I’ve been privileged to read some of Queen’s other works previously and have always enjoyed the easy way I fall into her stories. I know I wouldn’t be disappointed by this three book series. And I definitely wasn’t. I don’t pick up sports romance regularly but I do enjoy them immensely. There is always something extra with the on-field drama and then the off-field escapades. Queen balances it all extremely well and each of these stories is just a fantastic read. You’ll love them all and won’t go wrong picking up this set.

Nicholas is proving to be an author that cannot be pigeonholed into one genre. I’m more familiar with her fantasy works (which I love) but knew from the synopsis of this book that I would enjoy it. And I was so right. I love the way Nicholas weaves her stories together and makes them feel so real and relatable. This is just a fantastic book. If you are a fan of Nicholas and/or just a fan of really well written tales, this book is a must read.

Spicetopia Boxed Set is a great must read collection of some very hot and steamy reads. All of the characters are great.
Sugar & Spice Jolie is a single mom who works as the Red Velvet Queen at Sweetopia and Cy who is known as the black sheep bad boy in his family works in the Cotton Candy Castle bakery.
Cy has been sent to work undercover by his family. When he sees Jolie he was instantly pulled in by her, you could feel the sparks coming off the pages. Jolie is a very hard worker, with two jobs to support her family. When she finds out who Cy is will everything change? What will happen if her secrets come out?
Overall I really enjoyed this book. I really got the undercover boss vibe in this read, which I really enjoyed. All of the characters added a great element to the story and I can’t wait to read more from this series to see what’s coming next.
Virtue & Vice We start where book one left off. Moon and Katja are swingers that Cy and Jolie met in Greece. Moon and Katja are excited to work with Cy and Jolie on their adult theme park, even though at first they weren’t sure if it was going to be a reality.
Can they really make an adult theme park work?
Overall I really enjoyed this book and I highly suggest reading book one first. All of the characters were great and I’m excited to see what’s coming next in the series. I will warn that there is some BDSM and some very hot and steamy scenes at times with two couples in a scene, some of the scenes are mighty hot and might melt your kindle.
Fire & Ice Let’s just say that Fire & Ice describes these two characters to a tee.
Neve is head of security and Enya is the Director of PR for Spicetopia. They end up on a PR tour by themselves, when Cy has to return home unexpectedly. Neve doesn’t like to talk much and Enya is the complete opposite. She really annoys the crap out of Neve. They make it through the tour and return back to Spicetopia to discover that someone is trying to sabotage the park before it even opens.
During the staff only evening at the park lets just say that Neve and Enya have a very interesting encounter in the dungeon. Enya shares some interesting personal information with Neve and they discover they have some things in common. Just as things start to get even more steamy all heck breaks loose at the park.
WIll they find out who is behind the sabotage? Can these two actually have something between them?
There is so much more to the story from here. We get some crazy twists, mystery, suspense, etc. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see who was trying to sabotage everything. This is a great opposites attract read. I really liked Neve and Enya these two were exactly what they needed in their lives. Be warned that once you start you won’t want to stop until your done. This is my favorite in the series so far and I can’t wait to read more.
Naughty & Nice Big things are going on at Spicetopia, Natalie is planning Cy and Jolie’s wedding. She meets Micah when he arrives a few days early. He is officiating the nuptials and was a little interested in checking out the park.
These two have an instant connection, they connected on so many levels. They had some great conversations that made you think about things. Can these two have more? Will everything go good for the wedding?
Overall I really enjoyed this book and these two. Natalie was great, she wasn’t afraid to speak her mind, at times she was told she intimidated men. Being an Empath she can feel things. Micah has a past that has sort of dictated how he’s been living his life.
If you’re looking for a great steamy set of books, I highly suggest 1-clicking and getting started.

Better To Have Loved: A True Story by Christy Nicholas was a great 5 star read. I was pulled in right from the beginning, we do shift past to present as well.
This is the journey of Julie through many life adventures and life lessons. When she ends up pregnant she decides to keep the baby. We also get Kirsten’s story (Julie’s daughter) as she tries to find her birth father.
Overall this story pulls you right in. Each of these ladies journeys tug at your heartstrings as you hope for the best. We get adventure, love, loss, mystery and so much more. The author does a great job of pulling you in with her writing and you feel like you’re right there with them. The author’s note at the end is a must read. Jumping between the two in the story was pretty easy to keep up with. If you’re looking for a great read, 1-click and get started today.

This was a wonderful collection of meditative stories. I loved how the author related everyday things into an enlightening and encouraging little story. You can read one a day, or consume it all at once as I did.
The Red Farlow Mysteries series is well written and the characters are written in well too. I love reading what mystery PI Red Farlow gets involved in with each book. In the 3rd book, Red gets a call from a friend who is hurt and rushes out to help him. What does Red find? His friend has been shot and there is blood all around him. Now we know Red will keep searching for what happened and find answers about what happened. The story is so good, you won’t want to stop reading.
Harleigh is on a once in a lifetime vacation thanks to her family’s generosity. She is moving on to better things while recovering from her scars (physical and mental) from her abusive ex husband. This is her chance to really find herself. She never could have imagined she would love Bulgaria as much as she does. Not only that, she meets Giovanni when she arrives at his hotel. Giovanni hasn’t had the best of luck with relationships either. Neither ones is looking for a romance but they help each other as they get closer?
What a beautiful story of how love can heal people. I hope you will love this book as much as I did.

I loved reading Reign it is the third book in the Larussio Legacy series by Via Mari. I have read every book in this series so far and like the others it pulled me in from the first page. This is a beautifully written story that is filled with action, romance, twists and turns and some steamy scenes. I could not put this book down while I followed Giovanni and Serenas story. Giovanni is the next in line don of Italy, but he is determined to keep Serena safe. Serena is learning what it means to be loved and apart of mafia boss’s world. Can these two come out on top or will this destroy them? You will LOVE this story.

Better to Have Loved by Christy Nicholas is a beautiful story based on true stories of love lost and found. Starting in the ’60s, this follows the story of Julie Jensen and her growth in romance and herself. I will not speak further about the story because I do not want to ruin this for anyone. This is a well-written book and I really enjoyed the historical side of the story. I have read some other books by this author and this is very good and hard to compare to the other stories, I enjoy how she is able to write in different styles depending on the story she is telling. I really look forward to reading more from this author in the future.

Playing Series 3 Book Set: Sports Romance by Stephanie Queen is a collection for 3 sports romance novels but an amazing author. Each book is a different type of sports romance and each one is brilliant in its own right. The characters are all such strong characters that have great chemistry between them. I loved how different each couple seemed to the last I had read about – it made them so distinctive since I was read these books all at once. The stories themselves were all well written. They were easy to engage with and I found myself flying through them so quickly I was enjoying them so much. They were fun and entertaining but also contained enough emotion and depth that you really got in to them all. This author is one that I have become familiar over the past year or so and I have enjoyed everything that I have read by her. This is another great series and one I would highly recommend.

I have previously enjoyed Nicholas’s fantasy and sci-fi novels so this was one I was eager to get my hands on and read. I was even more elated when I discovered this was a very real and raw book written as a memoir of sorts on the author’s life and her parents. This book was fun to read with the bouncing back and forth between decades, that is something I don’t often find myself saying because I dislike these types of novels usually because they just get plain confusing. This one was easy to find that flow with and I had no problems following along. I loved the way this read like a fictional story as well, it really drew me in and had me invested in these characters and the struggles and triumphs they enjoy. I would be interested to see more of these types of novels from Christy Nicholas again!

First, I must start with the cover of this novel, Faerie’s Magic by Jessica Feyden. This cover is gorgeous and really draws in the reader before they even read a word of anything. I loved it and knew I needed to read this to find out the adventure that gorgeous Faerie goes on within the novel. It was a tad slow just at first with the way it set up the story and before it really took off, but I am glad I stuck it out. This has a lot of a new fav of mine, fae! This layers in a smexy wolf shifter and plenty of magic and adventure to keep the reader guessing how things will turn out. I loved the way the world just glowed to live before my eyes as I read, the world building was immensely strong and I felt transformed to this magical place I didn’t want to leave. If you love romance, fairies and a bit of magic and shifting this is the series for you. I am anxious to get my hands on the next book in the Seasons of the Fae series!

Tidal Love By KM Lowe ☆☆☆☆☆ I would love to give this beautiful story more than 5 stars. It is a full length novel, filled with so much love and heartache. Harleigh Harrison has just escaped a very abusive relationship. Being close to her family, she tries to get her life back on track. Her heart has been so crushed, her smile never reaches her eyes. Unless of course she is with her students. As her brother gives her a month vacation to Bulgaria, she is hesitant to go. Will she have fun? Giovani Russian has also been hurt. Diving into his empire, he has no time for women. His heart will remain locked with bars around it. Just to keep himself safe from the hurt he has suffered. His hotel in Bulgaria satisfies his need to keep busy. Can these two people get through their failed relationships and give one more try?
KM Lowe is the author of this wonderfully heart wrenching story, of two people taking chances. You can’t help but to fall in love with Harlow and Gioand, let’s not forget Lucca, Gio’s brother. This is a story of two people taking chances to find happiness and love. Beware! You might want to climb into this story and help. I know I did. So many tears were shed on my part. But so worth reading this book. Just to feel hope is available for all who take control back. No spoilers, just warm hearts. Thank You KM Lowe! Book well done!

I really enjoyed this story and I think it obvious that the author has personal ties to the story as it’s written with such emotion. It flowed really well and I was completely absorbed in what I was reading. I think at times early on in the story the multiple pov’s and the switching made it a little confusing but once I settled in to the story and got to know the characters I had no problems at all. I really liked all of the characters and following their stories. I’ve read a few books by this author previously so it was really nice to read something different from her, and I do like real life stories there’s just something extra to them knowing that these things really happened. Overall a really lovely read and one that I would recommend.

This was an exciting and thrilling read – so much so that I devoured it in one sitting and it’s not usually a genre that I read! The author’s writing was so engaging, detailed and descriptive and it’s definitely made me want to read more books by him again in the future. I loved that the whole way through I was constantly guessing trying to figure out what was going to happen and just when I thought I had worked it out the author threw in a plot twist!! I really liked the main character; he was intriguing to read about! This is the third book in this series however I read it as a standalone and had no problems but I would definitely like to read the first two now and any subsequent releases!
I am a huge fan of historical romance but I’ve not read much historical fiction from this era so when I saw this story I thought I would take a chance and I really enjoyed it. The authors’ writing was really engaging and the time period was actually really intriguing to read about. I love the plot and the characters. I really felt involved in the characters’ lives and throughout the story I really wanted the best for them. Brek’s life was fascinating and there were so many times where my heart broke for him a little – he found such a great connection with Gabriella, their relationship definitely wasn’t the easiest but it was so genuine I desperately wanted it to work out for them. This is the first book that I have read by this author and I will definitely be looking forward to reading more from her again in the future.
Reign (The Larussio Legacy Book 3) by Via Mari is a great romance story that is so much more. I have loved this spin off series and the original series where it all started. As soon as I see a new book from Via I know I need to grab it and I am never disappointed. It is an action-packed tale where the alpha men love hard and want nothing more than to love and be loved by their women. Unfortunately, because they are rich or part of a mafia they are always under attack in some way and they and their highly competent security teams manage to keep all safe. I also love the cast of characters who intertwine from book to book and series to series. If you love hot and steamy with lots of action, then you need to hop right in and be prepared to be wowed.

I love these books. Its a mixture of romance, trying something different and mystery.
Each book in the boxset follows a different couple through their journey from the concept of Spicetopia being created to the park dream becoming reality.
There is something new in every book as each couple’s story is so different but they all work so well together.

Epic read! Child of Prophecy (The Tirumfall Trilogy BOOK 2) by J Drew Brumbaugh, is a story about everyday folks. They are heroes, wizards, humans and wood nymphs, but they are just ordinary folks standing against evil. What I loved the most about this excellent tale is the plan. They had a great plan. Wizards, elves, wood nymphs and humans…what could go wrong? Anything that could go wrong did. You find yourself pleading with the universe…please, please just let it be right this time. This is a rip-roaring action-packed novel and I loved it.

Every book offers us something new to read. This book offers an insight into the Prohibition era, an era where there was nationwide constitution ban on production, importation and transportation of the alcoholic beverages across US. This is a story about Brek, who decides to travel to America when he was 15. He meets a friend on the ship, and together they embark on new experiences. The book revolves around mafia, drugs and a lot of trouble. It was difficult to read through the language, the slang went over my head many a times. Set in 1926, it is about the gangster life and the troubles they got into because of their life style. A coming of age story, little emotional at times, a good fictional novel which gives an insight into the history of America during the 1920s.
There is very little of Curse of the Sands (Relic Hunters Book 2) by Martin Ferguson, that is not pure action. Either something catastrophic is currently happening or it is imminent. I love it. Not only is this story nonstop action but there is even a little light romance all lightly done and in very good taste. But what I love, love, love the most about the Relic Hunters books is that they challenge my knowledge of history. I find that every time I read one, I am inspired to research the theme of the book and find out the truths the story is based on. This particular one…Pharaohs and Egypt. What could be better than that?!

Child of Prophecy (Tirumfall Trilogy) by J Drew Brumbaugh
This is the second book of this trilogy and it is a great adventure. It is my suggestion you read the first book before diving into this one because this one picks up where the other one leaves off. It was wonderful to have characters from the first book in this one and to meet new ones. The author did an excellent job bringing me into the story and keeping me entertained. I kept turning pages needing to know what was going to happen next. I felt like I was along on the adventure with these characters. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and I cannot wait to read the next one.

Curse of the Sands by Martin Ferguson is the second book in the Relic Hunters series and was a great sequel to this series! I absolutely loved reading this novel, and had trouble putting it down once I started reading. The characters were great, including the new ones introduced, and the storyline to me was better than the one in the first book. I was instantly enthralled with this story from the first chapter, and it just got more interesting the further I read. I love the historical concept, even though it’s a fiction novel, and it just made the story even more interesting. I can’t wait to read the next installment to this series!

When a perfectly preserved German U-Boat from World War II is discovered, the last thing the Relic Hunters expect to find are artefacts that were stolen by Hitler and thought to be lost to the world forever.
What should be a routine excavation quickly turns into a deadly chase in the pursuit of Europe’s stolen relics. Ghosts from their past return to haunt Adam and his team and in their journey they discover the terrifying truth of Hitler’s lust for power.
Trapped in the depths and darkness of a nightmare the world has forgotten, the Relic Hunters are forced to draw upon all their skills and experience to survive. Surrounded by enemies, Adam and his friends face no choice but to fight if they are to escape the War of the Damned.
Martin Ferguson – I live in Norwich, England and am currently working on the young adult adventure and historical series ‘Relic Hunters’. Inspired by the myths and legends my parents told me as a boy and with the help of my ever-suffering wife, a teacher and history graduate, ‘Eagle of the Empire’ was the first entry in the ‘Relic Hunters’ series.
When not writing, I am training or at least planning my next challenge. Following a serious knee injury, I was told by surgeons never to run or play sports again. Stubborn and reckless, much like the characters in my writing, I have not listened and have completed the Three Peaks Challenge, the Great North Run, the Greater Manchester Marathon and the London Marathon.

As Addie pieces together the mystery her mother left behind, her world is shaken with shocking revelations about the past. Unwilling to risk hurt and rejection again, Addie flees. But this time Jake follows.
Now Addie can keep running—or stop long enough to learn to trust again.

This series was super fun, just look at the title! Phoebe is such a great writer, and also a super fun person to know! She did a great job with building all the characters in this spicy little romance, and the places she takes us are unbelievably real. Now I want to plan a trip to check this little theme park out, just a little. This series has its fair share of drama in their own story and start to shift and develop throughout all of the characters. My favorite couple is book 3, I always seem to love the third book the best in a series.

Her Blackened Heart by Isra Sravenheart is my second book by this author and the second book in the Blackened Series. In this book it’s love and light vs the dark. I will always stand by reading the books in order- so, read her blackened soul first. Lady Isra is trying to lead Contessa into the darker side, which is not Contessa’s way. I was interested to see where this book went after the first one. I am curious to see what happens next.
