In the Arms of Morpheus: A Speculative Romance (Antiheroes #2) by Gaia B. Amman

This is the first book in the Antiheroes Series and I really enjoyed reading this. Gaia knows how to grab a reader’s attention and keep it. I had a hard time putting the book down.

Tasha, has a PhD and is a chemist, doesn’t do love. She has her heart on lock down, but something in her dreams makes her want to let down her guard. She goes looking for help, but finds herself in trouble. The quote I choose for Tasha is: “What if Hazel Eyes has been around for a while? I mean, I’ve had several true dreams—”

Josh, a dream walker, finds himself helping Tasha. He wants more from her, but doesn’t know she feels the same. Things are hard for him after something happens between them. The quote I choose for Josh is: “Tasha, I have major concerns about Kai. Astral projection into reality is rare—”

I highly recommend this to anyone who loves a good page turner. Gaia is quite the author who paints an amazing world. I wanted to step into the book and not come out. I can’t wait for the next book.
