This is a dark story that I loved. This is a story that could cause triggers for some but if you can get past that, this is a really great story. This is a well developed story that pulled me in from the beginning and kept me engaged. It is a page turner that I had a hard time putting down. The characters are relatable and made the story feel realistic. The MC has had nothing but pain in his life and he has tried to run from it. Now there is a chance that his life could change. I really enjoyed this story and what the characters brought to the story. What happens when life hands you lemons? I highly recommend this book, it is worth the pick up hands down.

Tillie has been through a lot in her young life and one day decides she’s had enough. Leaving behind the only life she knew; Tillie must now put everything on the line to have a chance at a better life. Tillie struggles with her past on this journey to freedom, encountering a few problems on the way as well as four interesting men. Filled with dark and twisty themes as well as some very hot and steamy moments, this short book leaves you wanting more. Spiteful Punks is a great start to what could be an amazing story of self-empowerment.

What do you do when you’re so empty inside, you feel nothing? When all you’ve ever known was pain? You run. That’s what I did—I ran away without once looking back. People say starting over is the best way for a new beginning, but that’s far from the truth if you end up back where you began. Sometimes life likes to throw lemons at you really hard until there’s nothing left to do but make lemonade. I’ve known pain, but not the kind that messes with my heart. That is until Logan, Dalton, Trey, and Nicholas came into my life without a warning label. I’m not prepared, and I’m afraid after fighting since day one…they might just be the reason I finally break.

Madeline lives in rural Michigan in a castle with all her fur babies and husband. She loves to read; you’ll find her in her tower with her kindle and cup of tea. She has a few addictions; chocolate is her weakness and anything seventies related. She’s a hippy at heart. She has an evil day job, but at night she watches over her city in the shadows and calls herself batman. Not really. She’s in her bat cave writing and plotting mad, evil genius, stories while sipping some wine.
