Al Capone at the Blanche Hotel by Linda Bennett Pennell is a wonderfully written historical romance that had me hooked from the beginning. I absolutely love Historical Romance and this one even has some suspense in it to.I love the storyline and how it alternates between the past and the present. Jack his sister Meg, Meg’s fiancé who just happens to be a deputy sheriff and Liz all play a part in this story. Al Capone checked in at the Blanch Hotel . But why was he there? What does Liz discover? Who is behind the body count in Lake City. The mystery and suspense had me on the edge of my seat at times. The characters are very well developed and easily relatable. Find out what happens next in this must read. I look forward to reading more from this Author.
