This has been my favorite series so far. Chase Care has been done with such truth and reality that you just can’t put it down. In this, book 3, we read about Pete Walker and Rowena Anderson. These two have history from their Army days in Afghanistan. Some big secrets will finally come out during this story. The romance will get you. I felt some big emotions just as much as all the characters did. The story has action, lots of drama and it’s full of medical stuff. It’s my favorite book version of New Amsterdam. I devoured every little bit. Nakoma to Mike to Noah to Jacob to sleazebags like Silas. You will be sucked in right from the start. This is written to be engaging, intriguing and downright fantastic. It’s one of the best books you’ll read this year, if you love medica romantic suspense. You can read it standalone. I’m gonna tell you, go read the first two. Book 2 in the Echo Series, does NOT disappoint. This is a friends to lovers, rock star, second chance, romance and oh my how it draws you in and holds you tight. Just like book one in the series it will definitely make you feel like you are living in their world and you can’t help but root for them as a couple. Growing up together and then being separated for 15 years, now as adults they have found one another again, but she has a secret and doesn’t know if she can rely on him or not. This is the first book I have read from this author and wow she now has a new fan. I love a good slow burn romance but this story exceeded my expectations. I could not put this book down due to the characters. They had me in the first couple of chapters. The ending was awesome and I can’t wait to see what this author will write next.

Brandon Rossi decides to travel a bit trying to find some inspiration. He is part of the rock band, Canis Major and needs a break from the fast paced life he has been leading. Seeing his close friend Rae settle down has had him question when he will find the same happiness. He doesn’t expect to run into Calliope Chen-Bisset again though.
Calliope was shocked to see Brandon again, she realized it was inevitable that at some point they might run into one another again. Close childhood friends and band mate to her brother, she is filled with mixed emotions about it. After an incident she was essentially pushed out from her family, her close friends. Her life has been rocky but she has held her head high and she is now a Parisian art gallerist.
The more Brandon spends time with Calliope the more he knows he wants to build upon it. Brandon also realizes Calliope needs time to agree to it. When her past wont let her go though, Brandon pulls out the stops to keep her protected.
This story was wonderful. It goes between past and present and I felt so much for Calliope. Brandon we got to know in the first book and he continues to be one of my favorite characters so far in this series. Terrific second book in the series.

The story of Callie and Brandon had me hooked right from the start and I simply couldn’t put it down until the end. This truly talented author created amazing characters full of heart and weaved a captivating, relatable storyline that the reader can fully visualise while reading. Important issues were addressed with such great care. I totally fell for Brandon in the first book of this series and this book just cemented that even further. This book can definitely be read and enjoyed without having read the first book of the series but why do that when you could read both!

This was a great 5 star read. I was excited to read this book, I love rockstar reads. These two characters had a past and when they reconnect all the old feelings come rushing back. Callie has some things from her past that haunt her, which motivates her to help others. I really liked how sweet Brandon was with her. These two have a journey that can be challenging at times but I was very happy with the ending. The other does a great job with her writing and pulls you right in. My emotions were all over the place. This can be read as a stand alone but I suggest reading from the start. If you’re looking for a great read, 1-click and get started today. His Protector is a wonderfully written Romance Suspense that will have you turning the pages till the end. This is a new to me author and I’m definitely going to check out what other books she has written. This is a fast paced action-packed story with characters that are relatable and fully developed yet raw at times and they make the story come to life. I truly enjoyed reading this book and read it in one sitting. This is a story about a man who is grieving the loss of his wife and unborn child who is being protected by someone he finds himself drawn to. Can the agent keep him safe? Will these two act on their feelings? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I don’t want to accidentally give something away. This is definitely worth the read. This author has quite the play on words. This was a Sexy and romantic story. There was such a deep connection that could be felt with our characters as they found their way back to one another. Brandon and Calliope had a hard road. Every ounce of the story was heartfelt and definitely a must read.

I’ve been anxiously waiting to get my hands on this book after reading the first book in this series! This book, while the second in a series, can be easily read as a stand alone.
Brandon Rossi is the front man for a rock band, Canis Major and his best friends are his band mates. He’s restless as the band has just come off a huge international tour and his artwork is slowing down a bit. He’s ready to get out and find what it is that he’s missing. Rae, one of his dearest friends, encourages him to travel and continue doing some artwork while he’s seeing sights. Brandon decides to go to Morocco to visit his friend Chris, and while there, he meets up with an art gallerist.
Calliope Chen-Bisset is that art gallerist and once she lays eyes on Brandon, a lot of great childhood memories come flooding back to both her and Brandon. Callie is the sister of one of Brandon’s bandmates and while they never hooked up while growing up, there has always been some sort of attraction there. Brandon helped Callie get through some difficult points in her life but not the most difficult ones.
Sparks start to fly between Callie and Brandon as soon as they lay eyes on each other but it’s been 15 years since they last saw each other. Callie’s family hasn’t mentioned her in years and, truth be told, there has been a bit of a rift between them too. Callie has experienced things that no woman…no person ever should experience but now that Philippe is a part of her life, she will always be looking over her shoulder. He’s the crazy ex-lover who just won’t let go.
Can Brandon keep his reputation in tact while learning to love Callie and her scars?
I loved this book and already can’t wait for the next one! There are some difficult topics covered and the author does issue a warning at the beginning of this book. I was not personally triggered by any of the scenes as they were handled quite delicately with enough information to let the reader know what happened without being overly graphic. This is a second chance romance of sort, but more importantly, a phoenix rising from the ashes story.

I really enjoyed reading this book filled with great characters who have loads of heart and integrity that just shines through in their every action. There is just enough suspense and intrigue to keep you hooked and engaged the entire time. It is written by a simply wonderful author who apart from creating the wonderful characters I previously mentioned also weaved a creative storyline and vivid imagery that put you right into the story. I thoroughly enjoyed this entertaining and engaging romantic suspense, which kept me hooked throughout. President Jack Amborn is left grieving the death of his wife and unborn child, following a botched assassination attempt. Although the assassin is still at large, he’s determined to carryout his Presidential duties, after all that’s what his expert security detail is for, to keep him from harm. That job goes to Secret Service agent Ginger Carver who has literally spent her life preparing for this job. She has put in endless hours, and meticulous planning and constant vigilance are second nature to her. However, she never planned for falling in love with the man that she’s duty-bound to protect! This is an action packed story, with great characters and a refreshing storyline, having a female protector for a change. I loved the chemistry between Jack and Ginger, and how their slow burn romance developed. Meanwhile, the plot twists kept me guessing as to the outcome of the story.

This was a good story that was definitely all about the characters. They had a great connection right from the start that really draws the reader in. The book is action packed and, even though it is spread over the course of 5 years, it is pretty fast paced. I enjoyed watching the relationship between the characters develop over time. This is a new author to me and I liked the flow of the book and the style of writing she used. I enjoyed this book and will be sure to read more from her in the future.

His Protector is a wonderful, romance full of suspense, courage, and strength. Jack Amborn has lost everything he loves. Ginger Carver has taken an oath to protect, Jack. The characters are well-written and the tension between the two is palpable. While I won’t give away any details of the story, I will say that it is a must read, and kept me hooked from the first sentence to the last. I’m looking forward to reading more by Sara Vinduska.

His protector is a book about a candidate running for President of the US. Jack is a great guy who everyone loves and is married with a child on the way. A botched attempt on his life kills his wife and unborn child leaving him alone and heartbroken. When he becomes president, the attempts don’t stop and his secret service team works very hard to keep him safe. The head of his SS detail Ginger and Jack become very close over the years and have both gotten Feelings for eachother but, Ginger takes a step back knowing, she cannot keep him safe and protect him while in a relationship with Him. I thought the book was well written and the characters were well liked but, I felt like it took way to long to get anything between Jack and Ginger.

4.5 stars His Forever Muse is a romantic suspense friends to lover’s second chance story. It is the second book in The Echo series. I enjoyed the first book Echoing Hearts so I was looking forward to seeing the secondary characters from the first book get their own story and what this book brought to the series. I fell in love with this book even more. Although this story has some domestic violence themes, which may cause some triggers the author did a good job of not writing it graphically. This heartfelt tale will make your heartache along the way as we watch our female lead find herself in a safe and loving environment that helps her to find herself and her strength once again. There is pain and suffering, angst and fear, tension and suspense and a couple of twists and an unpleasant ex from the past. I look forward to seeing where C.R. Alam takes us next.

I am a sucker for a second chance romance always, and this one did not disappoint. I loved Brandon and Callie’s story. Their feelings go way back to their childhood, but they went their separate ways. Will they ultimately find their way back to each other one day? If fate has anything to do with it they certainly will, never without a few bumps in the road of course.

All I can say is I’m obsessed with Brandon. His Forever Muse is the second book on The Echo Series. I was extremely happy with this read. A fabulous second chance romance story that will make your heart feel it all. I was unable to put this book down. A must read.

This is the first book that I have read from Gwyn McNamee and I fell absolutely in love. I read this entire book in one sitting. The synopsis had caught my attention and i was intrigued. When I started reading the first page it had me hooked. Night Hawke starts the second generation of the Hawke Family but it it not necessary to read the first generation Night Hawke is the prequel to The Hawke Family Second Generation Series. Grab this steamy story about a two-night stand between a billionaire heir attorney and the mystery woman running from her life who becomes so much more. I’m excited to see and read more of this authors book.

His protector was such an suspenseful romance book. There was so much action, suspense, and thrills in it. The author developed the characters beautifully. The plot was overall good. This is my first book I have read by Sara and I can’t wait to read more of her work. She did a really good job.

Tripp is so protective of Soleil and her story is a sad one but he’s there when she needs him most ❣️ I really enjoyed them but I’m nosy as to to Tillie’s Mr X is , I’ve my suspicions and I hope I’m right but I’m sitting on the edge of my seat , holding my breath in great anxiousness 😉

His Forever Muse is book two in CR Alam’s The Echo Series. I fell for Brandon in book one. The romantic famous best friend. He just wants his happily ever after and he truly deserves it. Callie has had a hard time letting go from a hard past. There was a lot of character growth in this story from Callie. I enjoyed the second chance storyline between these two. It felt like any fantasy where you want to fall for the lead of your favorite band. I’m happy that Brandon got his story and that it was just what he needed. Very steamy spicy scenes. I feel like book two was much better than book one – though that is strictly personal preference.

This is the second book I’ve read of C.R. Alam and she did not disappoint me. If you have read Echoing Hearts, then this story will make you even happier. The book follows front man Brandon from Canis Major in his reunification to his first love and the battles that he faces.
