Rafferty (Default Distraction #2) by A.S. Roberts – Review by Heather Bahm

Rafferty (Default Distraction Book 2)Rafferty by A. S. Roberts
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Rafferty (Default Distraction #2) by A.S. Roberts is a contemporary second chance romance. The past does not always stay left behind, but may coming roaring back seeking to realign. After reading Brody – the first book in the series, I couldn’t wait to read Rafferty’s story. I was not disappointed. There is such raw emotion, hurt, pain and regrets laid out in this story along with choices made to rise above the mistakes or wrong choices made in the past. The way A.S. Roberts portrayed this story in relation to the series was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was well thought out and evenly paced, adding intrigue, suspense and sizzling chemistry where it felt right. Another great novel from this author.
