Fall of the Western Kings (The Tirumfall Trilogy Book 1) by J Drew Brumbaugh – Review by Angela Hayes
Fall of the Western Kings by J. Drew Brumbaugh
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Fall of the Western Kings is the first book in the Tirumfall Trilogy by J. Drew Brumbaugh. This is an epic fantasy, full of action, adventure, magic, demons, dragons, wizards, knights, elves, danger, drama, surprising developments- and a story of good vs evil.
Gant is thrust into quite an epic adventure, meeting some very intriguing characters along the way- and I loved following along, getting a front row seat to all the action and interesting developments. This story is quite original, and the world building was richly detailed and well crafted.
The story was a little slow to get going, but after a few chapters, the pace picked up and the story took off. This story really sets the series off to a great start and I can’t wait to see what the next book holds.
Thank you, J. Drew Brumbaugh!
