My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Drifting, Falling: Dairy of a Call Girl Suicide by A.J Ullman made for quite the intriguing read. I’m not sure what I was really expecting, lured into the book by the interesting title, suffice to say that the story really surprised me- in a good way. I really don’t know what to say here, as I really don’t want to give anything away. But I will say that the story involved some touchy topics, which the author showcased in a very honest, raw, informative, and yet sensitive way. It certainly made me think, and even now I still have certain aspect of this story playing out in my mind.
There is an emotive quality to this book that had me really feeling for Ripley. There are lessons to be learned from this book, that’s for sure.
Mr. Ullman has imbued this story with a lot of heart and soul- as well as giving it true authenticity- all making for an unforgettable read.

Thank you, A.J Ullman!
