New Bloom (Book 1) (Bloom Duets) by A. E. Gamrat. This is the story of a young girl named Gwen just graduating college and her very overbearing mother. Her mom has her life all lined out for her and Gwen not being one to break the rules is following right along until she meets a man who comes into their family’s flower shop. She feels things just seeing him that she’s never felt before. Will Gwen have the courage to go against her mom and live her life the way she wants or will she do what she’s always done and follow the rules. Her mom suffers a major medical event as well and she feels like her whole world is falling apart. New Bloom is a sweet coming of age story.
