Oohhhh I love a good sports romance so when I noticed this book by an author whose work I really enjoy I couldn’t wait to get started and I wasn’t disappointed at all! It was full of sass, romance and lot of spiciness!! This story definitely had me laughing my way through it! The banter between Roy and Patience certainly kept me entertained from beginning to end; they definitely knew how to rub each other up the wrong way!! Right from the very beginning they just didn’t get on but it didn’t take long to see that there was going to be something there between them – I know I was rooting for them the whole way through!
I am really looking forward to reading more from this author in the future – she has a wonderful writing style that makes her books a real pleasure to read! I definitely recommend The Player!!
