The Flood by Meghan O’Flynn – Review by Heidi Eich Woodring

The FloodThe Flood by Meghan O’Flynn
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Flood by Meghan O’Flynn was an amazing book that truly pulled me in and had me on the edge of my seat. From beginning to end, I was HOOKED! Hurricanes have battered the coastal town where Victoria and her husband Chad live. They watch the Levees be destroyed and right when they give up hope, a rescue lead by Windy saves them and takes them to a waterproof bunker. It doesn’t take long for her to see that things are not right and even her husband seems to know more than Windy. Are the people around her victims of the storms? How long can they all last without food?
The web weaved in this book caught me right away, and I didn’t want get out of the world the author created. The book had suspense, drama, suspense, and a story that will hook any reader. I highly recommend this five star read!!
