The Istanbul Conspiracy (Code Raven #7)The Istanbul Conspiracy by Lynda Filler
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The Istanbul Conspiracy (Code Raven Book 7) by Lynda Filler is a series that centres around the Raven Group, a special ops and covert team. This group and other covert associates help to keep the world a safer place and no one’s the wiser. This time the team embark on a mission to aid one of them when blood is spilled at was is supposed to be one’s happiest times. This story is a little slower paced than all the running around and bullets flying as in the other books but in no way detracts from the story.

Luke and Samaar (Luci) have to abandon their own happiness due to a security breach but whilst they are whisked off to safety Luke learns of a terrible and bloody tragedy and decides to put his own needs aside to offer whatever help is needed for a friend in need. Himanish is once again doing what he does best, keeping tabs on everything, and coming to the aid of his friends to help them sort through all the information they can find and hopefully piece it all together. Are they dealing with a random act of terror, or was it a targeted assassination of the Turkish political elite?

I really enjoy this series and I look forward to the next adventure with these guys and gals.
