I don’t think I have ever read a series with this many books so out of order…Luckily it’s ok and although they are all intertwined reading them as I have still works somehow.

I am not a historical fantasy fan but I am absolutely a fan of this author, it’s the way she tells the stories and this one was no different, somehow she takes a genre I have no interest in and keeps me interested and I can only attribute that to this author’s amazing storytelling.

I’ve said it before and will say it again, I’ve always wanted to visit Ireland but this author has managed to move that dream up my bucket list in the way she transports me there in her writing.

The magic and fantasy in this story almost made me believe and that’s not easy because as I’ve mentioned I am not normally a fan. I loved how real Orlagh felt in this book. Not the typical star of a story and I truly appreciated that.

Will definitely be looking out for more in this series and also anything else this author comes up with.

Awesome Story!
