil just might make it an easy choice for her. I enjoyed the characters in this story as well as the secondary characters. These four women has kind of a strange relationship with each other as they are friends but don’t always seem to like each other. They each have their own qualities that make them strong characters. They will just take you on a journey to find love that will leave you wanting to know more. I highly recommend this story as it is an easy flowing story that you won’t be able to put down until the last page. Find out if these four women find the love they are looking for.

All the Light There Is by Anise Eden is the conclusion of her Healing Edge trilogy and what a bang it ends with! You cannot read it as a standalone, it is part of the trilogy and you’d be so lost not having read the previous 2 books. It is sad to have come to the end of the journey we started a while ago but all good things come to an end. All the Light There Is continues where the previous story ended. Cad and Ben think that they are going on a vacation, a working vacation but still a vacation … could they be less wrong? Have they forgotten that they are on an adventure where paranormal mysteries pop up left and right and that their special skillset are needed to solve them? Cade and Ben cannot solve the mysteries alone so we will have the whole MacGregor Group gang along on the ride where we find out more about who Cate is, who is after them, where we learn what it takes to come out at the other end! It is a story full of mystery, romance and paranormal! It gets so twisted that you are no longer sure who you can trust and who not … The writer has taken a notch up and the way she gives us these heroes and the bad guys … oh man, she really knows how to spin a story! I love the how the different characters contribute to the story in their unique way and they are all needed to bring it home!

April Showers Bring May Flowers by Renee Grace Thompson is the second book in her New Haven Police Romance series. I had not read the first book when I read this one and I had no issues to follow the story line. I got curious though and will read the first book that is Amy and Peter’s story as well … April Showers Bring May Flowers is a sweet and sassy romance story of Lucy and Cade. Lucy is an amazing young woman who has moved to a new town and thinks that she is all alone. I loved how upfront she was and spat out everything that crossed her mind! She was such a badass fairy (she is tiny in her stature compared to the other characters). AND she was absolutely terrified of all kind of crawlies (you can just picture all kind of funny moments now, right?) Cade was this no-nonsense man who had a heart a size of a sun, he had his demons and he worked really hard on trusting the others. I loved how those two embarked on a journey to find themselves and each other. There were times when I was laughing out loud when reading … There were times when I was crying out loud when I was reading … Ms Thompson knows how to pull us in and the way she spins the story, oh my … The way we can relate to these two down to earth people that care for others … Thank you for giving us their story! It is a beautiful romance that leaves no heart untouched!

Holy Moly what a book!! I can honestly say I have never read a book that even compares to this one, but that doesn’t surprise me because as I’ve said in previous reviews for her other books (which were blow me away awesome) this author has the most creative mind and she absolutely shatters me every time I read one of her stories.
I’m not even going to try to sum this book up, I wouldn’t know where to start unless I just copy and paste her synopsis. I will say this though…The characters of Damian, Jenn, Ashley, Nick and Leo were written perfectly as well as the others but those five were just plain awesome. This hit on every one of my emotions, there were parts of the story I was scared, angry, like throw my kindle kind of angry, heartbroken, excited, happy, and sometimes confused, and the transition from one emotion to the next wasn’t always easy. I literally read this book in one sitting because there was no way I could put it down, the twists were placed perfectly, and the writing style was perfect. It moved along quickly with no “fluff” thrown in along the way.
I love this author, she is an absolute genius. You just never know what her next book is going to bring and I think that’s simply brilliant.
Ill admit that although Im so excited about what she thinks of next, I’m also a little scared to see what she thinks of next. LOL

Fatal Heir is the first book in the Fatal series by L.C. Ireland and is a fantasy paranormal story and an enjoyable read. This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I found her writing style easy and interesting characters as she took me into another world. This story has lots of mystery and suspense with lots of twists and turns. The characters were great and they will take you on an adventure with twist and turns here and there.
This story is about Don a young man whose life is suddenly turn upside down. Upon finding himself in trouble he finds out that he is not who he thought he was. When faced with evil he wants to put a stop to it and tries to make things right. Will he be able to stop the evil taking over the world? Will he be lured into the evil that haunts him? Will he find out exactly who he is?
If you like a good paranormal fantasy story the I recommend you read this book.
Stripped by Tarrah Anders is an erotica romance story and is the first book I have read by her. It is an enjoyable read and gives you a look into the life of male dancers and what they go through. I enjoyed reading about our characters who I fell in love with. This is one sweet and juicy, sexy and funny ride that will ensure your entertainment and enjoyment.
Malcolm is one sweet, sexy and confident with himself man. He works hard to ensure he will be able to hopefully reach his life’s dream. When he literally runs into one sweet and sassy woman he finds it hard to get her out his head. If only she would give him a chance.
Rebekah is not afraid to say what she thinks and is non judgmental but when it comes to being face to face with the job of someone she loves and all it encompasses she is not sure what to think and how to deal with it. Can she overcome her feelings, her doubts, her fears and find what is important to her before she loses the best thing to come into her life?
This story is worth the read and I can’t wait to read what she writes next.

This book as with the first is full of revenge and retribution, hatred and fear, fire and passion and will certainly play with all your emotions. With lots of twists and turns, steaming romances, sassy females and loyally fierce bikers what more can you ask for.

Angel has lost everything, has been treated no better than an animal but when all seems lost one princess enters her life giving her more than she thought she would have. When the moment comes she knows what she has to do even if it means taking a path of no return.
Whilst I love reading about strong, alpha and sexy men, I love the strong female characters that Ambere’s has created. Once again I recommend this book to anyone that likes MC romance and non-stop action.

Cessy is book one in A Silent Sons MC series by Ambere Sabo. This is the first book by Ambere that I have read and I really enjoyed it. Biker books are not normally my favourite but this story is a good read and a great start for the series. Who doesn’t like some action and drama, mystery and suspense, with hot guys who protect what is theirs. The story is well written and the plot well thought out and the characters you will either love or hate but either way you feel like you are right beside them taking each and every step. There is love and laughter, hate and fear, sorrow and revenge, what more could you ask for when looking for something to read.
When faced with sudden loss who does a biker princess turn to? Who exactly can she can trust? When she turns up at a rival club to ask for help one man stands out but she quickly learns he want’s nothing to do with her or her problems.
I read this book in one sitting as page after page drew me in and I had to know how it ended. Lucky for me I had the second book in the series, so when I finished this I jumped right into the second book. I recommend this book to anyone that likes MC romance and non-stop action.

It had me hooked from page one! I love paranormal romances and this one takes another love of mine of folklore and ancient Norse Gods. I mean how can you go wrong with the god of mischief? The author really brings the story to life and I just love how she brings the chemistry between Carol and Loki. I just loved the whole complexity of Carol’s character when she thought she was hallucinating. I mean isn’t it every girls dream to love a God?
The whole story line just had me glued to the pages and I couldnt wait to see what would happen next. I really liked how Carol played a part in saving not only Loki but the Nine Relms. The book fulfilled my adventure quota for the week and I am looking forward to reading more by this author.
The Trickster’s Lover: A Steamy Paranormal Romance by Samantha MacLeod is the first book in the series and I really enjoyed it. Samantha created a paranormal fantasy romance story where there is a different take on the most misunderstood Norse god, Loki. A world in which you don’t know what is fact and what is fiction.
Caroline is done with men or so she thought. When deciphering/translating a book she has finally gotten her hands on her world is changed forever. A world in which she no longer knows if she is dreaming or going crazy. But one thing she does know and that is she will fight to save all she loves and if that means being in a fight for her life then so be it.
This is fun read and I enjoyed this story and seeing the character of Loki in a different light. I can’t wait to see where she goes with other stories.
FATED is the first book in the Fated series by A.S. Roberts and boy was it good. It is definitely a emotional roller coaster ride but a great story. One minute I was laughing out loud then I was crying. I enjoyed reading A.S’s work because you feel like you are a character in the book and the world in which she weaves for these wonderful characters and the little bit of suspense hanging in the background keeps you hooked.

Children of Darkness: Genesis by Courtney Shockey is the second book in her Nightmare series and what a nightmare it was AND in a good way! It delivered what it promised! Children of Darkness: Genesis is a dark fantasy book that tells a story of the eternal fight between the good and the evil. The writer has taken an interesting approach to this fight and it is amazing how her story telling can pull you in and not let you go … you will go away and still keep thinking what the heck did I just read, did I get it correct, did she really mean … I mean it is the story of the Angel of Darkness and his ‘child’ … What shocked me at first was that the writer had created a world, not unlike ours, but ‘completely’ evil, and like in our world, you have who you love and you have who you hate and it was at times really hard to keep ‘hating’ Ben as he was evil … If you are ready to spend your evening with the Angel of Darkness aka the Boogie Man, spend the evening with Children of Darkness! It is something very different and at times, different is really what you were looking for …
