Flipping the Bird: A Paranormal Chick Lit Novel (Shift Creek Book 1) by Carrie Pulkinen is a comedy paranormal romance story. This is what Carrie does best and that is putting the fun in something not everyone else would. It is rom com at it’s finest. This is the first book and a great start to a new series. If it is last it is going to be a hoot and this book says it will. I cannot wait to see what she has in store for the rest of this series
