Marked for Death (Gray Ghost #6)Marked for Death by Amy McKinley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Marked for Death (A Gray Ghost Novel, book 6) by Amy McKinley. This is the 6th book in this series and its just as good as the 1st. I love the characters and all the action. Navy Seal Keegan Hunt has spent years avoiding Venezuela but when his team is hired to rescue four Americans he risks blowing his cover by returning to Caracas. Kara Medina, Keegan’s enemy and woman who haunts his dreams ambushes his mission to recover insect sized robots as the battle begins with his special ops team. She soon realizes who Keegan is and loses her focus. If they pull together they may be able to succeed on this mission but if their mutual attraction messes with them will they blow the whole rescue. The chemistry between Keegan and Kara is hot and this book will make your temp rise! These books are so good and I love the action plus romance!

A Moore Affair (Moore Family Saga #4) by Michele Sims was a great 5 star read.
I was pulled in right from the beginning.

We start with Miles and Bella getting ready for their big day. Some people are questioning the quick marriage but they don’t care, they love each other very much. After the wedding Bella starts to struggle with the public lifestyle. Their happiness gets challenged by secrets, exes and so much more.

Can these two get past the things that are trying to get between them?

Overall I really love Bella and Miles. My emotions were all over the place with everything they went through. These two really love each other and you can feel it coming off the pages. Michele has done another great job of pulling you in with her writing. If you’re looking for a great love story this is a series that you will love. My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Devil’s Spawn (Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter #6) by Manda Mellett was a great 5 star read. I have to say it did take me just a bit in the beginning to get pulled in as we were getting introduced to all of the characters because you basically have two stores going on at once. Keeping them straight threw me off a little until I got to know them better.

My heart broke for Vannah and her son. Liz was her husband who suffered a traumatic brain injury in the military and pretty much lost all memory of his family. Giving him the space he needed Vannah had stepped back for 10 years but yet kept tabs on him. Now she is struggling with her son and realizes he needs his father. Can the club help Vannah and her son reconnect with Liz or is he lost forever?

Mace and Shayla also had a great story. Shayla came into the shop wanting a tattoo removed but there was something about the tattoo that Mace needed to check into. Who is she and what is she running from?

OVerall this was a great read. Mace was great trying to help Vannah and her son and his story was great as well with Shayla. Manda has once again done a great job of pulling you right in with her writing. Of course I wanted to pound some sense into Liz a couple of times but overall the characters were great. What another brilliant read brought to this already amazing series! Each hook seems to be getting more and more interesting and captivating as we go along! Amy McKinley has a brilliant way of creating amazing storylines that really bring the story to life. It’s a mentally visual read that really makes you believe you are there alongside the characters. This read has action, adventure, danger, suspense & romance. It has amazing chemistry between two characters that you hope to get a HEA. Each time we are brought a story from Amy McKinley we get to follow a character we have previously met in another one of these books, this time we follow the team as they head to a place where member Keegan really doesn’t want to go but what happens when he comes face to face with that reason?! I can’t wait to see who’s story we get to follow next.

I don’t know how many more times I can keep praising Manda Mellett and her incredible reads! Each book she creates just seems to get better and better, to the point I never wanted it to end!

This book takes you on an emotional journey, in which this time was following two stories! We follow Lizard’s & Mace’s story each just as powerful and emotional in their own way. We get raw emotions, action, adventure, suspense, danger, passion, romance and heartbreak, it is jammed packed with an incredible storyline and its a read you can’t help but be utterly captivated and invested in, wanting to find out whether our main characters who rightly deserve to get their HEA.

This read is made even better by the fact that it’s written in various POV’s it helps you really connect and understand the characters more, really help you find out what they are really thinking and feeling and I can’t help but connect with them, love them and totally root for them even more.

Manda Mellett can’t do any wrong, she gives us emotion and sexiness without overwhelming you with too much and to make it even better she gives us some hot MC’s. I can’t wait to see what she brings us next, I will eagerly be awaiting more from this series and anything she creates!

Wow talk about action and suspense?! This one has it in spades! Turning from one page to the next I never knew what would happen next to this crew. That makes for an exciting read. As I said the story is explosive. The characters have skills and do thing I could or would never dream of doing. They all have troubled pasts that come back to haunt them. Keegan’s seemed just terrible. Somehow he was able to overcome and become better. His long time love Kara shows up and catches him off guard. From there they are busy bodies working two different cases to the same end.
Over all this is extremely action packed and I feel it’s a good addition to the series.

A Moore Affair (Moore Family Saga Book 4)
By Michele Sims
5 out of 5 stars

I loved reading the story A Moore Affair (Moore Family Saga Book 4) by Michele Sims. It is the next book in a series that I have enjoyed since reading the first story. It pulled me in from the very beginning and I didn’t want to put it down until I had finished the last page. I love the characters of Bella Wahlberg and Miles “Ari” Moore. Their wedding is upon them. Their love for each other is undeniable. She is his muse. They embark on their honeymoon and life after. Bella is finding that there is a large difference between their personal and public life. Bella is a strong and confident woman. Even so, there are sometimes doubts that arise when situations occur. What will happen when situations happen, and forces wish to tear them apart? Are there secrets being kept? What does the future hold for Bella and Miles? Read this book to find out. I love reading about Miles and Bella. They are likable characters, and I have always wanted them to find happiness. The story has emotional moments and mine went up and down with the characters. Family is very important to this couple and I enjoyed reading about how they all interact. The story has romance and moments that are heartwarming. Don’t miss out on the next exciting and entertaining book in an amazing series. I highly recommend reading it.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

A Moore Affair by Michele Sims a fantastic four-star read. This is number four in the Moore Family Saga and I would advise you read them in order, as I have missed one and only realised half way through this one, I didn’t feel very lost but I will have to read a bunch before I go back to read it as I spoiled it for myself. Bella is about to find that marrying Miles may be more than she realises, and it may be more bite than she can chew. But you can see the love that she and Miles have for each other, the author does a great job of bringing you into their story. This is a great series and the dram will keep you hooked and bring you right into the story. If you haven’t picked it up go back and start at number one and enjoy the whole series.

Marked for Death by Amy McKinley a five-star read that shows the true mark. This is number six in the Gray Ghost series and each one goes from strength to strength, Keegan Hunt steps up to the plate this time and brings Caraccas to life. You can feel the heat and danger to this story, you can feel the romance and become part of the story as its so well written. As always, this author keeps the action levels so high that you can’t put it down. This could be read as stand-alone, but I adore the series and have enjoyed reading them all, but I am left all a float wondering if there will be a lucky number seven.

A Moore Affair is the fourth book in the Moore Family Saga by Michele Sims. I recommend reading the previous book to better understand the characters and their build up through the stories. There are secrets that Miles has been hiding from Bella. Can their marriage survive the secrets? Will Bella be able to remain happy? What is in store for Miles and Bella? I highly recommend this fast pace story.

The characters make the story feel realistic and I had no problem connecting with them. In this book Miles is getting married to Bella. But is she ready for all that comes with marrying him? Life throws them some curveballs that could put their future in danger. This is a fast paced story that had me turning pages fast. This is a great story that I highly recommend.

Devils Spawn by Manda Mellett a five-star read that you will worship. This is number 6 in the Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter and I would recommend you read them n order as you get the best out of it that way, they just build on each other and you get sucked into the style of writing. This one has a lot of things that will upset some, but the story is one that needs reading there was just something special about it. It is an MC story, so its gritty and racy to the raw. There is a great underlying story to this that I don’t want to get into as I don’t want to spoil the story as its one you need to read. Manda Mellett is one of those writers that will surprise you with writing that will suck you in and spit you out with a different outlook.

I am hooked on A Gray Ghost Novel series by Amy McKinly. Her knowledge of military tactics is amazing. Her attention to detail keeps the story moving on. There are ups and downs, twists and turns, and even some loopsy loops. The characters are fully developed. There are many layers to the characters. This story is about Keegan and Kara. Keegan, a former Navy Seal, is hired to rescue Americans from Venezuela. He has history in Venezuela that he did not want his cover blown and not to mention a woman. Kara is hired to recover insect-size robots. When Keegan and Kara paths cross what will happen? Will their missions be successful? I highly recommend this book. It will keep you turning the pages faster to see what is going to happen next.

5 stars!
Awesome story. Truly emotional and heartwarming. This book is romantic and steamy yes, but it is mostly centered around the story, which I was completely obsessed with. My heart broke for Vanna, and knowing that she held out for 12 years hoping that one day her husband, Lizard, would recognize her, even if they never got back what they once had, was so beautiful and touching. I was holding out hope that she could find someone to help her with her son Cas, to guide him and be a good male role model for him. The twist in Lizard’s recovery had my mind blown, I was not expecting it and it had me crying, hoping for another twist in the story.

The story of Vanna and Lizard were my favorite parts but there was also the story of Mace and Shayla. I was devastated to learn of Shayla and little Esme’s lives leading up to their run in with the Devil’s MC. I bawled multiple times knowing what Esme had to go through. I realized I have never had a book throw so much emotions in my face but I loved every minute.

The conclusion of both stories were beautiful, heart wrenching and perfect. I read through this book so fast, I could not stop once I got sucked in. I would highly recommend this book, totally worth it.

Marked for Death (Gray Ghost #6)Marked for Death by Amy McKinley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book reminds me of those 80s Jean Claude Van Damme movies. I used to love watching them but now I enjoy reading these action-packed thrillers.
I love that it starts off with suspense as you meet former Navy SEAL Keegan Hunt who has been avoiding Venezuela for 15 long years. The team has to rescue four Americans he’s about to blow his cover as he knows it to return to Caracas.
Kara Medina, Keegan’s nemesis, ambushes his mission to recover insect-sized robots as the battle begins with the special ops team. She soon realizes that Keegan resembles someone from her past who saved her from a dangerous camp. Unable to keep her concentration, the mission went haywire, she realizes she has an attraction to him no matter how much time has passed. Though this is complicated on a higher level, she’s keeping her eyes on the prize.
As the team’s priorities shift, Keegan turns to Kara to succeed. As American politicians’ stakes escalate and goals intertwine, Keegan doesn’t want to leave Kara at all costs even if it sacrifices himself for the love of her.

I love this author, I really do. Her books are so exciting to read and I am always hooked from beginning to end. I think out of all of her books this was the hardest for me to get into but one I was it was one amazing story! There were some unbelievable twists and turns that had me guessing what was going to happen and I was even more excited when I realised that this book wasn’t just Lizards story but Mace’s as well!! Both fantastic stories and both completely different. Having read all of the books in this series I knew the characters and was excited to read their stories especially Mace’s – I wasn’t sure of him to start with but I was completely in love with him by the end of this book!
It’s quite difficult to review this book without giving too much away – so I will say that I 100% recommend it, the author has yet again done a fantastic job with the writing of this story and it is a perfect addition to the Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter series! It is definitely a one click book!!

Marked for Death (Gray Ghost #6)Marked for Death by Amy McKinley
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Having read book 5 in McKinley’s Gray Ghost series, I was looking forward to this one and was not disappointed.
Former Navy SEAL Keegan Hunt comes face to face with a woman from his past and from his dreams whilst on a mission in Venezuela. Kara Medina can’t believe who the man is she encounters whilst infiltrating a special ops mission. The two can’t deny their attraction to each other and when things become dangerous they realise the feelings they had for each other years ago have not diminished. Keegan refuses to leave without Kara even if it means forfeiting his own life.
A romantic suspenseful thriller novel, which had me gripped from page one until the very last word. I loved the new characters and I also liked how some familiar characters from previous books are mentioned in the novel. However it can be read as a standalone story. Full of drama and romance, this novel is a great read. I am now looking forward to the next book in the series!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Marked for Death is the 6th book in the Gray Ghost series by Amy McKinley. I love this series, and while each can be read as a stand alone, you should read them all. The characters overlap, but each couple has their own story that focuses on them and their past. This is Keegan’s story. I’m going to keep the review short, as to not have any spoilers. Keegan has hidden much of his past, in part to try to forget it, and part to protect his new family and team. He hasn’t been to Venezuela in over 15 years, but a rescue mission takes him back. As if fate took over, he crosses paths with Kara, a girl from his past, and the only he has ever loved. Kara always found comfort in Keegan (then Max), and he was her protector. The introduction of Kara and her daughter has thrown a huge monkey wrench in Keegan’s mission. He must find a way to keep her safe, while still completing his mission and keeping his team safe. Which turns out to be easier said than done.

Marked for Death by Amy McKinley is the sixth book in the Gray Ghost series. These can be read as standalone stories but I recommend reading in order. Each has characters which carry over from story to story. This is about Keegan who is on a rescue mission in Venezuela. He has tried to not go to this country and has a past he’d like to forget. His mission is interrupted by Kara who has an overlapping mission but is not there to help him or his crew. The two met before and they quickly remember their past. This has action, adventure, and suspense with lots of romance to keep it steamy. This is a great read to get away for a bit. I also love the familiar faces of the past popping up in the story.

Every book in this series just gets better and better! The Satan’s Devils just enthrall me! Hot, sexy bikers with heart that put family above all, even if that family isn’t blood. What more can you ask for??? You can’t help but fall for them!

Lizard has been a biker for 10 years. 100% all in. Loves the life. Confirmed bachelor. Can’t imagine living any other way. Mace is pretty much the same. No way is he ever settling down. Can anyone change them or is it true that people don’t change? What happens when you find out everything you believed to be true really wasn’t?
Shayla is on the run…with a property of patch on her back. She walks in to Devil’s Ink to see about getting it covered and draws the suspicion of Liz and Mace. Vanna shows up at the compound, son in tow, looking for her husband…who has no idea who she is!

This book will suck you in and have your emotions all over the place! This book has everything. It’s action packed, suspenseful, full of angst, has characters that will make you laugh and cry and yes, you will love the sexy bits too!

I can’t recommend this series enough! You can read these as stand alones but I would highly suggest reading them in order to get the full effect. These characters feel like family…and I really want to join their MC!

This is another amazing book in the Satan’s Devils series. Each book that I read keeps getting better and better. One thing that I loved about this story is how the author shows the repercussions of a head injury. Lizard received a head trauma while serving his country. It didn’t affect only him but multiple people. It changed their lives dramatically. I think the author did an excellent job portraying the characters emotions and how they handled the situation.

Aside from this, there is the added storyline of Shay and Mace. This brought lots of action and danger. Ms. Mellett managed to tie the two storylines together seamlessly. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and am curious to see who Lindy will hook up with in the next book.

This is the sixth book in this series, I loved it just as much as the previous books. This can be read as a stand alone but I highly suggest reading the entire series as they are that good. This is a well developed story that is creative. The author’s attention to detail made me feel as if I was right there with the characters. Keegan and Kara make the story engaging and kept me turning pages. The secondary characters are supportive and just as engaging. Keegan and his team were hired to rescue Americans when they came across Kara. Kara realizes that they are on a similar mission but will happen when she realizes that she knows Keegan? What will she do when she finds that her feelings for him haven’t left? What will happen to their mission? They are my favorite characters and I loved their chemistry. I highly recommend reading their story to see if survival is part of the mission.

Devil's Spawn (Satan's Devils MC Colorado Chapter #6)Devil’s Spawn by Manda Mellett
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Devil’s Spawn is the sixth novel in the Colorado Chapter series by Manda Mellet. This is my sixth novel by this author.

From an explosion that caused an brain injury, Lizard no longer remembers his wife Vanna or his son Cas. After two years of trying to make things work, Vanna finally makes the decision and raises her son on her own.

But years later, Cas has become a troubled teenager and she believe some time with this father will help.

I don’t want to give too much of this novel away. I don’t read too many memory loss stories but I do love reading them and seeing how everything unfolds.

This was a rollercoaster ride filled with heartache and second chances.

My favorite of the series so far.
