It was quite a nice change to read a book just of poetry. I quite liked the unique poems. The author really did stimulate the senses. I really enjoyed the flow and rhythm of the poems. I felt quite able to relate to some of the poems and found that they spoke to me. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. I would like to read more from this author.

I have read many a dark mafia romance as it stands, but this series has opened up strong and addictive, just like I like my coffee. I absolutely admire both these characters life pursuits, their ambition, and their want to make the world a better place, even when their world isn’t full of silver linings and rainbows. Salvatore and Adrianna clearly stoke each others fire’s and when they really get down to the nitty gritty details, they find each other more consuming then their separate paths have been.
This authors attention to detail, world building and character development is talent to say the least, and I will certainly be reading more of this series as it becomes available. I didn’t want to put it down, and I have to admit, this was novel was devoured as though it was a novella. Highly recommend if action, sexy scenes, and a whole bunch of sexual tension is your thing. Well done!

I have always loved to color and loved Halloween. With Dainty Damsels, I get the combination of both. All pictures are adorable and fun to color. There are no difficult patterns to try to stay in the lines with. It is great for all ages. Each picture is unique. I prefer a slightly bigger challenge than what Dainty Damsels offers, but since that is my personal preference, it does not take from the rating. I still had fun coloring it.

This book held its own, as the first book did! Loving this series so far, and I know that I will continue to do so! I love the author’s writing style, and how they create the world and how the characters live in that world! It’s very well done, complex at times, but realistic to a tee!
I enjoyed the story line between Gemma and Dominic! Great and strongly written characters. I especially admired Gemma. Very driven. Admirable. Dominic was a bit more complex, he was a man who knew how to get what he wanted. When they both cross lines and want something on the line, moments together are not avoidable. Can feelings get in the way, more less, of business? They both had excellent character development. The story really built up well as I read. Astonishing as I read through. I could not put this down. For me, as the first, the characters and writing style is what made the story! Truly loved it!
The author’s writing style is sensational! I love how they do the story and the characters that reside as they write! Very creative writing style Highly recommend this book/author/series! A must read for sure!

Boss’s Vendetta, first in the Sicilian Gods series, is gripping from start to finish. Via Mari perfectly captures jealousy and erotica in this mafia enemies-to-lovers romance, which features great characterisation, multiple point-of-views, and terrific world-building. The story follows Adrianna, successful doctor and strong, independent woman who knows how to put herself first, and Salvatore, mafia don with no heart and no soul. ‘Who could really ever love someone with a heart as black as mine?’ You can’t help but root for both characters and when you come to the end of one chapter, you can’t wait to start the next one. I highly recommend.

This book literally had it all…romance, raw characters, action, alien races, non stop suspense, you name it and you got it! The book was a non stop action thrill ride for me, that I did not want to get off!
Great character development. The story brought on a lot of intrigue as I read. The action was spot on. Enjoyed the characters, Ravenna and Dravos, they were raw and real as ones can get. Loved their attraction but also their much equipped dislike for one another! They were very well written, and were real as ones would want and could hope! I enjoyed the story line and their task at hand. The whole writing was well done, and really felt you right in the middle of it all, and in the world in which the story took place! Loved it!
Compelling story line and complex build up of characters. Enjoyed it all the way through! Highly recommend this author, and this book specifically! Neither should be passed up! Must read! I devoured this book!

I had dearly loved the first book by this wonderful author, in the same series. This one appealed in many ways as well to me. It was beautiful, with its own contrast. I could not put this down, I was deeply moved.
The story continued from events of the previous, with a nice flow and tone. I was deeply immersed as I read. Beauty was all around, as the reading went on. I found this time, our characters got more than they anticipated at first glance! Great characters and their development as I read. I was intrigued all the way. I absolutely enjoyed this and how the author writes with their writing style! There was much to love!
Wonderful part 2 of the first book. It definitely exceeded my expectations for all that it was, and all that it held. A must read all around. Highly recommend this book, and if you have not read the previous, do so!

This book really held my grip, all the way through and then some! I could not put this one down. I was pulled in and held wanting more as I read, The author did an amazing job in bringing this to life!
The story was complex, as well as deep, but all in a good way. Strong characterization was a key point. Some darkness was aired through out the reading, but I found it helped make what the book was. Great take on a story line with Mafia. I was intrigued. Adriana Salvatore were written perfectly. I had hopes for them, despite their different lifestyles. I enjoyed the suspense and the story building as I read! Loved it!
Great read. Great start to a series, and I will be sure to read more by this author and the rest of the series. Not one to be passed up! Highly recommend this must read book and talented author!

I am an avid adult coloring type of soul person, and I live for Halloween each and every single year. So when I saw this beautiful cover, I was very intrigued. I loved the design, and the cute very artistic pictures. I look forward to coloring these! Each one, you can tell a lot of love, time, and work went into them! I think a mix of markers and colored pencils will make this pop for what they are meant to be!
DO not pass this beautiful book of coloring Halloween images up! To color, will be a treat!
OMG this author always keeps me on the edge of my seat and this book did that and so much more!! I always want to read fast to see what’s going to happen next but then I’m also torn because I want it all to last. Crazy right? The combination of amazing characters, intriguing storylines and some steam just can’t be beat! The lead characters in this book, Salvatore and Adrianna, had me completely hooked from the very first words on the page and kept me captivated until the very end. You could just tell their explosive chemistry was going to be off the charts. I can’t wait for more in this series and from this amazingly talented author!

I will be completely honest and admit this is definitely something different for me. I have never been greatly into poetry but this collection has definitely opened my eyes and mind to greater possibilities. I am so very glad I tried something new! I found it to be a real roller-coaster ride of emotions which was totally unexpected. If I had to pick a favourite it would definitely be “Dear Beatles”. To the amazing author I say thanks for teaching this old dog new tricks.

What an adorable coloring book! The pictures are artfully drawn. I want to get out my markers or colored pencils out and start coloring. They are perfect for glitter pens. Wow, wow WOW!!! absolutely 100% a 5 star read from start to finish. This is the first book from this AMAZING author that I have read and it most definitely will not be the last. The characters dive straight into your heart and keep you captive even after you’ve finished reading. Wil and El (Melodie) definitely have chemistry both musically and personally that can not be denied. As we all know though, no path in life runs completely smooth and this is true for them also. I’m not sure I can say enough about this book. A new author to me and a new favorite!! Salvatore and the lovely doctor have the chemistry to watch. Starting off at the beginning, you felt like you should be behind a screen because they had the hots flowing. They may not have known it but the attraction was there. The drama was fantastico. There’s mafia warfare, romantic struggles and a bit of everything else you might expect. This story kept me engaged from the beginning all the way to the end. I absolutely could not get enough of it. I have since learned this is part of a series and I will be reading the whole thing. This is an excellent book that is going to the top of my list for 2022. You should try it if you like mafia and romantic suspense.

I have been a on bit of a science fiction, paranormal romance kick with fate/mate bonds recently so Operation Pinpoint fit right in. It is a brand new world and this intriguing story is full of murder and danger, adventure and a little romance. This tale is a short story but is full of action that packs a punch. It is easy to imagine this journey with these lovable quirky characters that Landra gave life to.
Dravos is no longer what he was. The had changed him and now he can’t go home. He soon finds himself on a mission with his fated one but her heart beats for another. But first they have to survive. Could he ever be the she turns to?
Ravena is kickarse, sassy and independent and has always had to survive prove herself. On a mission to find what she loves and with her heart in tatters she must help the one who will change her world if they survive.
This is a fun story that should not be missed by those who enjoy this genre. Even if you don’t, I am sure you will become a fan once you have read Landra’s work.

This is the second book have listened by this author. She really has great details for historical romances. B. and Luke make a great couple. I absolutely love grandpa and the uncles. The story flowed and I really didn’t want it to end. This book was narrated by Katie Marchant. I’m going to be looking for more books narrated by her. Katie’s voice is very mellow and soothing. Rebel of Fire is the third book in the Vigilant series by L.M. Preston. It’s a fantastic addition to the series, building on what we have previously experienced, while diving deeper into things, building a bigger picture of what is going on through all the action-packed adventure. This series just gets better with each new instalment, keeping my intrigue set on high, and always leaving me anticipating the next addition. This is a wonderful Young Adult fantasy adventure- including paranormal, supernatural, and sci-fi elements, as well as lots of action, mystery, drama, danger, emotion, magic, secrets, family dynamics, challenges, agendas, and discoveries. This story is again from Rei’s point of view, so I really recommend reading the previous book/s before starting on this one, to give you all the important backstory, character information, and other intriguing details which will help you to better appreciate this story, as well as the series as a whole. Plus, don’t forget that the books build on each other, all adding to the bigger picture being painted- and you won’t want to miss that. Bring on the next instalment!!! Happy Reading!

4.2/5 Stars This is my first read by these authors and it was a good introduction to their work! Wil & Melodie’s romance was very well written and had some depth even though they’re young. The consistency of the music industry being mentioned was nice because it really puts you inside of the book. I enjoyed reading about what it’s like to be famous and rich, yet want to hide from that world. Not only does this book do a great job at keeping you engaged, the ending makes you excited to read more!

The Mind-Reading Hat is a cute children’s short story about a young boy on his “unbirthday”. He receives a hat from his grandfather and a thinking stone from his mother as his “unbirthday” presents. The hat leads him to a turtle stuck in a heating duct and the stone helps give him the idea to use the hatband from the hat to save the turtle. An adorable little book.

The plot was set up well, something to note is that at times the story gets a bit saturated with its wording which can cause it to drag. There is plenty of romance and steamy scenes in this book if that is what you are looking for. Into the Light (Moon Harbor Series #3) by Kate McWilliams
This is the first book I’ve read by the author. This book kept me entertained. I absolutely loved this book and will be looking forward to the next one. Into the Light is the third book in the Moon Harbor Series. It can be read as a standalone.
Ellie has been crushing on her brother’s best friend for years. She’s afraid that he still sees her as a kid sister. Then she confesses her feelings for him. Then he gets into some trouble. Then she’s in danger. The quote I chose for Ellie is: “Yeah, and you did look after me. A little too much, I might add. But that was years ago. I’m not a kid anymore. And frankly, I wasn’t even a kid then.”
Rafael has always had a thing for Ellie. He won’t act on it for several reasons. One being she’s his best friend’s little sister. His past was a huge problem for him. And the fact that he thinks she still sees him as a brother. Then someone from his past is out to get him. He hurts Ellie in the process of trying to get Raf. The quote I chose for Rafael is: “I do. I mean it. Even before this. I always knew you were amazing. And I wasn’t good enough for you. But now that I’ve had you for myself, I don’t think I can let you go.”
