Fantastic! I enjoyed this more than the first duet. Both were great stories but this one just kept me more engaged and focused. Again, reading the 2 stories intertwined was really fun and interesting. Would definitely recommend to people. Although it’s two stories, it was a great quick read. Another great job. Can’t wait to read the 3rd and final duet in this series

Auctioned Surrender is the second book in the Sinful Duets and is a wonderfully written Billionaire Dark Mafia Romance that will have you turning the pages till the end. This is one author I never hesitate to read whatever she writes. Her style of writing and attention to detail makes for an epic story. There’s just the right amount of drama, action, danger, suspense, steam and so much more. This is Bryanna and Damian’s story. She’s fierce and finds herself in a situation where she’s trying to protect her family (neice,nephew and mom) Things get serious when a young girl is kidnapped. Now the race is on to find the missing girl and protect her. Damian thinks it’s going to be get in get the girl and get out. But what happens next? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. As always im looking forward to reading more from this Author.

Whispered Surrender is a collection of two great reads about twin sisters Sasha and Marenah. I find it crazy how they both fell for guys who were best friends but at different times without even knowing eachother.
Wayward is a book about Jay and Sasha. As soon as Jay spotted Sasha on a recording he wanted to get to know her. There are so many moving parts in these books and they are full of fast paced action. Jay is running a team of guys protecting very important clients. Sasha is here In The states as a ballet dancer but she has very important family weather they acknowledge her and her twin or not. Jay and Sasha get to know one another and Jay is trying to keep Sasha safe. She falls for him but doesn’t really believe his feelings are real.
undercover is the second book which is about Matt and Marenah. Matt is undercover trying to get some information from some very important high profile guys in the mafia. His cover is blown and he’s in the basement of a bar beating beaten when he wakes up and there’s a beautiful blonde tied up next to him. He doesn’t know much about Marenah but he vows to help her escape and keep her safe. Matt and Jay are part of the same team and when Matt’s team is there causing a distaction, both Matt and Marenah are able to get away but they are taken away separately. Undercover confused me a bit at the end after everything happened and Marenah had to go back with Scottie and clear up some paperwork. Is Scottie one of the good guys or is he dirty like so many others. These were both great reads. Just like all the other books by this author, I loved them!

This book was such a great book. It has 2 books about 2 different couples and their story. You meet Damien and Bryanna in book one and Dereck and Layla in book 2. Each book has their ups and downs and heart wrenching moments. Both females and their counterparts have this spark that is off the charts. Both females are strong and fearless and don’t take no for an answer. They will go to the ends of the Earth for the people they love. The boys make great protectors and when they realize they have fallen for the girls it’s like a giant lightbulb moment for them. The writing is simply amazing, and the world is beautifully set up. There is action, romance and spice for everyone. Via is a wonderful storyteller and I absolutely loved reading this book!

Auctioned: Dark Billionaire Mafia Romance by Via Mari is the third book in the Billionaire Bodyguards series. This is yet another amazing book that I have read by this author. It is such a strong addition to the series. I loved the characters in this book. They had such a strong chemistry together and their connection felt relatable. I found myself wanting to read more about them. The story itself has been really well written. I was hooked right from the start and I just had to know how it was all going to then out. This book really does has a bit of everything you could want to make it fantastic. This is a brilliant series and one that I cannot recommend highly enough. Relentless: Dark Billionaire Mafia Romance by Via Mari is the fourth book in the Billionaire Bodyguard series. This is an amazing book – and series – from an author who has easily become one of my must reads. This is yet another book that I was hooked on from the start. It is and exciting story that is fast paced and intense. I loved Layla and Dereck and the fight they had to make things work. Their connection felt so real. I would recommend reading this series in order so you can experience it as it was intended, and each book is definitely worth it. This is an absolutely fantastic addition to the series and I am already looking forward to whatever comes next.

Wayward by Via Mari is the first book in the Billionaire Bodyguards Series. This book is full of drama and intrigue. It will have you hooked from the start and does not let go! Via Mari is a relatively new author to me but is one that I have already become hooked on. And this book is probably the best so far. I loved everything this book had going on. Right from the start I knew I was going to be in for a ride. The book had loads of drama. You could feel the tension and the chemistry between the characters. In the best way possible I honestly felt like I didn’t know what was going on or what was going to happen. This author keeps you on the edge of your seat and firmly behind the characters. Which is amazing given that I didn’t really care much either way about Sasha in the Torzial Affair. This was a brilliant book and a great way to start a new series. Undercover by Via Mari is the second book in the Billionaire Bodyguards series. This book is a great follow up to the first in the series. This author really knows how to create lasting characters. I love how all of her series have that slight crossover. It really helps to connect even more with the characters she has created. The story was fast paced and exciting. It grabs your attention right from the start. With the mystery surround Marenah it was easy to become invested in the story. This is a great book and a series you should definitely try!

This was an amazing book. I couldn’t sleep until I finished it. It was a quick read because I became so involved in what was going on. There is so much in this book that I am having a difficult time trying to say why y’all should read it without giving anything away. You will get so emotionally involved in this duet that you will find yourself talking out loud to the characters and wanting to smack them at the same time. I always think that if you can get emotionally attached to the characters, that is how you know the book is written really well. The suspense in the stories if this duet is amazing. You will be on the edge of your seat waiting with bated breath to see what happens. You will also be blushing at the steam and romance of this story. The only exclaimer I can suggest is to be aware of your surroundings while reading this duet. I say that because I. did walkout loud and groan while reading this and my kids looked at me funny. I found myself having to walk around or to just stand up because of what was happening in this duet. This is an incredible duet that had me physically reacting to what was going on. Auctioned Surrender by Via Mari is the second book to the Sinful Duets series and is a combined book hosting both Auctioned and Relentless.
Auctioned is centered around Bryanna, Jenny Torzial’s young niece and Damian, a bodyguard who is on a mission to extract Bryanna safely from the clutches of sex trafficking world. But an even darker threat is lurking if Bryanna isn’t extracted soon. There is an enormous amount of attraction between the two of them, but things are very complicated. Damien clearly wants her, but she feels compelled to protect her family.
I loved the characters in this story. The world Bryanna lives in is terrifying, but the author did such a beautiful job with keeping everything realistic, yet sensitive.
Relentless follows the story of Dereck and Layla. Dereck is an undercover bodyguard who is put on an assignment that requires him to seek information from Layla. When he accidentally puts her into a potentially dangerous situation, it becomes his mission to help keep her safe. It doesn’t take long before Dereck is completely enamored by this beautiful woman and while he ultimately wants to protect her, he has a lot of desires to dominate this beauty.
If you enjoy lots of suspense, steamy dom/sub romance with fantastic characters, I definitely recommend! I suggest you start from the beginning. While you could technically read these as standalones, the stories to tie in with many repeat characters.

Damian & Bryanna Great read with some action, suspense, danger, and, of course, romance. Even though this book has the requisite steamy bits, I liked the story line more. It’s a fast-paced tale so it’s easy to get sucked in and read it all in one sitting.
Dereck & Layla I’m going to start off by saying that the repeated use of the endearment ‘Princess’ grated on me. Pretty sure that’s a personal preference thing, though. Outside of that, the story is pretty good. Definitely full of the drama, danger, intrigue, and steamy scenes you would expect to find in a mafia romance.

This is an absolutely fantastic duet that you simply won’t be able to put down!! Auctioned: The leading lady of this story , Bryanna, is dragged into a dangerous and volatile situation in order to protect her family who she cares very deeply about. Along comes seriously dominant and deadly gorgeous Damian to find and rescue her. This is so not in her plans when she has her family to protect. Immediately Damian is not only wanting to protect Bryanna for the sake of his job but also because of his instant attraction to her. Bryannas very obvious submissive side calls to her brave protector.
I think the fact that there were times when I wanted to bop the main characters Damian and Bryanna up side the head for not just talking to each other, shows how creatively the wonderful Author Via Mari formed her characters to make us care about them. They have heart and depth that just makes you want to keep reading. The book presents both characters sides of the story all the way through giving us much better insight into the various situations that come along.
Relentless: Relentless Brings us the story of Layla, a very strong willed determined woman, hiding a genuine soft tender side, who is looking for her sister and the man who killed her cousin. Along comes the Super hot, determined and VERY dominant Dereck. He wants to protect her and be with her but knows she is hiding things from him. Auctioned – Book 3 When you have wanted that man to come into your life and you become his whole life, well I thought I could not have that until Damian walked into my life but will the situation cause me to lose him.
Bryanna is the niece of a rich socialite Jenny Torzial but when she becomes the embroiled with in a Sex Trafficking ring will she be lost forever or will her white knight come and save her from the gang and herself.
Damian is part of the elite group of Billionaire Bodyguards who’s job normally takes on the mundane of the rich and famous but when he is enrolled to find Jenny’s niece who has vanished can he keep his feels in check long enough to find her.
Omg I loved every word and was engulfed into this world hook, line and sinker. First off Damian has been added the ever growing list of book boyfriends and my god he can dominant me anytime he wants lol. The start of the story slows draws you into the world that Bryanna has been brought into and with the secondary characters this brings this world into the for front. As the theme revolves around the seedy world of sex trafficking it is written with sensitivity and humanity. I loved the strong, brave characters of Bryanna and her true spirit is shown within the story and with the Damian characters just add that bit of spice and sexual chemistry that sizzled underneath and when it finally exploded it was brilliant well scripted writing.
Relentless – Book 4 When you are caught in a world of total control and no way out, can a knight in tainted armour rescue her from this dark world?
Layla is an independent woman, she takes no crap but there is a secret which haunts her but can she survive in this world or will it all come crashing down around her.

This story is full of drama and intrigue which the chemistry of these two characters jump off the page and with all the tension and underlining story makes this story fly off the page. These characters are well developed and full of passion and dark secrets which are brilliantly to read and discover. As this is in a series it would help to read the other books but this can be read as a independent story but to be fair who would not read this series.

We got to see both sides of the coin so to speak. In the first part we have the relationship of Jay and Sasha. Jay is head of security for s billionaire and Sasha is a ballet dancer. Even though he looks tough and had the tough guy demeanor, he has a soft spot for Sasha. She as a character has a hard time deciphering it, but we as readers can see it clear as day. She gets herself into a pickle and gets on the wrong side of the Mafia. That brings out Jay’s protective side and there is nothing that he wouldn’t do to protect the woman he loves. In the second part we have Matt and Marenah. Matt is undercover and has been captured by the Chicago Mafia. He and Marenah meet when she is also captured. Her grandfather belonged to the Russian Mafia and she landed in some hot water when she went looking for answers. Due to how they treat women being held, Matt makes it his mission to protect her. But she has secrets that could mean the end for her and whoever she is cohoots with. When they make an escape it seems they are free, but that is just not the case for Marenah. Now she has two targets on her back and has to figure out how to stay alive. This was a good book and I didn’t want to put it down! I like how different authors approach writing about Mafia families. They are all very similar but each one has their own take on what goes on behind the scenes. Three of the bodyguards have fallen and Matt’s story had been my favorite until I read this one.
Damian falls hard and fast when it come to Bryanna. I’m not sure if it was their circumstances or if he just knew she was the one. But we all know that love isn’t no matter the situation.
Bryanna is extremely brave and loyal, almost to a fault but she is fierce when her heart is all in.

Oh my goodness, she’s done it again with this great story. I love Derek and Layla so much and was a little sad when I finished the book.
So much happens starting at the very beginning and it never let’s up. Between the sparks flying between Derek and Layla to the revelations close to the end of the story which I totally didn’t see I couldn’t stop reading.

With protective instincts and great chemistry this is one hot and steamy read.

Auctioned: Every now and then I want to read a small town, rainbows and butterflies type romance novel but when I want to read a pulse racing, steamy story with substance, I seek out Via Mari. Auctioned was captivating from the start. Much like I’ve come to expect from a Via Mari novel, the storyline is just intense enough to grab your attention (and keep it) without losing you in all the moving parts. I love the complexity of the characters first and foremost but put Damien and Bryanna together and the chemistry is unmatched!
Relentless: I have read many of Via Mari’s books and this author’s writing never ceases to amaze me. I loved the characters in this book, especially Layla. She is fiesty, fiery, strong and independent. As I have come to expect, Via Mari took me for a ride from the first to last page. There is passion, intrigue and action throughout the storyline without being “over the top.” I feel like each one of my reviews for Via Mari are so similar. She crafts great plots with strong sexy characters.

It’s been a long time since I struggled to review a book, I sat here for ages trying to think of the words to do this story justice and I really cannot find them. Auctioned is hands down my favourite read of 2021! I already knew I would love it because I love this author but I was completely hooked from beginning to end – I almost wish I hadn’t read it because I would love to go back and read it again for the very first time. I 100% adored and loved Damian – he was everything I wanted from his character and more. The chemistry between him and Bryanna was off the charts! I loved reading about them and wanted more after the story had ended! There was so much to this story that I was so invested in it and the characters. A truly beautiful read. I cannot recommend this book and the series enough – they are all amazing reads and I just completely adore this author and her amazing writing!

This was a phenomenal read! I adore this author and think I’ve given 5 stars to all of her books but this one was just amazing. I was hooked from beginning to end and I actually cannot wait to re-read it again and that is something I rarely do! I just loved Dereck and Layla, their story was just so exciting to read so many twists and turns I literally couldn’t put it down, I needed to find out what was going to happen next on the turn of almost every page. They had such a great chemistry too, that definitely made for good reading! I can’t wait to read more from this author again! I love her book so much!

Book 1 This is Bryanna and Damian’s story. While Bryanna is strong and independent she finds herself in trouble. She will try to save herself while protecting her niece, nephew and mother. But we all know things can not be right when a young girl is kidnapped. Damian is a bodyguard who is assigned to find Bryanna and get her back. So if I tell you anymore, it will not let you read what I just read. This author has done it again. You are about to read this extremely intense romance. It will be one you won’t soon forget. I love the characters and their strength. This fast paced romance leaves nothing out. You will have suspense, romance, and a crime ring that needs to be stopped. Be prepared to have your emotions played with. I cried, got mad and cheered for the hero’s in this story. Please start on book 1. Get to know the rest of the bodyguards. This is a MUST READ SERIES. Well Done! Book 2 Get ready to read this unbelievable romance. Full length and for those over 18 years of age due to violence and adult content. I recommend you read the other books in this series, to get to know the characters. As well as the strong women. Layla Contreras has seen enough, her goal is to find her sister and friend who have been kidnapped. She will stop at nothing and go through anybody to find and rescue her sister. But she wants to help out all the girls kidnapped and sold to the highest bidder. Not even Derek and the security team can stop her. She has secrets and the security team could spill them, who can she trust? Will Derek stop her and convince her he is trying to help? Get her to accept his help, and put a stop to the traffickers? Another series well. This series has many twists and turns. But the romance is swoon worthy. The characters are hot, hot, hot. But the women are strong willed and independent. I loved this story as well as the storyline. I turned page after page and could not put the book down. I will be looking for the 5th book in this series. No Spoilers in this review, although??? Whispered Surrender by author Via Mari is the first book of Sinful Duets, which is a combination of Wayward and Undercover. Two books in one? Yes please!
Wayward captures the story of Jay, the lead of a billionaire’s advanced security team, and Sasha, a ballet dancer who finds herself in some dark predicaments that Jay tries his best to protect her from. Although Jay is instantly attracted to her beauty and feels a deep connection to her, Sasha has incredibly low self-esteem and struggles with believing anyone could really truly care about her the way she wants to be. Jay’s dominating personality makes it hard for her to decipher his true feelings but I think as a reader, you know he is really is falling for her. She keeps trying to push him away as there are more secrets hiding in the dark.
While I did not feel much relatability to either character here in the beginning, I still appreciated the story and kept the pages turning. Eventually I did enjoy these characters more as the story continued to unfold. I think the jumping back and forth between their points of view and experiencing the scenarios from both of their view really helped me to understand the characters more. It really added extra depth to the story. And of course, I loved the steamy bits!
Undercover follows Matt, an undercover bodyguard and Marenah, Sasha’s Russian twin sister. She is caught by the Chicago mafia, who are notorious for brutally torturing women who cross them. Matt and Marenah meet under these harsh circumstances and from that moment, they are both immediately infatuated with one another. Matt makes it his mission to keep Marenah safe but Marenah is keeping dangerous secrets that make his efforts more difficult.
The chemistry between these two characters is delicious and caused me to devour every page without pause. I really admired Marenah’s resilience. She didn’t come off as a scared little mouse who needed protecting. She seldom allowed anyone to be close to her, but I loved how Matt was able to help her break down some of the walls she had built up to protect herself, and allowed herself to experience not only being with a man, but being appreciated and treated well by one.
If you enjoy a good mafia war story that leans heavy on the romance aspect, I highly recommend! Loved these books!

Auctioned I enjoyed this book. It is the 3rd book in the Billionaire Bodyguards series. Even though the characters are linked in previous books but they are so well written that they can be read as a standalone. The characters are well evolved that you feel like you are living in their lives. This story contains everything i love danger, steamy romance and an attraction that should not be.
Bryanna has been caught in a trafficking ring. The captors have someone on her that means she can’t leave them. Even when she is rescued by Damian.
Damian has been sent to rescue her my his employer Jenny. He knows it’s going to be a challenge but what he doesn’t know and realise is that the attraction between him and his assignment would be so strong. Can Damian save Bryanna from the captors? Will Bryanna trust him enough to allow herself to be rescued? Can the attraction between them become something more or is this just got to be strictly business?
Relentless This is the fourth book in the Billionaire Bodyguards series and these stories keep getting better and better. It is full of romance and suspense, as well as danger.
Dereck is a member of the elite security team. When he is sent to question a women with regards to the person they are looking to rescue, he didn’t expect the sparks to fly.
Layla works as an exotic dancer and also has the inside knowledge of the trafficking ring Dereck and his team are trying to stop. Layla is fiesty and needs no man in shining armour to rescue her until she meets Dereck.
The connection is instant and Dereck awakens something inside of her that she forgot existed. But with her own past and secrets can they work through them and be together? With vengence in Layla’s mind will she be able to trust Dereck enough to help or is this relationship doomed from the start?

This book is as amazing as Whispered Surrender was. Both women are strong in their own ways and try to protect those they love. The men assigned to protect them have their hands full. I enjoyed these stories because they are full of action, romance (steamy at times), have mafia involvement, and are able to keep me engaged the whole way through. You just can’t put the book down. I found the characters quite intriguing. They fit so well into the story. I love this security firm. Such strong men on the outside, yet teddy bears on the inside. They would do anything for the woman they love. These are fantastic stories if you like dark romance, mafia, strong women. I highly recommend this book.

Auctioned Surrender (Sinful Duets Book 2) by Via Mari. This author has become one of my favorites and I love all her books. This one was no different. This can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading them in order. This is the story of Bryanna who is a young girl in trouble. Damian has been hired to find her and protect her. Bryanna may be young but she will fight for her family with everything she has. She and Damian were not expecting to have feelings for one another but main the sparks flew. In Relentless, its the story of Dereck & Layla. Layla is looking for her sister and wont’ stop until she finds her. The only problem is the human traffickers are more relentless and Dereck is determined to protect her. There are sparks between Dereck and Layla as well and it will have you flipping those pages. This is such a great duet and I can’t wait for the next one.

The first part of this duet is about Damian and Bryanna who are sexy, sweet, determined, and delicious!
This story continues from books 1 and 2 and it is helpful to read in order. I liked how these characters are the main focus with a little help from their friends. Bryanna is tough and protective and soon learns that Damien is the same way, maybe even more so.
Mari’s writings continue to be an escape from the real world although human trafficking is becoming all too familiar in the real world, this story has a happier ending than real life, making it a great read.
The next part is Relentless, meaning never giving up. Layla is relentless in looking for her sister. Dereck is relentless in helping and protecting Layla. Even the bad guys are relentless in their human trafficking pursuits.
I enjoyed the banter between Layla and Dereck through-out the entire book. And I really like how Layla is such a tough woman. She can protect herself, find her sister and still love the man. Mari has created believable characters and a real-life world that is worth reading about.
While Relentless is not my favorite of Mari’s stories, it is still 4-star worthy. This story can be read as a stand alone since the previous characters are only slightly mentioned. But the Billionaire Bodyguard series is worth the read.

This is the first book of a new series by Via Mari. I love her writing style, it sucks you right in and doesn’t let up until the end. We do see characters from her other series but this story follows Jay and Sasha. Jay is head of security and Sasha a ballerina. Through suspense and drama, we see this amazing story unfold. A must read!

Anytime I see this author has a book, its an immediate one-click for me. This is book 2 but its not needed to read book 1, but you’re going to want to after you finish this one. She’s just that good! I’m loving this new series, and seeing previous characters from other series is always fun too. This follows Matt and Marenah, and the secrets in this book left me gripping my kindle for what was to come. I love the mix of action and steamy scenes. Must must read.

This is the first book in the Sinful Duets series. This is one author that never fails to impressive me. I have loved every book I have read and am always excited to read new ones. If you like possessive, strong, stubborn men, a strong lead female character, danger around every turn and chemistry and steam off the charts then I highly recommed these book. There are 2 books in the series which focus on two different couples.
The first story follows Jay and Sasha.
Jay works as security detail protecting some of the Mafia men. He is good at his job and so is his team. Normally he is focused on work until a Russian Ballerina waltz into his life and changes it forever. Sasha is a firey woman she knows what she wants and goes for it. And what she wants is Jay’s boss. However when he turns her away Jay sees his opportunity. However she is no damsel in distress and with connections of her own to other Mafia families and selling secrets to a different one she could land herself in very hot water. Jay meanwhile is determined to protect her at any cost but how will he react if her secrets are revealed? What would it mean for Sasha if her true identity is revealed? This is a fast paced read which had me continously turning the pages. I felt like I couldn’t breath until I got to the end it was such a gripping read.
The second story is about Marenah and Matt.
Marenah is the granddaughter of the Russian Mafia family. She knows secrets that both the Russian Mafia and the Chicago Mafia wants her silenced for. As she goes looking for answers she finds herself taken and kept in a basement with Matt.
Matt was undercover looking for Sasha and now he find himself captured by the Chicago Mafia. When he meets Marenah the connection and attraction between them is instant. Now Matt feels the overwhelming need to protect Marenah at all cost and with the Russian and Chicago Mafia’s after her is that even going to be possible? What secrets does Marenah know that has made her such a target? Will Matt stand any chance of protecting her and keeping her safe? Again this is a gripping read, the characters are amazing. I feel in love with Matt straight away and I loved how strong and determined Marenah is. This author has a great talent of writing characters that completely complement each other and the story’s just flow effortlessly.

This is the first of the Sinful Duets books and features Wayward and Undercover from the Billionaire Bodyguards series.
Wayward is the first book and I was so happy to see some of my favorite characters from the two earlier series.
We know Jay from the Prestian series and holy cow, he is a lot more alpha than I was expecting. I think in my mind I pictures him as a teddy bear under all of the growling. I was so wrong but it works for him.
Sasha was a hot mess in our previous encounters with her and again at the beginning of this book, but she grew on me a lot and though at times I wanted to shake her, I saw a lot of growth in her as the story progressed.
Great way to begin this next series and I can’t wait to see who falls next.
Undercover is the second book. We finally get Matt’s story. I fell hard for Matt when he was protecting Jenny in The Torzial Affair series and that love has only grown since then.
Marenah is also a not new character if you read Sasha and Jay’s story. She is so much more than I expected her to be, which goes to show that first impressions aren’t always right. She has a knack for finding trouble and wanting to fix it.
Matt and Marenah are a hot couple. Their attraction is instantaneous and off the charts. There were a few time I had to put the book down to catch my breath.
I have been fortunate enough to read the two other series that this series is spun from so I know who everyone is and how they are all connected.

Whispered Surrender: A Dark Mafia Romance is the first book that i have read by this author and let me tell you i was not expecting to love this book as much as i did. Whispered Surrender is A Dark Mafia Romance with some suspense. Whispered Surrender had me hooked from the beginning, In this book we have two parts part one is about Sasha and Jay i loved following there story, i enjoyed reading about there budding romance. Part two has Matt and Marenah. Marenah is also sashas sister and as much as i loved reading about Sasha i adored reading about Marenah. I seriously can not wait to read the next book i hope it will be just as captivating as this read. If you are into romance books i highly recommend you add this sires to your list. Thank you to this amazing author for this wonderful book.
